Southeast Asian restaurant with refined, art- & wood-filled surroundings & a BYOB policy.
I recently visit this Thai restaurant and had a mixed experience. I ordered the Papaya Salad, which was described as vegetarian, but it came with shrimp. I am not vegetarian so kept the shrimp on side which worked out for me, and the salad itself was tasty. The curry I tried was really good, full of flavor. However, the Teriyaki Chicken was a bit dry for my taste. The staff was okay—not particularly friendly, but not rude either. The restaurant is a nice, small spot for dining in. Overall, it's worth trying, but a few improvements could make it better.
Went to a restaurant across from this Thai place.. stood there for 5 minutes without anyone coming out.. mind you it was a slow day.. left and came to this Thai Jasmine place.. as soon as I walk in I was greeted by a super nice person, sat and I ordered fairly quickly as I was hangry already (not at them of course) I got spicy Beef Pad Thai and Thai tea..food came out right away, was it good?? I frikin inhaled the food it was so good, just spicy enough where you can add more chili to your liking which I did. And it was very reasonable priced.. save it as my favorites in maps.. the picture is half way eaten and the plate was empty when I finished.. highly recommended
Tried this place out as I was out and about in Plano. I went to this establishment thinking they were sister restaurants with the Thai Jasmine in Euless but I don’t think that’s correct at all.
The food here was alright, nothing special at least with my order. I ordered some grilled chicken and the sauce was a little on the sweeter side. I did love my Thai Iced Tea though!
Server was nice. Overall it was alright but I don’t think I’d come back.
Stopped by here for lunch and unfortunately, they didn't have a lunch menu... Or they didn't offer one when we sat down. The portion of our entrees were good but I thought the fresh roll was overpriced. Service was fine and the place was small and quaint but clean. It got pretty busy during lunch so it seems pretty popular.
We took the tom yum soup, thai spicy beef entree, dumplings, and drunken noodles. Everything was great. The portion of the Entrée was more than enough for a single person.
They have spice level from 1 to 5. Also, they serve halal meat in all the dishes.
The seating arrangement is also good and there is plenty of parking available in front of the restaurant.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for thai food.
Wife picked up orange chicken to go for me and it's inedible. The chicken is so old that it's rubber but dry. I can't even swallow a single bite and the portion size is so small that it doesn't qualify as a snack. The bowl is mostly filled with thick, quartered orange slices and broccoli. Not much chicken(even if I could eat it). I'm livid.

2 days in a row no one will answer when I call to order
Best Halal Thai in town. Consistent flavor everytime we have tried. Service is awesome and portion sizes are good!
Awesome Food & Best Service
Ishika she was wonderful host and she knows how to take care of customers. She is very wonderful host. And very good services from her we will recommend many peoples to this restaurant
great experience and the food is top notch. we enjoyed our time here!
Food is always good, never disappoints!!
The wait staff behave like they don’t care. They need some sensitivity training. Beef was very chewy. Sometimes it seems like all the entrees taste the same, like Mongolian beef and Thai paste beef. Find some other Thais restaurant if you can.
Very unfriendly atmosphere. Food might be good if you can stand indifferent waiting staff. I don’t know what problems they might be having at home, but the wait staff has to be more friendly. One time someone ordered A Thai tea which was orange in color and looked delicious, and I asked the waitress what it was. She just said it’s Thai Tea. Ok, so what’s the flavor, why is is orange? She said it’s just sweet. Well sweet doesn’t pretty much explain why it’s orange in color. Don’t go. Find a better Thai place.

I am here with my friend have ordered Pad kee Mao, Thai Garlic Chicken and we absolutely loved the food that we ordered and at the end we ordered Mango sticky rice and it was sooo good. We are definitely going to return back again and again and again to try their other dishes.
The food is always Great! Immaculate service as well. I come very often ! 10/10
I really like the food. Great atmosphere. 100% recommended.
I am a regular customer at this place. I always order rice, shrimp blanquet and sweet corn! I love them!
One of the best Thai places in Dallas. Absilutely 10/10.
The beef dish that we purchased was worst cut of meat. It was shredded and unchewable. The management couldn’t be interested at all about complaint. . Waste of money.
Forgot how good it is, cooked to order!!
