This place is near my job so i have been here on several occasions for lunch. The food is consistently good. My go-to item is the chicken basil inferno (you can specify your spice level). I have had it with sliced chicken but prefer it Thai-style with minced chicken. I tried the yellow curry for the first time. Tasty with a little kick. Pictures dont do it justice. We usually place a phone order for pickup. Food is always prepared quickly.

The waitress kindly explained to us the items on the menu and the different spice levels. Our drinks and appetizers came surprisingly quick, likely due to us being the only customers at the time. The Thai Chicken Spring rolls we ordered were presented very well, however we learned that looks can be deceiving since taste did not match the presentation, being somewhat bland and flavorless. When we moved on to entrees, they took a bit longer than we would have liked considering the restaurant was otherwise empty. Nevertheless, every dish exceeded our expectations. In contrast to the appetizer, the exquisite taste of the food matched the perfect plating of the food. The varying textures and the perfect balance of sweet and spicy in each of the meals made us crave more and more each bite. Thai bistro convinced one of our friends who was not accustomed to Thai flavors that Thai food is one of his favorite cuisines, making for a memorable dining experience for newcomers and experts in Thai cuisine. The combination of exceptional food and warm hospitality makes it a must-visit for anyone in search of culinary adventures, earning it a place as one of the top Thai restaurants in town. We can’t wait to return for another culinary journey through the flavors Thailand still has to offer through this restaurant.

Excellent beef inferno

The place had poor service- food was served after 40 minutes and came out cold. My husband’s order was super spicy and not flavorful. We were very disappointed. We won’t be eating here again.

Delicious food. We had it delivered via DoorDash and they did a great job keeping us informed as to the progress.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Thai Bistro and they surprised me with a dessert to go—it was such a sweet gesture! I always love eating here. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, and the Shrimp Pad Thai is my absolute favorite. Highly recommend this place. For their lunch menu, they provide soup & salad. Must try!

All ordered was delicious. My fav from our order was the Tom Yum Soup. The sourness was perfect to my taste.

Me and my husband came in and stood at the front quietly for roughly 2 minutes before a staff member proceeded to walk towards us and yell at us saying that there were no clean tables and that we had to wait 5 minutes with hands raised. I was very much aware there were no clean tables and that’s why we stood there patiently waiting and did not say anything until a hostess could greet us.

Your staff was extremely rude and had a very disgusting attitude to the point where we did not say anything and just left and went across the street to eat.

Why on earth would I spend my money somewhere where I will receive disrespect?

We were on vacation and decided to stop and eat at this cute little restaurant late on a Wednesday evening. The interior and decorations are very modern and contemporary and the place was very clean. They had a large menu but we decided on the Wonton Soup, Black Pepper Chicken, and Combination Pad Thai. The food came out as ordered and steaming hot. I appreciated that the server gave us time to finish our soup before the entrée arrived. Everything tasted wonderful and comforting. The spice level was exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, we were pleasantly full after this and were unable to order any other tasty item from the menu. The service was exceptional. Our server made sure our drinks were refilled quickly and checked with us multiple times to see if we needed anything else. If I am ever in this area again, I would stop by back by.

Ordered delivery through DoorDash. Got the tofu green curry, jasmine rice, and cheese rolls. The curry was fabulous! Just the right about of spice and amazing flavor. Very pleasantly surprised!

Consider using better to go containers that don't leak and if you can't use better to go containers try putting them in plastic bags instead of paper bags so the leaking doesn't ruin customers seats. Thank you!!

i used to love this place when I was in high school.
I hadn’t been in a while and I ordered off Uber eats. I got tofu, fried rice and pad Woon sen.

Had more dry chicken and mushrooms, then it did noodles and the fried rice was extremely bland. Disappointing.

I've had more than a few different foods here and every one of them have been amazing. The wait staff is awesome, friendly and engaging. Thai tea is divine.

A nice little Thai place in Westchase. The restaurant is clean, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food was good. I had the lard na (rad na) and it was savory, sweet, and deep with wide noodles and a delicious sauce. It was a bit sweet for my tastes (I don't love sweet and savory together) but it was delicious nonetheless. Staff was friendly and repeatedly followed up to see if I needed anything. A good deal as well - a large lunch entree and a glass wine only set me back $20. Would come back.

It was really good! But the service was a little bit slow. It was very busy during lunch time. But the food is so good and healthy!

