My new go-to for Thai! Love love love. Their Thai Tea is done right ✨ Tom Yum? Tom Yummy! (sry) Seriously though, can't wait to work my way through their dishes πŸ’•

Diner Review β„–6

Do not waste your money! Just got take out and it was awful. Containers were only filled barely a quarter of the way, and curry was lumpy and gross. There were two pieces of meat in the whole dish.

Diner Review β„–7

On Christmas Day, when I was hungry, I walked into the shop at 1pm and ordered pad Thai, which was awful and tasted like the hot, stinky smell of chicken feathers that had been scalded with boiling water. In the case of extreme hunger, I ate two mouthfuls of food and I felt that I would spit out last night's meal. Finally, the store saw that I still had a lot of food left and asked me if I wanted to pack a box. In order to avoid wasting food, I hesitated and nodded my head, but I thought I would definitely not eat it when I went home. Maybe my boyfriend will eat it, he will not refuse any food, even if it is very bad, but if my boyfriend will not eat it, then I will throw it away

Diner Review β„–8

Ordered panang chicken curry and it was watery and greasy, tasted more like chicken in peanut butter not a peanut sauce but actually peanut butter, no veggies other than that little piece of broccoli floating on top, no spice, no flavor other than an overwhelming peanut taste. Rice was not jasmine rice I was very disappointed because I really thought it would be better.

My wife and I love taking our kids here. We drive all the way over from the Valley just to eat here. The ladies are always so sweet and friendly to our kids and the food plus atmosphere is always great! I feel that the prices are decent.

I took a friend to lunch yesterday...service was good. I felt the food was high priced, no lunch menu, all the same. Also would have been nice to have a complimentary pot of hot tea with lunch as it was chilly. Tea is not that expensive and for what they charge, it would be nice if it was included in the meal...just saying.

Diner Review β„–12

I ordered chicken Pahd Thai and it was worse than anything I've ever ate. The chicken skewers were dry and had zero flavor, thru 2 outta 4 away because I used up all the peanut sauce on the first 2. I'm a single income home and that was my once a month 40 buck meal I treat myself to. I've never left a review on anyone but felt I had to warn yall...

Diner Review β„–13

Great Thai Basil dish, but if you are a Thai restaurant and you can't make great pad thai. You need to go back to the drawing board!? Probably one of the worst pad Thai dishes I've ever had!

Diner Review β„–19

Had the sweet and sour chicken over rice. Great dish, great sauce and ingredients. Also had tasty appetizer of spring rolls. Nice clean environment, nice dining experience and great service and server.

Diner Review β„–20

OOPS! I killed my entire plate of pad thai so fast that I forgot to take a photo of my dish it was that delicious!! To top that off, I also had their mango sticky rice which just really hit the spot, soooo good!!! Service was so friendly, thank you pad thai I will be back soon!!

Diner Review β„–21

The food was absolutely incredible. Prices were a little high but you can’t blame them because of inflation. They are trying to make it as a business. The staff was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back!!!!!!

Diner Review β„–22

Great food. Nice, family-run business. Highly recommend.

Diner Review β„–23

I ordered over the phone and the lady presented to have fairly limited English - it was a challenge to order. Pad Thai was misheard as Fried Rice. When I arrived and it was clear a mistake had been made I said I didn't want it and that I wanted 1x Pad Thai only. They made it and then at check out rung me up for $36, trying to sell me the rice and the pad thai. At this point it was clear I didn't want any rice and a mistake had been made. A mistake is a bummer, and I can empathize with a small business however trying to sell it to me anyway, somewhat disguised as a continuing language issue I did not think was ok. Food was unimpressive and won't bring me back to try again.

Diner Review β„–26

Ordered panang curry from here for the first time. Definitely not panang curry. Although it did taste good, it wasn’t panang curry. Too much peanut taste and no keffir leaves, basil, or peppers. Not sure how they call it panang curry. Also, the rice is not Thai jasmine rice either.

Diner Review β„–27

Hands down the best Pad Thai in town! This is my second time getting takeout and everything that we’ve gotten has been amazing! We have got the shrimp coconut, the side of rice, the fried tofu appetizer, and the pad Thai with chicken. Everything has been so delicious and tastes very authentic. My son loves it and requested it again. I hope this place stays just the way it is.

