While I found the fried spring roll and steamed dumplings to be a bit disappointing, the chicken satay was succulent and tender. For our soups we got their tom yum soup and chicken pho. I wasn’t particularly fond of the chicken pho. The seasoning was quite overpowering, making it difficult to savour the broth. Additionally, the chicken seemed a bit overcooked.

Beef broth is sold out, a bit disappointed. Chicken broth is fine, portion is big, taste in good average. They don’t have Viet condense milk coffee, strange. Environment a bit dark but ok clean. Staff polite and attentive.

Also, I got the regular size and wow the regular portion is huge it was about a Liter! Just a little FYI. If you aren't starving.

I stopped there recently with my family and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! Most people were getting the good for takeout but it's beautiful inside, and calming and the employees are polite and friendly. They helped with any questions we had about the food and area. Totally worth going to. Eat your food fresh there if you can. I definitely plan in going back when I'm in the area. I wish I had one just like this. Their bubble tea is amazing also. Great experience!

I love some of the dishes here, and the variety of Boba Tea that you can get. Service is pretty good and there's almost always tables available. Pad Kee Mao is my favorite. Followed by the spicy fried rice! Their pho is also good.

DON’T ORDER FRIED CALAMARI!!! That’s the most terrible fried calamari I’ve ever tried. There was hardly any calamari inside as shown in the pic, it’s like 10% calamari and 90% batter. I’d rather call this dish fried batter instead of fried calamari.

Also, when we told the waitress at the very beginning, she told us that’s exactly how their chef made fried calamari( with that much batter), and did not offer the option of returning it. So we have to eat it cause we don’t want to waste food. Later when we were paying the bill, another waiter explained this problem to us again saying something like the calamari today is too expensive so they have to do it in this way. And he also said we should tell them earlier and return it before eating most of them, BUT the problem is that the waitress never told us we can return it when we just began, she just suggested that we should accept it, maybe respect the way they made it 🫠

Again, what a genius idea to make fried calamari with only 10% calamari and 90% batter! You sure can make lots of money through this way!

Outstanding pho bowls. Perfect, warming winter dish. Super large portions loaded with noodles, veggies and protein of your choice.

I DoorDashed here last week decided to eat here for dinner. I ordered a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork sausage.
What i received was undercooked, sliced pork. I opened it up and noticed it was not what I ordered which said whatever I'm already home. I ate it and then noticed an hour later I had to use the bathroom. Yep you guessed it. I didn't get a chance to sit on the toilet before I sharted !!🤮🤣💩 Diarrhea cha cha cha

Great place. Friendly, quick service. Chicken Phó was awesome, Pad Thai good, fried egg rolls a little too greasy, but good anyway. Overall very nice place, would come again.

The boba was okay but the guy at the counter said they had an “extra charge for using cash.” This makes no sense, I’ve never heard of something like this in my life, and it isn’t posted anywhere in the restaurant. I was there today and their Boba tea is delicious and so is there beef ramen soup with beautiful flower carrots and bay leaves with cilantro ! Delicious soup.

Stopped just to have a light soup and it was so fresh. Clean atmosphere and not busy. I had no idea they had such a large menu.

Family was visiting Niagara Falls and stumbled upon this place. Pretty good asian cuisine. Food was delicious, and services were on point. Thought we were too far home to get any good asian food. The pho is actually pretty good.

Pad Thai was delicious big portion. And the strawberry refresher was so good.

The other day I got pho with rare beef. The beef seemed to be going bad.

Extensive tea menu as well as variety of food items, many of which are naturally gluten free. Service was prompt and server explained tea menu and answered questions willingly. Food was served quickly and was freshly prepared.

Update: May 2024. Although I didn't change the overall rating, the food I received tonight was substandard. I have ordered the same items many times and tonight the Crispy Coconut Shrimp was so overcooked it was rubbery. This is a shame since the flavor of this item is usually exceptional. Also the chicken in the pineapple fried rice was overcooked and dry. I sincerely hope this was just a bad night in the kitchen.

