Our go to Thai place in Bellaire. They have an excellent variety of dishes to choose from and nothing so far has disappointed me. I especially love the Chicken Wings and the Fried Fish. The sweet chili sauce they put them in is amazing. The noodle dishes are excellent as well, and they let you customize the protein per dish too. Great family restaurant that always has plenty of seating, and the portions for the prices are more than worth it.
Our new favorite Thai spot in Houston, Very authentic food. The noodle broth had plenty of flavor, beef cuts were tender with no gristle and even though the chicken wings are .ore Americanized food they are delicious.
Service from the waitstaff was top notch, friendly and informative. The owner even came put and checked on us making sure we were happy with our lunch.
New spot try out, and Tony Thai’s didn’t disappoint!
Service was awesome!
Portion size for the price is awesome! Flavors were awesome!
Well worth a stop if you’re looking for new restaurant to try out.
As a staple dish, ordered the wings as an appetizer. Sticky, crunchy, and delicious.
The curry fish was just as delicious and has a little spice to it. It’s just to die for.
Lastly the garlic pork just helped finish us off, with a bowl of steam rice. Just complimented everything.
All priced right and family style.
Average was $25 per person which to us hit perfectly for the amount and quality of the dishes.
The parking can be a little difficult at times, but well worth a stop. Also make sure to check the back for more spots.
We have no reserves that we will definitely be back for more. Can’t wait to try more dishes.
Until next time.
Thai food is one of my favorite to enjoy outside of the house, and I've been hearing a LOT of great things about this place, so I was quite excited to visit. This is by far the BEST Thai I've had ever, and the service was fast, super friendly, and prices were great! I def recommend every1 try this spot if you haven't! A+++++
This has been my FAV Thai restaurant for years!
The food never missed! We always get seated and served quickly. Prices are very affordable with a lot of dishes being $13-$15.
Me and my family of 3 can usually eat for $60 bucks! Parking is never an issue.
Some of my recommended dishes
- Basil fried rice with shrimp (add spice to a level 4)
- beef pad prick king
- Tony Wings
- Tiger cry
- garlic chicken
- THAI TEA 🧋
Amazing ambiance with decorations from Thailand!
My personal favorites there are the Garlic Salmon, Tony Wings, and Steamed Fish (they bring it in a metal fish boat with a flame below so it continues to stay warm and bubbly at the table).
Mango Rice and Creme Brulee for dessert... I've had creme brulee in many restaurants all over the country and this by far my favorite texture and flavor.
Very attentive service. They anticipated the needs of our table to make a truly enjoyable dining experience.
I know the owner Tony personally. He is a genuinely great guy. Help support one of the good ones.
I was told years ago by Thai folks that were working in Houston this is the place they go for authentic Thai food. I been going there for 7+ years and have not stop since.
Every dish there is authentic and delicious. Try the Cai Lan with Crispy Pork, or any of the fish at very reasonable prices. They also have 4 different versions of curry and they are all tasty.
I also like their stewed pork leg and their pad see eew noodles.
The best part of this is their price are extremely reasonable and they served huge family style portions.
Absolute go to if you are looking for the best Thai food in Houston.
tony’s wings!!!!!! best thing on the menu
I love Thai food. Whenever I am in this big Asian area of Houston, I don't even experiment exploring new places. I just go here. Some of best Thai food I have tried.
I can't complain about anything, every dish was so delicious that I wanted to try a different one each time and eat them all. 😋😋😋😋
Crispy pork not very good also the port was dry and hard . No meat to eat just hard dry skin . Won’t be coming here again.
My favorite Thai go to spot!! They re chicken curry is amazing! Best cheese rolls! And the gentlemen by the door is a sweetheart!
Every dish is amazing here! I have not once ordered something I did not like. One server goes above and beyond from beginning to end like taking your drink order to packing your left overs to go for you (we often tip him extra). This place will not disappoint!
Not the same as it used to be. Have been going here for over 10 years. Recipes have changed and everything is too sweet now. My teeth felt dirty after eating here. Won't be back. Tiger cry tasted like burnt thit nuong
10/10!!! I love the food, the atmosphere, and the staff is so welcoming and attentive.
