Homey, modern eatery specializing in Thai street fare such as spring rolls, curry & noodles.
Awesome Thai Spot!!
Great place for a quick bite to go or even bring your family for a delicious feast!
We tried almost everything on their menu! π
EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUSππΎ
My favorite was #29 Khao Soi - NORTHERN STYLE RED CURRY WITH EGG NOODLES, CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS,TOPPED WITH CRISPY EGG NOODLE NEST, SERVED WITH PICLED MUSTARD GREENS, SHALLOTS, LIME AND SPICY CHILLI GINGER OIL
Their #6 Papaya Salad was on point too!!
We added prawns
ORIGINAL THAI STYLE
SHREDDED GREEN PAPAYA, DRIED SHRIMPS, PEANUTS, GREEN BEANS AND TOMATOES IN SAVORY CITRUS DRESSING
When we first got there, seemed like a small place, but bigger than we thought. The place was simple but nice. There was a very good selection. We were surprised that they had khao mun gai (grilled chicken with rice cooked in chicken broth and ginger/garlic sauce and chicken broth on the side). Very few Thai places offer this as a standard dish, Bai Tong had it available on special order. The chicken was very well done, rice had good 'chicken broth' flavor, and the sauce was really good. Overall, the first was really good dish, not as good as Nong's on Portland, but the best (only?) around the Seattle area. The phad sei iew (soy sauce, pan fried noodles) with chicken was really good. Typical condiments upon request. Will come back.
Food was delicious!! Tried their chicken rice dish and pad see ew. Very good π even compared to LA food standards. Prices are quite reasonable. Spent about $25 for 2 ppl. Friendly service. No complaints ! Would definitely come back and highly recommend to try. Parking lot has lots of parking too.
sad to see it closed. was a great restaurant run by kind people. please give me your garlic chicken noodle recipe so i can try to make it at home now! lol thanks for the good food over the years. best wishes.
Very authentic and fresh Thai food! This establishment is nice, cozy and very clean!
I had the Yellow Curry and it was absolutely delicious. Very nice and fresh tasting. Good portion size.
The only complaint, which wasn't much of an issue, is that Pop Pop Thai Street Food's spicy meter must be off. I asked for 5/5 on the spice scale and it didn't seem nearly as spicy as I expected! I am also a lover of spicy food so, who knows. Just remember, if you want spicy ask for 6/5!
sad to see it closed. was a great restaurant run by kind people. please give me your garlic chicken noodle recipe so i can try to make it at home now! lol thanks for the good food over the years. best wishes.
POP POP!! I miss you!!!!! You were my favorite Thai restaurant in Seattle. Thanks for the yummy food over the years.
Great food and service, will miss dearly
We always stopped for take orders when we were in town but this last time found they have closed. Brown paper on windows but no notifications stating why? Does anyone have information as to what transpired?
Incredible food!!
Great Spot for Work Lunch, been coming here for years. Thank you!
Incredible food at amazing prices!
Good food, nice place, would definitely come again. The pad kee mow and Thai iced tea were excellent.
Very good food! Excellent attentive service!
Great vegan options. Even a vegan brownie! Coffee is great plus they have the good kind of raw sugar
Food is very fresh & tasty, friendly staff and clean environment. My favorite is the braised pork leg rice!
Finally a great Kao Soi in Seattle!
Bomb . Panang curry was great , you can tell the gravy and vegetables where made fresh . So good . All the food at the tables near me while I waited looked awesome . Will go back . Service was good , gentleman at the counter very friendly
I love the food here! I usually get the braised pork leg, pad see maw/eu they are both good
One of my favorite Thai restaurants nearby. They make some mean dishes that are so flavorful, especially the braised pork leg or Kao mun gai. Service is always quick and easy.
Menu online not updated. Noodle is ok
Always has orders out on time
I have went to almost all Thai food restaurants in Seattle, I have to say this is the worst Thai food I had in Seattle. Pad Thai has a very strong weird smell. Pad see u is very salty. Their spicy level is pointless as all level taste not spicy.