Lemmon grass catfish, beef Thai chili.
To go, was hot when got home!!
Avoid. The staff are so unfriendly and unprofessional. You should be prepared for that if you go to this forsaken place. Also they put too many vegetables in their dishes. Hardly any meat.

It is one of the best Halal restaurant around here. I always come here. My kids like it a lot.
I’m giving a 1 star because when ordered through Uber Eats. The proportion did not match the cost. I order shrimp and Broccoli. They sent me 4 broccolis and 6 medium shrimp. The container wasn’t even half way filled and I was charged $17 plus delivery fees and tip. Will not be ordering from here again.
Ordering online is super easy now! They have pictures of all the dishes so it is nice to try new things now with being able to see it first. The Thai herbal chicken is the absolute best. I think they sprinkle magic on it.
Soft breaded fried chicken. Whole chunks of orange.
Food tastes great but they were a misleading about spice levels and portion sizes. Levels 1-3 are not spicy at all, and they’ll tell you one dish per person, but the portion could actually serve 3-4.
I used to really love this place. The service used to be really good and the food used to be really good. Now when you call to try and place an order the line hangs up on you and you're not able to place an order. There are things that you cannot order online that they do carry so it makes it difficult to get the items you want online. It leaves you having to go into place your order. I don't know why they asked you the heat level because whoever is preparing the food obviously doesn't know the levels. Nothing is ever consistent. I hate to leave this review but I have to be honest. Please work on your service again.
Great halal food. Red curry and pepper streak must try with spice level 4 atleast 😊
Unfortunately the food was mediocre. The service was excellent.
I ordered Thai Jasmine through UberEats, and my food came fast and fresh. I ordered the curry fried rice with chicken, pad see ew with chicken, and pad thai with tofu. The fried rice was really tasty and came in a good-sized portion. Both the pad see ew and pad thai lacked a little flavor. I feel like the sauces used could've been more seasoned, and both dishes could've used more sauce altogether. I also wish the pad thai came with cilantro and not just the lime. Other than that, it's good solid thai food.
I’ve always ordered garlic prawns from them even from the previous owners. Previously the garlic prawns were cleaned very well including the poop being taken out. After the new owners I guess they don’t clean out the poop anymore. I’ve told them like a lot of times to take the poop out when I order garlic shrimp and it worked for like a few times and they went back to how they was not cleaning the shrimp of the poop. Other foods are great but garlic shrimp is not clean.
Initial service was great, first time eating here. Recommendations by waitress were right on point and flavor was amazing.
Some young people (seemed like owner or management's kids) showed up, and as I was finishing with dessert, I was already being kicked out 10 minutes before 5:00pm.
I was told they were already closed when the sign read close at 10:00pm.
I was waiting for the rain to calm down, but I had to walk in the rain to my car down the parking lot.
Very weird. Probably not coming back. The kids were also getting after a waitress in front of customers. That is probably why they pretended to be closed. Customers kept arriving 30 minutes after they supposedly were closed.
Took them about 15 minutes to take my order even though I was the only one in there. They had what looked to be a middle schooler working as waiter. Then they undercooked my curry. No lunch menu, sadly.
We ordered food and as soon as I submitted the order, we called to ask for no onions as door dash instructed. The woman at the restaurant said no we already made your dish and we can’t do that. I’m like you made the dish that quick??? I said clearly the food isn’t made fresh and to order. It didn’t taste like it either. We ordered through door dash and couldn’t cancel our order, therefore I couldn’t eat one of the meals I paid for with onions. We definitely will not go back due to the quality of food and more importantly because of terrible service. The crispy food we ordered was soggy and gross as well!
Of all the Asian restaurants that I have visited, this is, so far the best quality and flavored food I've had. I have found myself craving those Entrees.
the management seem to have changed and had very shocking experience. I made a catering order for 5:30 pick up. Keep in my i made the order 24 hours before pick up time. I went there for pick up, it wasn’t ready. 20-30 minutes later they tells me, they don’t have noodles to cook.
It was so goood it was the best
Stopped by here for lunch and unfortunately, they didn't have a lunch menu... Or they didn't offer one when we sat down. The portion of our entrees were good but I thought the fresh roll was overpriced. Service was fine and the place was small and quaint but clean. It got pretty busy during lunch so it seems pretty popular.
