Visited for lunch. Service was very good and food came out quickly. I had drunken noodles and the wife had yellow curry. Both had great flavor and were good size portions. We also had our choice of soup or salad with the entree.

We recently visited from Raleigh, NC and this is probably some of the best Thai that we have ever had. The service was prompt, the Panang and Pad Thai were spot on. Probably the best pad Thai I have had in a very long time. Can’t wait to visit again when we come back to the Ocala area!

First experience here. Nice clean establishment with friendly and attentive staff. We began with the combination appetizer which was very good. The shrimp in a blanket was novel. I had a cup of Tom Kah veg. which was very good as well and not very spicy.
SHMBO had the Basil Eggplant special which she rated at 4.5 due to salt level too high. I had the Seafood Pineapple Fried Rice which I rated at 3.5. The taste was good however I felt that the calamari was a bit rubbery and the shrimp had tails on plus the mussels in the 1/2 shell were buried in the rice. Overall a good solid 4 stars. We will return.

So I have been going here for the past 2 years and it’s my absolute favorite restaurant! The waitress Mild is the sweetest. She knows my order when I come in and the service is great! The Thai tea is my favorite and so delicious. I order Thai beef noodle soup as my go to. It reminds me of my grandmother’s. My grandma is Thai, born in Thailand and it’s all I ever ate growing up since I was raised by her and it’s my favorite dish. I get Thai hot and it’s just spectacular every time. It’s definitely the best Thai noodle soup in Ocala and one of the best I’ve ever had! I have tried so many Thai restaurants from different states, and this one is authentic. I highly recommend you give it a try. I come here at least once a month!

I took my Vegetarian and Vegan of Ocala and Silver Springs group for a Saturday lunch. The waitress was amazing. She did not even have to write our orders down and got them all right. The place is large and inviting. The menu was extensive. There was so much for non meat eaters to choose from. The wait time was short and everyone loved their dish. This is the best Thai restaurant I’ve been to. Will definitely return.

1-17-25 Reserved online for 4 - no response. I called and left a msg. No response. Arrived and was told no reservations are accepted for 4 because...? No idea why. First time here for wedding anniversary. 10 minute wait for table, but then 70 minute wait for food. Short staffed. Food was not well seasoned, we all agreed. My pad thai was very oily. Bathroom was very dirty. Will not return.

Special request!!! Please label vegan and vegetarian options on doordash and in menu. Trying to go meatless a few days a week and it's very difficult to see what is safe to order. Please!!!!!!

Everything is delicious, but if you happen to enjoy panang curry..so Yummy. Clean and fresh! It's worth the short trip from the villages.

This was once our favorite place. The last 3 times we have been there it was sub par. This time the food was not hot, cooked wise. Very little chicken in the chicken basil fried rice. And the portion was much smaller. Not sure what is happening to the place, but it will be a long time before we return.

The first bite of my Panang Curry took me straight back to Thailand. I found the flavors spot on and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch remembering the months we spent in Thailand

Disappointing Experience Overall

Unfortunately, my experience here didn’t meet expectations. Despite the restaurant being far from busy, the service was surprisingly slow.

I tried the Pad Thai and Green Curry:

Pad Thai: It was overly wet, with little to no tamarind flavor. It seemed like they leaned too heavily on sweet sauce instead of tamarind paste, which threw off the balance.
Green Curry: The curry was incredibly watery, and though I ordered it Thai spicy, the flavor was so mild I could have sipped it like soup without the rice.
I also wanted to order papaya salad, but to my surprise, they didn’t have it—a first for me at any Thai restaurant.

Overall, this place feels far too Americanized to deliver authentic Thai flavors. Not an experience I’d recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars!! I hate to leave a bad review for a small family business but the service and food that my family received was unacceptable. From arrival we waited 15 minutes for someone to come over to our table to greet us and bring us water. We quickly ordered appetizers since we were really hungry. 2 out of 3 of our appetizers came out pretty quickly but once we inquired about when the third would be coming, that’s when the server went to ring it in. The crab rangoons were just cream cheese and no crab. The chicken wings came out with blood oozing out. We asked for a manager and when he came over he told us that this was normal. We sent them back and just requested that we move on to our entrees since it had already been an hour since our arrival. All in all, we didn’t receive those either after an hour and 15 minutes so we just requested our check and took our service elsewhere because we were visiting with family and only had a short time before we were leaving.

Sorry, no pictures... but you will love this place. It doesn't say much from the outside. The inside is casual and comfortable. We had an earlier appointment and thought where to go now to eat (it was the noon hour). Thai food was what we came up with, and we knew from past experience that Ayuttaya was close by so off we went. Lots of people dine here. It is close to lots of businesses and commuter traffic on Ocala's College Avenue (Paddock Mall area). The menu is full and I'm sure you will find something to pick from to find to fill those tummy rumbles.

