Excellent food! Beautiful flavors! I love curry when it is made right, and Laan Thai knows how to do it 😋 😍. I tasted both their house curry, panang, and pumpkin curry, all tasted great. Had some good elevator music in the background to create an aura of peace... I also tried the Chicken Satay and can say it is also fresh and wonderful. Highly recommend you give them a try, they have many other dishes ì will love to try another time. They are more expensive than Thai House in town but if you want the best flavor it is worth it. I will likely stay a customer of Thai house to save a little more money for similarly good taste. But I will be happy to come back to Laan Thai anytime I can.

The red curry is good, and the Khao Pad Sapparot (pineapple fried rice) is not bad, though the pineapple is barely noticeable, and it is served in a regular container rather than the pineapple bowl shown in the image. Unfortunately, the $20+ seafood salad was a disaster, with a sparse amount of under-seasoned seafood on top, and an overwhelming amount of rice noodles and onions beneath. Overall, it felt overpriced and left us feeling disappointed.

This place was delicious, we had a large group of eight people from out of town and they all enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We were sat quickly and all of our questions were answered completely. We tried many different dishes, my favorite was the Pad see Ew and Massaman curry. Spice level was slightly skewed, 2 out of 5 spice was still pretty spicy. We will be back! Thank you Laan Thai!

Food is fine. Left my hat there when in for lunch earlier. They're closed for an hour or so, showed up 5 minutes before re-opening, knocked on the door a few times to ask for my hat. Ignored by several workers. Seemed unnecessary.

I don't have a lot of experience with Thai food, but this has gotten me off on (what I think) is a great start! The dining room is quite well decorated and calming, if a bit small. Service was friendly, and quick. We tried some type of sampler combo plate for an appetizer and it was delicious. I had the Pad Thai for my main, and it did not disappoint. It was well portioned and quite filling! This restaurant exceeded my expectations and delivered a more upscale experience than I anticipated!

Not only is Laan Thai the best Thai restaurant in the valley, but one of the best restaurants in Logan period. I highly recommend any of their curry, and the Kia chicken is inspired.

Laan Thai is delicious and my go to spot for Thai food in Cache valley. The khao soi kan (curry noodle soup) rejuvenates my soul. Ambiance is upscale, dishes are great and hearty portions. So glad we have access to such amazing food in Cache valley!

This is hands down me and my husband’s favorite place in Logan! He loves the crying tiger, and I love the drunken noodles! We always get the fresh spring rolls as an appetizer as well. Thanks Laan Thai for making exceptionally delicious food! ❤️❤️❤️

We had been told by friends and family we needed to try Laan Thai for months, we should have listened sooner! We had the crying dragon and pineapple chicken fried rice and they were both so good. Have to mention that the service was top notch too.

Excellent Massaman Curry!

Visiting from Salt Lake City to Logan and this happened upon this Thai Restaurant called LAAN Thai. This is the best Thai food I’ve ever had in Utah in over 25 years of living here and this is the best it’s worth driving from Salt Lake City for. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was very nice and the food was absolutelydelicious beyond anything I’ve ever had in Salt Lake City

Place is legit. Wonderful place with amazing decor. The music is very peaceful, and gives a very comfy atmosphere. They are extremely fast, and the food is not lacking in flavor. Indeed they have a great Thai food experience, that brings to Logan the Thai’s brilliance in balance in flavors. Must try in Logan!

Best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand.

Such a great addition to the logan food scene. We love that almost everything on the menu is gluten free. The food tastes fresh! Everything I have tried I really liked.

Very elegant, nice atmosphere. I ordered the Crab cheese wontons, which was perfectly fried that came with a dipping sauce that had a hint of orange flavor. The main course was the Penang Curry which was incredible. Too it off with a glass of Thai tea and it was an amazing dinner and experience. Delicious.

I had heard good things about this place so I wanted to like it. But if I'm being honest it was bad, especially for the price. We went on a Friday night so it was busy but not crowded. The service was very slow. By the time our food arrived, I had forgotten what I had ordered. So I didn't realize for a while that it was the wrong dish. There was relatively little flavor in it and some of the pieces of meat were cold like they had just barely come out of the fridge. My wife's food was similar although they did get her order right. I didn't send it back because our food had already taken so long. Some of the specialty dishes looked really good. But I would have a hard time convincing myself to go back.

