I’ve eaten at this location for several years and on this occasion, Asian Mint delivered a 5-star experience. The pad Thai chicken wings were full of flavor. The pad kee mow was also excellent. The food felt fresh. I’ve always received excellent service. I’ve watched the atmosphere evolve from a somewhat sterile feeling environment to its current state, which feels more inviting and interesting. I’ve eaten at their other locations and I prefer the intimacy and relative quietness of this spot.

On January 28th I came to Aisin Mint for a birthday lunch with my friend. We had an ok experience. Service was not anything to brag about. I have had the Pad Thai from Asian Mint before but this time it seemed to be lacking the same flavors I had previously enjoyed. The Thai tea, Summer roll, and crispy dumpling appetizer were good. My friend enjoyed her curry. The cheesecake with mango sauce tasted old and had frozen berries on top for some reason. I still left happy to have had a birthday lunch with my friend until a few days later when I heard from my friend that the waiter charged tip to her cards after we left cash tip and made sure to not add a tip on the card. This is theft. It is not a large amount of theft but it's the principle.
My friend called the store to investigate the additional charges but has yet to hear back from the manager or financial team. So disappointing.

The duck dish I had was delicious. This restaurant is generally reliable for good Thai food and service. The food came out fast and everyone enjoyed it. One concern was that the employee sitting near the kitchen seemed sick, coughing and sniffling, while rolling silverware into napkins. Please, if someone is sick, send them home.

We ordered again today for delivery for lunch for 7 people. Ordering to delivery was easy no issues. Everything came packaged well and everyone got what they ordered nothing messed up. This time I ordered the orange chicken. It was warm however I did not care for this meal. The sauce was really runny and I didn’t care for the taste. The rice was cooked well and no issues with it. I will not order this dish again.

Ordered delivery from this place for the first time. A lot of good things on the menu to decide from. I chose the crispy dumplings and the Mongolian Beef. From the order to the delivery had great service. Food was delivered warm and had great appeal. The crispy dumplings were perfect, nice and crispy with great flavor. The Mongolian beef also had great flavor and cooked to perfection. I will definitely eat here again, great experience, highly recommend. If their delivery is this good, I can only imagine how great of a dine In experience would be.

My Thai friend took me here and I was impressed by the food. Very flavorful and great presentation. Loved every dish. My friend said that the noodle dishes are almost the same as in Bangkok. I will come back again.

I think that was flat-out wrong, but I didn’t want to cause a scene. They made me question the integrity of this location. The food was great and they were attentive. But again the integrity. Smh

The other dishes on the menu might be better, but based on the Pad Thai alone, I wasn’t impressed. It’s an okay spot, but not somewhere I’d rush back to.

Amazing customer from start to finish. Dined during a shift change without disrupted service. The fried rice with chicken was really tasty. The jasmine rice was light and fluffy. The chicken was well seasoned. The pad kee mao with beef was really tasty. The spicy tuna crisp wasn't really my thing but I'm glad I tried it. The butterfly pea flower limeade and lavender cucumber soda were refreshing. The best part of the dining experience hands down was the delicious dessert. The creme brûlée with raspberry sauce was amazing. The consistency and texture were perfect. The cheese cake with mango sauce was an entire vibe. The photos won't do it justice but I tried. A solid 4-4.5 experience.

Good place to eat if you are craving real Thai food. They do have the BEST peanut sauce in the area. They also have gluten free and vegetarian options.

Have been wanting to try this resturant but it seems they are secretly adding tips without the customers consent, not ok!

Food was amazing! The problem came at the end. I went with a friend for lunch and I paid her meal ($40) with my credit card then paid my meal with a separate credit card ($35) we both left cash tips. I go to check my bank account statement and see that the $40 went up to $46 almost $47. Then the $35 went up to $41.61. Again I did NOT leave a tip on either one since my friend and I left cash tips!! I'm very irritated, it's not the fact that its a little over $12 were stole if you can call it that but the principal of it!!

I was picking up an order and guy at door ain’t even check just told me it will be 10 min wait then next min I get alert says order ready I come back in. And tell him he act like he got a attitude like why did this guy come to work if he don’t wanna work won’t be back here

Redesigned bar with the gold leaf is beautiful. And the new manager - Ginger is very good. Ex chef, world traveled and very helpful with menu selections. High quality Thai / Cambodian fusion cuisine. After talking with her over several visits, she could be at the highest ranked Dallas restaurant.

We ordered a pad thai and a sriracha chicken. The chicken in both did not taste fresh. The shrimp in the pad thai was rubbery. My wife fell sick after she reached :(
I would never go back to this place and having experienced similar disappointment experience at another asian mint outlet, i must this chain has lost a customer.

I ordered the calamari and garlic chicken that they were offering for their 20th year anniversary. The calamari was perfect I prefer the thick strips like the kind STIRR has and the delivered! It took a while for me to warm up to the garlic sauce. Once I added the rice it tasted great however the chicken was tough and fairly dry. I’d go back to try some of their other dishes just maybe order a different protein than chicken instead.

We had a fantastic experience! The staff were all very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was peaceful, everything was clean and bright, the food was delicious, and the prices were average, if not slightly below! This is a new favorite for us!