I ordered lunch through their online service and after five minutes it still showed that our order was pending so I tried to call probably five times to confirm they were open, but my call never went through, and it took a long time for my order to get confirmed as received by the restaurant on the online platform. When I arrived they said they were still preparing it, so it was finished about 10 minutes later than it was supposed to be. The food however, was superb. We ordered the curry puffs and chicken paratha, and I thought both were absolutely delicious and would reorder next time. The food was good enough that I would order again, despite the issues.
Fantastic service. Great environment. They made a mistake with the spice level of my food but replaced it as soon as we asked. Food was little salty but overall it was a good experience.
I have several food intolerances and the staff take great care to speak to the chef to make sure what I’m asking about is safe for me. I love the Penang curry with chicken! I have horrible reactions to MSG and I have eaten safely from here.
Best halal Thai in. DFW area
I’m a California transplant that has lived here for 3 years and this place is BY FAR the best Thai food I’ve had since I’ve been out here. I’ve tried a variety of their dishes and every single one is spot on with the flavor and textures. The clincher? Out of ALL the Thai restaurants in the DFW, this is the ONLY one I’ve found that not only knows what roti is, they offer it on their menu!! In CA, roti is offered as an appetizer at every Thai restaurant but out here, no one has any idea what it is. Thank you, Thai Jasmine!
14 dollar dish. Maybe 6 or 7 VERY small pieces of chicken. Loaded with cheap bell peppers. Not even decent portion of steamed rice. No shrimp in fresh rolls ordered with shrimp. Uber eats orders beware. They want your money, not your repeat business.
Ordered and delivery was missing entire dish of the order. Called and restaurant refused to send another. I have ordered many times from here but will never again. Worst customer service and obviously do not care. Requested refund for missing dish but who knows if I will get it. Avoid!!!
Tried using their online order platform, which they push if you’re doing takeout. The platform said there was a card error both times I tried, and later I found out it charged my card both times. When I called, they dismissively said there was nothing they could do, and I would have to call Zing Order. Zing Order does not answer the phone. Very disappointed.
Always love Thai food
Tried this place out as I was out and about in Plano. I went to this establishment thinking they were sister restaurants with the Thai Jasmine in Euless but I don’t think that’s correct at all.

Server was nice. Overall it was alright but I don’t think I’d come back.
17 of us visited Thai Jasmine on 10/28 and the food/service was awesome!
Nice quality food. The service and ambiance is pretty .we came for lunch and ordered spring rolls and appetizer ,pad see eew ,and fried banana with ice cream
Wish I could say more but only one word. Horrible!
Please save your money.
Amazing place.
I have been here for the first time, along with my friends. I had Thai crab fried rice and spring rolls. The food was delicious and authentic, the staff was amiable, guided through the menu, cleared all the doubts, the place was spotless and fresh, and the service was fantastic. I'll certainly be back to taste the delicious food. I highly recommend tasting the food.
Let me start off by telling you how I was so disappointed with this establishment. My wife is from Thailand and cooks the most delicious Thai food you could ever find. So, when we go out to eat we like to support the Thai restaurants and she also interacts with the staff. So, I brought her here and as we were being seated, I asked the girl is the cook from Thailand and she says oh yes the cook is Thai. So, I asked if she could please have the cook come out for a second so my wife could ask about some food item in Thai. There was only two other customers there, so its not like they were so busy that it would slow them down. She says oh I would have to call my manager about something like that. I said are you kidding ? You really need to get permission to have someone speak briefly to your cook ? So, I said ok go ahead and ask please. She went into the kitchen area and never came back. We sat for another 15 minutes and nobody came out, it was so awkward and weird, we just got up and left. I believe she just told us there was a Thai cook and then was unable to make that happen when I said yes please ask. If you have a restaurant regardless of the type of food, you should always be honest with your customers and not just say anything to appease them. Again, this review is not about the food at all, we never had the chance to get some. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on that. Every customer should have the right to ask who is cooking their food especially if they can help with the order by speaking the language of the customer
Tom Ka is amazing.
The food is tasty ...but the quantity is skimpy.
