I don't like when maps keeps asking how I like eating at Thal restaurant, and want the survey requests to stop!

Diner Review №3

I would advise the chef to eat a really tasty Tom Yum in another restaurant, because what I got was a regular chicken soup - very sour because of the lime, not at all aesthetically pleasing in appearance... I ate tasty Tom Yum and I know that this is very far from the truth... I hope other dishes are better...

delicious

Diner Review №6

Ordered Red Curry, Cashew Chicken, and Mongolian Beef
Everything was cooked very nicely! Meat was tender and not overcooked, veggies were really fresh and still crispy, and the sauces were all flavorful and just a little unique giving this restaurant a little personality. Seating was cozy, place was clean, server was nice. 100% coming here again! Thanks!

Diner Review №7

I’ll start by saying I LOVE TAI FOOD. Maybe they were off the mark today?? Ground chicken was way too salty.

Diner Review №8

Diner Review №9

My first time here and the best Pad Thai I have ever had. I ordered the pot stickers and they were delicious. Will definitely be my new go to Thai restaurant.

Diner Review №10

Diner Review №11

Red curry a d rice was very good. Atmosphere was just so, so!

Diner Review №12

Diner Review №13

I absolutely love the food here, it is my favorite Thai food restaurant around. Unfortunately I have noticed the last 2 times I have come in to pick up my takeout there is significant less food in the containers. Considering I’m paying $20 for one dish & a side of rice, I would expect the containers to be full. It’s extremely disappointing & makes me want to look for a new place.

Diner Review №14

This place is super thai authentic, hidden gem in town. I have thai special dish that not sell in many Thai restaurant called Keuy taew lord. So so good

Diner Review №15

The food was OK, (salad was a soggy mess) but the server was clearly overworked, and not particularly helpful. Bathrooms were dirty. There was an obnoxious customer yelling into his speakerphone for the whole restaurant to listen to. Ugh.

Diner Review №16

Great place to get food if you're taking a fairy, call.ahead.
Get food instead of cooking after a long trip.
Lunch specials are Tuesday thru Friday 11:00 am to 2:30 pm.
The interior design is extremely pleasant so, stop n dine.

If you're from here the salmon curry is a change you will enjoy.

Order take out from the fairy and pick it up on the way home from the fairy.

Excellent crispy garlic beef or crispy garlic chicken.
The Crab Curry is delicious.

When available Try the fried banana and coconut ice cream.

The spiciest THAI EVERRR! And we love them for it ✨
Fav Thai spot!!! Love love the Thai food here 🥰🥰
MUST TRY✨✨✨

Diner Review №18

We got takeaway from Mukilteo Thai. The server was friendly and nice, but the food was so spicy!
We ordered a 2 on the spice scale and it was too spicy to eat. My lips were on fire with three bites! Both dishes had to be tossed. If we lived closer we would have returned them.

Their Mukilteo fried rice, pot stickers, and Phad see ew we’re all amazing. The best pot stickers I’ve had.

Diner Review №23

Went there last week and I was extremely disappointed with the food. I got my food to-go spent $29 and left a $5 tip. Starting with the chicken satay the chicken on the stick was super thick, it was a whole chicken tender on a stick. The outside marinade flavor was good but the chicken was so thick it was unappetizing (I even questioned if it was cooked all the way, luckily it was). Anywhere I’ve gotten chicken satay the chicken is sliced thinly or pounded out to be thinned out. Then I tried that Pad Thai I did expect it to be a bit dry since I got it to-go and it was about a 10 min drive home, but I did not expect it to be extremely dry to the point that the noodles stuck together into one big clump that couldn’t be undone, and it was also lacking the sour flavor of Thai food. I typically don’t leave reviews but this was so bad that I had to. Sadly won’t be going back :/

Diner Review №24

Food was ok- good. Lots of take away customer's easy to see why. Place a bit of a dump and poor table service.