Food is great, but about 6 months ago I ate here and got an upset stomach from what I ate. After trying it again today, I got sick again. It seems food safety protocols are not good, maybe using expired food etc. really unfortunate because the food is delicious, but I will not be eating here again given the way it makes me feel. I have noticed numerous other reviews noting food poisoning, etc.

Second time trying their food. Immediately after eating the coconut soup on both occasions, i have an upset stomach. And during what I think is a moment of flatulence, its actually a moment of loose feces making a raunchy appearance as i am carrying on about my day. Very disappointing meal. Ordered Tom Yum Soup (shrimp), Shrimp Summer Rolls, Beef Red Curry, and Original Pad Thai. The soup tasted like marinara sauce with no discernable sourness. The other dishes also had a significant lack of flavor, which is a result of the restaurant NOT using fish sauce at all in any of their dishes (we asked and they confirmed). Only reason we gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was because the red curry dish was ok. Just ok, not good and not bad.

Best Pad Thai I’ve ever had!!

I have been inside before, but have never eaten here. The inside is so inviting, quaint, and adorable. I ordered off Ubereats and my food was PIPING hot when it arrived to my doorstep. The sweet and sour sauce is life changing. Absolutely incredible. The Pad Kee mow was impeccable and they did not skimp on the beef. You get so much food for the price. Way more than you can eat in one sitting. It seems like they truly care about their food & customers. They even remembered to pack the chopsticks I asked for! I will definitely be taking my friends and family to dine in next time.

Ive tried the food before and it was good. But this time i ordered the crispy Pad Thai. I really thought it was Pad Thai noodles. I was livid to find out I spent money on only wonton strips covered in sauce. I couldn’t even finish it. Why is wonton chips with sauce even a main dish?

After having 8 different fried rices, this is the best by FAR. Now, consistency is a bit spotty, as sometimes there’s way too little or way too much soy sauce and oil, but on average this place is top tier.

The Thai tea is also the best of all places I’ve been to (which includes Malai, yes). Definitely try it out!

This is a wonderful restaurant! My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our food. He had the massaman curry and I had the pineapple and cashew fried rice with tofu. Delicious! The price point was fair and the staff were polite, helpful, and generous! We will definitely be returning.

Chix patay and pineapple cashew rice, and mango sticky rice was awesome. Limeade drink was very refreshing.

I went to the emergency room after eating here. I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and beef pad see ew, 4 hours later I was on vomiting uncontrollably, had the chills and blurred vision. It was a clear lack of attention to the quality of food they are serving their guests, or maybe they just don't care. It also seems this might be a common occurrence as a few friends suffered a similar fate. The service is always sub par, and from all the other reviews it seems the sentiment is shared. Literally any other Thai restaurant is better.

when i asked to speak with a manager ...one of the guys said we "we dont have managers thank you buhhh byeee" lol great service. However, the host, she was just rude. Im completely ok with not coming back nor will recommend it

The soft shell crab was okay but smaller than 3 inches wide. Blue Fish has soft shell crab which is 3 times bigger and much tastier. Save your $50 and go somewhere else.

We love Mint - each location! While the interior of the Oak Lawn location feel diffeent to us, we still like it. Where this location shines, however, is takeout. Always has, IMO. But during Covid-19, they have it DOWN. Food is prepared and ready at the scheduled time. You don't even have to get out of your car. Loved that they insist on masks before they will approach the car. Thank you, Mint team, for taking my health & the health of all your customers seriously! I love the Pad Kee Mow Woon Sen - beef or tofu/veggie. My husband loves the peanut chicken. So happy this location is nearby!

Ordered a takeaway. When I took it home, I discovered that one of the sauces was missing. (This happened before.)The order was expensive, one of the dishes was very oily, so I won’t go there again!

Food was really good - tight quarters. It was not the best place for a client meeting - the table next to you (12 inches away) are literally in your business. Service was great and I’ll be back, but not for a meeting.

I am so at home at Asian Mint. This is not my first, second nor third time. Today, I tried something new. Sirachia Chicken with rice. It was so good and spicy. Had the best homemade ice cream and hot matcha. Enjoyed Ink and his team. Thanks dear we made more friends today. Keep sporting those new shirts.

I had a team lunch here and food was ok . Yellow fried rice is the best I had and there is not even one good starter that I could think of . I feel prices are way high than any other Asia restaurants with a Thai flavor and seating is not good , chairs and tables are like the ones cafes

We have been fans of Asian Mint for many years but always frequent the Forrest location. Tonight we tried this location and it was a horrible experience. We should've left after the bad sign that the hostess was sitting at the bar and we had to ask to be seated. We then waited over 10 minutes for a server to come by. The pad thai was horrible! It was sweet and the chicken was tough. When it came time for the check we got our ticket but no one came back for it. The hostess and all of the servers were in the kitchen eating pizza...the hostess finally strolled by pizza in hand and we asked her for our server. She looked annoyed. Overall a bad experience. We won't be back.

I have been coming to mint for several years, however the quality of service has taken a huge downturn. We asked specifically for vegetarian dishes but were brought meals with both fish and chicken. The staff seemed highly unorganized and disinterested. The food was subpar. Flavor was lacking and is too expensive for the quality of food received.
