Easily one of the top Thai food restaurants in town. It was hard to choose what to get because everything on the menu sounded delicious. For apps we got the spring rolls, crab cheese rolls (not pictured), and the Thai beef jerky(not pictured). All were really good. I got the seafood clay pot which was really flavorful, nice spice with just the right amount of sweetness in the sauce. My buddy got the drunken noodles and it was soo good he didn't even share. Lastly for dessert I had the fried banana with a honey dipping sauce which was alright.
I will for sure be coming back to try some more off the menu!

Went on a Saturday for lunch. Had the staff greet us as soon as we walked in. Extremely friendly and polite. We were seated right away and the food was out promptly and it was delicious. Thankfully it wasn't too so it was nice and relaxing.

My first visit after seeing this location for well over 5 yrs. I had Thai soup at home and wanted to add some sides, so I came here for that. I ordered off of the appetizers menu. I got two orders of the fried spring rolls, shrimp cakes, along with an order of steamed rice. I've had better and bigger spring rolls. They tasted 🆗. The shrimp cakes were ok as well. I would like to try some of the main dishes and see how good they are. The restaurant looks very nice, and the staff were very nice and friendly. I'll be back to try other things off of the menu. The appetizers went well with my already prepared meal at home.

Tonight was the first time walking through the doors of this establishment. We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile. My son and I were planning on getting food to go but ended up choosing to dine in simply because of the interaction within the first 10 minutes. The whole vibe is authentic and comfortable. Food was top notch the service was impeccable. Just a wonderful experience from start to end.

First time eating here since it reopens as a new Thai restaurant. The food is all made to order and is phenomenal! I look for this Thai cuisine to be honored with an award it is that good! You must ask for the Sammy Sauce it's an excellent addition to any of the dishes, but especially good on fish! I had the salty fish fried rice and my husband the snow. Peas and shrimp both dishes were perfect! Go and try it you won't be disappointed!

The restaurant from the streets looks closed because of the tent on the window. Menu has authentic Tahi selections. Yummy yummy quality tahi food. The owner is very pleasant. Who has duck in two different styles? This place, that's who.

I had the Panang duck curry and it was amazing. The sauce... oh the sauce. Delectable. My wife had the duck soup and it was equally tasty - the chef here knows what's up for sure.

Our friend asked for a special substitution, and the kitchen obliged, but only after making it clear that they thought it would work. You can tell they are fiercely protective of quality, but willing to experiment on behalf of their guests - only if it will work flavor-wise. Thankfully our substitution was intriguing enough to try because it came out especially great.

If the kitchen had said no, we would have absolutely understood why, as they are supremely communicative with their guests about their standards.

Service was prompt and courteous, and we never had an empty drink or felt neglected.

The atmosphere is very polished but friendly. We've been a few times now and it is always clean.

Love the name of this place. Reminded me of staying in Bangkok a few years ago. We tried the pad see ew and green curry as well as mango sticky rice for dessert and all were very delicious. This maybe was the best pad see ew I've ever had. The decor inside really adds to the ambiance. It feels clean and classy. Service was too notch. Couldn't have had a better waitress. We can't wait to come back and get the roti with some curry.

I was visiting my sister and her girls in the San Antonio area and I had the privilege to eat at Sukhumvit 77. Living in Houston for most of my adult life, I have had plenty of Thai food but nothing like Sukhimvit 77! We ordered a variety of appetizers and entrees of which we all shared because it was just that good. So good, we had no time for pictures AND had to leave a review (something I do not do often)!

I was impressed that the fried appetizers did not feel greasy or make me ‘regret’ eating it. The tofu Pad Thai was perfectly created to satisfy all our tastebuds with no regrets of eating ‘too much’ feeling. The vegan soup was hot leaving you feeling cleansed and fully satisfied. The curry was perfectly spiced leaving you to wanting more!!! With my sensitive gut, there was NO negative side effect, that usually occurs when eating out. The high quality of the meats and vegetables did not go unnoticed!

If you want some good high quality Thai Food, Sukhmvit 77 is the place to go. Looking forward to visiting my sister and nieces soon! ❤️

Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Had classics and lesser known but iconic options on the menu, like bua loy and rom mit. The Pad Krapow, a hard to come by dish, was as it should be- with minced meat! Roti was delicious, too, like it was from the street vendor. Service was awesome, very attentive with refills and such. Overall a great stop for dinner or a date.

by far the best thai restaurant ive ever eaten at. i got the panang curry and coconut ice cream sticky rice, its amazing! the restaurant had a comfortable aesthetic. and the owner, i think her name is valanna, was very friendly to me while explaining different foods i hadnt tried before.

My husband picked up takeout for my birthday today and the owner was so accommodating. The food was the best we’ve had in Texas. The Pad Thai was YUM!! So glad to have a new go-to Thai restaurant.

