Pho Garden used to be my go to outside of Mama's Pho. They are clean and presentable for sure. And I used to love ordering from them till today. They were so stingy with the amount of meat they gave me. Like incredibly, and they served us herbs that have already welted and gone bad. I know things are more expensive now, but if you're still selling things at the same price, you should still serve the same portions unless otherwised addressed. I literally had all noodles. I could pick up all of my meat in one grab with a pair of chopsticks. Sucks because the broth is actually good here and I used to recommend it to all of my friends. :/

Really good food! It was busy on a rainy Saturday afternoon but they were so nice and the food was really good. Worth a 10 min wait for a table. We had the #3 pho, broth was so so good, grilled beef and rice plate my son wolfed down in 3 min ane the bun that had everything. We would definitely come here again when we are in the area.

I've eaten here multiple times now, and the food is consistently wonderful. Some of the best broth I've tried out of the 20+ pho shops I've visited in Washington! Light, filling, and tasty! The portions are also perfect. Their regular bowl is what my local shop considers the large. I can not recommend eating here enough!

Finally gave this place a chance and were so excited to find a new go to pho restaurant! The broth was light but it didn't lack in flavor. We both got the weekly special with a choice of pho, an appetizer (per person) and a soft drink or tea. The bowl of soup was a really good size for being the regular bowl so now we're interested in how large the extra large is! We got the eggrolls, crab rangoon, and shrimp wrappers. All of them were fried to crispy perfection and were stuffed with filling.
I had a minor issue with not getting meatballs in my pho when I had ordered the brisket and meatball combo but they gave me no hassle about it and accommodated me, which I really appreciated because I'm glad I didnt miss out on the meatballs! They were the best I've had!

We are a vegan family of 4. We come here at least once a month, if not more. Our two kids (4 and 6 y/o) love it here. They usually finish all their food so it's somewhere we go where everyone is happy.

Staff is super friendly and service is top notch. They know what is vegan and what is not. We have had their salad rolls as well and there are other vegan dishes, but I wish there were a few more options throughout the menu for vegans (like specialty drinks and curries) but nonetheless, we are more than happy to have our pho.

We order 2 large tofu phos with veggies broth and a side of veggies to add to our soups. They thoughtfully bring us small bowls and scissors to cut the noodles as we share with our kids.

Tofu is deliciously fried and the broth is very flavorful. They offer a variety of add on spice options laid out at the table. Speaking as someone who likes spice, it's very much appreciated.

I love the pho here, but today I visited just now, and I tried to order the house special pho and also a diet coke. I had to repeat myself multiple times and I don't think the waiter even understood what I was saying. I was waiting and waiting at least over 10 minutes and the waiter still didn't even bring me out my drink. I was waiting for my diet coke and after tirelessly waiting I decided to go to McDonald's. The drink should be brought out to the table immediately. So people have something to drink. So thirsty.

After a long day at the Tacoma RV show, my wife and I were starving. We looked at places to eat close to the Tacoma Dome, but nothing in that area looked good. So we decided to head back to Bremerton. At the last minute, my wife says, "Let's look around the target shopping center. " So we did and stumbled upon Pho Garden. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. I wish I lived closer so that I could eat there more often. This will be a regular stop when I'm passing through Tacoma.

I got their pad Thai yesterday. Not spicy.

It’s the next morning and My stomach will not stop hurting and I’ve gone to the bathroom so many times. Never again.

We were waiting for a while the guys helping when to the street grab something from a car I looks like he grab drugs or something when to the rest room and after 5 mins came back we were just waiting so that did not feel right and we left so carefull when that guys is there

For a burnt platter. The hoisin sauce comes in packets now, which not sure when they started to do that. Kinda sucks less sauce.
Also felt like there wasn’t enough meat and honestly could not tell the difference between there “beef” and brisket” it looked all the same. You’re charging people that much for food and your rice noodles can’t even separate.we just have chunks of noodles lol. nonetheless not sure if I’ll come back here definitely will look for a new pho place.

I was there with my sister last week. We ordered pho. Let me tell you. The broth is to die for. It's amazing, delicious broth. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants for pho.. nothing beat this place. I'll be going there again.