I wanted to love this place but I couldn't. I know that they were busy but the service was just poor. We were at a sign that said that we had to wait to be seated so we did. Finally a server comes up and says it's fine we can sit wherever we want. It took him awhile to receive menus but that was okay, we get it he was busy. But nobody ever came back to the table and asked if we wanted a refill on the water after 30 mins. We had to go up to the counter and ask for our check because we were now running late for a movie. And still it took time for someone to come to the table and give us plastic containers for our leftover Pho. FYI they add a 3% charge to any debit or credit cards used at this restaurant. So bring cash if you don't want to pay extra. Now to the food the boba tea selection is amazing they have flavors that I've never seen on a menu before! My daughter ordered bubble gum despite wanting the cotton candy flavored but they were out. Absolutely 100% would go back for the teas. The beef noodle Pho was delicious. The portion size was very large for a small bowl. Prices were decent as well. The restaurant itself was clean and modern.

This restaurant is known for their Pho..But today, I went for the shrimp fried rice. I must say, the fried rice was delicious. I look forward to trying a more complex dish next time.

Order fried chicken and asked if it came with rice. The guy said it did. When picked it up there wasn’t any rice. Informed another guy of issue and said I would pay for rice. The guy said don’t worry and gave me a bowl of rice free. Got home to eat opened my rice and there was a gnat on top of my rice. Im done.

My family of six came to dine and enjoy boba. The food was fantastic and even though they were out of a few boba flavors, there were plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend.

it used to be so much better. we think it’s under new management from previous owners. the food used to be so wonderful. the pad thai had a savory smokey flavor and the curry dishes full of vegetables. the last two times we went, it was seriously underwhelming. the pad thai is now very basic, probably only had 6-7 small tiny pieces of chicken, and no longer smokey brown. the waitress had no clue what I was trying to order. my wife’s green curry dish was mostly sauce and few vegetables, of which the eggplant was barely cooked. it came with half the amount of rice it used to have. it’s a shame. we used to really like coming here, but it’s now on our “no longer going to” list.

I love going here for food it is delicious. They could give bigger portions. I paid $26 for Bubba tea and very small portion of fish and rice.

My only complaint is that when they run out of a certain flavor it's out of stock for awhile. Like, over 2 weeks.

The food was good but the service was terrible. My family and I were the only black people at this restaurant and it took longer for us to get a table and much longer for someone to come to our table to assist us. I noticed the other customers (whites, Asians, and Hispanics) were attended to but my family and I had to call 2-3 times and wait for several minutes because anyone came to assist. It’s sad how people are racist towards black people.

I wanna love this place. Had the red curry and it was divine but ordered Pad Thai with shrimp to go and it was overcooked and inedible. I had to throw it out. However, gonna give it another try today. I've never had Pad Thai so cannot compare to others.

The food was good but the drinks weren't as great as I thought. Not sure if they just didn't make a good batch this time but the tapioca pearls were really plain. Thai tea didn't taste like real thai tea, yellow tiger tasted like thick vanilla. It's a little similar to vanilla pudding. My parents didn't like the coffee slush either. The passion fruit smoothie was alright and the strawberry smoothie was pretty good (especially with the strawberry heart jelly). I think these were the two better drinks.

For the food I'd recommend green curry, panang curry, pad kee mow, and the pad thai! It did not disappoint😊 If I ever come back to Niagara Falls I'd definitely come back here again.

Staff was friendly. The restaurant could use a deep clean. We ordered the appetizer sampler which was good but could not eat the shrimp spring rolls. Shrimp was not fresh and had a slight odor. We were visiting from out of town. Would not recommend to friends visiting area.

Place states hours of 10pm Monday-Friday. Kitchen closes over hour before closing. I would not recommend wasting your time showing up well before the kitchen “closes”. Please see my photo that states “KITCHEN CLOSES 1/2 HR PRIOR TO CLOSING TIME” and does not say Boba Tea.

My family and I had a good experience at this restaurant. The ambience was very calming and comfortable. There was a bit of a wait to order but we were informed of understaffing at the time. Nonetheless, our food arrived quickly. We had the pineapple fried rice, chicken pad thai and tofu green curry. Everything tasted great! Very authentic. The staff was also very polite — shout out to Robin who had a conversation with us. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say, I was simply amazed that after living in NYC and DC that I would find one of the best Viet Thai places I've ever had the privilege of dining in and in a strip mall no less. I've been here a few times and it has never disappointed. If you're in the area you should definitely stop in, if your in Buffalo you should make the trek up.

I ordered the Fresh Spring rolls with peanut sauce, they were amazing! They were much bigger and more filling than I expected.

I also got the Basil Noodle dinner with tofu and it was fantastic. It came with more veggies and tofu than I thought, well worth the money! Definitely enough for two meals for me!

