Central & northeast Thai fare, plus beer & wine, in a simple, strip-mall dining room.
My hubby and I stopped in for dinner here for the first time. We loved everything about it! The owners are very nice. There was a lot of space for big parties. Service was quick. We were served water and had our orders taken very quickly. Our food was served fast. I had a glass of cab sav. We shared a plate of butterflies and pad see ew. The butterflies were very yummy, filled with lots of crab. The pad see ew was delicious. Very flavorful, and tender chicken. We definitely recommend you come check it out, and we will be back!
I am completely astounded with how terrible this place is. The phó is the most basic chicken noodle soup (with barely any chicken) and they couldn't be bothered to provide the basic add-ons like basil. But by far the worst part was the $10 they charged for the sticky mango rice, that they made us wait an extra 25 minutes for after telling us our meal would be ready by 6:30. It was the most paltry serving I've ever seen and to have the audacity to charge $10 for it is ludicrous. This place has always been a little sketchy with portion size/overall poor quality of the food versus how much they charged and we had avoided it for a few years. Decided to give it a try and NEVER AGAIN. Avoid this place, the food is subpar, and the cost is ridiculous for the portion sizes and food quality (see pictures for what they charged $10 for two spoonfuls of sticky mango rice; and that's a baby fork I'm using). They are ripping this community off.
UPDATE:
can't go there anymore. Prices are sky high and note the pic of our mango sticky rice. $8.....smallest amount ever. Done with the place
Always can get good curry here. Last time we went they were out of pho which was a disappointment, but good food.
The ginger fish was soooo amazing.
The place seemed clean and the service was friendly. I ordered the avocado rice dish because it did not have any broccoli in it, and the dish came with broccoli in it. (I think it was a left over pre-made rice dish that just had avocados put in it.) Some of The food (especially the broccoli) tasted a bit off and both of us got ill that night. Probably will not return.
Oof. We had pho and the word “disappointment” doesn’t even begin to describe our experience. Very expensive for literally a basic bowl of noodles and light broth. There were no add-ins like basil, jalepenos, sauces, etc. but also shocked that there were no vegetables at all (bean sprouts). Could have spent a buck for Campbells and had a better meal.
Terrible Pho. The avocado in the garden rolls was already heavily brown. Maybe they're having an off day. This was disappointing.
Food was good, but waited 50 minutes to get our food.

You can tell they use fresh everything in the food. It was delicious! I had the mango fried rice with chicken, my husband had a sweet and sour stir fry with chicken. They keep the place very clean. We will be back again.
My mom loves their green curry with chicken. I stop in and pick some up for her often.
We had the mango curry, pad thai and pad see eew. All the dishes were excellent and well prepared. Must stop if in the Tri Cities.
Wonderful place! Will be coming back.
Good service; good food; good price.
Good food nice atmosphere
I eat alotta pho. A LOT. I’ve had some crap soup in my travels, and I don’t see any reason to skimp on a dish that literally costs a few bucks for them to make. But, they absolutely do skimp. Hardly any chicken, basic broth that I actually had to add pho soup mix from the Asian market, no basil, no onion/green onion/shallots and I don’t even remember if there were sprouts. Can’t speak for the rest of their menu, but go elsewhere for Pho. Not worth the drive and especially not worth cost. Nice try guys, but I won’t be back. 👎🏻
Like most people we do take out most of the time. It's very good takeout and I love the assortment of items they have. Definitely recommend.

Every Thai restaurant is different in what it offers. Thai City food is very good and tastes very fresh. The owner is sweet and kind and has a lovely sense of humour.
Great Pad Thai and Pad See Ew! My favorite Thai place in Tri-Cities.
Pad Thai, drunken noodles, mango sticky rice, and thai tea were amazing! Prices are excellent as well for the portion size and quality.
Thai city, please ignore the ignorance of those reviewing your Phó unfortunately those people have forgotten this is a Thai restaurant and not a Vietnamese Phó house.

This place is bomb. The Pad Thai goes hard and I used to go and get it often when I lived in the Tri- Cites. It is a restaurant that I always visit when I come down to the Tri. Food can take a while to cook, so be prepared to spend some time here if you bring a lot of people, but the main thai dishes are damn good. I would be some bold as to say they have the best pad Thai in the tri cities. Balanced flavors, good acidity and sweetness. Ya gatta go get some Thai City.

I love thier spicy fried rice and it is very easy to get food for other family members that have dietary restrictions.
I was craving Pho and my craving was definitely satisfied. I will be back.
I would eat here all the time if I could, but I would go broke! I had been searching for a place with great Tom yum and clams since my visit to Thailand, and this place has the BEST! I’ve never been disappointed with their food.
Still the best Thai restaurant in the area
Love the food!
Service is always great.
Love the food!!
Flavors are delicious! Great Food..
BUT….Wait is too long. Way overpriced and constantly messing up order. Small portions.
This used to be our favorite place but not anymore, it’s a shame:(
Great food as always.
The food is good but the portions are very small and I was surprised by the high cost. They even charged us extra for rice to go along with our curry. It was a tiny amount of rice. I liked the food but I doubt I'll return.
If you have the patience to wait a bit for your food you'll be rewarded with authentic Thai food. My spouse is Thai, authentic is important to her, and the food here was.
Portions on the small side for the price.
Great food and service.
Great food. Terrible service.