I had a pleasant experience here. This was my first time dining in. And this place has a very relaxing atmosphere. I had the chicken pad thai! It was very good! And I was happy with the portion size. I will 100 percent be returning.

Delicious food and stellar service. I recommend getting the chicken Pad see ew and combination fried rice. I would also like to mention that their decoration is very nice. Additionally, the music is top-notch!

Showed up 10:30am which is opening time stated on Google and their front window. We walked in at 10:40am and they told us they open at 11am, even after letting him know what the window and Google stated. He said sorry and walked away, didn’t even offer to seat us and say it might be awhile before food will be ready. Change the times so you don’t waste other people’s time.

I just wanted to write a review on my experience from coming here over a year. Last time I came in I was dining with my boyfriend and who was working was a older lady and different from what I usually get, A woman walks in and complains loudly about a male waiter who is usually working saying how he isn’t as great and complains about waiting on the food. I just want to clarify that it’s a smaller business so expect the food to take some time from being homemade. And secondly, the man who is usually working the front and doing everything from packing orders, bussing tables all while taking food out has always been amazing to me and quick service. He always stops immediately what he’s doing and works very hard. So I just wanted to say him and the food is what continues to bring me back.. Thank you for the great service and food ❤️❤️

The decor is upscale and service has always been great. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to eat here because the food's great and a great experience!

i dont usually leave reviews but i just ordered a doordash order from them to treat myself during a hard time in my life and everything came to me in good quality and big portions, especially for the price point.

they were out of stock in the drinks i ordered and were super kind as to call me in a friendly and timely manner to make sure i could get compensated for that.

thank you guys for brightening my day a little. would definitely recommend the new Exotic Passion Refresher drink.

Place is disgusting, ate here last night and I’m now up with stomach aches and diarrhea.

The steak was white, I’ve never had white steak.

I seen the waiters grabbed the unused bean sprouts and basil plates and took them back to the kitchen and every other plates to the bucket cart in front of the bathrooms.
Which means they’re reusing the vegetables that don’t get used absolutely unsafe and disgusting.

Never returning here again. Definitely will stick with Pho Bac.

The food was pretty good, but the wait was really long. Even the wait for our pot of tea was about 20 mins. A great place if you have a bit of time to wait for a delicious meal.

I just moved to Tacoma so I’m trying new places and I ran into this one after a target run. The place is so clean and I was greeted immediately and kindly. You can’t go wrong with a steak pho so I ordered it. The taste is yummy, the beef to noodle ratio is perfect, and the jalapeños were spicy for once! I gave them a four (although I wish I could give them a 4.5) because the broth wasn’t as hot in temperature as other restaurant’s. I will come back though and try their other dishes!

It took an hour for the 2 BBQ beef sandwiches and 2 BBQ pork sandwiches I ordered. All sandwiches had little to no meat. We ended up eating half of a sandwich, but paid for a full one.

Friendly staffs, some dishes are quite good, I tried Pho and special BBQ vermicelli, they are both good. Price is cheaper compared to other Pho restaurant. They have good ice jasmine sweet tea which I like pretty much.

read nothing but good reviews about this place so I was so excited to try it , arrived at 820 , they close at 9. Upon entering we were told they close at 9 so they were only doing takeout. If you’re going to stop allowing customers to dine in at a certain time that should probably be posted somewhere. 40 minutes , in my opinion is more then enough time to sit down and eat , especially seeing as how no one else was in there.
Oh well , back to my regular pho spot ! :)

Impolite & Rude... Called in an order for a love one. When my love one arrived and talked to the woman at the counter. The woman was very rude and short with them. The food wasn't ready and when it was brought out the order was missing items and when the counter woman was shown and asked to correct the issue she rolled her eyes and said they ran out and there's nothing she can do and wouldn't give a refund. This place looked promising but no.

It's ok to be overwhelmed but it's not ok to treat customers poorly.

Great place in and out in 6min(at noon on a wensday). Got a sandwich and pho. Very friendly, clean and smells wonderful. This is where I'll be going from now on.