Amazing food. But I grabbed pickup but the place was clean while I was inside
Tastes better than any other Thai restaurant I tried in Seattle.
Looks like just a normal small restaurant but the food quality is by far better than most thai places iβve ever been to.
The fried spring roll is house made. Fresh and tasty and not expensive at all given itβs HOUSE MADE, not some unfrozen trash thing.
Other dishes, not too sweet not salty. Thatβs how real thai food tastes. Added to list of daily restaurant choices
Flavorful thai food. Great portions for the price.
Small little place with good service and nice atmosphere just lacking on the food. The meals were not anything special I would not really go hoping for great quality.
Love their noodles especially pad see ew and pad ke mao. Curries weβre on the sweeter side and would rate average. One thing that stands out for me about this place is hygiene and cleanliness
Braised pork leg, Khao soi, and pandan sticky rice were authentic and perfect! Amazing food
I dined at this restaurant several times so far and tried many things on the menu and every time itβs delicious food.
They never answer the phone I called 4 times to place an order within 30 mins and still no answer .
Friendly staff and the Pad Thai hit the spot, finally a place in Seattle with good Pad Thai. Pad See Ew was good too!
Best Thai in town. Garlic chicken noodles, pop pop fried rice.. both just to die for.
Awesome Thai Spot!!

Obsessed with their spicy chicken soup - exactly what you need on a cold day. I like it with egg noodles.
Not the generic Thai food you see around.
Hubby had the Tom yum - it too was very flavorful and healthy.
About $12-13 for the soup.
Truly polite service right out of Thailand.
I ordered panang shrimp curry and told her that i have celiac disease and to make sure it's gluten free. The food was tested by my NEMA tester. It was gluten free and it was delicious. Their spiciness is hotter than most Thai restaurant. I highly recommend this place. β€οΈ
3 dishes, with varying degrees of mediocrity. Proteins all cooked to death, rubbery. Brown rice only brownish... mix of leftovers likely. Flavors very mixed; yellow curry best.
Very delicious π€€ approved yβall
Always excellent!! Great thai food and very affordable prices
I was happy with the fresh avocado rolls and veggie pad thai
Amazing food. Super nice employees well trained and quick service. The food here is above and beyond what you pay for.
Because of the good reviews I decided to try this restaurant, which is close to me.
Do not think Iβll be going here again.
I ordered the pork leg, and it had more fat than meat, and the meat was dry. Portion was too small.
The chicken wing appetizer was awful, fatty and did not seem to be deep fried at all.
Pork Gyoza was okay.
This meal cost 50.+, never again.
Ordered a beef pad Thai and a Braised pork leg. Took them 40min for my Pad Thai. Waste of time.
This food was legit delicious! We had the Pad Kee Mao and Spicy Chicken Soup, and potstickers. At first glance you might think the portions are small compared to other places, but all of this food is clearly made from scratch, super filling and nourishing, and we wound up with substantial leftovers despite our first impression. Prices are great, quality is outstanding. Will definitely be back.
I gobbled down the chicken & rice like I hadn't eaten in weeks it was that good. Friendly fast counter service, no dine in option. I will return.
First time trying this joint. We ordered the grilled chicken and it was actually nice. Will definitely recommend it.
I order from here frequently. This restaurant has decent Thai food. Flavor is much better compared to many other Thai places that Iβve tried in Seattle.
Ordered a few items off the menu all beef, went with 5 stars. For me it wasn't hot enough. The food was excellent. Will eat here again.
Love me some PPT! Awesome food and spectacular service. We've been eating here for years and never an incorrect order or bad food.
Our last visit - Inconsistency with flavor and with portion size. Time to find different place. Seattle too many good Thai place to keep coming here.