Always can get good curry here. Last time we went they were out of pho which was a disappointment, but good food.
The ginger fish was soooo amazing.
This is my spot ! I love how friendly the lady is I wish I knew her name ( be back to update that ). Come in to take my food to go mainly but sitting in there is a nice vibe and so calm and chill. Been there a few times in the past 1.5 months and never not satisfied and the food is BOMB
Great food great service. Will go again
This place never disappoints. Wonderful food, great portions. The first Thai food I had here locally and still my favorite
Probably the only oriental restaurant in West Richland, and it's a good one too!
Good food, great price, pleasant environment

Nothing but the BEST!!!!! Every time I go in I get great service and exceptional food .... Must try this place i promise you wont be disappointed
Great food and service.
The food here has all been very good. We have eaten here several times. As other reviewers have said, the wait times are just ridiculous. I know everyone is having issues with staffing, but the last time I went there were 3 or 4 employees working. There was one table occupied in the entire restaurant. I called in my order at 4:40 and they said an hour. I planned ahead because we know they are slow. I got there at 5:40 and they said it was still cooking. I finally got my food (two meals) at 6:00. There were two other people waiting that ordered after me as well and had been waiting around an hour. They need to figure out how to increase efficiency with staffing issues. Just plan way ahead and be patient, and you won't be disappointed by the food.
Probably one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to after living in different 5 cities on the east coast. Their thick broth tom yum soup is the best I've had so far
Good food, good prices. Pretty standard thai fare with some fun twists.
Fantastic service and great food!
The yellow curry was absolutely delish and so was the pho!!! Definitely give them a try!!
The food is good. My issue is the wait time on to-go orders. The to go order wait for one meal in 40-45 minutes and it's happened on days and weekends. For one plate, I find that to be way too long. Maybe it's a staffing issue and if that's the case, I hope they are able to add an additional staff so wait times aren't as long.
Good foods good people
I love this restaurant so much
They are super clean even in the restroom
Food are very delicious: Pad Thai & Tom Yum soup
Very friendly very kind from the owner to the staff there. They taught me some Thai language too 💕
Highly recommended it to everyone
Thank you for your good serving
Will come back many times for sure
Great service , quality food. Tastes are clean, fragrant and full of flavor. Must try if your in the tri city area.
The food was really good and flavorful but it took 45+ minutes to come out and there were only a couple of other people in the restaurant when we ordered. My husband's 'Spicy Chicken' dish was not spicy and was 90% vegetables with like 3 small pieces of thinly sliced chicken. I had the 'West Richland Chicken' which was good but it was just sweet and sour chicken that cost $18. I was pretty shocked by the prices and probably wouldn't come back for that reason.
It was very busy and everyone was working really hard. Great food!
1.5 hours for takeout.
Was great very nice Saturday lunch. Friendly staff, they had Wimbledon on the screen. The red chicken curry with white rice was excellent get some green's too. Bring a friend, that is the only way to eat it.
Great staff, amazing food! My favorite Thai in the Tri! Chicken pad Thai is delish and yellow curry is fantastic- love the chicken skewer app as well, the peanut dipping sauce is divine!
The food was excellent but pricey. Staff was friendly and took very good care of us. I will definitely eat their again. Will have to save up for it though.
It is very difficult to get good Thai in Eastern WA, but this is DELICIOUS!!! I had the chicken pad thai today; will be back to try their other dishes!
Little high on price, but food was outstanding. Loved the spicy chicken, and coconut shrimp.
Awesome food! Got the Thai city pork and pad Thai 😋😋😋😋😋😋 highly recommend 👏🏼
I love Thai city! I would give it 5 stars for the pad see ew alone! We love the pad thai, several of the curries. The garlic chicken though, it used to be smaller chicken pieces and crunchy and that was so delicious. Theyve changed it, and it's a little disappointing. Still tastes good, just not the same. Great portions, tasty food.
They have some of the best Thai food I have had. Plust they are the nicest people
We really like the garlic crispy chicken, good pra ram also
Decent food but too expensive. One box of noodles cost me $18. They were good but not good enough to warrant the price.. Have had better noodles from other places for cheaper. Unfortunately I probably won't be ordering from here again.
Been to thai around the country and this stands among the best, order yellow curry or phad thai with some extra spice and you wont be sorry
Amazing Thai food.
Great food, convenient location for west Richland residents.
Very good quality food and Fast service.
Little bit more pricey than I would expect, but the food is worth it.
This place was rated good, so we tried it. I gave it two times and each was equally disappointing. Food is not very flavorful and over priced. Also takes a while to come out.
