We had dinner at Racha a couple days ago since we hadn’t been to the restaurant before and love Thai food. The service was great and the food standard Thai fare. My dish was more than I could finish and the sever offered to box my leftovers for me. Cue the next day at lunch when I go to eat my leftovers and I find the pictured hair in the box. Neither my partner nor myself have hair like that, so either it was in the box or the food I didn’t eat. I couldn’t stomach eating it so threw it away.

Diner Review №2

Alright place, good for the neighbourhood. Pad Thai was decent. The Panang Curry was AMAZING. Hands down one of the best curries I've had. The Tom Yum soup was a bit disappointing, lacked depth but still tasty. I may be coming back when craving Thai or wanting that Panang Curry.

Tried the Pad kee mow tofu and it was yum. Service was quick and friendly.

Diner Review №5

Racha Noodle & Thai is an intimate, cozy spot that provides good customer service.

We came here on a Sunday evening and were warmly greeted and then quickly seated. We all started off with the Thai Iced Tea, which was made well. We then had the Papaya Salad which was fairly tasty.

I then selected the Massaman curry with chicken and brown rice. For this dish, I felt that the curry was a tad too sweet (rather than savory) and that the onions could have been cut up a tad smaller. My brother’s curry selection (red curry) was a little better than mine given the reduced sweetness.

The portions here are massive. When paired with the price, it is very much so affordable, in my opinion.

Diner Review №6

The chicken tasted off, it was most definitely spoiled. Got two very different dishes with chicken, they were both like this.

Time and time again, worst Pad See Ew I’ve had. Expect a watered down flavor

Diner Review №11

The pad thai was good, but the pad see ew (which is my go-to Thai food order) had virtually no flavor and was oily. The giant chunks of tofu in both seemed like it was just raw tofu tossed in for a few seconds but not cooked with the other ingredients at all. We were unfortunately very disappointed when we got home and tried our meals.

Diner Review №13

Used to be my favorite Thai restaurant in the area but this last time I went was unforgivably low quality. My favorite dish, Yum Woon Sen, should look like the picture I've attached for reference. In the picture you can see the salad was nicely shredded up for me and easy to consume. Lots of vegetables, lots of flavors, aesthetically pleasing even.
This time I went, there were: no cashews, no carrots, hardly any shrimp, hardly any green onions, hardly any sauce in the noodles and worst of all was the salad portion of this "salad" dish. Someone literally (no exaggeration) took a large slice of an iceberg lettuce head and placed it onto the plate... I actually stared at it in disbelief at first. I wanted to go all Gordon Ramsay mode.
Furthermore, I found this detail rather odd but it spoke further volumes, all the heat in the dish was concentrated in one rather painful bite towards the end of my meal. Admittedly I am sensitive to spice, but it was as if, however the heat is applied, it was all lazily applied to one spot and one spot only.
The entire dish just screamed "made by a passive aggressive teenager for a parent after an argument." And its quality was not only embarrassing for a restaurant, but it also embarrassed me after I bragged to my friend that was with me on how good this Thai food place was.
I am both sad and angry to report that I won't be returning anymore because I do not want to pay full price for a meal like that ever again.

Diner Review №14

Charged me $3 extra for rice that I didn't ask for which I assumed came with the dish. Food was subpar and over priced. Go to the Japanese place next door.

Diner Review №15

Food is delicious! Service is very good. Kind people work there. I'm a regular because it's just a great restaurant.

This used to be a great restaurant but couple days ago I went back for lunch. I chose the combination option in the menu for $15.99. One spring roll, Pad Thai and curry dish with rice. The spring roll usually comes with a sauce. The server said it doesn’t come with sauce for lunch😮 they brought little bit dipping sauce for me. Then Pad Thai was just noodles without carrot, lime and other stuff that usually get for it. When I pointed out to the server, he said lunch is just noodles😮 the curry and rice was good. I would be better off to go with one meal than the combo.
I was very disappointed and never go there for lunch.
I gave 3 star for Mango sticky rice for $14.99 it was a decent portion and mango was delicious.

