Very nice and helpful staff. We are visiting from Chicago and this was our 1st experience visiting a Thai/Ramen restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were conflicted in what we wanted to order because everything looked AMAZING in the menu. With the help of our waiters we decided on the Fried Calamari, Fried Shrimp with Mayo, & Crab Puff (Ragoon) for appetizers and Beef Ramen and Pad Kee Mao for our main dish. Definitely a place to try. We will attempt to visit again before we leave. Thank you!

This place is absolutely incredible. The fact that you can get the best of multiple worlds in one place is phenomenal. Serbando is such a kind, INCREDIBLE chef behind the sushi bar turning out so many different unique rolls that are all worth a try. At the same time, you can get incredible curry, fantastic ramen and much more all in one place from Chef Melissa, who was kind enough to come out and introduce herself to us and ensure that we were all taken care of. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is absolutely amazing and I highly advise anyone to stop in here whenever they can. It will appease any craving you have one way or another.

Always a great experience to eat at this place. Probably the best Thai restaurant in Katy. Kids love the Crab puffs and chicken Satay. Tom Kha chicken soup is a family favorite and we take the large for the family of 4. My husband and I have been going to the location on Spring Green. Today we went for lunch on 1/19 and noticed that we were charged for “rice and grilled” Edamame. Very over priced lunch and the meals were subpar. Definitely will not patronize this business again. There is a huge price increase

GLUTEN FREE - We have gluten allergies and they are fantastic! We order takeaway from here and they are great! You can put notes when ordering through their site.
They even called me to clarify!
I always ask them to write “Gluten Free” on the containers as they pack the food.
Just call or ask ahead what can be made GF.

I was really looking forward to trying the Pad See-Ew, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The dish was overly sweet and salty, and the portion size was small considering the price tag.

Wanted to try the Green-curry Katsu, since it wasn't listed ordered both items so I can dump the curry on top of the katsu.

They had "people" in the store.....thus there was some sort of atmosphere.

The server was attentive which is always a plus......

Up until this point everything was good.....

Until the server handed us a device to pay and then told us that if we had any questions or remarks to tell her and to take a lil survey on the device.

My SO attempted to comment on the food to the server, but then the server's face melted and ran off with the device and never gave us a receipt.
We had to go to the front to get our receipt.

If yall have a problem with people's opinion/remarks, don't ask them in the first place. Just act like everyone enjoyed the food and everything was wonderful.

The service was terrible. The waiter replied to my questions with terrible manners, I asked to order and she was on her phone. Giving tip really depends on how the waiter served, she did a terrible job and I gave her no tip. She had the audacity to say “no tip” and give me a side eye.

We visited Katy last week and this place was conveniently close to where we were at lunch time. We ordered Pad Thai and Chicken Curry (one green, one yellow) and we all had their tasty version of Thai Tee. Everything's fresh and highly enjoyable, the green curry was delicious. They offer five different levels of spiciness , I ordered number 2 (the higher, the hotter). Well worth the price, cool atmosphere (they were playing music that reminded me of Bossa Nova) good service.

The food was 8 out of 10, but for Christ sake who is tofu, brócoli and ice tea 28 dollars????? Never again.

Guy who is working on something for the business is sitting here on speaker phone talking to the owner manager arguing. Other than that atmosphere would be great. I hear the whole convo. Disruptive

Food is here good, no doubt. I'm a regular here but today I was very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a take away of one ramen noodle, one mango sticky rice and one Thai fried rice chicken with shrimp. So by right it should be $15.99 + $4 for the add on shrimp. But I was charged $15.99 + $4 + $2 for extra chicken. The $15.99 fried rice comes with one protein choice which is obviously chicken in my case.
I realised the bill after I had paid so when I clarified, one of the staff said she will correct it and went into the kitchen and told them I wanted a combo fried rice which comes with beef when I clearly told them I don't take beef. Now the other person who billed me (apparently the manager) comes and tells me this and I explain to her using the menu what I wanted and there was no reason to charge me extra for the chicken, and no beef, she doesn't explain why she charged me extra for chicken, but instead guilt trips me about how the kitchen has already prepped fried rice with beef and because of me they have to throw it. Well I didnt ask for beef in the first place. Anyways all that sorted then, I still didn't get a reply on why I was charged extra for chicken. She refunded me the extra but while doing that she said normally they don't do refunds but she will do it for me this time 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didnt get it really. You charge me extra for no reason then maybe you should return it?
And then when I'm home with the order I realised there was only 2 tiny prawns in the fried rice for the $4 I paid extra. And this is not the norm. I've eaten here many times and one reason I keep going back is because of the fresh big prawns they serve. I even told the manager that once.
It's disappointing that these kinda petty things are done to disappoint customers when the food is actually good and we do want to return. Service definitely can be worked on here.