Diner Review №25

Had a pretty solid experience at Mukilteo. I ordered the Green curry for dinner and the black sticky rice for dessert. Both dishes were well executed. Table service was adequate, nothing special or noteworthy. Heads up, if you order curry they'll charge you for rice to go with it. This is a little unusual, most Thai places the rice is included. Other than that it was a good experience.

Diner Review №26

I just ate dinner here. The food was well prepared and tasted good. The place was clean. The staff was super nice and inviting. I will be back.

Diner Review №27

Hate it hope I can give zero start

Diner Review №28

Diner Review №29

Food was so, so good...the smokey flavor of the fried rice dish and the depth of flavor of the Tom Kah. Wonderful appetizers too. I appreciated that the fresh rolls were packed with more veggies and less noodles. Just yum!!!!! :)
My husband and I would like to suggest perhaps that the owners play a bit if dining music, and offer hand gel at the door (rather than a bottle on each table), just to make this a place we would LIKE to STAY and eat in the future. The decorum is lovely...cozy...but the talking in the kitchen was LOUD and the kids entertaining themselves (while understandable and fine) was also too loud. One child was playing a high pitched, plastic recorder while we ate...not nice to listen to or talk over.
We LOVE the food...but right now it's not a comfortable place to dine in (even though decorated nicely!)
We will be back for takeout....

Diner Review №33

I've eaten at this place twice but the first time was only take out for soup when I was sick. I don't feel it would be fair to rate on such a short interaction but the soup was definitely good for my cold. Yesterday, I stayed for lunch and was able to try more items on the menu and see how service was. I'll start by saying this is a family owned small business and I love to support that. At the same time it lacked a little in the service department due to the fact she was so busy. It is a small quiet eatery that is great if you want to be left alone and it wasn't busy either time I came. The food is good though and at the end of the day that's what really matters.

Diner Review №34

I love the Garlic Fried Chicken, for it's crispy flavorful bite, with my Basil Rice! As a local, they are one of my go to's for Thai.

Diner Review №35

Diner Review №36

You know it's a good place when the owner/operator's kids and family are just permanently hanging out. Wonderful food so good I went back twice. Good pricing and very fast service!

Diner Review №37

Good food, decent service, but the place is a little dingy and there's no AC whatsoever.

Diner Review №38

Diner Review №40

Pad Thai tasted so fishy the first bite made me gag. Bought two of them and was extremely disappointed

Diner Review №41

Two years ago this place was great; however I felt compelled to leave a review with how downhill its gone particularly during the past year.

First, they raised their prices by 25% for everything; they also decreased their portion sizes by 25% on most things. Also the taste and food quality has decreased… previously it was quite tasty, now I’ve noticed the pad thai is more bland and the masaman curry is much much more bland.

Finally, the last time I got takeout, it took 10 minutes longer after they said it’d be ready and took me bugging them three times in order to get my food.

I will be finding a new place to get my thai takeout from. $50 for two bland pad thais, rice, peanut sauce, and iced tea is not worth it. (It used to be $35 for that two years ago).

Diner Review №42

Diner Review №43

$19 for cashew nut chicken and rice. The rice was $2 extra. What cashew nut chicken doesn’t include rice?? The portion is small in general but definitely small for the price. If you’ve raised prices because of cost why also serve small portions?

It obvious they don’t rinse their rice.

Food was completely bland. The chili sauce was watery in taste and texture. I ordered 2 stars and it had zero spice.

Won’t be back to pay too much for food that’s not even good.

Diner Review №44

The food tastes ok but their carryout containers look very cheap, making you feel as if you're getting a cheap street food.

Diner Review №45

I work nearby and always enjoy my takeout from here. I love their Thai fried rice w/chicken and just tried their crispy garlic chicken which is now my fave. The Thai iced coffees are superb too!

Diner Review №46

Diner Review №47

Great food very authentic, I will be going back

Diner Review №48

The food was OK, but a little bland.

The kids enjoyed the Satay. The portions for this dish are HUGE compared to what you'd expect in Thailand.

The Pad Thai was very sweet.

Pad Prig Khing wasn't very spicy.

Larb Gai was quite good. Enough acidity and spice to keep us interested.