Diner Review №21

Very expensive but the food is good. The food does take forever to arrive though. The waiters are slow and they gave us the wrong amount of change.

Diner Review №22

Feel like just OK. Very little beef, and the rice is not very well cooked

Diner Review №23

We normally really enjoy the food here but our take out order this week was very disappointing. The tom yum soup was 90% made from the inedible ingredients. The royal duck curry was ordered at a 1 heat level but was so spicy no one could eat it and it got thrown out. Even the person who puts ghost pepper sauce on her eggs could not eat it. The pad thai was one big glop of over cooked noodles. Hopefully if we are ever willing to go back the food will return to what we have experienced before.

Diner Review №24

Diner Review №25

3 dollar for the rice alone on top of the entree is kind of ridiculous.

Diner Review №26

The food tastes great but felt overpriced, no air conditioning during my visit and it was pretty warm inside.

Diner Review №27

Ambience was really good. We liked the food very much.

Diner Review №28

I eat there a lot but this time it’s been the worst.
Chicken was raw and the whole meal was not cooked and was pale.

Diner Review №29

Diner Review №30

The food is authentic and the spice and flavor is very well balanced.

Diner Review №31

Ordered takeout - portion sizes were good, and curry fried rice was good, but Massuman curry was disappointing. I usually enjoy massuman anywhere I've ordered it, but would not order it again from this restaurant.

Diner Review №32

I ordered carry out and wish I hadn't. I got an order of gyoza and a green curry. The green curry was good but the gyoza was very overpriced for what it was. The website also forced me to pay 10% gratuity for pickup. There are much better choices to pickup food in Redmond.

Diner Review №33

- The menu did not have the price indicated. We had to ask the waitress for the price. (They should have told us to scan the QR code which had the price indicated)
- They did ask whether I wanted brown rice, but I thought it was part of the dish, later on I found out that they charged me $3.00 separately for the brown rice. I was not informed that it was extra charge.
- They charge 20% tip automatically. I did not sign for that amount, but on the receipt it says "service fee applied automatically" without my consent. (They explained to me with customers more than 6 people, they automatically charge 20% tip, however, that was not explained to us.) Overall, they don't tell us the extra charges, and it comes as a surprise at the end. Bad practice.

Diner Review №34

Diner Review №35

Made a pick up order and it took them over an hour… I had already been sitting in there for 20 minutes after my order should’ve been ready until she told me that they had a mixup and had just started making it. I was on my lunch break, which was wasted, and the flavor was weak anyways. I will not be coming back.

Diner Review №36

It’s just a damned awful restaurant.

Diner Review №37

I wouldn't go there again, as they are charging for many items when the quality and quantity reduced.

Diner Review №38

The Angel Eggplant was delicious. I got takeout and made my own rice, and the portions were big enough for two generous meals. Out of an abundance of caution, I got 4-star spicy, but I barely felt a tingle. Chiliheads like me will probably want to specifically ask for something hotter.

Diner Review №39

Food was cold, lack of authentic Thai flavors, will not come back again. Not worth it.

Diner Review №40

Excellent vegetarian options. Tom jud tasted amazing!!!

Diner Review №41

This is my first time here. I got the tom yum noodle soup. It was very delicious, and the waiter was so nice. Will definitely visit again!

Diner Review №42

It is perfectly clean, the food was so good. The staffs are also very friendly to us. 🥰

Diner Review №45

Waited for 20 mins at the restaurant front desk to be noticed. Finally we went up to a waiter to ask for a table. Then waited for another 10 mins and still did not get seated. 2 other customers waited and left because they were not attended to. Skip this place and go to the 10 other Thai restaurants nearby. We went to Baitong and had a lovely lunch.

Diner Review №46

No prices on the menu. Oolong tea is almost $6. Meals for 2 with a shared appetizer, oolong tea and a roy rogers was $80 after tax, but before tip. Food is good. Wait staff is nice. Restaurant is clean.

Diner Review №47

Absolute best restaurant in Redmond.