Pretty disappointed considering how highly rated this place is :( Ordered the chicken pad Thai 3 stars and it tasted like a 1, if that. Both the pad thai and pad see ew were lacking in flavor compared to other Thai restaurants Iβve been to. At least there was a good amount of chicken in it. Crispy chicken was good but wasnβt crispy at all by the time we got home. The highlight was the Thai ice tea.
Wasn't my kind of Thai. Too sweet and the noodles were a bit too greasy.
One of my go to place for take-out in Shoreline. The service is friendly and fast. The food is delicious! My favorites items are the: Pop Pop Fried Rice, Chicken Wings (the tamarind sauce is delicious!), and Garlic Noodles.
The appetizers are also great and authentic.

Customer service is great. I ordered the beef pad thai = I didn't like it. The pad thai in Denver from "Swing Thai Restaurant" is soo good. This pad thai was yuck!
Very nice and authentic Thai food. Maybe I have a high tolerance towards spiciness because when I asked for 4 star, it still fee relatively mild to me. Nonetheless, this is a very good Thai food joint. Pop pop fried rice and Phad Kee Mao are really good
It was very nice
The best Thai food I ever tasted hands down. Was in town on buissness. Stopped by this gem and boy was it amazing.. I can't wait to return.
Strangely unsatisfying, will not return
Good as always. I usually order the garlic chicken level 3 spice. Yummy!
Muy delis
Delicious food
Loved Pop Pop but something went wrong. Last order really poor. Called, left a message, never heard back.
It was a new experience for me. I loved the pot stickers but did not really like how my chicken tasted like fish.
Website didnβt work when we tried to order online, when we went in and ordered they said 20 minutes, it took 40. Pad Thai was subpar and the tofu was tough.
So happy that I found a place in Seattle that has khao man gai that is really good AND not overpriced. I love how they season the rice. The chicken is so juicy and tender. The sauce complements the chicken perfectly. The broth that comes with it is great but could use a tad more salt and maybe add some turnips for some texture, but that's just personal preference.
Amazing π as usual!!
Even if you order/receive the wrong food its delicious!! I love this place
This place is so good when you dine in but take out is just not the same quality. The staff has always been nice every time I've been here.
Hands down the best Kao Soi in town. The food is so good and they are extremely friendly!
Wow. So much flavor its unreal. Drove past this place every day for the last year and finally tried it. Will DEFINITELY be back! Spice was on point, looking forward to trying the 5β next time.
I've ordered here via pick up, grub hub and postmates. Had amazing food every time - spice level is a little inconsistent (I like my 5* to burn) but the food is so delicious I don't even mind.
Amazing tofu and they take extra veggies very seriously.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
Pad Se Ew and Panang Curry are my go to options.
Iβve had my fair share of Thai food, but this place is special. The flavors here are incredible and the portions are large. They have an excellent online ordering system and easy pickup.
This used to be my favorite thai place in this area and the only one I would get food from, even though I live in Edmonds. I told all of my friends about it. The pineapple fried rice and thai omlet are usually wonderful, but this time I ordered, so greasy and bland that I ended up throwing them away. Perhaps a different chef? Please make sure your food is consistent!
I haven't been disappointed yet with anything I've gotten there. Good food for take out.
#28 garlic chicken noodle 4*
I have gone to this place a couple times. Food is pretty good & customer service is excellent! Portion and price are balanced. I LOVE the mango sticky rice!!!!!! BUT i donβt recommend ordering the special crispy garlic chicken because its more like soggy garlic chicken.
Great food. Worth the drive!
We ordered SPICY HOLY BASIL with extra fried egg and PAD SE EW for to go. Very satisfied with the tasty and volume as usual. They may improve the volume issue which some customers' feedback. Good response, definitely will be back again.
Between the masks, the plastic shield, and the very loud music, communicating your order without having to repeat yourself over and over is a hassle. However, the food is great and the service is quick!
