This place is a small town hidden gem! Easy to get to and well worth the stop! The food was fantastic and there is plenty more on the menu that I want to try!
The only drawback was that it looked like there was only one server and it got a little busy. Could've had a little more service but it is understandable that they got busy during a community event.
Overall, this visit was a good experience and I thought I would be asking for a to go box BUT, I just couldn't stop eating my food! Get the Pad Tai OR Drunk Man Noodles OR multiple appetizers! Just order all of it and come back again for more!
The food was pretty bad, all very very sweet. I got pad see ewe and it just tasted like sugar and fish sauce, mostly sugar. Kitchen was pretty slow- I was one of three people there and it was about 25 minutes from ordering to table. Service was good at least.
Very good and very surprising giving the location. Highly recommend their curries but overall all of the 6 dishes we tried was very good. I would return
What a hidden gem We discovered!! Everything is So delicious! We've been there twice now and haven't had a thing we did not absolutely LOVE!! Wonderful flavors and their Volcano Sauce is Amazing!! We tried a #4 spice the first time dining there and Loved it!! It was actually spicey Hot with great flavor! This time we tried #5, we didn't notice much of a difference in spice, it was All wonderful!! Service was friendly!! Definitely a Favorite go to place for Thai food!! Everything is Soo fresh!!
Hands down the best crispy duck I've ever had! Curry can be #1 super mild to #4 hot. I order 3 and flavor is great. Crispr chicken is another winner. I ❤️ this place.
Our family style carry out dinner for 5 was a feast. 10 out of 10. Plus we have leftovers.
Stir fry veggies; Kung Pao; Red curry with chicken (ask for spicy #3 to get some heat and ask for extra curry or the flavor is a little weak); Stir fry basil with chicken; Pad mee with pork; Chicken satay (2 orders). $75 incl tax.
We like a little heat (less sweet), so we always ask for extra spices. Their range goes to 5.
The wait staff is super friendly. Very casual atmosphere. Interior is a bit too casual for a nice date night. It’s More like a fast food restaurant. We have been there 5 times in the last 6 months.
This is our second time eating at this restaurant. The first time was good. This time not so much. The waitress was not attentive at all. Never came back to ask us how our food was or if we wanted a second drink. The restaurant itself is not very clean. Even the door knob for the bathroom was sticky on the inside and outside. We ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and it was 90% iceberg lettuce inside. Our main dish was chicken and shrimp with volcano sauce. The shrimp was so overcooked that it was curling up on itself. We were overcharged for an item on our bill. As we got up to leave the waitress who was sitting behind the counter just called out to us and said "have a good night." At which point we said "well don't you want us to pay for our meal?" She said oh yeah. Like I said very unattentive. It'll be a long time before we go back to this establishment.
So delicious! We wish we had a location in Chicago. Fresh ingredients… Beautifully cooked fish. The soup will haunt my dreams. Seriously.
Very good and very surprising giving the location. Highly recommend their curries but overall all of the 6 dishes we tried was very good. I would return
We loved everything that we were served, the plum wine, the appetisers, the main courses, but didn't have enough room to try any deserts. We'll be back !!!

Always great food, and fast friendly service.
I had the Kung Pao with tofu, level 5 spice. Was absolutely delicious! Came in with my husband for our anniversary dinner. This was my first time here, and I will definitely be returning!
I like to think that I’m a good judge of Thai food. The best way to describe the food here is “it does the job” not bad, but not great. I wouldn’t go out of my way to not eat here, but; it’s not a destination for me.
Amazing thai dishes. All three dishes we received were incredible!!
Just had dinner here. I got pad Thai, which I have made and is better. They put some kind of sauce on it that makes everything brown. I use fish sauce. The shrimp were rubbery, which means they are over cooked. Also, sign and website also says Italian. Told they no longer do. Might want to change the signs.
We are so glad we found this restaurant. AWESOME VOLCANO DUCK! We will be coming again soon!!
One of the best restaurants in the area. Food is always delicious. We usually get takeout here, but the dine-in experience is usually very good too.
Best Thai food for miles around. Consistent & delicious every time. Very happy I found this hidden gem.
Delish! Lots of veg options.
Delicious food! We love the tom kha soup, spring rolls, and numerous entrées.