Love a good Racha salad with warm peanut sauce, and a cup of tom kha soup with super flavorful, full bodied, authentic spices.

All the curries are delicious too. Can sub tofu for almost everything, soft or crispy. Brought 2 Thai colleagues here at separate times and both verified authentic.

Diner Review №49

I ordered it and was waiting there for an entire hour. Would not recommend, they ignored me completely. Bad experience. And expensive

Diner Review №50

I recently had an experience at the Racha Noodles and Thai Cuisine restaurant that left me deeply disappointed. I placed an order for what was advertised as a normal quantity of food, but what I received was far from it.
When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order during the height of dinner time, I was surprised to find it completely empty except for the employees. This should have been my first indication that something was off.
I ordered sticky rice for $3, but what I received was a cheap plastic bag of hot, dry rice that seemed old and clearly scraped from the bottom of the pan. It was nothing like what I expected.
The disappointment didn't stop there. The peanut sauce, which looked generous in the pictures on the website, was more than twice the amount I received with my order. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation.
To add to the frustration, I ordered pad see ewe with extra noodles and broccoli, but my order arrived as a standard one, without any of the requested add-ons. It was as if my specific requests were completely ignored.
In total, I spent $50 on my order, but what I received was worth no more than $20. Despite my disappointment, I still tipped 20% because I believe that the workers shouldn't suffer due to the actions of their owners.
Regrettably, this experience has led me to the decision that I won't be returning to this restaurant, and I can only give it one star. I even took photos to capture the disappointment that my order represented. It's truly disheartening when a restaurant doesn't live up to its promises, and this was a prime example of that.

Diner Review №51

Ordered the red curry , spring rolls , Phad Thai all with chicken. The phad thai is one of the best I have ever had it wasn’t dry but flavorful and saucy. The spring roles - mushy on the inside - not that great. The curry was good as well. Would highly recommend the curry and the phad Thai. Will for sure be back just for the phad Thai. The male server was nice but the lady server working wasn’t very friendly.

Diner Review №52

Great service, and quick . Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food

Diner Review №53

Food, service, atmosphere all great. They don't put prices on the menu for a reason. Way too expensive for what it is. Oh well

Diner Review №54

Diner Review №55

Diner Review №56

Taste is not good at all for the money spent. Even some of the vegetables were not fresh.

Diner Review №57

Diner Review №58

Very few pure vegetarian options. As most of the dish has egg or fish sauce.
Food was just okay
They don't have price listed on menu and you will get shock to see check!

Diner Review №59

Delicioso.

Diner Review №60

I walked in for lunch today at about 11.45 am, and I ordered an appetizer and entre. I was shocked that it was over $33 for the order 😕 but I still knew they had good food, so I was OK with it, for a once in a blue moon, treat. I tipped 10% upfront for take out. It came out rather quickly, which made me nervous, actually, but off I went back to my office. Twenty minutes later I get to my office and open the food and my pork Singapore noodles smell like rotten fish and there are no noodles. I tried to call them and they never picked up. Or they did pick up but just kept hanging up. So my only recourse besides driving back twenty minutes to see if they will fix it, was to post my concern here. If they care to have my business back at all after first frequenting their queen Anne location over 20 years ago, then I suppose they'll reach out. Oh and they spelled my name wrong on the order: MARK - But I am actually named MarC. But at least they didn't
do it like in the Starbucks meme (Cark). I have to go now and grab lunch somewhere. Hope this gets the attention it deserves. Sincerely, MarC.

Found this by accident and really glad we did. The food was amazing with true rich flavors and some hidden gems. The calamari app was crazy good as was the Pud Thai with shrimp. They no longer do scallops because of the cost, which was a shame because I would have gladly paid the price for the dish. And, that was based on how good everything else was and the description. In any event, this is a nice little hidden gem worthy of a cozy dinner with your solemate or a group dinner with friends or family. My coworkers and I will return often.