My order has been cancelled 7 TIMES now through Doordash, and no I am not exaggerating. It always says the store couldn't complete/fufill my order and I find it hard to believe that you couldn't complete it any of the 7 times I've tried to order over the past couple months. If you don't have any interest in fulfilling any online orders ever, you should probably just remove your restaurant from Doordash. Its extremely frustrating and unprofessional, just not a good look for the company. It's putting me off from ever attempting to order again, which really shouldn't effect your business anyways, since clearly you don't want my money. Do better or remove yourselves from the platform, thanks.

Pad Thai was way too sweet we got stomach aches. Crab ragoons were just cream cheese dumplings. Thai tea and pineapple fried rice were ok. Same price as Amrit for half the quality.

It's just fine.

We decided to try Ayuttaya last night because our usual Thai spot was closed. Ordered takeout and we were disappointed. The peas in the fried rice were undercooked. The potatoes in the massaman curry were also undercooked, so much so that I couldn't stick a fork in them. The curry sauce was lacking in flavor and very watery. The pad see ew was mediocre. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

The service was excellent and quick. The serving of veggie pad thai is good. However, I was let down by the flavor because it did not taste like pad thai. It tasted like some sort of tomato base and there was only a small scoop of peanuts on the top of the meal. It wasn’t the best I’ve had and I wouldn’t order that again. The Crab Rangoon is also small for the price. Total for both was around $25 and I don’t think it was worth the price.

Went in one time to order a bowl of Tom Yum soup with seafood. The price was 20.00 pls change for a large soup. I sadly was not paying attention. When I got home My wife saw the bill, we thought it was high. We checked online with other Thai restaurants, and no one had the same soup for more than 13.00. Next, was eating the soup, very little flavour, was mild and not medium hot like I ordered, Had absolutely no Lemongrass in it, whish is a key ingredient in Tom Yum Soup. I will not return. I was overcharged and not given what I ordered

Wanted some good Masaman Curry and waitress recommended the duck pineapple curry and it was delish! I'll visit again when I come back into town for work

We’ve been coming here and absolutely love the atmosphere, the employees, and the food. We get the same waitress almost every time we go and it doesn’t matter if it’s been months since we’ve been there she still remembers our order and has after our first visit. The best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to in the entire state of Florida. My family and I are always welcomed with warm hospitality. Very friendly people. I enjoy dining in. Take out service is excellent. Food is delicious. I dine here at least 2-3 times per month… it’s that good. I highly recommend dining for a wonderful experience.

The Crab Rangoon was excellent. The Chicken, Rice Soup was very flavorful. The Sweet and Sour Duck was very tender and great flavor. However, the Ayuttaya Pad Thai Noodle with Duck in my opinion had too much sauce and was over powering.

New in town and glad to have found this jewel. Food is delicious and service is excellent.

This establishment needs to work on customer service. Greeted them twice upon entering and the person just glared at us. Cleanliness is also an issue. The chairs had rice on it and they were just going to sit us when I pointed it out the guy was kind enough to move us. The waitress upon asking for a Togo Box said they only have styrofoam. I asked for a box. I can’t take dishes with liquid on it or it will spill I had to insist on a plastic container I don’t understand why not offer it in the first place we ordered enough. She is very abrupt and rude to us. I never want to come back here.

Nice little Thai restaurant. We had the Pad Ba Mei... I hope my spelling is correct...and it was pretty good. The noodles were a bit overcooked, and there was way too much celery in both entrees, but still pretty decent for the area. Prices were a little high for what we recieved, but I would stop again when in the mood for Thai.

I guess they don't want business. Called several times and someone keep hanging up on me. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Food was OK. Not great. Just OK. Servers usually ask how spicy to make a hot dish but not here. Service was the same. Just OK. Server had Absolutely no personalty. Restaurant could definitely be cleaner and updated. Especially the restrooms. Run down looking. Hasn't been maintained properly. Tip was already added to bill so if you weren't paying attention you could easily double tip by filling in the spot that was marked "additional tip".

Went here with friends and was pleasantly surprised on how good the food was. We have tried other Thai restaurants in our area and left disappointed but these folks got the goods. Kudos. Worth a try. Will be back, recommended 👌

The best Thai food in an area that is riddled with hopelessly disappointing restaurants. Folks, the place is run by humans; just like any other place, so, yes there will be issues every now and then. I have been to this place many times, tried several different entrees and never had a bad experience with the food or the service.
That's probably why they have so many regular customers.

Went with family, I ordered the Spicy Thai Basil and samosas which both were delicious, my wife ordered the Pad Kee Mow and it was also fantastic, generous portions as well and then my Daughter ordered the Wonton soup which she devoured quickly, I'm excited to try their Red Curry and the Panang next time I come back!

The Iced Thai Tea was delicious creamy and sweet, and the green curry with chicken and a side of veggie soup was both filling and flavorful for all three of these items it only cost about $16 which i think is a great price.