A Fantastic Dining Experience at Sukhumvit 77 Thai Restaurant.

Great Thai Restaurant with a warm and inviting ambiance. The soothing background music creates a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal.

We were there to celebrate our friend's birthday. The staff kindly stored our cake in their freezer and brought it out with the candles lit, ready to sing "Happy Birthday" to our friends. Their thoughtful gesture made the celebration even more special.

The food is simply delicious. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. This is a fantastic restaurant to relax and enjoy a meal. Highly recommended!

I order the house curry and it was watered down. It was like someone just grabbed the frozen curry and put it in the pot and served it.. the chicken house soup was watered down too..with mushy rice and no flavor...no going back..super expensive to.

I asked for my Tom Yum soup to not be spicy and it still was. The Thai soup was good.

The first time I heard of @sukhumvit77satx is from my friend @mamahofmann64. One of her favorite servers now works there. We thought to check it out for Saturday dinner.

Dad had Lemonade, and Hubby and I both had Iced Tea. They don’t have their liquor license and Live Oak doesn’t allow BYOB. We started with the Thai Rice Soup. We had the Crab Fried Rice, Red Curry with shrimp (medium heat), and Pad Thai with chicken. Great flavors and generous protein portions. So good! Pui was our server, who took good care of us. I couldn’t stop eating the rice with the red curry sauce. We had leftovers to enjoy another meal.

We have a couple of Thai restaurants we frequent but since the quality of the food has gotten worse since the pandemic we are looking for something better. Based on the reviews, I thought this restaurant which is very close to us might be good but I was greatly disappointed. We had the spring rolls filled with chicken and vegetable. They were tough with very little filling which was flavorless. I think they are from a box but I could be wrong. Paht Krapow with beef was decent but had very little meat. Paht Thai noodles were overcooked to the point of mush and had very few green onions and very little chicken. My husband and I ate about 1/3 of this food and threw the rest out. I was still hungry half an hour later. Very disappointing meal.

Incredible place with an incredible staff. Ambiance is fantastic, too! Date night worthy with very reasonable prices. Food was excellent!! Owner came by and checked on us and made us feel like we were the only people in the place. Will be back!!!

I recently dined at Sukhumvit 77 and had a mixed experience. The drunken noodles were delicious, perfectly spiced, and very satisfying. However, the Khao Soi noodles and Mango rice were a disappointment, being super salty and lacking sufficient soup.

Despite this, the overall experience was good. The other dishes we tried were flavorful, and the service was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Sukhumvit 77 for their drunken noodles and overall pleasant dining atmosphere.

Shu Mai dumplings are amazing. Those are a must get every time we eat here. Rice and noodles dishes have huge portions and are so tasty. Even the ‘simple’ Wonton soup is the best we’ve ever tried.

Be aware of the spice levels though. I ordered a level 1 and it was almost too spicy! Even my husband who thinks level 3 is just about right mentioned that it was a little hot.

The owner is so nice and super energetic. All the servers seem happy to be there and are super helpful and friendly. The happiness shows in the quality and flavor of the food.

He helped me pick out what I ordered. I ended up going with his recommendation of the green curry and mango sticky rice for desert. The presentation of the food was great and luckily it tasted how it looked. The sticky rice was the best I’ve had. What was shocking to me the most was the price to quality ratio! You get such good food and service for such a great price!

Restaurant just opened in the same place a previous much loved Thai restaurant was located. The updated decor is pretty and welcoming. All the staff is super, super friendly. I called to place an order and they helped to ensure I could get some meat free items. Was greeted when we walked in to pick up order. Food was really good and I cannot wait to order again.

Drunken noodles for the wife. Best she’s ever had and she is qualified to be a food critic. I had the Massaman curry and it was amazing! We have a new favorite spot now. The restaurant has been really well remodeled, it’s beautiful inside. Service was also excellent.

If you’re looking for amazing Thai food you have to go here. Everything, and I mean everything, we have tried has been fantastic. Staff is beyond friendly and makes it a point to know your name.

We had a lovely date night dinner here. My wife had Panang Curry and I had Massaman Curry. Panang was a bit spicey so I’d recommend not adding more heat to it. Massaman was perfect. Vegetable spring rolls were crispy and delicious as well.

This place was amazing! We hit them with 30ish people for a reservation and they knocked it out of the park. The food was fresh and fast, maybe 15 minutes after they took the first order the food came out.

Went with a group of about 35 people for dinner. The wait staff was super nice and attentive. Our food came out fast, considering the amount in our party. Everything was delicious too. Everyone I was with had nothing but good things to say about how delicious their dishes were.
This place is where Bangkok Cuisine used to be. The new owner renovated and really upgraded everything about this place. The ambiance is relaxing and super chill. I would definitely recommend checking it out this gem if you want delicious Thai food, good service, with a great atmosphere.