Can't forget the drinks too! I got a lavender tea with blueberry BB, Loovvee.
And also a Taro Milk tea with mango BB, Yuumm!

I highly recommend and will be coming back for a long time to come!

We went here on our trip, we just ordered drinks/boba for takeout. I decided to go to the bathroom as we had a long drive ahead. I wish I wouldn't have. There were mice droppings and the walls in the bathroom were so gross and not well maintained. Please step up your game and take pride in your establishment, if you expect anyone else to!

Have learned this week that Niagra is not a food town. I've tried a lot of different places, all highly rated, but this is the only one that had any flavor. If you're visiting from a major city - go here to actually taste something.

Just awful. The only positive was that the food was hot. Very bland. Appetizers were served with a slice of brown gooey lettuce. Curry vegetable and shrimp had maybe six pieces of vegetable and the shrimp had the tails still intact. For the amount of money that we spent on this meal I would expect higher quality. Just gross. I'm posting because I don't want somebody to have the same experience we did. They need to step up their game because they're not going to be in business very long.
Definitely will not be ordering from here anytime soon.

I have tried different Boba teas from various bubble tea shops and was really disappointed with this place. I ordered a rasberry milk tea boba. What I got was a synthetic flavored juice with no flavor of milk or tea ..it had so much sugar in it that drinking it gave me a head ache. Really bad boba tea (rather juice!) I have ever had.

So so good! This was our first time having dinner here. The food was fabulous. The staff was very attentive and thanked us for coming in. It was hard to decide because every option sounded so delicious. We had an appetizer and 4 main dishes. Every single item was 5 🌟 We will be going back for sure.

Stunning food, better than any I’ve had back home in Boston and much more affordable. Stellar service (and a reminder to please treat employees like human beings especially when it’s busy!) Despite having a long line of people ordering for takeout, our food for dine-in came fast, hot, and delicious. I got the boba, lo mein, and fresh spring rolls. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful experience!

We both ordered pork vermicelli dishes to go, and the pork smelled and tasted "off". Not the greatest cut of meat either, plus lots of pieces were included that were just pure fat, no meat. Food prep could be better.

Presentation is also lacking: just pork, lettuce & cucumber. No crushed peanut, no pickled carrots, no beansprouts.

We were both hungry and yet both of us ended up throwing out the food instead of finishing it. The smell and taste of the pork were just too much to bear.

Perhaps there Boba Tea is good here, but for tasty Viet dishes I'd say go down the street to "The Pho Spot", which we love but was closed that day (a Tuesday). Pho Golden, a little further down the road, is also said to be excellent but I haven't been there yet.

Ordered take out as the restaurant was prepping to close for the day. The spring rolls are filled in generously. The seafood salad was fresh with a nice citrus vinaigrette. My favorite was the shrimp lo mein which had good flavor and noodles were soft. The Thai milk tea was really good too! And if spicy level is needed, I highly recommend asking for chili oil/paste.

Overall, OK, but they were out of a lot of things in the menu and on handwritten signs. No excuse for that. Drinks were very good eventually.

After paying for our take-out order, our food finally came out 45 minutes later. I requested for a refund but they would not unless I returned the food. We were really disappointed in the wait... The server behind the counter was doing the job of 3 people, while there was only 1 other person helping out as well. Who knows if they only had 1 cook. Ownership of this establishment really needs to take a look at how they are short-staffed if they want to stay in business...But otherwise the food was OK.

I had curry udon dish and mango boba tea. It was flavorful and delicious.

We stopped here on a recommendation from some friends, so we came here with pretty high expectations.

First time here, got there at 5:15. The place became very busy. We were lucky and our order came quickly while a table of 5 left after not being waited on. We never got our drinks. All the booths had dirty dishes. The food was good and the wait staff did the best they could .Making tea, doing takeout and waiting tables was too much for 2 people.

Walked in and the place was empty. Waited for 5 minutes at the door and no one greeted us so I went up to the counter and asked if it was ok to grab a table. The person just looked at me and pointed at the menus so I figured I had to grab one myself. Waited another 5 minutes for them to come to the table. When they finally came they didn't even say hi but instead proceeded to tell us that they have a mask policy. Mask policy while we're sitting down?? I asked if they want me to put a mask on in between bites and they didn't know how to answer. Instead they turned around and went back to the counter to take care of a customer waiting to order a drink to go. We sat there for a minute and decided to take our business elsewhere. It's such a shame because their food is delicious but the service is below MCDONALD'S drive through

The tom yum was bland but yummy.