Delicoius Asian dishes you wont regret it.

Cons: You cannot adjust the spice level of the entrees. I am currently sensitive due to a vitamin deficiency and the panang curry and the red curry were too spicy for me. I couldn't eat it. The waitress brought chicken instead of the shrimp we asked for. Not great flavor anyway. Pros: we got a refill of rice, and the food came out very fast. Plenty of parking.
Best Pad Thai I’ve ever had
Best Thai food in Houston. The owners are very attentive and detailed. Prices are reasonable, portions are big
I’ve been going to this restaurant for about 15 years now and it’s still my favorite Thai restaurant in HOUSTON!!!
Best Thai food in town. Fresh ingredients, authentic dishes, so yummy. Mr Tony, the owner is great and generous man!
Very delicious food.
Un buen lugar para comer del sabor thailandes todo muy rico
All the food was delicious. Really fit for group hangout for meal.
I love their pork leg 🙏
Great food and service, the muscles are my favorite. However, everything tried has been delicious.
Great tasting food, fast service. Have been several times and plan on continuing to go back
Had the pork noodles. Great staff and service but the food was not. Broth tasted like salty water with no depth of flavor. Few slices of pork were overly thick and tough. One of the worst bowl of noodles I've had in a long time. Ate what I could but left 70% of bowl uneaten and left hungry.
Best thai food in Houston. Pad thai. Tom yum rice. Yellow curry, and the string beans are the bomba.
New spot try out, and Tony Thai’s didn’t disappoint!

Great little find. Tasty Pad Thai
Over half tables open but long wait. Rude waitress.
The food was good. The pineapple fried rice was amazing.
My wife, kids and I love PadThai dish here. It is so delicious, best PadThai in Houston.
Nice restaurant, safe location, very friendly owner and staff.
We will come again !

Great food and service. Parking can be a little challenging but worth it for great food.
Best Thai food, by far the best Thai iced tea I've had in Houston. I've tried all kinds of Thai food restaurants in Houston and this is by far the best.
Service very bad
Favorite restaurant in houston, delicious food for good price. I like the catfish chili sauce
when i eat here, i close my eyes and back at karon beach ;) dee mok!
Mediocre food as far as Thai places go and a bit pricey. Next time I'll just be going to my usual Thai spot.
Good
After so many years, it's still an amazing meal and value!! Flavors are well balance!!!
I’ve been here a few times and I must admit the first time I was super about everything I had, the dumplings were incredible, spring rolls delicious and shrimp fried rice great portion size and yummy, no soy sauce needed. Then would come grab to go orders, and the first two times it was pretty good & today I came in, placed my order and was excited to get home and smash. However when I opened my box my rice looked a bit burnt & and the size of the onions and tomato was huge. There was burnt bits of the rice. You could tell because it was clumped together as if someone scraped the bottom on the burnt pan to serve in my plate.. I had to pick thru most of it & ended up tossing half away.. today must’ve been an off day bc normally it’s really satisfying.🫤 disappointed.

Best thai food in southwest houston..Quality with Quantity..Tasty and reasonable.rare combination👍👌❤
The best Thai food I’ve had in the US!! It’s located inside Saigon plaza with a lot of asian restaurants all over.
Super authentic food! Loved every bit of it.
Great food 😋 👌
Waitstaff seem like they are genuinely nice and good people. This is one of my favorite place to go to. The owner is really nice and sweet person.
their pad see ew and thai tea is my favorite combo. and they always listen to my requests. love this place so much
Just perfect Thai food. Love that there’s no MSG.
Really good food and good service
We so disappointed to come in at 9:30 and the kitchen is closed it was two of us and another family with kids behind us and they turn us away😧 The time on the website said close at 10:00 that's why we thought at 9:30 hopefully we still can order really quick...,
Great food and service. Uncle Tony Thai was supper nice and friendly to kids.
Nice place for celebration. People are nice and friendly, service was great and the food is full of flavor. Have to try the mushroom soup and I don't think you can go wrong with any order you would like to try. Yes, will plan of coming back soon.