Diner Review β„–28

Best Thai in Spokane, period. Dishes are served family style. The ingredient quality is exceptional. The recipes are spot on. I've eaten a lot of Thai and Southeast Asian food and consider this the best in Spokane. A lot of Thai places in Spokane have a sweet salty style. This place sits on the traditional savory spicy style. You won't find added syrupy sweetness in these dishes. Their mango rice dessert is also the best I've had. Overall, it is really exceptional quality. The dinning space is comfortable but not formal. Restaurant is very clean and tidy. Host was friendly and helpful.

Was a nice place. food was good, waitress was very nice overall would go again πŸ˜ƒ

Diner Review β„–31

phone number is wrong on the website. it is a texas number to a restaurant there. I called and did not get a response to when my online order would be ready. Very frustrating considering i just spent 100$ online ordering

Diner Review β„–32

One of my favorite comfort food places, with lots of hot and flavorful dishes that will also clear out your sinuses. I love the curries and my companion usually orders their namesake pad Thai.

The atmosphere isn't faultless but it is nice. Everything is presented with cute and loving touches, like lace and hearts, by a lady with a sweet smile and gentle spirit. I would prefer not to have the small Hindu statue in the entry but there are lots of fake plants, decorations, and soft music to create a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere.

Also, there are comfy booths, which always matters to us

Diner Review β„–33

This restaurant has great food. Ordering online is easy and the food was ready to pick up quickly. Staff are always very nice.

Took Phad See Ew, peanut sauce & rice to go. Ordered online and the food was done very fast. Looks like a Family run restaurant. Good service. Only complaint is $5 Thai iced tea was mostly ice.
This has been the best Thai food I've had in Spokane in the 2yrs I've been here. I will return to try the other dishes.
Please don't put so much ice in my drink next time.

Love this place! I've eaten there several times now and the food is always excellent and the service is great! Went there on Halloween and the owner hand-made special napkin rings. It's very personable and I would highly recommend!!

Diner Review β„–42

Fresh, pungent flavors with balanced sweetness, acid and umami. Doesn't drown everything in sugar sauce like other places. Smaller portions than expected for the prices.

2023 October 4th

Atmosphere is good. Decor is wonderful. Not over the top and currently embracing the Halloween spirit.

When we first walked in it was a bit awkward as there were people seated and eating, but no one was there to greet us. We stood awkwardly for 2 minutes. And just as I spotted the tiny bell button to ring is when the hostess came out. She was very kind. Suggestion to owner is to put a sign by the bell, "ring for assistance."

Husband ordered his usual, Pad Woon Sen. He enjoyed it. His dish came without the tomato and he missed having they taste to go along with his dish.

I ordered the Tom Yom soup which had amazingly delicious broth. One of the best I've had. Perfect amount of sour-lemony taste. I ate every last drop. The part where improvement is needed is mushroom to onion ratio. There was maybe one mushroom thinly sliced into the soup. As for onion it was like half an onion. I love onion, but it is a fairly cheap vegetable and mushroom is the first ingredient listed so... reduce onion, increase mushroom. Tofu was yummy. Spice Level 3 had me tearing up so, yay.

We will return and try other dishes, but for now my overall rating is 3.5 stars.

Server was very nice and she gets 5 stars.

Below review was for the former Thai restaurant, Phontip Style Thai, who sold their South Hill Location, but weirdly Google melted the two together. Weird.
Absolutely LOVE the food at Phontip. First time visiting their South Hill location. So excited that they now have this new spot in addition to the one off Francis which we’ve gone to well over 20 times in just 2 years. If you haven’t yet tried this place and you love Thai then quit waiting and EAT HERE.
My favorite is Thai Basil with Chicken - Level 5. Fiancé’s favorites are Pad See Ew, Rad Na, and Pad Thai, but today he went for Pad Woon Sen and it’s another winner.

Diner Review β„–51

Food is OK quality with good spice, but the portions are half the size of Thai Bamboo across the street, which I would recommend over this place.

Diner Review β„–52

Such a wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere was charming, the waitresses were so kind and helpful (entertaining my baby, bringing her toys), and the food was absolutely delicious (and came out so quickly)! We’ll be back again and again!

Diner Review β„–53

Food was exceptional, and the service was awesome! Nice quiet music with good lighting. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Diner Review β„–54

Diner Review β„–55

Ordered Takeout for some Larb and Drunken Noodles. Got a half portion almost like a hotdog box, for each. I had asked for 5* spice and received little to no spice the meat was bland for each. The Drunken noodles had maybe a 1/8th a pound of protein.