Diner Review №65

Recently dined at Racha Noodles & Thai, an extraordinary culinary journey to Thailand. Authentic flavors like the Tom aka soup perfect balance, Royal Duck Yellow curry’s impeccable blend, and Prawn fried rice’s harmonious mix. Captures Thai essence; must-visit for authentic culinary exploration, promising an unforgettable experience!

Diner Review №66

Easily the best Thai food in the area! The service and food is so great and the atmosphere is super welcoming. The food is very authentic!!!

Diner Review №67

Had yellow curry, thought it was fantastic

Diner Review №68

The food was good, the restaurant was clean and the people working there were welcoming and provided excellent service. My son only eats phad thai and green curry at Thai restaurants -- so that's all we got this time. I'm not a fan of phad thai or green curry in general but both tasted great.

This place is also close to the movie theater so it is a great place for a bite to eat before or after a movie. Makes a great place for a date night or a family outing. You can expect to pay around $17-$20 for each appetizer and entrée.

Like many restaurants, this place uses QR code menus that allow you to see a virtual menu, order and pay yourself. I'm not a fan of such systems. However, the staff seemed to have a great system in place to discern who wants to use the QR system or order the traditional way. I absolutely appreciated this effort as I prefer to order from an actual person. Also, I've found that I tend to tip significantly less if I have to order using a QR code/put in the order yourself system. Given the staff's attention, quick and friendly service I recommend this place.

Spring rolls and Garlic fried rice are good vegetarian dishes available here.

Diner Review №73

Diner Review №74

Delicious but expensive.

Diner Review №75

Tried several dishes everytime trying to give this restaurant benefit of the doubt and hoping it amuses me. Every single time the dish didn't turn out great. Pork belly fried rice for example had really dry and hard to chew pork belly, it almost tasted gross, and this was dine in. Duck fried rice was odd. I can't see why people love this place so much. Prices are sky high.

Diner Review №76

Food items all tasted very good.
Service was attentive and efficient.
Value for dollars spent is what separates the overall rating from 5 to 4.
We had the fresh spring rolls for an appetizer; two main entrees and the mango sticky rice ( which was delicious) & total including tax was just over $75(before tip)

Overall, everything was good but $75+ for a nice place but still nothing spectacular/no frills, just seems too much for overall meal & experience.
I would recommend & go again but probably skip the appetizer to keep the value in line with dollars spent.

Diner Review №77

I eat here multiple times a week never have an issue, The food is always fresh and good!

Diner Review №78

PUD Thai was very very bland and has no salt as well. We tried crispy chicken with it that has zero seasoning as well (no salt as well).

Diner Review №79

Food is so so but expensive

Diner Review №80

Diner Review №81

I discovered this restaurant through its inclusion in several websites' top 50 Thai restaurants in the USA, and it definitely lives up to its well-deserved reputation. The food is simply amazing, and the service is excellent. I particularly appreciated the convenient and efficient ordering process where you can place your order by yourself without waiting for a waiter, and the food is promptly brought to your table.

Diner Review №88

Good food ordinary service

Diner Review №89

Hear me out. I have been on the hunt for a solid Thai restaurant since moving here and most places left something to be desired. Found this randomly on the way home and we are STOKED. My partner and I both agreed that the yellow curry was the best curry we've had. The depth of flavor was impressive. The pud Thai also did not disappoint. Will absolutely, definitely be going back.

Diner Review №90

Tried the place a couple of times Paid $19 for noodles I ended up not liking.
Maybe their other items are better so 3* instead of 2.

Diner Review №91

Overall it was pretty good. The Pad Thai is excellent. We ordered the Pad See We gluten free and soy free, and it came with no sauce. I was disappointed that they did not even attempt another sauce or flavoring. I brought it home and will come up with something.

Diner Review №92

Pretty good Thai if you're in the area. Not a huge fan of their no contact dine in ordering and payment. It should use Apple Pay / Google Pay. I don’t want to make an account with a new service just to pay my tab!

Diner Review №93

I would rate this restaurant 5 stars. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. We only ordered vegetarian options and the waitress was accommodating and willing to prepare anything as vegetarian.