The Tom KHA shrimp was phenomenal. Additionally, the garlic & pepper beef (get it spicy), was full of flavor. 10/10 recommend

I recently moved to Ocala and I wanted to explore some of the local cuisine. I do love Thai food, and I have travelled extensively to Thailand.
My first shot was at this place. And it was terrible!!!. Service very slow, and it is not entirely the servers fault, but there were only 2 of them. Responsible to sit people too.
As far as the food, they do need a new cook, because who ever is cooking now, is quite bad. I had crab rangoon that seemed that it came from a frozen box and I have no clue where they heated it, because it was as dry as sandpaper. Second meal was their special Pad Thai, chicken. First bad sign is when it came, 20-25min after i finished my app with a knife on the plate. No knives in Th!!!!. The chicken was cold, and the noodles tasted like spaghetti in a bad Italian restaurant.

You can probably get a better meal from a box purchased at Publix!!!

Our entire family's favorite Ocala restaurant with wonderful service, authentic sauces with fresh ingredients. Amazing flavors for the adventurous and traditional favorites. Their seafood and duck are exeptional.

Ordered two entrees and an appetizer and it came out to $80! The quality of the food didn’t match the price unfortunately. Chicken was bland and not cooked, noodles were also bland and undercooked, and the side of sticky rice for FOUR dollars was only a tablespoon?? Also, never included utensils which was kind of difficult to eat our food when we were staying at a nearby hotel. Thai iced tea was good though.

Bang Bang chicken was good...would have been better if I could have had fried rice with it but was not an option unless buy a complete other fried rice meal. Waitress seemed to be new and not so great. When we needed something we had to flag her down to get her attention. At end of meal gratuity was added in automatically for only 5 people. Picked this for my birthday with my girlfriends. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as recommendations for me at least. Friends said their meals were good.

We ate twice here during our four week stay in Ocala. If I could give it more stars, I would! We've eaten Thai food all over the country and this ranks in our top two. On our first visit, we began with an order of spring rolls and crab Rangoon. They both were fresh, made in-house, and full of flavor, enough to share amongst the four of us. We ordered pad Thai with tofu and one with chicken, drunken noodle with tofu, and spicy basil rice with shrimp, at the medium spice level. All agreed medium was about as hot as we could handle, but perfect. The tofu was delicately browned and cubed, the chicken was all white meat and melted in your mouth, and the shrimp was cooked and seasoned just right. The pad Thai had crushed peanuts on the side, the flavors complex, not just a peanut butter sauce like others. The other dishes had generous portions of vegetables and Thai basil. We finished our dates but agreed we were pleasantly stuffed! On our second visit the only change we made was ordering chicken satay and the dumplings as appetizers. Again, the flavors were over the top, distinct for each, and the dumplings were practically bursting, they were that full.

The service was fantastic, pleasant, quick, and attentive. The second visit, the smiling chef brought us our entrees, a nice touch.

The restaurant is not large, with dark wood colors, soft lighting, and relaxing piano music playing, creating a soothing environment.

We definitely recommend Ayuttaya and will visit again when we're in Ocala. My only regret was not taking pictures!

I get that times are tougher for restaurants post covid. But unfortunately the cutbacks here make it just a regular average Thai place versus what they used to be 3+ years ago. Not sure if it under new ownership, but it's just average now. Average food. Average service. Other places to pick from that are better IMO.

Hidden gem! Really great Thai food. Mostly longer term, quality staff, that really cares about quality. The wait staff know how everything is made. They seem to use premium quality ingredients in everything.

The food was pretty good! I ordered the Pad Thai spicy and it was not spicy at all. They kindly brought me a side of chili sauce.

This is my favorite restaurant to eat. The service is exceptional, and the food is excellent. I have never gone there and had a bad experience. I can tell everyone that you need to try this restaurant, I am sure that you will feel the same as I do.

Best Thai food in Ocala!

Food was Amazing and the service was Fantastic. We ordered Steamed dumplings 8/10 with sauce 9/10; Pad Se-Ew 8/10; Pad Ba-Mee *BEEF 9/10; and Thai Green Milk Tea 8/10.
I will definitely be coming back. The cook even came and checked on us to make sure everything was good. Total cost 50$ minus tax and tip.

Definitely not the best thai place around, wouldn't go back.

One of the BEST pad prid king dishes I've had in my travels. Delicious done "Thai Style" with all the savory spices. So authentic !!

Used to have a family owned Thai restaurant where we used to live. Been missing it so much, and then I found Ayuttaya. Took my wife and had their Massaman curry chicken, I did hot and I fell in love with it all over again. Have also ordered and picked up a green bamboo curry and spot on flavors.

The absolute best tofu and chicken pad Thai, Tom kha, and Thai iced tea I’ve had. I’ve tried these 3 things in different restaurants around the country and have yet to find a place I love more than this. Plus the staff is always so sweet and they remember their customers. I love Atuttaya.

My husband and I dined there And we find the food to be excellent. The waitress was very sweet and friendly. The only thing we can say is if the fish cakes and dumplings were hotter but it is the best Thai food that we found in Ocala.

Service was incredibly slow. The music must have put their workers to sleep. No one came to check on us no one came to give us our bill. Really annoying. The place wasn't even busy at all, just bad service.

Pynang curry is fantastic. Fried rice too. Great meals