Finally found a place north of Seattle thatβs βour Thai place!β Super flavorful, quality, balance of ingredients, perfect portions. Delicious! Weβll be frequenting here often ;)
This is my favorite spot for Thai food! They are always timely and tasty, with super kind staff every time we order. Large portions, where each bite is delightful and trying something new off the menu is always great. Love them!
Braised pork leg is consistently a winner! Delicious, satisfying, and prepared quickly! Doesnβt get any tastier than this place. Itβs our go to for savory home cooked flavor and prices are very reasonable.
Overall, very okay Thai food. Panang curry was too oily for me. The pad see ew noodles were overcooked for my liking. The fried tofu in it was tasty, but there wasn't much of it.
Great food great service
It was OK but portion is wayyyy too small! I eat very little and I was still hungry after eating my curry + rice!
We love the food at Pop Pop. We eat here weekly and sometimes more than once a week. I am continually frustrated at the lack of consistency with portion sizes.
I order the exact same entree every time because it is so good (spicy holy basil). Until recently, I was able to get 2 full meals from this entree (not including the rice because I don't eat the rice) plus share with my young child. The box it is served in was completely filled.
The last few times I've ordered the box would be about 3/4 full. I never complained.
Today is the icing on the cake though. The order tonight barely filled half of the box. If it had been put in the small rice-sized box it probably would not have filled that.
Again, we love the food however I am disappointed in the inconsistencies with the portion size. If the portion is being reduced, adjust the cost accordingly and make note on the website so more than 1 can be ordered.
Good food but not to much variety. Level 5 spicy is not that spicy.
Near thai perfection at a great price. Their pad thai and pad see ew are sole of the best I've had. Their pad see ew noodles appear to be house made which is always the best.
Their Roasted Red Pork is sublime...
I give 3 stars to the food only 5 stars to staff. Staff is very helpful and polite. The food quality was a medium. I ordered pad thai and woonsen pad thai. The woonsen was very chewy like rubber texture. The sauce was a little sour. The regular pad thai was good didn't have all the veggies I'm use to with the pad thai. Again the sauce seemed a little sour. All in all my son and I enjoyed ourselves. We will come back again but will not order the woonsen pad thai. Thank you for reading my review.
Fast, friendly and delicious!!
Really, really good Thai food that also happens to be very affordable.
Amazing! Buy the kao soi. Fabulous
Very tasty!
My favorite Thai place. My wife love the vegetarian selections.
Delicious...again!
Tried the food on my way back from a call. Very delicious! Good portions and packed with flavor. I've gone a few times and have not been disappointed so far. The food is colorful, smells amazing, and taste phenomenal. I ordered the chicken with noodles and veggies. It was fresh, great spice and sooo sooo good.
I'm surprised at the small menu they have for a Thai place. They should definitely add more food. Other than that, very good food, fresh and definitely recommend if you want good Thai food.
Great food and friendly service. First time trying chicken and rice, it was fantastic!
Clean, simple food with so much flavor. The grilled chicken was amazing.
Great quick little Thai place
Quick and friendly service and absolutely delicious food! Will absolutely be back. π
I used to work next door, so I think I've been stopping into Pop Pop since it opened. First time in, I had the braised pork leg and that's kept me coming back in since. Everything I've had there has been great.
Amazing tasty and good sized portions at reasonable prices! Great service as well
So excited to find Thai style Hainanese chicken rice (khao mun gai) and pleasantly spicy khao soi here. Quick and pleasant service and a menu full of fairly authentic items that you don't see on every boring Thai menu in town.
One if the best Thai places not just in seattle but anywhere Iβve been. Incredible flavors, my go to is the papaya salad, fresh coconut juice served in the coconut! And their specials are always insanely good.
Food is really good, but I was disappointed because they serve 2 tables before us and they get there way before us
It is not original Thai Taste.
Food and service is spot on I always get the pineapple fried rice with extra limes. Wish the seating was a little more comfortable.