Diner Review β„–56

Hoping for a new Thai place after our favorite Thai on 1st closed 12/32/22 πŸ€”.
Disappointed: The Pad Thai was overcooked. Ordered Fried Rice & it wasn't served with the other items. Had to wait for it to be cooked. When it arrived it was actually the most delicious item.
We were the only people in the restaurant... EXCEPT for some apparent family members who were dining.
Probably won't dine there again. Expensive πŸ’Έdisappointing experience.

Diner Review β„–57

I've tried every Thai restaurant in Spokane and this, in my opinion, is the best one. The service is friendly, family run, and has an amazing cook. Their Pad Thai dish is to die for, their specialty dishes are vivacious, and the best of all, their customer service is phenomenal.

If you are looking to take your family out to dinner or just yourself, you'll have a peaceful time. Don't go to mediocre Thai Bamboo Bongkok Thai as this restaurant is the, as I've said, the best. If you have doubts, try it for yourself.

Diner Review β„–58

This place has been renovated! It looks amazing in there. My go to is pad thai and mango stick rice.

Diner Review β„–59

The portion was so small it couldn't feed an ant. I had to go get food after eating there

Diner Review β„–60

We ordered the pad see ew and panang curry as pick up and we’re so pleased! We recently moved from Seattle and miss our many Thai and Asian food options…and we were not disappointed! Tasted super fresh and flavors on point. We got 2 stars and will consider possibly 3 next time. We will be back!

There was a time when the best Pad Thai in Spokane came from Pikabu Bistro. Sadly, they closed in 2018. Since then, I have tried many, but nothing else came close. Today I found Pad Thai Cuisine on the South Hill. This is the new best Pad Thai in Spokane.

Diner Review β„–65

Some of the best Thai food I’ve had in Spokane. Perfectly done noodles and a great fresh taste.

Amazing, authentic Thai. Can’t say enough good things about this place

Diner Review β„–68

One of the best Thai food of Spokane. Great flavours, great service. This will be our new goto thai place.

Diner Review β„–69

Amazing atmosphere and amazing people!! Worth every dollar!

Diner Review β„–70

Diner Review β„–71

A true hidden gem! Other pad Thai is too peanut buttery (but why), too dry, not enough spice. This chicken pad Thai is truly perfect. I crave this at least weekly.

Diner Review β„–72

It's just like being back in Chiang Mai. Legit food and vibe for those that miss Thailand.

Diner Review β„–73

Nice place, tasty food. I enjoyed sneaking bites from my dining companions. The score of 4 is because the green curry (usually my favorite dish) wasn't stunning.

Diner Review β„–74

Food is quick and very good, service was excellent

Diner Review β„–75

Great food. And for the lack of staffing was served quickly. I'd return.

Diner Review β„–76

Located in a mini-mall is Phonthip Thai, dishing up some of Spokane’s best Thai food. The beef served in the drunken noodles is high quality. The green curry (with chicken) was equally delicious, and when I brought home the food I eagerly ate it standing in the kitchen, switching bites between the curry and noodles. Consider dining in the peaceful vibes of Phonthip and enjoy the experience!

Diner Review β„–77

Get there at least an hour before they close. My family arrived 35 minutes before closing and they basically shooed us out the door.

Diner Review β„–78

The food is phenomenal and the service is spectacular. This is Spokanes best! Do yourself a favor and give em a try :)

Diner Review β„–79

Diner Review β„–80

My favorite restaurant in Spokane!!! The food is so fresh the service is top notch and prices are very reasonable. Always order the Thom ka or masseman curry the best 5star

Diner Review β„–81

Awesome Thai food! Have always been hesitant to order food from here due to the gimmicky β€œThai Cuisine” storefront sign, but when I drove by today, I saw that it said Phontip Thai in the window. Having ordered from Phontip Thai on the northside a couple years ago and loving their food, I was curious to see if this location could stand up to the challenge, and it does! Best Pad Thai in Spokane, and my husband’s pineapple fried rice was killer too. I strongly encourage you to check it out, and if not satisfied, I’ll take your leftovers.

Diner Review β„–82

When I throw out my food and order a pizza, it's a one star review. Where to start? With the world's scrawniest, overcooked chicken satay dunked in vaguely peanut-flavored water so runny, it could have come out of a faucet? (How on earth do you screw up peanut sauce?! Walk to Rosauer's and buy something in a bottle. Any brand. It will be vastly better.) With a minuscule portion of rice that effectively made my curry "curry soup with chicken and rice?" In that it was nominally edible, the pad thai was my favorite, and it was still the worst I've had. I'm one and done at Phonthip.

