I'm in Food Truck haven! Ordered Cashew Çhicken and it is absolutely delicious. Chicken, cashews, peppers, onions, celery, Thai peppers and rice. So good I couldn't wait to eat it. I'll be coming back to try a different entree soon.

My wife and I visited the Pick Thai food truck in Lago Vista while on a mid-week road trip…another Wow! We ordered the Pad See You and pork egg rolls. The food is amazing, so much so that we went back for round 2 two days later. Highly recommend if you’re in Lago Vista!

One of my go-to spots in Lago Vista. The Pad Thai is delicious, as are ALL of the curries. The green curry is a great spicy dish, and massaman curry has a lovely sweet/savory flavor profile. The chicken fried rice is always a hit with the kids. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Thai food and you’re in the area.

Thai food is probably my all-time favorite food. I love the variety and flavors.
I had low expectations for this foodcart being in a small town.
However, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the variety and the quality. They offered all my traditional favorites, and everything tasted wonderful. Where I am usually disappointed is the mango sticky rice. Most places are out, or it just tastes ok. This place...well let's just say I ordered several over the few days I was in town. Superb! Service, price, quality all an A++ on my list!

Pick Thai has surpassed our expectations each and every time we go there. The only issue is they are so good the line can get longer at times, but that is a good thing to know so many people enjoy it.

Flavors are on point, atmosphere is enjoyable, and service is prompt. There are pretty lights at night and a fire pit when it's cold.

Food was a 10! Chicken Satay, cashew chicken and broccoli chicken were all amazing! Great service and relaxing/romantic music.

I had the green curry and sticky rice with mango, both were so good! Good portions. Nice to sit outside and enjoy a good meal. Staff were friendly and glad we have this option in Lago!

Great take out. They offer most of the standard Thai dishes. Call ahead at least 15 min. Located in the food truck park in Lago Vista, on Lohman Ford. Consistently adding choices to the menu. Note: weather permitting, there is a lot of seating at the food park, and you are likely to run into local friends while you are there.

Kind, honest, and treats you well. Super friendly with families, open area to spend time in the sun. Covered areas if needed while enjoying a late afternoon or evening.

Last night I tried Pick Thai for the first time, and was not disappointed! From the friendliness accommodating my order as they were just about to close to being amazed by the flavors of an incredibly fragrant and spicy green curry! I think the best I’ve had in the US. Will come back for more for sure!

Awesome food! It’s cooked fresh so be prepared for a short wait. Every dish on the menu is fantastic!! Perfectly sized portions, and great flavors. Sit out in the chairs at the food trailer park and enjoy the shade!

The dish I got,pad Thai 🐔 chicken was yucky,greasy and had a strange taste,not my favorite

Trying out all the food trucks in Lago Vista food park and Pick Thai was the second one on the list. Tried the Tom Ka soup, Pad Thai, and Massa red curry. Per three stars rating food was ok, but not great. They made a mistake on our order but nothing major. Tom ka was our least favorite of the three being a little on the salty side and chicken overcooked and a little rubbery. Pad thai was pretty good. The curry was more on the sweet side for our taste and again chicken was overcooked. Tasted like they add a little cinnamon to the sauce which was a little different but ok. Wish they had beef on the menu but beef is expensive now so I get that. I'd go back but probably try other dishes.

Great food and service! We’ve been three times this week alone. It’s some of the best Thai we’ve found in the Austin area. We normally get the Basil Fried Rice, veggie spring rolls and Thai iced tea.

Our daughter introduced us to this Thai restaurant and I have to say they are the REAL deal!! We bought quit a few of their dishes right before the winter storm hit and we loved them all! Our favorite is their Tom Kha soup...the flavor is incredible!! We can’t wait to order more! All of their dishes were very fresh and authentic! You can’t go wrong with this place. Their service is great too!

The other day I decided to give this place a try for the first time. Now to preface, I’ve been trying to find a good Thai place for months now and was just about to give up hope when I happened upon Pick Thai. The lady who took my order was so sweet and the food was phenomenal; so fresh, so flavorful, it blew my mind! I ordered the green curry, wonton soup, and for dessert: mango rice! They have a forever customer in me now and I’ll be telling everyone I know about this place. :)

Loved pick Thai! 💥 My pad thai was super tasty and the shrimp were big and abundant. We also got the Tom Kah soup, dumplings and 🍤 tempura. Delicious and great value. Will definitely be coming back.

We recently moved from Austin and were excited to see a Thai food spot in Lago Vista. We tried it this weekend for the first time and were so impressed with its deliciousness and authenticity. I had the pad thai chicken extra spicy and they definitely brought the heat. We also tried the cheese spring rolls and drunken noodle with tofu. All very delicious. We're excited to try out their other menu items. Definitely recommend.

Been wanting to try for a while after always seeing lines on my way home, so glad we did. It was excellent, just as good as the best Thai restaurants I’ve been to if not better and way cheaper. Had the shrimp Pad Thai, pot stickers, cheese sticks (special), hot basil chicken. All were divine 10/10.

We moved here from Chicago and had some of the best Thai food there but have not been able to find anything comparable since moving to TX. Pick Thai is now our favorite Thai restaurant. The food is fresh, flavorful, and the owners are incredibly friendly. This will definitely be a regular stop for us in Lago.