Loved my Tom Kha soup and the sampler appetizer. The egg rolls were perfectly flaky and delicious. The squid was very tender. I'll be back.
Loved the chicken satay. Very tender with 2 dipping sauces. The veggie lo mein was full of yummy veg, lots of noodles, and was very tasty. Enough to take home leftovers. I will definitely be returning.
The restaurant atmosphere is just okay, but take out is always delicious!
I love Drunken Noodles so it's all I've ordered here...three times. Tofu, heat setting 5...they are awesome and a great value. I love Thai and this is one is not the fanciest I've been to but it's in the top two of my favorites. The Thai iced tea is top notch as well.
Delicious food! Loved the Volcano Chicken.
Very delicious!
Great place and great food. I will go back again.
Excellent red and yellow curry.
Timely service...not a long wait and not popping in every two seconds. Fabulous food! REAL FOOD! Oh my gosh! I cannot wait to come back!
Excellent food, service & value. Will definitely be back!
Great food. Spicy is actually spicy. For the small town of waterford it is great food. I think this may be the best restaurant in town. Recommend volcano chicken and pineapple rice!
Great food!!
I can't say enough about this restaurant and the owners. I worked here when I was seventeen years old, and I always love coming back for their amazing thai food. I always order the chicken fried rice, and the crab raggoon is the most delicious crab raggoon in the world. If you wanna be on the wild side, please order the volcano steak. They light it on fire, and it's quite delicious.
This place is the gem, must try. It is a family-owned, it is not a manufacturing industrial cooking so it will take time for order. If you want some real food not junky artificial ingredients, Come and try. Curry duck is my favorite, if u don't like it, tell me i will pay you.
.
Excellent Thai food.
Very reasonably priced.
My friend and I shared Pineapple Fried Rice which comes with shrimp and another meat of choice; we chose tofu. It was DELICIOUS! We loved loved this dish. Nice and light, great flavors for our taste. We also shared the Green Curry dish and chose to add chicken. This came in a bowl, very soupy with large chunks of veggies/meat, so you can eat it over the white rice served with it. Very delicious also! We started with one order of spring rolls which ended up being very large. I would not order these again; too much lettuce. My only complaint which I didn't mention to our server, is it seems their dishwasher leaves residue; not food, but dishwasher soap/fogginess residue. I am looking forward to going back here!!! After dinner, we popped over to the cute, cozy distillery for fun drinks! Also a great place I plan on going to again.
Food was awesome as well was the service. Great place to eat and place is very nice and clean. We were greeted with a great welcome. Owners of this place are such awesome people.
Just so everyone knows. 15 to 20 years ago. This place even before they combined with the Italian restaurant next store. Had the best grandma and grandpa cooks ever. They worked flawlessly and could make every dish perfectly. They were masters of loving and appreciating. I am so happy that I got to experience sharing time with them and eating what basically even beats a home cooked meal. Over time. Their children not so much, then their children not really at all. Then out sourcing never the same.
First, I was last at this place a year or maybe 2 years ago. It was decent. Not the best I've ever had but decent. Tonight's experience was not. I wondered if they were training in brand new people in the kitchen, or had only one cook who couldn't keep up, or what. It was such a different experience from in the past. We arrived between 4:30 and 5:00 and we're the only people there. We waited an extremely long time just to get appetizers - just a cup of soup and spring rolls. Maybe they were overwhelmed with carry out orders? The soup actually was decent. The spring rolls however seem to have been made by someone who didn't know how to roll them: the rice paper was wet , the rolls over stuffed, and they completely fell apart. We literally couldn't even pick them up and I had to ask for knives to cut them and eat them like a salad. And the sauce, which can make or break a spring roll, was almost tasteless. It was very watery - it truly looked like someone had added extra water to stretch it out or something but it gave it almost no flavor as a result, and there was no way to get it to stick on the spring roll because it was so liquid, And you couldn't dip the spring roll because you couldn't pick it up so we had to spoon the watery sauce over the pile of disintegrated roll. We then also waited a long time for our entrees. My friend had the grilled salmon, which he said was decent. I had the combination curry which was awful. It's supposed to have pork, chicken and beef, And I had a hard time finding beef. The bigger disappointment to me was the flavor / sauce. Once again it was like someone added an extra cup of water to what should be a thick and flavorful sauce - it was runny and almost tasteless. I wish I'd ordered the salmon! But I go to Thai restaurants for the Thai sauces and curries. I hope it was just a one-time really bad night - and I wish they had let us know if they had a new cook who didn't know what they were doing. I may give it a second shot. Will review if I do.