The Fresh Rolls (with shrimp) were good.

We were the only dine-in customers while we were there.

Diner Review №49

Food is excellent and good portions. Prices are reasonable. They ask you how spicy you want your food between 1 to 5 stars. 4 stars is my favorite goto.

Diner Review №50

Diner Review №51

I strongly recommend their Shrimp Mango Curry and Fried Bananas. Everything is delicious and authentic

Diner Review №52

Very nice restaurant, very tasty authentic Thai cuisine, the personnel is very nice, professional and welcoming. Interesting price vs. the size of the dishes. Highly recommended!

Diner Review №56

UPDATE: In the last few months prices increased quite a bit. I understand the pandemic and the prices before were really good and now prices do align with most Thai places. However, the food quality changed. The spice levels options stayed the same, but the spice level I usually chose was often too spicy all of a sudden. The meat was also often bland and overcooked, whereas it used to be flavorful and tender. I don't know if management or cooks changed, but we go here less now.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: After our favorite Thai place closed down during the pandemic, we spent a couple months trying to find a place that had the best Pad Thai. Mukilteo Thai has become our #1 local Thai restaurant by far. They have accurate spice levels on a 1-5 scale. The amount of sauce-iness is perfect to our preferences. The portions are large. The only criticism I can give is that the meat is inconsistently tender, which I think is cooked dependant. We get takeout from here every 1-2 weeks and every time we have a hard time stopping ourselves from taking a few more bite after we're full.

Diner Review №57

Diner Review №58

It was Ok!

Diner Review №59

Love the food here, especially the Mukilteo Noodle.

Diner Review №60

If I'm ever in Mukilteo, I can't resist coming back here for the spring rolls. They are delicate and crispy, hard to find ones that are cooked like this. Thai is everywhere but this place is good.

Diner Review №61

Very dirty, unkempt. They just hang in the kitchen. No Thank you, no one to escort you out. To go boxes were pretty much just thrown on table
No offer to help
Very little English. Running a restaurant on a budget. We were never offered drink. Someone from kitchen tied up the only bathroom fo most of our stay. Never to return. No one up front to say Thank you

Diner Review №62

Take note of who's serving you! This stuff is the real deal. Great take out for lunch, very kind people!

Diner Review №63

One of the best Thai foods we had. Taste very home made and very authentic. Loved it. Don’t miss this place. Don’t be fooled by its humble facade. It’s small and low key but a hidden gem.

Diner Review №64

Good Thai food and friendly service. It is a bit noisy though.

Diner Review №65

Diner Review №66

Diner Review №67

You haven’t lived until you’ve had their crispy garlic chicken.

Diner Review №68

Good food, phoned in order. 30 minutes for lunch so it was an in, pay and out experience. Ended up with something else. I wanted fresh spring rolls, got fried. I ordered orange chicken and got chicken surprise 😮

Diner Review №69

Diner Review №71

I am a fan great food and prices

Diner Review №72

Really good food and great service

Diner Review №73

This is the first time we have ever been to Mukilteo Thai but will not be the last. My husband and I are both retired and eat out often. I have to honestly say that this was the best Thai food I have ever had. We ordered several dishes so we could try a little of each then bring the rest home for later. The larb was excellent. I ordered 2 spice and for me that was perfect although I do enjoy very spicy food. Soup was killer and the red curry. Chicken satey was huge pieces and juicy. All sauces were excellent. We had no room for dessert but next time in going to order the fried bananas first! 😋

