Fast-casual eatery featuring traditional fare from Laos & Thailand for lunch & dinner.
I love everything about this place and I don’t say that often. I have ordered from Uber eats about 5 times now and the food is perfect every single time! It arrives fast, piping hot and full of flavor. All items are always in the bag. The appetizers are a little expensive at $10 each with the main course being $13. I can’t always get all 3 but I always get at least 2 items.
So I frequently vist this restaurant, the food is good! However. Today must have been a day. Although the staff is friendly l. When I walked in the music was dropping the N word HEAVLY!! THAT WAS SO OFFENSIVE! and I had a pretty decent wait while no one was in the restaurant. When the rep came out. I did ask can they lower or change the music bc it's offensive. They did it... However I'm not sure how customer service came into play after that. No remorse , no nothing. Just a smile.
"I recently dined at ZAAP and was thoroughly impressed by their delicious Thai cuisine. The drunken noodles were bursting with flavor, and the veggie spring rolls were a perfect start to the meal. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was impeccable. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout. I highly recommend trying these dishes if you visit ZAAP.
Food is great but customer service is horrible. 2nd time here and experienced the same rude vibe. I simply said hello to the cashier (red head) & told her what I wanted. A simple order of one starter & she responded back with attitude & rolling eyes.
No one told you to pick this job ma’am. I recommend to hire friendlier staff.
Go to the Victory Park location!! They’re much nicer for sure
Always hot and delicious - our go to pad thai spot for sure - never have had 1 issue.
I took my bf for an early birthday lunch. I had the pad thai and papaya salad. Both were really good. Papaya and cabbage were really fresh and crunchy. I would have liked the pad thai to have more veggies in it but it was still good. Bf had the red curry. For his first time having Thai food, he enjoyed it all. Next time I'll habe to order for him so that he can learn as he's eating. The place was clean and quiet. Service was good. Will most def keep this place in the rotation
One of my favorite Thai options in the area. Love the Larb salad - spicy! Wife loves the pineapple chicken fried rice - amazing flavors. It's a staple take out for our home. Solid food across the board.
Y’all don’t sleep on this fast and casual dining spot. The food tastes anything but fast. Hits the spot when you are looking for Asian flavors but don’t know what you want. We ordered the veggie rolls, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice and the riblets . so good! Way too much food for two of us but we tried. The riblets are so good!

The crispy chicken wings were just ridiculous!!! How were they that good?!

ZAAP is a great stop before/after a visit to Alamo Drafthouse. Both times we have visited were great!
Greenville location is WAY BETTER !! They never answer or “we can’t hear you”

One star because they serve me a spoil white rice look like rice was cooked a day before ands smell spoil and the color are different after eating their fry rice making my stomach ache. I eat white rice everyday so I know when is rice is not good. You an tell by the color also. Never again
Best curry I've ever had.

Delicious food at a good price. Must go!
So I know there are other locations, but wow this one is amazing. Food…fantastic! The portion sizes….insanely large! Even getting this to go the food is still great and travels well. I really enjoyed the food!
Delicious
Really good food, fresh and hot, good quality

The food was great and the employees were very kind and helpful. However, I was here for the first time on Friday (10/27) and there was only one employee at the front, handling all orders, to-go orders, phone calls, etc. It got so hectic/ backed up that a FORMER EMPLOYEE hopped on and starting taking and passing out orders. Both of these girls were doing a great job, but the fact that there was only one employee handling the front of house on a Friday night, to the point that a former employee had to jump in to help, is ridiculous. Management or whoever is in charge really should either hire more people or schedule better, because there is absolutely no reason to have one single employee trying to field everything at once. At the very least, she deserves a nice raise for the unneeded stress.
Very tasty Thai food and friendly professional staff!
Great food!! Fun restaurant, will also use for take out.
Small friendly environment awesome food!!
Literally can’t get enough of this place.
Amazing food. We ordered the Pad Kee Mao with chicken and it was phenomenal. Great flavor. Very friendly staff and quick service. Recommend thai food lovers to stop by!
Very good food. Very clean and super nice service. I didn’t know what to order or what I really liked and they helped me figure out what I would like best and helped customized my order to what I would like. Great food and great service definitely recommend.
I ordered dinner via UberEats. The chicken noodle soup with the tapioca noodles was soo savory and comforting. I wish there was more chicken however in the serving. This soup is perfect for a cold night, feeling sick, need a savory dish and after a night of partying.
The beef pad see ew dish was pretty decent. It lacked in salt and could have used more sauce. But the beef was stir fried well. Although I ordered delivery through uber, the food was still good and I hope to dine in to see if the food is consistent or even better.
Friendly staff- quick service, delicious food!
Try the curry or curry fried rice 😋