Diner Review №94

The pad Thai was good and one of the better versions I’ve had here in the Redmond area.

Diner Review №95

We love eating here, always a great experience. It is our Thai place in Redmond

Diner Review №96

Diner Review №97

Food was ok..but Service was good👍

Diner Review №98

Delicious, and consistent quality. Their menu reflects dishes from different regions of Thailand and still includes the classics.
Over the last 14 years its quality has not wavered.
Wait staff is always polite and responsive.

Diner Review №99

Loved the Pud See Ew

Diner Review №100

Diner Review №101

My absolute favorite place to get Pad Thai! One less star because prices are getting a little steep. The appetizers are just as much money as the entree's.

Diner Review №102

Horrible service and food smelly!

Diner Review №103

Wery bed service and eats

Diner Review №104

Best fried mushrooms I've ever had, super crispy and not too oily or big. Delicious Tom Kha too! Open kitchen is cool and chill atmosphere

Diner Review №105

Questionable gluten-free food preparation.

Diner Review №106

Fantastic food, and a cozy location. Well done! Their mango and rice dessert was superb. Definitely will be back!

Love the contactless ordering system they have. Food is very good and staff is very nice. Will continue to come here.

Diner Review №118

Great food and super friendly service!

Diner Review №119

I went to the restaurant to pick up my takeout and was about to finish it fast outside of the restaurant as my husband was in the emergency room next to the restaurant. When I started eating, a staff came out and offered me a glass of water. The kindness of a stranger makes a bad day less terrible. Plus, it is one of the best drunken noodles I’ve had.

Diner Review №120

Service: First things first, the menu is so big, it took us a good 5 mins or so just to scroll down everything once. Service was fast and almost contactless. You can order and pay from the table using your mobile. You just have to scan a QR code. Food was brought to the table fairly quickly as well.

Price: I would say it's in the $10-$20 range for a dish.

Food: Everything tasted really good and fresh. The Spicy Jungle had green peppers which was the first time we tasted something like that. The yellow Curry fried rice was delicious too. If you want it to be spicy, make sure you take the spice level 5.

Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for the ambience, taste and the service.

Diner Review №121

Worst service ever. Came in at 11:30 AM today. I was one in the restaurant. Could not get any service. Could not get my water filled. Could even get chili oil. Could not even get somebody to ask how my meal was.

They’re only concerned about doing nothing at all.

If you want terrible service go here. If you’re looking for good service, try a place like Thai Ginger !!

Ordered an appetizer and lunch. $33. With no service? Wow!

Diner Review №122

Diner Review №123

Diner Review №124

Diner Review №125

Food is probably one of the best in the area but they are not the kind that talks!!
Took about 50 minutes to prepare the take out! One of the three items on the request was out but nobody called or said anything when we picked up the order! They only crossed out the item on the receipt!
Highly recommend it if you dine in but take out experience wasn't good a couple of timed we tried.

Diner Review №126

Great food, but I'm feeling ripped off with this portion size for a $15+ entree

You pay a pretty penny for large portions of very delicious food, I love eating here. The soups and appetizers amazing.

Diner Review №135

Went in for a takeout this evening. Excellent customer service and very delicious food. I'm from Thailand myself and this is very authentic.

Diner Review №136

we made it just in time before they closed - it was delicious. I shared a stir fried rice place with my wife and let me tell you, it was amazing. i've been to thailand and eaten street food and in some of the best thai restuarant, this is really good and is the next best thing.

Diner Review №137

Food is good but waitress is so so rude. She literally doesn't let you speak. Worst experience.

I've tried every Thai restaurant in Redmond this is by far the best.

Diner Review №145

Diner Review №146

Enjoyed the lunch!

Diner Review №147

Delicious lunch, staff was courteous and efficient

Diner Review №148

I go here at least every month the staff is always so nice and the food never disappoints!