Diner Review №74

Very nice flavors & large portions

Diner Review №75

This is the BEST Thai restaurant in Mukilteo. Their prices are reasonable. They offer Lunch Specials from 11AM-2:30PM.And one of their Lunch Specials is Red Curry, It's Amazing. Staff is very professional, extremely nice and they keep their restaurant very clean.. They personally do not deliver; however you can order through Uber Eats, they DO have take out and dine in.. Do Not forget your face mask. They have Boba Tea,my favorite is Honey Dew. They are open for Lunch and Dinner. Some dishes, they ask"how spicy" and their from #1 - #5. And personally if you want a small kick of spice I'd go with #2, I would say #1 you get a nice,, not spicy flavor. I personally am a #5, not as spicy as one might think But you can enjoy those Thai flavors. My personal favorites is Yellow Curry #5 and my son's favorite Garlic Crispy Chicken #2-#4, he has tried those three and Loves it everytime , finally an adolescent that enjoys and appreciate Good Food and can't forget spring rolls of course , you have to order jasmine rice if your having dinner; however on Lunch Specials rice is included and we have Thai Honey Dew Boba. TRUST ME if you like Thai Food, your palette will LOVE their food.Sorry about pic.

I’m new to the area and have tried all of the local Thai places to find the best one, and here it is! Great flavor, nice service. We are looking forward to our next meal!

Diner Review №77

Diner Review №78

Very enjoyable pad thai

Diner Review №79

Got sick after eating there as well as after eating the left overs the next day. When we got there, their kids were crawling all over the tables with shoes on and screaming the whole time. Not that I don’t understand kids being kids, it just didn’t seem like the greatest environment for that to be the case.

Diner Review №80

Fairly priced and absolutely delicious. Peas Thai and deep fried tofu were all scrumptious. Service was quick and friendly.

Diner Review №81

Friendly atmosphere.

Diner Review №82

Enjoyed the Pad Thai, but 3 out of 5 is spicier than I expected. The calamari was very bland.

Diner Review №83

It was Good tasting Soup, I had the soup made with Coconut milk and full seafood medley, it was tasty but overly sweet for my tastes. The service was Great the appetizers I had was fresh rolls(veggies rolled in rice paper roll) and gyoza(be warned it's deep fried not pan fried) bit it was still good tasting with a different texture. All around an enjoyable experience. And the price was Moderate especially for freshly and tasty cooked/prepared meals.(My bowl of soup looks red because of all the hot peppers I added to it cuz on their scale of 1-5 for heat{hot peppers} mine is around a 10)

This is the worst Thai food I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’m so irritated that I had to pay for this. It’s awful.

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

Best fried rice! the Mukilteo Thai and the Yellow Curry are the best. Really appreciate the staff- they are always kind and remember my order. I have never ordered and item off the menu that I didn’t like and I am very picky about my Thai food. :)

Diner Review №96

The man at the counter was pleasant and kind. The Pad Thai I ordered looked good, I was worried bout ordering and having my food to spicy so I went with mild. Next time I will order medium.

Diner Review №97

Diner Review №98

I went in and the guy charged me for someone else's order even tho I stopped him and told him that wasn't my order and that I only wanted a bubble tea with Boba. Then had a co worker make it without Boba even tho he told me he had boba when I asked if they had it befor they even made it.

Diner Review №99

This place is delicious. Perfect amount of spice on chicken pad Thai makes it the best. Loaded with veggies, as requested! A quick walk from the Town Place Suites, makes this a perfect location! Huge portion, makes this perfect for breakfast too. Friendly service was the topping on the best boba tea, coconut, I have ever had! Hope you enjoy the food!
To go is good, can’t wait for this plandemic to be over so I can dine in!!

Diner Review №100

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Mukilteo. My sister and I order take out quite often. The food is prepared quickly and is always amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for some good Thai Food!

Diner Review №101

This is a delicious Thai restaurant, hospitable owners, friendly service.

Diner Review №102

Order was ready when promised. Food was generous. Thai coffee was generous. Tom Yum soup was b to very good Great

Diner Review №103

Great food, friendly service

Diner Review №104

Dont fear if you dont like here, theirs another thai place near is what I keep telling myself. I got chicken pad thai. Dont bother ordering meat you wont be able to find it. No peanut sauce or nut so not sure if it's pad thai or something else... but this orange sauce is gross. Wouldnt return even if they paid me to🤮🤢🤮

Diner Review №105

I ordered my favorite, black sticky rice with coconut. Well something was moldy in it!! I could taste it immediately and it was disgusting!! Hopefully they refund my money. Wish I hadn’t left a tip. I will never try them again!! No excuse for that! 🤮

Diner Review №106

I don't understand all the good reviews of this place. Maybe a bad cook one time experience? Ordered garlic chicken and phad thai, the chicken was "spongy" smothered in sauce. Less chicken than you would get in a normal chicken nugget, not to mention lack of flavor, and the phad tai had almost no bean sprouts, and didn't even have peanut sauce, barely any chicken in it, and the chicken that was there was hard as a rock. I hope this review is taken into consideration to improve the restaurant.