Tony’s is an awesome 🤩 restaurant and isn’t a long wait amazing food 🍲 and really nice people 👍 and great for kids!❤️
More than 40 minute delay on order pick up placed 4 hours ahead.
It says closes at 10pm. But they closed at 9.30p
Large portions and amazing taste 🤩
Been to this Thai restaurant on and off for more than 17 years now, never got so disappointed like this time. The food didn't taste good anymore. Ordered the drunken noodles for dine in and to go, the one I ate at the restaurant was cooked with very light sauce and kind of bland while the one I brought home was with too much sauce, looked dark and a bit salty. Pad Thai shouldn't go wrong at a Thai restaurant but this time it was bad, too dry and too bland. Papaya salad was super spicy, they should take the spiciness 3 level down, my tongue was burning when eating it and I could eat very spicy. I hope they changed the chef recently, and that was the reason the food didn't taste the same anymore, if not, I'd not come back. Sorry!
Nice small place . Excellent food and good service. Generous serving size. The staff is very well knowledgeable about Thai food and very honest about food comparison to Thai food served in Asian countries. Long time we found a restaurant serving close to true Thai food.
I been coming here since 2010. I always get great and speedy service. The food is fingerlickin good. Nice vibe inside. Beginning to wonder tho if its under new management. Noticed some changes here. But still a good place to eat. My go-to meals are the Beef Namtok and Beef Pad See Eew.
Amazing ambiance with decorations from Thailand!

Remind myself not to come back here again. The prices don’t match with items on menu and only after I paid and asked why it’s so expensive that I was given a receipt. The food is not good either. Had to throw half of it away. Noodle was too hard and clumpy and soup was too sour and beef was very chewy.
Pad Thai is good especially with crispy tofu!
Green curry was bland (a lot of veggies made it watery)
Panang curry was much better
The lamb was grilled to perfection.
Been going here since my college days in 2006 ~ best thai food around htown
The pad thai was wonderful. I wasn't that crazy about my green curry but everything else was top-notch.
My family and I went to dinner at Tony Thai tonight. It was fairly busy for a Wednesday night. We ordered some Tom Yum Kung with shrimp, Tiger Cry, Grilled Squid, and Crispy Pork (Pad Pak Bong)
The crispy pork and the soup were really good. A little different from standard Tom Yum soups, but we enjoyed it.
The Tiger Cry was tasty, but the meat was a little overdone and so was the squid.
We had 2 different waiters...the first one was a little impatient, but the guy who eventually took over from her was quick and efficient.
Went to Tony’s yesterday and it was a great experience, awesome food really good service and a nice atmosphere…I would recommend Tony’s to all my family and friends 😃👍🏼
Absolutely delicious 😋
Located in the Kim son plaza, one of the better Thai place without having to go further down Harwin. Most food around this side of Bellaire are Viet food so I'm glad Tony Thai is here. I enjoy their pad thai.
I have only gotten food to-go. However, one time my group of friends and I try going here for dinner on a weekend and this place was crowded. The wait would have been a long time and it was already late so we decided to leave. Nicely decorated inside. A lot less crowded through the day.
It is one of the best Thai restaurants in Houston.
Some of the best Pad Thai I've had. Solid Thai restaurant.
Favorite Thai place in Houston! Everytime I’m in town I come in to visit! Love their phad see ew and at the end when we have left overs they come over to pack it up for us.
Never coming back!!! We went and waited over an hour and the waiter forgot to put our order in. We didn't realized til' 2 tables got their dishes before ours and they where there after us. They don't care !!!!
Really good pad Thai and bbq chicken ❤️
No comment
I used to drive 35 minutes just to pick up some to go, but this time was the last time for me. Service was bad, the food wasn't the same, and waiter lacking customers service 😑 . Not coming back again!
Nice place, clean and good food. Love their coconut chicken soup
Been coming here for years, always been consistent and will continue to come here. One of my favorite spots for Thai food
Only making this review to make people aware that they should not make orders from the website linked on this posting. The restaurant is not connected to that ordering system so I basically sent my money to a random person. Just heads up. The restaurant already knows and says they’re working to fix this.