I went home hungry
Roy Seton-Rogers
Yummy food!
It was my first time going to this place, and I loved the food and the attention from the manager Ariany, she was super nice and humble and very very nice !
Delicious food!
Mediocre food and service. I ordered the crispy Pad Thai and it was just some wonton crisps (like you get with soup in Chinese restaurants) mixed with some sticky sauce. I can't say it was very tasty. Just sticky. Didn't taste like the traditional Pad Thai sauce with peanuts and smooth. My husband had red curry chicken which was not too bad. My son had beef fried rice, but tasted burnt. Will likely not return.
It was great first time experience. The food was extremely good, the service was amazing I would definitely would revisit the restaurant.
Thieves!
I have been ordering the special GARLIC PRAWNS ($24) for the last 5 years. There is a change in ownership. I dined in and ordered the usual. Instead the Mexican cooks served me small shrimps. We told the Mexican waitress they served us shrimp instead of prawns and she argues with us that we were served prawns. My husband asks to see the box. She returns and shows us the box with Chinese writing. Asked her to turn the box around to see the English lettering and wow! It says WHITE SHRIMP. The shrimp dish costs $7.
No apologies from her. Still argues that we were served prawns.
Considering filing a class action law suit. They probably do this to all the customers. Charge for prawns but serve shrimp.
The pad see ewe dish is terrible.this place has gone done in food quality from last 5 yrs. Never returning.
Very good food and nice staff.
Best tasting Thai food
Bad customer service, staff are very rude and food quality is bad. If you want to waist your time and money go there.
Very authentic Thai food, Nice Decorated Restaurant, the service is good, very nice adventure here, Will come back again !
Great service, Uber Eats pickup and Thanks
Not fresh, something bad/weird/wrong with the food, ingredients were bad and tasted off - do not recommend
UPDATED Aug2022
Thank you for listening to our feedback and getting a thai cooking chef back. The food taste delicious and I truly recommend this place for authentic Thai flavors.
—————————
Jasmine’s has been our favorite authentic Thai restaurant for more than 10 years. We have always loved the food and the Thai flavors have been amazing. Unfortunately in the last month there is a new owner and a NEW chef and the food doesn’t even taste Thai anymore , so please bring back the old chefs that know how to cook Thai !!! The food taste very bland and has more of a Chinese flavor to it. We have tried 3 times and the same experience each time.
Always great food!
The food is always well prepared and the service is awesome
Simple place with wonderful service and very good Thai food. Favorite is the Chicken Thai Spicy Basil but we also love the pineapple curry and the pad thai.
On the outside, your typical strip mall restaurant. But the food and service were very good. It must be popular, as 25 folks picked up orders while we were eating. Nice place. This will be a definitely be a regular stop for us.
Good food quick service
Amazing blend of sweet and spicy. Something for everyone that stops by for delicious food
Very very delicious plenty of food for the money
Ordered a take out of curry fried rice, green curry and sweet corn cakes. The food was very flavourful with perfect spice levels. The food quality and quantity was perfect for the price. The turn around time to get our order was quick. Definitely will visit again.
Phenomenal food!
The food is soooooo good. The options are many as well. The waitress there is super clean and very friendly. I always make sure to leave her a good tip bcuz she deserves it.
I can’t get enough of this place. The waitress is super nice and clean too. I always leave a nice tip. With the food and service it’s Well deserved .. See y’all again in few more days lol
Everything was good
Just that serving size was a bit small for the price
Great Thai food. Try their special Thai sweet Tea. It's awesome I promise you
This place is amazing. I had the chicken appetizer with chili hoy sauce. Holy smokes. Then I had the parata curry with Naan and my gosh I about melted in my seat it was so good. I highly recommend checking them out for their Wok options too!
The service was fantastic and the speed in which they service was perfect.
I’ll certainly be back when I’m back in town!
I wasted my money on rubbish food. I ordered fried rice with orange chicken and broccoli while at work. I had no chicken nor broccoli, not has seen on the website menu. it was horrible, it’s like I ordered a battered flour. My experience was bad but my trash was happy. I’m sorry I can’t even give a star.. that’s how bad and mad I am.