Diner Review β„–83

Diner Review β„–84

Both dishes we got were excellent :)

Diner Review β„–85

First time here and I’ll be coming back. I didn’t even realize it was here on the South Hill and wow it blows some of these other places out of the water. My food was so delicious.

Diner Review β„–86

Customized my order as requested and it came out tasting better than expected. The lady at the desk was very sweet and friendly. Will definitely come back some time.

Diner Review β„–87

Another hidden gem of thai cuisine, I'm usually skeptical of straying away from my favorite Thai places, but this place makes the best Lao Larb Gai I've ever had. And I've eaten at countless Thai restaurants.

Diner Review β„–88

Diner Review β„–89

Diner Review β„–90

I’m shocked by some positive reviews, it must be their friends leaving them. This is the worse Thai place I have ever been to. The pad Thai was dry with no peanut sauce in sight with two pieces of chicken that where chewy. Penang Curry was watery and tasteless. The food came out so fast like it was already sitting somewhere and quickly microwaved. I feel cheated, wasted my hard earned money on garbage. If could give zero I would.

Diner Review β„–91

We have found our Thai place. Food was so good and the service was great. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

Diner Review β„–92

The food is very good!

Diner Review β„–93

Diner Review β„–94

Had Pad Thai and Green Curry (both with chicken). They were super tasty and decent size portions. Did online order and they said 20 minutes, but was ready in 15! Girl that gave me my food was very nice and smiling. I'll definitely be going back 😁

Diner Review β„–95

It's a smaller resteraunt but one of the best in town. Definitely my go to for thai food. The food is always amazing. I would without a doubt recommend it because it truly is worth the five stars I'm giving it. Additionally it is a good price especially considering the large portion sizes.

Diner Review β„–96

We can't get enough of Phonthip. The shrimp pad Thai is unreal. Paired with pumpkin curry, even better! Authentic Thai at its best.

Diner Review β„–97

I've gone to this place twice now, there are 2 locations, I went to the Southill location. This place has delicious food and I'll definitely go back. 10/10 recommend.

Diner Review β„–98

Peculiar food, smaller portions than other Thai places. Tried pho soup and dumplings, they were good and I can see why this place isn’t as popular but it’s still tasty in a way that’s probably less appealing to a larger public, just not my everyday cup up of tea .. :)

Diner Review β„–99

Hidden gem on the south hill. The owners and people that work there are always super sweet. I am shocked at the bad reviews. The food is traditional and home-style. There is a newspaper article hanging up in the entrance telling the owners story. I love their Phad Thai. They add fresh ingredients like green onion, a little bit of shredded cabbage and carrot that gives the dish a fresh crunch. I love their sweet sticky rice as well.

Diner Review β„–102

Our take out order of shrimp rolls, Pad Thai and Broccoli Delight was the best Thai food we've had in Spokane. The shrimp rolls were seasoned nicely and cooked to crispy perfection. The Broccoli Delight was delicious with lots of fresh broccoli and really yummy sauce. And the Pad Thai, while a little different than we've had at other places, had good flavor. The servings were good for the price (which is a couple dollars less than the place down the street) and it was served hot!

I went her a few months ago and loved everything. Just ate here again today and ordered the same things, chicken pad Thai, mussaman curry and it was completely different and gross.
The pad Thai was made with SPAGHETTI NOODLES. So that was gross because all it did was absorb all the flavor. It tasted like I was eating plain spaghetti noodle with chicken.

The Mussaman Curry did not taste like a peanut sauce curry which is what mussaman curry is. It had no vegis just giant chunks of onion and potato’s and some nuts.

I also got the mango sticky rice, the rice was BRIGHT GREEN, I’m not sure why. It was just good coloring. :/. The mango tasted like it was too ripe.

We spent a lot of money there to be so dissatisfied with our meals. I don’t know what happened from the first time we went a few months ago until today but we will not be going back. What a waste of money!

Diner Review β„–106

I called and made an order for pickup. The lady told me my total would be $29.29. When I got there, I handed her $30. She held it and said thank you and just stood there. So I slowly used the sanitizer to see if she was gonna go and get me my change. She continued to just stand there til I left and then said thank you again. I said you know what? Go ahead and keep the few cents you might need it more than me. And I left. They’re so rude!!! I won’t go there again!