Diner Review №107

Delicious food at a reasonable price, highly recommend for takeout during these times. Timely pick up!

Diner Review №108

Nice little place near Boeing factory. Vegetarian friendly. Tasty Thai food, feels more authentic, but unlike in other Thai places, little spicier than suited for American taste habits though you get a chance to choose your spice level. Ambience is ok and clean.

Tip: choose the spice level wisely :)

Diner Review №109

I'm not going to say it's the worst that I've ever had but it's not great at least for the appetizers that I ordered. I ordered pot stickers and calamari. I don't eat a ton so generally when I go out I order off the appetizer or kids menu and for the most part when I order this type of food all is well. Not the case here. I love calamari as much as the next guy but I don't need each piece to be an entire mouthful. Along with that I have never in my almost 40 years of existence been to a restaurant ordered calamari and not received something to dip or pour over or some kind of sauce or something to go with it I have never not received that until tonight. That said the calamari was not actually cooked too terrible. It was on the extreme side of large but that's easily fixed if I cut it in half or thirds. But my God it's dry without anything to go with it. Now under the potstickers the past stickers were overcooked I don't mind a different take which this might be being deep-fried and I'm actually not saying it's terrible but like the calamari it's too dry without something to go with it boiled or steamed pot stickers would be okay I would want something with it but I wouldn't need something with it deep-fried or baked whatever this is I absolutely need something to wet my mouth. I may give this place a second chance as it's close to where I work but I highly doubt it.

Diner Review №131

1st impression was Everything! Loved the Food! Fresh and Spicy!!! Nothing bad to say at all. Tucked away right before the Ferry Dock perfect spot! They've Definitely gained 2 Repeat customers! Keep in mind if you want Spicy #1 Spicy is like getting a #2.5 Spicy... But I'm not complaining! Ordered Crab Fried Rice!! Got crab throughout the Rice ..not a Crab Leg On top of Fried Rice like some places- Can't Wait to go again.

Diner Review №132

Good quality Thai food that is both fresh and well priced. however, be warned that they are one of those places that goes heavy on the spice, so even a three-level is going to leave your tongue numb for a few hours. Come hungry, but also prepared to chug a gallon of water!

Diner Review №150

Freindly staff but the food was not very good for the price. I got the yellow curry with vegitables. It was very runny and bland. The only flavor was from the excessive spicyness. Broccoli was overdone while the carrots were underdone.

Excellent vegetarian and vegan options. The quality was much higher than I anticipated given the location. Food came pretty quick, they kept our water glasses topped off, and they were actually spicy at 4-5 stars over a few dishes. Very pleased!

If you visit the Future of the flight Museum and are a Thai lover like me, Mukilteo Thai is your safest bet. so

From what we ordered Summer Rolls and Pad Thai Mao I felt were quite nice. The Panang Curry, Ice tea and Brown rice were ok. Brown rice was ddifficult to chew, more than the usual.

The staff is quite friendly.

I commute to Whidbey and twice I've ordered Mukilteo Thai to pick up on the way to the ferry. Holy cow, two very different dishes and they're both INCREDIBLE. The phad thai was one of the best versions I've ever had. The staff is so sweet and obviously care about the quality of their dishes. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Diner Review №200

Best Thai in Mukilteo (not the world). It may be 1 of 2 in town. They've got a good location. I take Thai food pretty seriously so if you prefer American thai, your good to go. If your about the party in your mouth, new flavors, exotic sensations...maybe not