Thai Jasmine is my favorite Thai place. The service is great and we get our food quick and fresh. I’ve eaten at a lot of different Thai places in the Plano, The Colony, Frisco area and hands down this is the best one!! The food is very consistent. I’ve been ordering here since 2019 and never had any issues. The curry puffs and rangoons are so fresh and made with fresh ingredients. The cucumber sauce is to die for with them! I highly recommend this place in person or Togo.
I also want to add that I see a lot of negative reviews and coming from someone that has worked in food service, it really seems these people will complain about anything.. None of those things they are saying are the restaurants fault I’m sure. I just don’t want anyone to be discouraged from ordering here because of negative people.
Good food and good service. Right spot for Halal Thai.
Pad thai was good. Chicken green curry was tasty but very little chicken or vegetable, mostly the curry.
Best halal Thai foods at Plano !!!
Disappointed when we visited Thai Jasmin in Springcreek Plano (Aug. 2022), food were not good as the last management. They have Garlic Prawns for $23.00 and it was just medium size deep fried shrimp. The Basil fried rice were wet. Just not good overall.
I am okay with their food but they should be a little more concern about cleanliness. As soon as we got there saw the waitress sweeping floor and cleaning other tables. And without washing her hands, she served us ice water not to mention her fingers got inside the glass while pouring the water.
This needed to be addressed. We don’t know how things goes around inside the kitchen, but maintaining cleanliness in front of customer matters.
Food was okay. Worst customer service. white rice was hard & not fully cooked with our couple of entrees (curries) and we asked the lady who claimed herself to be the manager to replace the rice after waiting for her for good 20 mins. She said she can only replace it with fried rice for additional cost. We were okay with that and requested to reheat the curries as it got cold waiting for her. Her response was outrageous that she had too many to-go orders and she can't do that. Not our fault. Taste may be okay but not going back again.
Food was not cooked properly and it was okay, and the waitress was not so helpful she was rude. Don’t recommend this.
I was not sure of this place because I had never tasted Thai food. Once I walked into this location, I was sure I was going to be disappointed….. but I was WRONG!!!! The customer service was awesome, the place was clean and neat. Now the food, Oh My, when I say flavor explosion. I mean this is some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time. FYI, I went twice already and the food was just as good. I would post pictures but ummmm, that’s gone.
Bravo guys, BRAVO!!!!
Great food, great service!
Very good, tasty, attentive service, relaxed setting. Will go back again !!!
Very disappointed! I went at 9pm to have dinner and they told me they where close. Mind you on google says they close at 10pm. They didn’t even bother at all send us out. Very upset about the treatment as my first time trying to eat in the restaurant. If you go around 9pm don’t bother they gonna send you away.
Ok…. Feedback:
Very small place; I’m guessing two people working….
Took 5-6 tries to get someone to answer the phone.
Finally placed order and was told 30 minutes.
Arrived after 30 minutes, had to wait 5+ minutes just for someone to help me. She couldn’t find our order under the name we gave, I explained very big order (we had 10 people). She said a few more minutes, and went back to the kitchen.
About this time, an Uber Eats driver comes in to pick up the order she tried to give me….counter lady is back in the kitchen….
Finally, after ~30minutes, she brings our large order out in 4 bags. Uber guy has to wait while I double check my order. She ignores Uber driver and gives another customer their order.
I finally get our food home. They got 90%of the order correct. Just made the wrong entree for me. I realized this before I paid and left, but wanted to get home and eat 😥
Food was excellent. Would give full 5 stars for the food alone.
They have remodeled recently. The space seems more open and we'll lit. The food continues to be consistently good.
One of my favorite local Thai restaurants. Always fresh and spicy, can't wait for our next visit!
The waitress was very friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious! The atmosphere is that of a mom&pop restaurant and cozy.
decent food when eating here as a customer, but if you work for doordash they will blatantly ignore you
i waited for 5 mins before trying to get someone attention because they seemed busy and i figured they would get to me as soon as they could, but i watched them help people as they came in after me (who did not even ask for assistance, they had literally just walked in like i had)
especially frustrating as once i got a second persons attention (yes it took asking a second person for help with my order), they told me it had been ready the whole time
poor customer service as they seem to pick and choose
LOVED the food here, great job guys.
