Lan Thai is a hidden gem that my wife and I are so glad we discovered! This food truck, which opened just a couple of months ago, serves up some of the most delicious Thai food we’ve had in a while. Every dish we tried was packed with authentic flavors, leaving us eager to return for more.

The ambiance is perfect for the experience. The traditional Asian vibe combined with the cozy outdoor seating area makes for a welcoming atmosphere. We especially appreciated the heaters, which kept us comfortable even on a chilly evening.

The prices are mostly reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of the food. That said, the $2.50 charge for a can of soda felt a bit steep, but this small detail doesn’t overshadow how great everything else was. The food itself is definitely worth every penny.

Lastly, the employees were fantastic! Not only were they amazing cooks who clearly take pride in their craft, but they were also incredibly friendly and easy to chat with, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.

Lan Thai is an absolute must-try for anyone in the area. My wife and I can’t wait to go back! Five stars all the way.

I am pleasantly surprised to find this place - as I think this area has missed the mark on international cuisine. This is a food truck. Ordered the Panag Curry / amazing great flavor - spice level true to stars. Def a two serving meal. Although very disappointing in the serving size of included rice received. Was less than a half cup? Ended up having to make rice just for me and one serving. They don’t have an option on take out for a side of white rice either. I also ordered the spring rolls. Peanut sauce was great - I think they were missing some items inside though (beans sprouts, basil or fresh herbs). Pineapple fried rice had nice curry flavor and big chunks of pineapple. Was steaming hot! Again, portion size was not entree size 1/2 size rectangular take out container: caveat, from Seattle so basing review on what I know of before trying Texas 😀

I decided to order take out off the website at Lan Thai. I ordered the Tom Yum chicken soup and ordered it with most of the toppings. When I got home and opened it I only got the mushrooms and tomatoes nothing else. I was pretty disappointed since this wasn’t what I ordered they were missing a lot. There was only a few small grape tomatoes and a few mushrooms, but when I tasted the food it was pretty good. I’m not sure if it was because I ordered online maybe I need to try it again and order in person.

Amazing tasting food! The staff was very patient when helping us order and did not take too long to prepare our large order. From my experience the Pineapple fried rice was perfect!

The freshest spring rolls I’ve ever had!! I got pad see ew and my husband got drunken noodles and we loved both!! Definitely try it! While we waited we walked into Eli’s roadside farmers market

The egg rolls and shrimp spring rolls were amazing! The chicken teriyaki was fresh and clean! I am very pleased with my first order! Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Ordered through Grubhub and the dishes were hot and delicious. Chicken was tender and veggies cooked on point. Could use a lil salt but that’s an easy fix. Pad See Ew was delicious!

Today Me and my sister we went to get some Thai food here and we end up ordered Pad See Ew with pork it’s was delicious, the owners so nice and kind its worth to drive a bit far to get a good quality of food here.

We had the egg rolls, yellow curry, thai fried rice, and tom kha soup. The egg rolls and sauce are delicious. All food was cooked hot, picked up 15 minutes from ordering, and delicious.

Had the Chicken Pad Thai, heat level 3. It was great, perfect amount of heat. Will definitely be coming back.

If you're a fan of Thai food, then you're definitely going to love this place. I ordered from here a few times, and we haven't had a single bad dish yet. So far we tried the shrimp rolls, veggie egg rolls, gyoza potstickers, green curry, spicy eggplant, drunken noodles, pad thai, and chicken teriyaki. Everything has been delicious. If you're sad that Da's is no longer at this location, don't be; this place is fantastic and highly recommended.

If you miss Da’s—don’t even sweat it! Lan Thai is just as wonderful!