Diner Review №149

The portion size for my pud see ew with beef was on the smaller side. My wife and I paid for a side of rice to go with her rama with chicken and did not get any. The wait time on the to go order was just over 30 minutes. I would have not tipped if I had known it would have not made a difference in quality of service. I may want to eat here in the future after the vaccination mandate is lifted, but I suggest you order cautiously if using Uber Eats, Grub Hub etc.

Pretty good Thai food, but I’d you order takeout it’s never the spice level that you request.

Diner Review №155

Noon time busy everywhere . Drive by Redmond, find this place .Table look old but food are very tasty, chef are very skillful.Red curry & Thai fried rice are great , mango dessert are good , of cause never look the same as picture

Diner Review №156

Amazing Thai restaurant and the service was great too. I ordered pad kee Mao and it was delicious. Highly recommend this Thai restaurant, they also have other uncommon Thai dishes that are not easy to find in other places. I will be coming back to try them.

Diner Review №157

Diner Review №158

The chicken Alfredo was amazing. And loved their tiramisu!!! I will definitely be returning here.

Diner Review №159

Fantastic local Thai place that (sometimes) has the stuff for Laos style papaya salad. (My wife is from Isaan and craves it occasionally). Reasonably sized iced coffees.

Diner Review №160

My first visit, food was wonderful. If your looking for Thai food, this is a really good place to go.

Diner Review №161

This is MY FAV., BEST OF THE BEST Thai restaurant, in the whole wide world, 😀💚💚😀💚 the balance of taste, spices, presentation, kindness of staff is 5 star!

Diner Review №162

Diner Review №163

Great Thai food. They were very busy with take out food making our wait a little longer than it should have been but worth the wait.

Diner Review №164

Pad Kee Mao was great!

Diner Review №165

Diner Review №166

Love love love this place. Best basil Thai fried rice in this area. Best Thai tea in this area. And together the best food in this area.

Some non-food quality related notes:
1. Don't forget a straw. Check it yourself, apparently just asking if it's inside isn't enough
2. Ask for chili oil on the side it's amazing (if you're into spicy foods)
3. Don't put stuff on top of your iced tea, it will spill from the straw hole (this is probably more general advice)

Diner Review №167

Diner Review №168

Food is consistently good (great kitchen) and what you'd expect from a top Thai restaurant on the east side.

Diner Review №169

Poor customer service

Diner Review №170

Diner Review №171

The mango sticky rice was delicious!!

Diner Review №172

Had a visit at the ER. After a few hours of my being treated, I remembered my husband hadn't had anything to eat. Right next door to the Redmond ER is Racha Noodles and Thai. My thoughtful hubby brought me back delicious Thai Fried rice from Racha. Flavorful with fresh vegetables crisped cucumbers, carrots and fluffy rice.

Diner Review №173

Diner Review №174

great foods with so many options!

Diner Review №175

Stopped by for lunch, restaurant was clean and we are seated right away with a party of 4. The food came out around 15 minutes after we ordered. But everything tasted fresh and delicious other then the shrimp were slightly over cooked. But overall I will definitely back and would recommend this place if you are looking for good authentic Thai food.

Diner Review №176

Diner Review №177

Placed an online order. It took well over an hour between placing the order and receiving the food. The website told me when the food would be ready so I showed up at that time. However, I had to wait an additional 45 minutes after showing up at the restaurant because it wasn't ready. I understand if things are really busy but the website needs to show more accurate timing of the order. Furthermore, when the customer gets there they should also warn them that things are really busy and it will take a lot longer than expected. A little better customer service would go a long way to appease things.

Diner Review №178

Diner Review №179

Went here for the first time today. It was absolutely splendid! Great portion size. The quality and taste of the food was amazing. The side of white rice was even awesome. It was fresh. You could tell it wasn't just sitting in a heater all day. The staff was kind. I will definitely be coming back here to try more of their dishes.

Diner Review №180

I love love love love love this place with my whole heart. Tastiest Pad Thai ive ever had. I always try to try different places but this one is by far on my number one pick if I'm feeling like getting Thai food. The staff is super friendly and the food has never disappointed me. Highly recommend getting the Thai Tea or the Thai Coffee, it's very delicious !