Diner Review β„–107

I have no idea how this place even gets any stars tbh. I ordered via uber eats the pineapple fried rice with chicken, thinking how could anyone mess up fried rice... since I haven’t ordered from them before.
Holy smokes, sure enough it’s borderline edible. No flavor, no spice other than 100% sodium. The chicken smelled like it came straight from the backyard chicken coop. I could not eat this and honestly the few bites I took because I was starving... now I regret since it’s giving me belly issues. Threw it out into the rubbish bin in the office kitchen. NEVER AGAIN.

Diner Review β„–108

Stopped in on my lunch break, when I got back to work I opened the container and was really looking forward to my chicken fried rice. It looked like it had some interesting seasoning, little black specs of something which looked like it would be pretty yummy! However it was not seasoning lol, I'm guessing the grill or whatever was used to cook the food was not cleaned prior. There was a little bit of a burnt taste from the seasoning that was not seasoning lol. Once you got past that it wasn't bad.

Diner Review β„–109

I am so glad to see the amazing traditional Thai flavors of my favorite Thai eatery now available in South Hill. This is authentic Thai food prepared by Thai people. I also am glad this location also caters to plant based diets!! They will taylor everything to meet you dietary needs. I had my favorite tonight. Vegetable Drunken Noodles (pad Kee mao). I oder mine with extra noodles and extra mushrooms. Today I did only 3/5 for spice (normally do 5). It was what I call mid range spice but all the flavor couples with it nicely. It had the smokey basil flavor that keeps you craving more. Ang was the cook this evening and she did a remarkable job delivering the consistent taste I am used to when Phonthip herself is cooking at the Francis location. No indoor dining here yet but the hostess was courteous and delightful.

Best news ever is you can now find this amazing restaurant on Treehouse Deliveries!!! Support best delivery service in town. It is locally owned and only delivers from local businesses.

Diner Review β„–110

Ordered the Pad Thai with chicken and was extremely disappointed with it. First off the noodles were not the traditional flat rice noodles that I am used to having with the dish. Instead the noodles looked just like spaghetti noodles. Secondly the dish had very little flavor and no heat. Overall it was basically like eating plain noodles with chicken.

This is one of the top restaurants in Spokane and the food tastes just like something would find in a Bangkok restaurant.

Diner Review β„–119

The food is great, i love their chicken pad Thai Although, i would recommend the north Spokane if you can. I think the south hill one has new owners, so its a bit different. They messed up my order after repeating myself but it could have been because there was confusion over the phone. I don't go here much, but the food is really good but the service is meh...also, there isnt much to choose from on the menu, but if you like what they have its a win

Diner Review β„–132

After having consistently good food from the previous owners, we were disappointed by the Pad Thai and Rad Na at Phonthip Thai on the South Hill. The Rad Na in particular had a dirt taste too it with over -cooked broccoli and carrots that tasted off as well. None of the ingredients tasted good and the rice noodles were a mushy and disintegrating. You’d be much better off choosing a different Thai restaurant on the south hill.

Diner Review β„–133

My wife and I visited between lunch and dinner service and we were excited to try their drunken noodles and take advantage of the wonderful lunch special. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful (we were the only patrons on a Wednesday at 2:30pm).

I called in my order. It’s been 50 minutes. I’m currently standing around by the desk. Still waiting.

Guy was nice though.

Update. 1h 4 minutes.

Diner Review β„–135

The pad see ew was pretty good, comparable to the other Phonthip Thai, but their pad thai was awful. The pad thai at the other Phonthip isn’t bad but the pad thai here had really sour/gross flavor and slimy noodles - just a big waste of money. Wanted to like this place better. I’ll update this review if I try any other dishes here.

We needed something quick for dinner tonight after a long day, and thought Thai food sounded great. First I called Thai Bamboo to place an order to go, and they honestly (and thankfully) told me that it would be an hour for any to go orders. I did a google search for other Thai restaurants in our neighborhood and found Thai Cuisine. I called, and the woman who answered was very friendly and helpful. We ordered chicken pad Thai, crab Rangoon, and Tom kha soup. Everything was ready in 15 minutes, and it is DELICIOUS. My boyfriend picked up the order on his way home, and the first thing he said was how nice the woman an the front was (who I assume also answered the phone), and that it seemed like a nice family joint. We won’t be going to Thai Bamboo any time soon! The food is much better, faster, and I would rather support a smaller local business.

7/23 Review Update: we ordered for a second time today, and the experience was just as pleasant! This time we tried the chicken laarb which was SO FLAVORFUL and delicious! The green curry with shrimp was also a hit, and the crab Rangoon and pad Thai with chicken were just as awesome the second time. Phonthip Thai Cuisine is now our go-to neighborhood Thai food spot for sure!