This is our 6 time going there and our first time bringing our daughter to eat there she got a strawberry tea and she did not like it the lady was so rude and we asked for a coconut instead and we would pay the difference she left the drink full never took another drink and we thought she was going to take it off she still charged us for the drink, I was very upset and not happy with that we will not ever return there we always tip good and on top of that they charge you a $15.29 tip on top of that when one of my kids did not even eat or served them anything, the girl at the front said if I was going to tip and I said no mam you’ll are already getting a $15 tip from

2nd time ordering from here via Uber eats and both times it’s been great. Got Ramen the first time, loved it and now my whole family ordered and everyone loved what they got. I'm really not sure why this place has high ratings, this food was horrible! Order yellow curry and it was beige and overly sweet. Had a noodle salad that was too bitter with lemon. The crab fried rice was bland as of it was frozen, sent it back! The only good thing that was delicious was the fried wings. The staff was good and the ambience was ok but the place smelled like mop water

I don’t have anything mean to say, just could see a lot of improvement in the dishes and their flavor. The curry stood out, but the pineapple rice as pad kee mao could do with being more spicy, just having more flavor/seasonings. We won’t be coming back, but the food really wasn’t poor.

The authenticity of the cuisine and the warm ambiance made it a dining experience to remember. I can't wait to savor their delicious creations again! This place is a 10 out of 10!

I love the waitstaff here. Always nice. The girl can carry 2 pint glasses with one hand!!! And not at the bottom!! She’s awesome, and so is everything else. We eat here quite often and there has been ups and downs, but way more ups. We will return repeatedly and indefinitely. Keep doing what you do!

Perfect spot close to home with as good Ramen as I’ve ever had. Pad Thai was on point. It has a nice little bar with full cocktails. And the prices are far more reasonable than most. Service was prompt, accurate and very friendly. It’s my new once a week spot. Go there!!!

Very rude! I can’t believe it! The server keeps on asking my name over the phone. When I picked up my meal, she just turned away after I paid, not even asking if I need a receipt. This is just my first visit! Who ever wants to visit this restaurant again!

We went to the Villagio location for a birthday dinner because the birthday girl wanted Thai food. We all devoured our meals! They were all so good and plentiful enough to have leftovers too. They had a varied menu with lots of food and drink options to choose from with spice levels. Loved that. Plus, we enjoyed the great upbeat ambiance and attentive staff. We also appreciated the meals being served all at the same time with no long waits. The added bonus was the the live music with a special birthday wish and song for our birthday girl. We are music people so It made the night perfect. We will be back for sure...and soon!

Wonderful Thai Drunken Noodles (Pad Ki Mao)!

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch. I wasn’t sure about getting the Spicy Miso Ramen, but it was amazing. It is spicy, but not in a way that grew additionally spicy with each bite - I was able to enjoy all I could eat without having to stop because my lips were on fire. My daughter is pregnant so we opted for the California Rolls - which didn’t disappoint. We’ll definitely go back.

Great food, even better atmosphere. My friends met for a relaxing meal. This couple was letting their small child run all over the restaurant, unattended and a real safety hazard to staff and guests not to mention it was ruining the professional atmosphere. Great local Thai spot that always delivers on all it’s fantastic dishes. Ingredients are fresh and portions are solid. My personal go to dishes are Pad See Ew with double beef OR if you’re feeling particularly hungry I go for Spicy Beef Ramen with double ribeye, chicken wonton, spinach, corn, fried garlic, extra noodles, and extra soup (picture shown)

Let me tell you that from start to finish, the service exceeded our expectations here in TEXAS you can't find customer service like this!! As soon as you come in, you are greeted with such a good welcoming friendly at home vibe.

The ambiance is very relaxing, but I assure you that we made it fun and entertaining when the live entertainment knew Spanish!!! Sang some songs from the 70s-80s And sang beautifully,,we got to dance la bamba which hit it right on the spot, they also played the piano and sang Sinatra music and was awesome!!!

Now the food!!!! We ordered so much and so many types of plates that we are able to tel you that definitely is homemade and exactly what you expect from authentic Thai food!!! Yes food takes approx 25-30min but you can't expect homemade food to be that quick without loosing its flavor and authenticity! We weren't in a rush because of the music and ambiance and the welcoming staff and owner!! We were there to enjoy every minute of it and they made all worth it!!!

We ordered, spicy adamame, crab and cream appetizers, cheese rolls, a sushi boat (20 different styles), pad Thai chicken, spicy chicken ramen, pork ramen, crab fried rice, orange chicken and white rice, pork wontons, so many different drinks and they were all delicious!! Bartender knows what he is doing and quality alcohol in the mixed drinks!!

We had no space for dessert!! We even took food home. But we will be back to try other dishes and definitely desserts!! And enjoy the live music!!!

Great food and perfect quantity and quality of food.