Best Thai food
I used to order from this place since many years
But suddenly since few months taste has changed I requested to put less oil in food but they put more oil and coconut curry was too
watery and too oily. soup was very awful in taste curry noodles too much oily .in soup I requested little spicy 2 but they made too much spicy I think staff has changed or chef
Loved dinner here. Massamun Curry was delicious. Must have their mango sweet rice dessert.
I just ate one of the most flavorful meals I've ever had anywhere in the world! I cannot be effusive enough to encourage you to seek out this gem! The orange beef is tremendous, spice level 4 perfect! BYOB to boot!
This is by and far my favorite Asian restaurant in DFW, and I would probably argue it as the best of them all as well. They have solid value, consistent quality and wonderful staff. I only wish they were in a bigger, brighter location so I could bring more people and always get a seat.
We love this place and come back every week!
Very impressed. Food is wonderful. The owner gave us top notch service. The restaurant is also very neat and clean and well decorated.
Literally the BEST portions for Thai in the area. One of the few that makes proper tamarind sauce based Pad Thai noodles. Green curry and Panang are solid. Pastries also delish. Plano and Frisco and the area have lots of Thai places that do one dish pretty well. This place does most dishes very well... Big advantage.
This place is amazing, wonderful vibe, good artwork and the food is delicious!
the food is a little overprice. I just ordered crab fried rice and Pad Kee Mow with protein choice of beef and shrimp. They charged me more over the shrimp but my portion did not have it. I was so disappointed. Also, the food was so bland. my first time tried it and never be back again.
We love Thai Jasmine! Their shrimp in a blanket, crab fried rice and tom kha Gai are our go to’s. Definitely recommend!
Pros:
1. Quick, placed to go orders over the phone for 8 dishes, ready in 20 minutes.
Cons:
1.They charged 20% more than price listed on their own website.
2. Ordered Noodle soup with beef but received noodle only, no beef.
3. Their card reader is down, no other electronic payment method. The cashier just wrote down my credit card information. I wasn't comfortable with that. But she just insisted to do that. Overall not a good experience.
Tasty and fresh. Huge portions. Excellent service. Must try
Ordered Pineapple fried rice and red curry Togo. These two items are our favorite and tried them in several restaurants across multiple states and the taste was by far the best. Also, the quantity served was generous. This location is far away from where we live but will keep going.
We love Thai food so I got excited to see the halal option here. We got basil fried rice, which was soggy and too oily. Even the usual kids favorite pad Thai tasted horrible here.Never going back in there. Sorry!! Don't know who wrote the good reviews here but its not authentic Thai cooking and they are taking the advantage of Halal food option. Price is not cheap and they had no lunch special as their website mentioned and they said website is not updated. Too bad We spent a good amount of money for a family of four but food was not good at all.
Great place. Better food.
Recommend the Thai chicken soup.
Food is less price is sky high quality of food zero !!!! Don't go
Food is sooo tasty. BYOB y'all. The owner is so warm and kind :) We will definitely be back!
Great food!
Little hidden gem food was excellent
We had this delivered tonight and it was way overpriced because there was barely any meat in the dishes, we had the spicy catfish, a noodle dish with chicken and a soup. There are better places in town, don’t waste your time or money here.
Excellent food. Awesome service !! Great halal place.
Great food and service. Can't wait to go back and try more!
One of the best Thai restaurants out there! Our family is part Thai so we know a good Thai meal when we have one and this is as close as it gets to authentic. Every dish is made to perfection and they never disappoint. Service and ambience is also top-notch and cosy. Definitely a frequently visited eatery for our family!
Tasty food, good service
Small restaurant decorated with beautiful artwork, extensive menu and friendly staff. Good value and pleasant place to eat - but I ordered Rama Long Song, an old favorite dish - and they've changed the recipe. It was a little too salty and had regular spinach instead of one of the Asian varieties. Also my son ordered Pad Thai with #1 spice level, and it was nearly too hot for him to eat.
I'll still go back and still recommend it; maybe they couldn't get their regular ingredients or the cook was having a bad day.
The pad kee mow was tasteless. It was just like eating plain flat noodles. So disappointed.
Went for lunch with my family and had great service and excellent food! 💯