The food was terrible. We ordered 3 dishes: the pad thai, drunken noodles and pad kee mow. The noodles were greasy, the pad thai tasted like sugar and they were stingy with the tofu and beef. Over priced and gross. If I could have left 0 stars I would have.
This spot is most in this area, the dishes recommended where amazing and the drinks too. The wings are some of the best if not the best in the city. Great michelada and incredible mocktails, I’ll try the drinks next time! The food and drinks was enough to rate them 5 stars but the service really took it over the top. The team checked on us and took care of every need even though it’s a super fast paced environment. I freaking loved it!
Ordered some Tony's wings to go, went in, the waiter asked what's the name, and what did I order? Give the name. Paid and told to wait. Went out to my car for about 10 minutes. Came in to pick up my food. The fat guy from the back came with another ticket and told me that I need to pay the different of $1 because they did not charged me enough! Lol, $1 ? Man, that's so sad, as many times as I have Ordered from this place. Tonight was it for me. Not that $1 make any difference, he refused to hand over my food until I give him another $1. I could had just say, give me my refund and leaved without the food but I didn't want to be ugly. I'm not coming back Here again. Service suck and the wings was not that great anyway! Bad customer service!
Food is SO good, best thai food ive ever had and the customer service is very attentive! The restaurant itself is so neat and has a cool experience.
5 stars all around food is delicious and we can't go to Houston without stopping here. Very friendly service and we always leave stuffed.
We absolutely adore this Thai restaurant! The service is exceptionally fast and fantastic. The food consistently delights our taste buds, and it has become our beloved family Thai spot
I have been going to this restaurant for years. You have to try Tony wings, tomyum soup papaya salad..etc.. more...
Great food. Never disappointed.
Great Thai food! The taste and quality of food varies. Not consistent throughout the week.
I thought that service was number 1 in Texas..until Nola. We were treated like trash while she gave us attitude and made us feel like we were a burden from the start. There were only 1 other table in the restaurant, so it wasn't because she was busy. She had a mean face and acted annoyed while taking our orders. A few other tables came in and they were treated so nice! Smiles and laughs all around. She never checked on our table to see if anything was ok. It was embarrassing because we wanted to take our cousins here since we heard it was a good Thai restaurant. We are Thai ourselves... and maybe that's why she treated us like trash? In the end... our bill came and we were charged 18% for a party of 5 or more... which usually I'm fine with since I work in the industry myself.. but the service was not even par... not even close to a 10% tip and I rarely give under 18% anywhere I go. We gave it anyway... That's something...
Worst service so far in this area... will never go back again. Food tasted nasty and bitter, maybe because of the attitude and foulness she left in our mouths.
Do you think you deserved that 18% service charge, Nola??
Both the beef and pad Thai were delicious. We enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere couldn't have felt any better while the sun was going down!
Great food
Very good and authentic Thai cuisine
Great food and service with large portions.
I love the food. The best Pad Thai I ever had. I go there for lunch eve though they don’t have the lunch menu they used to have. Plasters are big for a reasonable price
Our favorite thai restaurant in Houston!
Feels are authentic as possible.
Loved the pad Thai.
Will definitely visit again
Very pleased
Best Pad See Ew I’ve had. We ordered a few dishes to share and everything was excellent! Great service and food came out quickly. We will absolutely be back!
Very good food.
Very good price
👍✅
This place really good food and yummy Thai food
This place had such good food. It was my first time eating Thai food. It was clean, and I liked the way the food was served. We all shared and tasted everything and had a bunch of leftovers. So good, really!
Best thai food in town, the staff very friendly
I love fried tilapia and this place has it. The fish was good but the spicy dipping sauce was just ok, I like the sauce at this other place. Service was good.
Got food catered for a party. Great service, food and price. Highly recommend eating at the restaurant as well.
Best fried rice I’ve ever tasted in my entire life
My favorite Thai place in the area. Great curry, fast service, and nice decor.
Great food
It’s the best thai food in Houston
Good food. Good sevice. I away come here.😋
Food is incredible. Tony's Wings for appetizer, salad, curry, and stir fry. Super nice folks in a lively space. Highly recommend.
Great place for Thai food. Good food, good service, large portions. I highly recommend!