My daughter and I ordered fresh spring rolls with shrimp to start. They came out super fast and were nicely prepared & tasty.
For our entrees, we ordered Pad Tai and Pho. Both meals were exceptional! The kitchen makes an effort to not only cook delicious food, but add a pleasing, esthetic touch to the presentation. I love this!
The service was excellent and we felt very well taken care of. Can’t wait to go back.

Waited 10 mins after being seated and we never got even asked for our drink order. People seated after us got some orders in. The prices seemed a bit high so I would expect somewhat decent service atleast. Having been to other athai places in other states I wanted to see how this compares but after reading the menu, the prices and poor service, I'll be recommending you skip this one. Decent atmosphere but also very dark making it hard to even read the menu.

This is the best Thai food I've ever had. It was fresh, the sauces were complex, and the pineapple rice had such a good flavor. The appetizers were great, the curries were amazing. They gave a really incredible experience. I'm glad I had the chance to bring my family here.

To be more specific about the stars here is what I liked. The food had a very fine, high end taste. The presentation was very attractive and the appearance of the steam coming off every fresh plate was refreshing. Service was quick, kind, and professional. Atmosphere was well designed and exquisitely classy. I loved every moment and detail of the experience and for what you get the pricing is more than fair. In my estimation, this establishment is certainly on track to be among the best restaurants in cache valley.

We had the fresh spring rolls appetizer with the Pad See Ew and Pinapple fried Rice and we we shocked at how much flavor each of these plates were. We got the spice on the side and we found that we didn’t even need to use the chili because the flavor was sooo good. Easily one of our new favorites hands down. Service was amazing and fast! I can’t give this place enough stars!!!

I've been here twice now for lunch, once a few months ago and again today. Both times the food was excellent (albeit pricey), and both times the wait staff was just not good. For this price range, I would expect the wait staff to know how to come out and get drinks and appetizers started, be attentive to the table, etc. It feels like they don't know how to wait tables. They never came back to check on us, keep our drinks full, or even bring us our check. Both times, I had to flag someone down to bring me a check. Irony is that both times, the restaurant was almost entirely empty. They were standing behind the counter and could see us sitting there with empty plates. I'll probably go back again for the food, but I hope they get some training for the wait staff. On a really picky note, I go to a restaurant like this for an ethnic experience. I'd rather hear some Thai music playing over the speakers than lounge jazz

This place was incredible tasty! We ordered the combo appetizer platter and loved trying all the appetizers. Our favorite was the shrimp tempura, pot stickers & crab rangoons. We also ordered pineapple curry level zero and it was still spicy enough to make us sweat and clear our sinuses. 😅 Overall everything was super flavorful and the service was outstanding.

Delicious authentic Thai food. We went for a date night and got the Calamari strips w/ Thai chili sauce. I got the Panang curry and my husband got the pineapple curry. Both were excellent. You can get a spice level of 1-5 (5 being hottest). I got a 2 and it was perfect. We got the mango sticky rice for desert and it was delicious. We will come again!

Been here 3 times. Each time the food has been fairly good though the quality has decreased each time. The service is really bad and training is needed! Tonight was especially bad service. We were seated at far too small of a table, we had to repeat our orders several times to get our food, our dishes all came out at drastically different times, waitstaff nearly dropped sauce over me, nearly spilled extremely hot soup on my friend, and when cleaning off dishes from the table (at our insistence) did smack my friend in the face with a dish. No one asked how the food was or checked on us - no refills of water, sodas, etc. Despite it having decent food, my party won’t be back due to the service tonight.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were seated very promptly, the restaurant only had about half the tables full though, so that was very nice, but also not unexpected to be seated so fast.

After we were seated, it took nearly 25 minutes for our server to show up to take our orders, and this was after we tried to get the attention of the staff. Our waitress was very quiet and hard to hear when she did finally show up.

The food came out rather quickly once we ordered, and it was fine. Just be warned, the spice scale here is much hotter than other restaurants. I have a medium high spice tolerance. I ordered a 3/5 expecting it to be about a medium spice level, and it was one of the hottest things I've ever eaten. My fiance ordered her food at a 1/5 on the spice scale, and it was still served with the spicy topping, making it too hot for her to eat. To their credit though, when we brought that up with them, they did make it again, although our waitress was a bit rude about handling the whole situation. On top of that, we had to ask for refills on our water, after we'd finished them a while before.