I have been going to Pho Garden since it opened. Pho broth is delicious, all the meats are fresh, and noodles are perfectly cooked. Everything I have had here has been fresh and delicious from the fried egg rolls to the pho to the vermicelli noodle bowls.

Food was great but the front lady who takes your order is very rude when it comes to customer service. I could see her roll her eyes at customers makes me not want to come back.

We stopped by Pho Garden for lunch around 12:30 on a Sunday. As expected, it was pretty busy. Masks are not required or enforced, so depending on how you feel, this may be a pro or con for you.

With how busy they were, we understood the food might take a little longer and they wouldn't swing by our table as often. No big deal, we just ordered chicken pho and pork potstickers. The potstickers were pretty good and were a good start. Our visit took a turn when they brought over the sprouts for the pho and there was a dead bug in them. It looked like an ant, but I didn't dissect it. We let the staff know and they promptly removed them from our table and brought us new plates with plastic wrap over them.

After that, it was difficult to focus on anything else. Flavors were fine, I just kept thinking there was a bug somewhere else. I wouldn't go back, but maybe I'm just very lucky. 🤷‍♀️

Ordered alot and was told 25 minutes while they were super busy. I kinda knew it wouldn't be that quick and I'm not even mad their food is definitely worth it. Love how it always smells clean and like delicious food!
I think she's still getting a hang of how long to estimate the food. But like I said not even mad totally worth the wait.

With the first chills of fall in the air, a steaming bowl called my name 🥣 .
It has definitely been a while since I had come to Pho Garden. I found their interior very pleasant. They even had a calming video that was perfect to zone out with. The other unique item on their menu was a children’s bowl of pho for $6.95. I appreciated this because it gave me the chance to introduce my son to one of my favorite comfort foods.

Edit (originally rated one star): finished eating my meal. Portion is still small but definitely has great flavor and taste. Gyoza sauce is very unique, and broth is delicious. I got brisket, and it was cooked very well.

The best phó in Tacoma. At this point I’m almost on a first name basis with the gal that normally works, she recognizes me even with a mask or hat on. The last time I went was with an old friend to catch up and I tried something new, the honeydew boba. So. Freaking. Delicious. I’m glad I moved back to WA and found my phó spot! I won’t go anywhere else!

My business partner and I had eaten here before and the food was really good. Yesterday the food was also good but unfortunately most of it was eaten after I got off work seven hours later. I can’t comprehend why it would take 50 minutes for my order and 55 for my biz partner. The food is so good that we will still come here but we will order it to go an hour in advance. I just wanted to make people aware that if you are on a time schedule, an hour is not long enough. The previous time we ate here it took a very long time as well.

Service was soooo slow. We ordered sandwiches and salad to go and waited 45 minutes. Never come back

This was my first time eating here and I was so surprised! I had plain pho with no meat (beef broth) and a side order of fried gyoza. The broth was amazing. As soon as I tasted it I knew I’d never eat pho at another restaurant 😂. The gyoza was delicious as well. I like that they have a chicken or pork option as well as steamed or fried. Customer service was also on point. On the telephone (I ordered beforehand) the woman was kind and patient with me, answering my questions quickly. Can’t wait for their dining room to open so I can sit and enjoy a nice meal.

This place was SO GOOD! We got pho and egg rolls, both were delicious. I'm a big Pho King fan but I think now Pho Garden is tied for first as best pho in Tacoma! The prices are inexpensive, the quality is top tier; I highly recommend Pho Garden!

We stopped here for an early dinner. My man ordered the Monthly special, in which he picked the Pho with fresh rolls and a drink. He was very pleased with his meal. I wanted to try out the Broccoli beef seeing as it's one of my favorite dishes. By far the best Broccoli Beef I have ever had! They use good quality meat and it was cooked to perfection. Excellent flavors! It warmed my foodie heart. I would have given a 5 start but the server forgot my potstickers. I had to go up and remind him. Will definately be going back.

I was really skeptical at first because of the location but decided to try because of the reviews and they were right! Service is great& friendly. The pho is super good on it's own. The vietnamese sandwich is little on the sweet side but still good.