The tea was pretty good so I wouldn't mind coming back for that.

The restaurant was nice though - clean and open and nice atmosphere. Overall, the tea is good and the food is overpriced and bland.

Tea was amazing! So many flavor combinations to choose from in tea and boba. First time ever trying it!

Popped in for a Bubble Tea and it was delicious! The restaurant is beautiful and staff was friendly. I have had their food before and I highly recommend! Unfortunately, on this visit, wait time was extreme when it was quiet, off peak and appeared well staffed and they were out of my first choice, so I can't give them 5 stars. But I loved what I did end up getting.

Thai food at its best. We eat here frequently. My favorite is the teriyaki salmon. They do also have vegetarian options as well.

Best Thia Food in all of West New York. It's fresh, authentic, and worth your money. Cashew chicken with pineapple is so tasty. Don't go anywhere else.. This is the best.. So glad I found this place. Great people.

This is our favorite place to come for boba tea. There's so many different options, choices, combinations, etc. I'd be surprised if they couldn't put together what you like. The service is excellent and fast. I got the peach fruit tea with peach busting bobas and my daughter got the strawberry fruit tea with strawberry bursting bobas. So delicious.

No matter what I order they always make it perfectly! I pick it up and have a very short lunch break and it's always ready to go. Kaylee is always so pleasant and the service is great. Highly recommend it for chicken Pad Thai

This is a review from a customer that has been supporting the restaurant since early days. I noticed a drop in the quality of the foods. Pad krapao is my favorite but now it tastes very different. The sauce is watery and sour. I saw a customer talked about the restaurant having new chef so that is probably the reason. I complained about it once and tried to order it a few more times but there wasn't any improvement. The potatoes in my wife's curry were usually undercooked and not to even mention the ridiculously tiny amount of rice that they gave us. $2 for extra same tiny scoop of rice if you ask for. I ordered my green curry the other day and I asked for no peppers no carrots and no eggplants, but they couldn't be generous enough to give me more other kinds of vegetables. I am not a big eater or demanding, but you people working there just imagine yourself how you would feel when paying $15 for a scoop of rice, a few pieces of chickens and string beans for your meal after a long working day.

The venue is clean and well organized with tables, booths and standing area for those just getting tea. Service is friendly and professional. The owner truly cares about the customer experience and treats patrons with incredible care and attention.

The tea is wonderful - they have a huge selection of flavors, milks, teas, fruits and a delectable choices for boba. (My go to is Thai Iced tea with Tapioca)

The big stand our here is the food. It's delicious! From the appetizers, curries, pho - I've tried much of the food and I haven't ordered something I haven't liked. My recommendations are their Beef Pho (of course), Green and red Curries, App Sampler and Pad Woonsen.

Very dirty needs to be cleaned. The glass divider so dirty couldn't see though it. Large presence of fruit flies. Storage bin very dirty.

Food is always delicious

This is the chicken noodle soup and it doesn’t disappoint! I got the size regular and it’s huge!! Not to mention the calamari was delish! 😋😋

BEST RESTAURANT EVER!

I don’t usually write reviews about places, but this one is just too outstanding to not talk about.Everything is just perfect here, the looks of the restaurant (amazing interior design), gorgeous food presentation, amazing savors, delicious boba, quality service, and way more. This is by far the greatest restaurant I have ever been in. If you are looking for a good restaurant come to this one where they will blow your expectations out of the water (positively). Love this place so much will definitely come back soon!

So delicious!!! The Boba teas are amazing. Tried the Cheesecake Milk Tea with Cheery Bursting Boba.... mmmmmm.

Great food excellent service

I love some of the dishes here, and the variety of Boba Tea that you can get. Service is pretty good and there's almost always tables available. Pad Kee Mao is my favorite. Followed by the spicy fried rice! Their pho is also good.

The food at Boba Tea cafe is very flavorful. I had the veggie red Thai curry and it was perfect! Their bursting boba refreshers are amazing as well. Their portions are very appropriate for one person. Although super delicious, I do think their food is slightly on the expensive side for Thai restaurants. If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend visiting the place at least once.

My mom wasn't satisfied with the portion we got from the green curry and the waitress gave us another dish of our choice with no hastle.