Once we had finished eating, we waited, again for about 15 minutes before I was able to catch the attention of our waitress to ask for the check.

The atmosphere was nice, and food was fine but the service really killed this whole experience for me. This was honestly some of the worst service I've experienced at a restaurant. I hope that this was just a fluke, and given the other reviews here, I imagine it's the exception, not the norm. But what I know is that I won't be returning.

Easily one of the best restaurants in town. Very classy atmosphere, friendly and prompt staff, and absolutely delicious food. Please give this place a try, even if you're not sure you like Thai, or have never tried it. You won't regret it. I would've added a photo, but I ate it too fast. That's my only regret.

I had the Laan Thai with beef. It was really tasty - very good! Level 2 spice was pretty spicy but not over the top. It was perfect for me. For people that don't take much spiciness, I'd stick with level 1. Service was a bit slow. Not terrible, but had to wait for what seemed like a long time to get our check. Price seemed a little high, but I will be back.

I've eaten at à lot of Thai restaurants and this ranks up with the best of the best. The khao soi gai was fabulous. Best I've had since discovering it in Chiang Mai. Lots of authentic Thai food options, Hope to try them all soon! Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely phenomenal. The food is really good. I have been here several times and so far my favorite dish is the Kai Tod Horapa Krob (Crispy Basil Chicken). The pork pot stickers are delicious as well. The Logan restaurant is always clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful when you have questions about the food. The only downside is the light, it's fairly dark on the inside and the large windows let a lot of light in so it can be a little hard on the eyes. Could use some window shades or something.

This is my 2nd time enjoying the food here and I had to get Tom Kha soup again! It is pure deliciousness! Get it with a side of jasmine rice so you have something to soak up all that yummy broth! My hubby is not a lover of Asian food, yet he ate ALL of his 3 appetizers... calamari, crab and cheese wontons and the Thai eggrolls. This is a great place with amazing food and service. I will keep returning and eventually try their other delicious food 😁

Called ahead to ask about vegan options and they mentioned that they can accommodate any dish to be made vegan. After ordering 4 vegan dishes at the restaurant, one came out with chicken in it and one with egg in it. Also, food was served super slow, time between the 1st and 4th dish was almost 20mins. Had to remind the waiter couple of times for the food, as people who came in after us got their orders ad-hocly as well, and some of us at our table almost finished eating while the rest were still waiting for thier food.
Will not recommend this place to anyone nor will we visit again.

Large and diverse menu. Authentic Thai with good spice level options. The "appetizer soup" that everyone gets is full of flavor. The environment is nice and the service was good.

The food is fantastic! They have struggled with their wait staff for some time. Our waitress asked for a cash tip?? We do takeout to avoid all of that!

Ate here for lunch on a friend’s recommendation. So glad Logan has a good Thai place now. The Tom kha was delicious and flavorful, the pad si ew was super good also. Would come back again and again! We have since eaten here several more times the food is always really great, the service is still working out kinks for sure but love the food and hope they stick around.

The Pad Makuena (sp?) eggplant dish was YUMMY.

Food was great and well done. They have a bunch of teenagers as wait staff and so they spent all their time talking in the kitchen area. Had to flag them down for more water. Need to be more observant

I ordered mango sticky rice, but the mango was black and spoiled. The waitress didn't remember everyone's order and didn't apologize for the spoiled mango. It's the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Relaxed but Nice fine dining. Service was great. The Food was amazing. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

We recently went to the Laan Thai location in Ogden, so we were really excited to try the brand new one even closer!
We got the pad see ew and the Laan Thai curry. I was excited to try the curry because the description was similar to the house curry at Thai house, which I love!
The pad see ew was flavorful and delicious! I honestly was a little disappointed with the curry; it wasn't quite as flavorful as I was expecting.
They're obviously still figuring some things out with this new location, but I think this place has a lot of potential to become a Logan gem.

Edit: Came back a couple months later and tried the pho and pot stickers. The pot stickers were really good, and the pho was pretty good. I was more disappointed with the atmosphere in the light this time. It feels too much like a Costa Vida with some Thai decorations. It doesn't feel personal or private or reflect the price point.

Placed a order for a spring roll paid waited 30 minutes watched other guests come in be seated and order and receive their food asked the waitress about my order and she stated they haven't started it and that it would be about 10 minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened.