Absolutely delicious 😊
Not great, not bad food. Good bite to eat but lacks sazón (flavor).
Ordered 3 dishes for $46 and change (orange chicken, friend rice and Pho). When I got home, I noticed that the orange chicken was leaking everywhere). The portion size of the orange chicken dish left a lot to be desired. It was barely enough to feed ONE person. The food was overall not very good - not well seasoned and orange chicken tasted like old fry oil. Could have gotten better quality food at Panda Express for WAY less than $46 and change. Will never order from this place again.
Great food, not real friendly, but we got good service. No one else was there. Several people came and picked up to go orders. Asked for a to go menu, was told they were out.
over priced 40% more than other restaurant
Just fantastic. Amazing food!
Always great food and fast service! The Bufferfly won tons and Thai City Pork (12c) is our favorite.
Good Thai food, not very clean, tables sticky , fish tank disgusting, not very friendly.
Food was extremely salty and overpriced. Service was horrible.
Too busy for us. We walked in waited quite a while then we walked out I think they were understaffed
Yummy
It was super good and service was great
Food was pretty good, service was rushed, not enough staff to handle tables of which there were 4 with customers, and the walk-in Togo orders.
Great food
Really good pork fried rice there love it
One of best thai in Tricities, garlic chicken yum
One of the best places to have Thai food in the Tricities
Good food. Great service. Pad Thai yummy, larb guy yummier. Go, you'll like it.
Great food! My niece and I like to meet here for our lunch breaks to catch up and we both love Thai food. Their curries, butterflies, fried rice and pho is great.
The yellow chicken curry is just so good, oml.
Avg food . Pricey for the small serving sizes. Table felt dirty/sticky not clean and smooth. Food was just okay I would suggest looking else where first.
Really enjoyed this place. Good little restaurant in west richland. Love going here on nights when I just don't feel like making food. Very friendly staff. Awesome at asking for refills and giving you whatever you want! Will definitely be returning here!
Great food and excellent staff!
This is the only place in the Tri-Cities that had prepared a good rad na! They were super busy when I picked up my takeout order, so they were running late. The staff was small but very helpful, and they gave me a free Thai tea for having to wait so long.
Friendly staff and great food
Delicious! Best Thai food in tri-cities!
I liked the Thai food here and will return. The curry beef with curry was sweet and served over white steamed rice, with limited carrot and onion. Generic plain strip mall decor. I prefer Mezzo Thai, including the service, decor, and especially the food. Like most restaurants in central and Eastern Washington, the food is imbalanced by too much meat and starch, not nearly enough vegetables. Mezzo has a far better presentation with a better food balance - much more like proper dining. I am a California relocation to Washington State, and am not used to the lack of vegetables, especially fresh vegetables, in Washington - food here tastes like food there tasted 20 ~ 30 years ago.
Best Pad Thai no doubt.
Amazing food and staff!!!
Love their food and service!
Delicious!
I am a regular here, my favorite is either the yellow curry chicken or phad thai, every time im in they remember my order, i would say this is the best thai food anywhere in tri cities and its sort of a hidden gem, you have to try thai city!
Delicious food and nice atmosphere. Plenty of room for the whole family, and friendly service.
Excellent in every way
Could be better but good!
Outstanding curry and noodle dishes. Fast friendly service and great prices. Perfect place for lunch!
Very nice with Thai owner hands on in the business...
Get the Pho!
Very fresh and delicious. Excellent food.
Lots of choices and large portions. Food was good and service was good. I need to return to try other things.
Red Curry chicken and garlic chicken were very tasty.
Delicious but a little pricey
Love the black rice pudding!
Good Thai spot on my way home. Pad see ew and beef and broccoli were good. Baby ate it all up. Was slightly too salty, but lots of veggies which I like.
Amazing food and staff plus we had the boys in Blue eating beside us which made it even more amazing. #westrichlandpd
Food is always good, but only one waitress for entire 15 tabled restaurant. She also does all hostessing, cashierng, bussing, and phone orders. Wish food ordered came out at the same time, not seperatly. Wall next to our booth needed a good cleaning. Food was splashed on it. I see why there are a lot of take out orders.
The green curry is amazing!!
The food is always delicious and beautifully presented. You can feel the love put into this food!
Nothing special
Beat Thai fopd around
Egg rolls eww egg rolls to small not enough food
New fave! Great food and service!
Both the food and the service are always excellent at Thai City. It is my favorite restaurant in the TriCities! I would definitely recommend every fish I've eaten there, but don't miss the Avocado Fried Rice and the Thai Iced Coffee.
I love Thai City. I snag a to go order a few times a month.
Great food and very friendly and competent employees.