Food looked delicious but was unable to eat my meal. I ordered an hour ahead of time, my food was started 5min after my order time in a dead restaurant. It took so long my food had to be saved because I had no time to eat. When I commented on the lateness I was told she didn't have a time with my order. When I arrived she had confirmed I was the 6:15. Smaller portions and terrible service under the new management I miss the old owner. Loved that place until today.

Good food, attentive service. The server was very pleasant despite the fact that we came in at very near the end of the day.

We were so sad when Linnie's in downtown Spokane closed/moved, and Thai Cuisine is all the same deliciousness. Worth the extra few miles to go grab some delicious Green Curry!!

Diner Review β„–161

Love love love loveeeeeee everything here. Favorite is green curry. Fresh ingredients and not just filler. Good meat that’s not grisly or chewy and fresh not mushy veg. I don’t feel like I am a wuss when it comes to spice level but last time I got this as level 3 spice and I was sweating directly into the curry. Haha. Lesson learned. Maybe start your first time here on a 2 and work your way up next visit. Prices are in line with other good Thai in the area just wish the portion was a little bit bigger.

I don't know too much about Thai food and how it should taste, but their food is good, second time I've been there and hasn't disappointed me. The menu is in a different language, I assume Thai since the lady is from Thailand.
The portions are massive so if you like to eat a lot, this place is for you! Their chicken with basil is good as well as the pad thai, picture of their Pad Thai in the bottom.

Loved it. I've had Great Thai before, but this place was just so much better. no busy walls and distractions. just nice calm music, friendly staff, and a family atmosphere. the food was wonderfuly tasty and they did ask how spicy we wanted it. the spice in my drunken noodles was perfect, and the flavors still came through from the dish.
I loved the spring rolls here, and their sweet chili sauce that goes with them is killer~ Husband had yakisoba and he loved it as well.
I'm glad we stopped in and we are already counting the days until our next date night~

Diner Review β„–173

Absolutely amazing food! Definitely would recommend! Hidden treasure with a very cute and chic vibe!

Diner Review β„–174

Been come here for about 14 years. Great food. Awesome staff. Best Thai food that I have had, Period.

Diner Review β„–175

Nice staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Very good food.

You have got to try the yellow curry! It is filled with flavor. Only down side is none of the dishes include rice. So plan to pay extra cause you'll need it. However the rice isn't the stand minute rice most restaurants use. They use jasmine rice cooked to perfection.

Don't do it! Admittedly, I've lived in Thailand, so I'm inherently disappointed in American Thai restaurants, but this place was particularly disappointing. The food was more like Americanized Chinese food, and the service, although friendly enough, was down right depressing.

I lived in Thailand for a year and have had trouble finding even close to authentic thai food. Thai Cuisine is right down the street from my job and I seen it in passing. Stopped in and grabbed some food to go.
While I sat there as they prepared it i had a great conversation with the owner (from bkk). The food was excellent! Best thai ive found so far that wasn't americanized to the gills. Will definitely be back again and again and again

Absolutely love this place! Homemade food with fresh ingredients. Quiet setting, very friendly atmosphere. Food is authentic Thai and extremely delicious. Not a thing on the menu that isn't worth trying. And the dessert, Black Rice Pudding, is amazing. Owner is the sweetest. Highly recommend!!!!!

Good food, weird vibe inside. You walk in and feel like you've entered an office converted into a restaurant. Some decor but mostly void of Thai food restaurant ambiance and decor. Food was really good though. Service was weird. They didn't ask how many stars (for spiciness) for one of my dishes though I was clearly dining with two small children that cant stand spice - and behold my food arrived spicy. So the old white guy working at the Thai place might have just not been in his element - or something like that.
All in all good food but funky vibe, ok prices.

Diner Review β„–192

The best Thai in Spokane. Nothing fancy just fresh food.

Fabulous Food! Amazing Service! If you are in a hurry this is not the place for you. Stay awhile and enjoy the conversation. Freshness is everywhere...but when they say hot you better listen! LOL

Great phad thai, best place in town

Diner Review β„–198

It's great!

Diner Review β„–199

All these people who rated it must be family members of the people who own it. Worst thai ever! And I've eaten thai food from every state in the west coast spokane southhill thai general, I ate at thai bamboo on southhill as well and it was horrible. Don't eat spokane thai food I guess I'll be making my own thai at home

We love this place. Came here for years and it never disappoints. The special stir fry and drunken noodles and phad thai are our favorites. If you get over 3 stars be ready for a runny nose!