We asked for medium spicy and the soup was, but the noodles had no spice and very little chicken and broccoli..
The pad thai was weirdly very small, compared to the other dishes we had. I almost thought they made a mistake in size..
Also, I was a little sad seeing that the sweet bread that goes with the green custard dessert, was literally a supermarket Hawaiian roll cut in pieces.
I'd say that the quality and sizes of the dishes are not very consistent.
I would pay the price on the menu for the Thai noodle soup. Not for the other dishes we got..

The wait was worth it! They had me at the house soup. We look forward to many years eating here. We were warmly greeted by the owner and well taken care of by our waiter. These folks (all staff) are like family to us. Wishing you a prosperous business.

I’ve been here a couple of times and they’re always very helpful and friendly. The food tastes great, isn’t super expensive, and it’s great for both takeout and dine in. Quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants. One of the co-owners (Valanna) is very polite and takes the time to learn her customers names which adds a nice personal touch when we come.

The employees were super nice and helpful. I was greeted from the door, to the register, and back out the door. The restaurant was elegant and beautiful. The atmosphere was perfect for a nice meal. Excellent service was received.

my son and I have been waiting 16 months for Sukhumvit 77 to finally open and we definitely weren’t disappointed. Starting with the staff who politely, yet quickly greeted and seated us. Then took our drink order while giving us our menus.
The decor is simple, yet very elegant especially the chandeliers and the wall lights. Definitely can tell they are like the owner Valana who is just as beautiful and stunning. She came to our table a few times through out our time there checking on us and spending time with all her customers. She is an amazing woman who you can tell she really cares.
When they brought my son his appetizer, it smelled delicious and looked great. Shortly afterwards our food came to the table , not only did it look beautiful plated, but plentiful. The taste was fantastic and delicious. Afterwards Valana brought over a complimentary dessert of coconut ice cream and sweet sticky rice for him to try and it was delicious. We will definitely be eating there quite often. My son told Valana the same and that he was going to bring his friends to eat as well.

If you’re looking for an authentic Thai cuisine experience, this is the place! Extremely attentive and courteous staff! The food is absolutely delicious; you will not be disappointed!

Sukhumvit 77 Thai Restaurant is the best Thai Restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of dining in. From the Chicken Fried Rice to the Mango Sticky Rice and EVERYTHING in between. Plate presentation is very nice also. The owner and staff are all so friendly and inviting. Couldn't ask for friendlier people to have around while dining. The remodel of the inside is very warm and inviting. Every elegant surrounds. If you haven't tried it yet, it is a must! You won't be disappointed. THE BEST.

I just stumbled upon Live Oak's newest hidden gem – Sukhumvit 77 – and let me tell you, it's a total game-changer! From the crispy goodness of their Vegetable Spring Rolls to the juicy perfection of their Paht King, every dish is like a flavor explosion in your mouth. And the vibe? Chill and welcoming. Returning to the menu, the crab fried rice at this restaurant is a delight. Amidst a captivating ambiance and stunning decor, the dish shines, offering a flavorful experience that's simply unforgettable.

We got the Fresh Spring rolls, Pad Thai, and Green Curry. It was all delicious. The peanut sauce was really good and we got some fish sauce on the side as well that had a really good flavor. The interior is also very clean and modern looking. Also for anyone else wondering, Sukhumvit is a district in Bangkok popular for its night life and shopping. Pretty cool to know and seeing the inspiration in the decor.

The food and vibe was great and I'll definitely come back again soon!

Not as spicy as I’m used to for one step under the highest level (I got a 4 out of 5 spice level)

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff.

The Thai ice coffee is prepared differently than I’m used to (was already sweetened and chilled, wasn’t able to mix the condensed milk in the cup due to this)
The staff replaced the coffee for me and separated the ice into a different cup for me.

Overall very good, but I’m sure they’ll get better as they just recently opened

The food was spot on! It was a little crazy the opening day but, well worth it. The owner was very gracious as they work out the kinks. Definitely will be my place to go for Thai food!!!

We had dinner here on their opening day, so it was a little hectic getting our food, but that’s definitely to be expected. The food is truly so very good! This is honestly the best Thai food that we’ve had since moving back to the States from SE Asia. My only regret is that I was too full to order the mango sticky rice. Next time!

Absolutely amazing Thai food— it really almost takes you there to Thailand if you have ever been. The staff and owner are super friendly and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality. I recommend dining out here for dates or family occasions or even just for lunch. It’s a very cozy restaurant and it’s by far some of the best Asian food I’ve ever tried in all of Texas. I recommend wholeheartedly.