Great food.
Muy buena comida
Great place to stop for dinner. Small and quiet. In downtown Waterford.
Ordered for the first time thinking would be good as there are many positive reviews. We got the pad thai, drunken noodles and pot stickers. All dishes were so sickeningly sweet as to allow for no other flavors and making it inedible. Most desserts are not even as sweet as these dishes were. We did not finish what was on our plates and now have 2 large containers of food that no one will eat. Which makes me sad because I hate food waste.
No one else has mentioned this being an issue which surprises me so it could have been a fluke but I'm thinking it's not since it was both meals.
Fantastic food
Food has been consistantly amazing, even throughout the pandemic. Their crispy duck curry is out of this world!
Fantastic food, and priced right. Never have been disappointed at the restaurant. I highly recommend this place, for anyone.
Price in store and online are different. Just a heads up. The food was still good though
Yum. Its Thai, its good.
Come to this restaurant all the time, great authentic Thai food! Love the Currys, noodles dishes, and stir fries
Went here for the first time today with a small takeout order not expecting much. Food was so delicious!
Really great thai food. I had the crispy duck with curry sauce. Absolutely fantastic.
Excellent food fast service
Great food. Pad thai is so yummy!
Great food and service. One of our favorites!
I keep finding new favorites at this local gem! My current favorite is the See Ew with chicken. Absolutely outstanding!
Food is always excellent. Fair prices too.
This little gem on main street, waterford is consistently wonderful. Try the crab dragon, volcano chicken, wonderful matsumon.
I usually love the place. I've been going for years. The best piece of advice is to order take out. Do not dine in unless you plan on waiting for over an hour. There could be 3 tables and there is still going to be a significant wait.
Didn't realize my food came with cilantro but that was my bad probably. In any case it was delicious aside from that one ingredient, and the staff were all incredibly kind. Overall, a great time!
Amazing Thai food and friendly staff. I think Thai Italina is a real gem of a restaurant
Always good.
As far as Thai for is concerned this is about as good as it gets. The food is definitely a 5 star but the outside facade most likely holds back people from entering.
If you are in Waterford give this place a try and be pleasantly surprised by the flavors.
Just love their food

Great flavor, normal portion sizes, good service
Small cute restaurant, friendly staff. Loved the sampler platter. Tried the cashew chicken but wasn't like the one I loved at the restaurant on hwy 18 in Brookfield that closed a few yrs ago. Unfortunately I can't find anywhere that matches that restaurants version and nothing compares to it. It was good, just not what I was hoping for. I will go back and try other things sometime soon.
A Waterford gem. Authentic tasty Thai dishes, inspired flavors and fresh vegetables with very tender chicken.
Anything off the Volcano menu is delicious.
Service can be a little slow when busy, but it's always friendly.
Incredible food and great service. There are so many great dishes here that it's hard to choose. Personal favorites are the green curry, volcano chicken and pad thai. The thai fried rice, chicken satay, egg rolls, and spring rolls are all top notch as well. If your hungry in the area and go anywhere else you've done yourself a great disservice.
Nice place and great food
My son loves it here
Waterfords best place for a bite to eat. Thai has been here over a decade and ive never been disappointed.
Excellent Pud Thai and Korean Beef!!
Great food and the service is so fast! All of the waitstaff are super nice.
I used to frequent this restaurant when they first opened, but the last few times I've eaten there, I noticed the floors were sticky and the environment didn't seem clean. I haven't been back in months.
Always delicious
Fantastic food. Try the volcano chicken!
Good food at affordable prices. Also a nice place to dine in.
Good place to eat. Very good food.
Amazing, best thai in southeastern wisconsin!
I used to love this place but their quality of food and service has definitely take a downward turn
This is a great place to have Thai food! It tastes so fresh, and the service was great. The food was served so fast!
Thai Italina was decidedly a delightful surprise!