The place is very convenience and has a lot parking. We order the Chicken Katsu Rice Bowl, Thai Basil Fried Rice with Pork and the Tonkotsu Ramen. The Katsu and the Fried Rice are decent. Fried rice comes with many level of spicyness and has a lot of meat but the Tonkotsu is always too salty to my taste which I think they keep adding new broth to the old one which somtime make the broth taste saltier than the newly cooked broth.

Went with my kids and we enjoyed every meal. It came very fast, super delicious.

Pleasant enough experience and the food was tasty. I was initially put off by the smell of something not familiar to me (like dirty mop water, idk).
The staff was prompt with service and the dishes were prepared as ordered. I know it was a rainy day outside & that may account for the odor. All in all a decent time, although I feel that other outlets of the chain nearby have the advantage of my repeat business.

Level 1 mild spice was soooooo hot on the Tom Yum soup we were unable to eat it. We told our waiter but he made no apology nor did he offer to remake it. No attempt made to please the customer. Very disappointing. The pad thai was tasty but we had zero spice levels. I doubt I'll go back.

I placed an order for takeout at this local restaurant, but upon returning home, I realized that the order I had received was incorrect. I spoke with the manager on duty and informed her of the situation. In response, the manager offered to have the employee responsible for the error pay for my order and then remake it. However, I declined this offer, as I did not feel that it was appropriate for the employee to be held accountable for an honest mistake.

Despite my decision, I was still charged over $17 for a dish that was not what I had originally ordered. As a result of this experience, I am not inclined to return to this establishment, as I find their treatment of employees concerning.

Giving 1 star because can’t give 0 stars. Awful customer service, we went and waited for staff to attend to us for more than half an hour, we weren’t even handed menus without asking for it. People coming in much after us were being taken care of while we continued to wait. Eventually we just left, told them why when leaving and did not even receive an apology. Awful place. Not going back.

So before I start I need to add that this is not a paid ad! I absolutely love excellent customer service and professionalism in business. On the 12th of Dec, I made a reservation to a Thai restaurant on another part of town for an intimate family dinner for my son’s birthday. I got the shock of my life as we were treated so poorly at this restaurant, so we left.

To make up to my distraught babies, I googled another Thai Restaurant and THAI CUISINE RAMEN KING popped up. So off we went, Upon arrival Melissa welcomed Us like we were long lost friends of hers, I quickly mentioned it was my son’s 5th Birthday and I wanted him to have an excellent evening.

This lady went above and beyond for us, offered complimentary pop drinks to the children and appetizers. The entire body of work were so courteous!

I actually thought, perhaps we got that treatment as it was my son’s birthday. I was wrong, this is what this business is known for; AMAZING customer Service, freshly made meals, great ambiance without breaking bank as we are back for an evening out.

You’d never be bored, with over 70 curated dishes on the menu, a sushi bar, over 10 various soups (not the Ramen king for nothing) and a Bar to go with an array of choice drinks and cocktail.

I must add that being in the food business myself, Chef Melissa is seating on a pot of gold and has an excellent thing going! With her world class team!

My brother and I went on a double date with the wives. The appetizers along with the main dish was excellent.

I couldn’t wait to eat there my experience was horrible I thought I was going to get fresh homemade noodles with big flavor now I can cook and flavor pks of noodles waaay better then this really my beef was soooo tough as well I was very disappointed. 🥹

Visited this restaurant after learning they will open another location close to us. The food and service was really excellent. We tried the green curry and ginger paradise for lunch. We can't wait for the new location to open so we can try more things on their menu. The current restaurant was nicely decorated and has a relaxing casual atmosphere.

Food was good, we don’t like the miso soup I believe could be better. Japanese rolls were ok. Bowl was good
Excellent attention, place is clean and good environment.
Our suggestion is that the portion of the dessert could be at least two scoops, for 5$ only one little scoop is expensive.

One of the best places to dine in. Service is great and quickly delivered the food. Food tasted very delicious!

I used to like this place and then I got served undercooked chicken. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was undercooked until well into my meal. Did not even receive an apology from the waitress. I'm 21 weeks pregnant so eating raw chicken could have serious consequences.

Very good food and good service. I love their ramen. The satay was good👍. My husband loves their pad Thai. We both love their fried rice. Good portions and delicious food. One customer recommended their Thai tea but I haven't gotten the chance to try it yet but I think it will be good based on the rest of the food.

Very nice and helpful staff. We are visiting from Chicago and this was our 1st experience visiting a Thai/Ramen restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were conflicted in what we wanted to order because everything looked AMAZING in the menu. With the help of our waiters we decided on the Fried Calamari, Fried Shrimp with Mayo, & Crab Puff (Ragoon) for appetizers and Beef Ramen and Pad Kee Mao for our main dish. Definitely a place to try. We will attempt to visit again before we leave. Thank you!

Hell with this place!!!! We arrived at 9:10pm and they didnt want to sit us down because closing time is at 10:00pm!! In that case put that your dining closing hours is at 9:00 instead of 10:00pm !!! Never coming here again!

Food was ok though they didn't give any sauce in take out.