Thai food ranks among my favorite ethnic cuisines and, because I frequent some of Milwaukee's authentic Thai places, I wasn't expecting much from a tiny little place in a tiny little town...
Immediately walking into the restaurant did not get my hopes any higher than they already were. The atmosphere is a little odd. It seems stripped down and a little haphazard. When our wine glasses arrived they were two different shapes/sizes... and not in that eclectic, trendy way.
We ordered a bottle of wine (reasonably priced at $18), tom kha soup, volcano grilled chicken ($13) and crispy duck with curry sauce ($15).
As soon as the tom kha arrived I was over the moon. It was fresh, flavorful and I could have ordered 8 more and not had enough!
The entrees were also good. The volcano grilled chicken lacked some expected spiciness, but that's only a small complaint.
I'm only notching one star due to the slightly odd atmosphere.
Fried rice chicken five star no veggies
Love the food!
Always amazing meals and delicious taste
Easily the best restaurant in Waterford.
Luckily for me I live near the area and this is by far the BEST Thai Restaurant out there. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. I always order the Tom Kha with Tofu I crave this stuff (and soon you will too!!) I always like to experiment and try something new when I go and I haven't been disappointed. Good food, friendly service! Love the crab Rangoon and other Thai foods on the menu. Their lunch specials are a great value!
Food and service were poor, would not recommend
Local treat, far better than their local competition
Loved the pad thai !! Just moved here from chicago and this is the best i have had since i moved!!!! Fast service good price
Good food good polite service. I would go back
Great tasting Thai food! I had the Lomein with tofu, and I throughly enjoyed it.
My sister’s family loves coming to this restaurant and getting takeout. This place also has gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options on the menu.
The decor and atmosphere of the dining room is very modern and minimalistic. Service was good, but we felt that they may have been slightly understaffed for the evening. #waterford #thai #takeout #glutenfree #vegan #vegetarian
Fabulously delicious food. Best crab ragoons ever. My husband loved the Volcano chicken. So many options on the menu. Great service and very affordable too. We will definitely be back again and again.
This place is always dear to my heart...incredible food...delicious curry. Wonderful crab rangoon. Quick service.
Best Thai food I've ever had. Service is great too.
Weird name. Great food. Go figure. Spring rolls? Yes!
The best eatery Main st Waterford has to offer which ain't saying much.
i enjoyed that place, it is good, i will recommend with my friends
Great food at reasonable prices.
I love the Volcano Chicken! I have them prepare it with pineapple and green pepper instead of cabbage 'n carrots. It's like a trip to the candy store for my taste buds. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. AMAZING!!
Amazing.
Not so great food. Service meh. Could've played a baseball game in there the lights were so bright!
Incredibly authentic, great Thai food in the middle of Waterford? Yes!
Awesome food here. What a local gem!!
Volcano Duck was excellent
A gem hidden in downtown Waterford.
The only thing Italian was basil in the fried rice
Something changed all decorations were gone and the service was ok. Food was ok. Just not the same.
I absolutely love the food here! Only reason to knock it down a star, service is slow and limited hours. Call ahead and plan for a little extra talk time. But the food is worth it!
The food here is always fantastic.
The Volcano chicken is awesome
Best Ever! I wish I could come here every day. The food is very authentic and just plain amazing! It's very much so a hidden gem.
Some of the best Pad Thai I've had. I recently moved to the area and was overjoyed to find such a great Thai place.
Great curry. Service can be slow if restaurant is busy.
HIDDEN GEM!! Excellent food and service
What a wonderful surprise! Some of the best pad (pud) Thai around, and I've had a lot of it!! Delicious, great spice, reasonable, and wonderful service. Hidden gem, indeed!
Great food try it out
Excellent food! We have never been disappointed with anything here! Truly a hidden gem you’d never expect in tiny Waterford Wi!
Amazing value for the price! Got an amazing massive steak for super cheap. Also their parents woonsen is sooo good
Great food and service.
The best Thai out of the many places we’ve dined at. The Singapore noodle is awesome! Always very friendly staff!
Every order from here has been freshly cooked real chicken, beef, or seafood. Never a mystery cut of any type of protein. Very good portions are given too.
Very good Thai food. I had the pineapple stir fry tonight.
That Cole kid that works there is a real gentleman best serviceman in the world