I love Thai tea so I decided to go to this restaurant for some. When I got there I asked for tea with no ice and received this. When provided an explanation I was told that the rest of the drink would have been ice. I was appalled to say this least . I then asked for refund. The cashier called her manager. Then came back to provide the rest of the the drink. I’m not sure why this was done but due to this strange experience I would never go back.

This was my first visit, I am a big fan of Thai food. First off I was greeted quickly by a friendly young lady who showed me to my table. She was very helpful with the menu and explaining there spice levels for the spicy dishes. I ordered an appetizer of spring rolls. They were very tasty and cook properly unlike some places where they are full of grease. I ordered the Beef Basil Inferno off the lunch menu and picked the spice level of hot. The lunch special included a small salad with soup. The soup was a very simple yet tasty chicken broth with just a few veggies, very traditional. The salad was very fresh and they use a peanut sauce as dressing. I have never had salad with peanut sauce but it works. The meal came out pretty quickly and was hot and fresh. The presentation was good. The Beef basil inferno did not disappoint. Spice was perfect for me. It was all well seasoned with perfect execution. I will definitely be back to try other things, and definitely Recommend anyone who likes Thai food to give them a shot.

My chef husband and I truly enjoyed our first time lunch date at this little jewel. I love the way they built out the space giving a wonderful intimate atmosphere. The sake ;), pad Thai and chicken curry was outstanding following the peanut dressing salad and chicken soup. They actually picked up on our questions about the fried roll option and understood our gluten allergy. This place is worth the visit.

I’ve tried at least 7 different Thai restaurants. And they have one of the best , if not the best, chicken satay. Also the best green curry. Their soup and other dishes are also great taste and quality.

Always consistent as well.

I've only been here 4 times in 2 weeks, trying 3 lunch menu items and 1 regular entree. I've enjoyed every meal and left feeling satisfied and akso glad to have avoided most common dietary pitfalls encountered while eating out. The choices here are generally quite healthy.

Mind the spice level. Mild is mild; medium is still mild in my mouth, but beyond what my wife tolerates.

I don't usually give 5 stars after just 2 weeks, but this place seems to deserve it because our tummies keep prompting my car to drive here after many hours of hunger-inducing work.

Everything was fine. I ordered Pad Thai (lunch special). It came with a small salad and soup. The soup was really good, bit the salad tasted a bit old. The Pad Thai was a bit spicier than expected even at medium heat. It had a bit of a wok/oil taste to it. I have had this taste before at various Asian places. It's hard to describe, bit to me it taste like reused oil or perhaps some kind of burnt taste from the wok. Anyway, it was fine as far as an overall dish. Very extensive menu.

I second (third?) the "don't judge by lack of people" comment. We've never dined in here, but it's our regular delivery choice. The quality of the food is excellent - so many places skip the mint in the soft rolls or have fatty chunks on the meat, but Thai Bistro doesn't. They consistently creates delicious dishes without skimping on higher-standard ingredients.

They appeal to our wide range of eaters: picky kid (chicken satay and fried rice), vegetarian kid (tofu vermicelli), spicy-food adult (curries). We love the Thai toast, but get the assorted appetizer for the perfect combo - they're all wonderful!

We recently had an Uber Eats disaster, with a driver who couldn't read maps or speak English well enough to understand verbal directions. I ended up having several very kind conversations with Thai Bistro, who bent over backwards to help us, remade the food, and even called to give us status updates. I couldn't have wished for better service.

This place is very good! When we had went there wasn't anyone in the restaurant but that did not deter us. I did read another comment on here that said this place had such good food and not to judge it by its lack of people. We ordered the vegetarian pad thai, veggie fried rice, and a spicy fish curry dish and all of it was so tasty and just delicious. **if you cannot handle spicy foods start at the bottom and try the food before you go crazy! ** Great place definitely worth it. Will be coming back to satisfy my thai food cravings.

I'm very impressed with this little place. Their food is quite delicious. I ordered the cashew chicken and I must say that it's been a while since I've had such a delicious cashew chicken dish. I ordered to go so I can't speak for sitting down there but they were very quick in fulfilling my orderand very nice. I think I would definitely return in the future if I'm in the area.

We order here all the time for carry out and food is always fast and delicious! Normally we get the fried rice, green curry chicken, and pad Thai.

I really enjoy eating the pineapple fried rice. I typically negate the shrimp because of the tails. My Queen enjoys the green curry chicken and Extra veggies. So delish! I should give it five stars but everything needs improvement.

Excellent, delicious chicken w peanut sauce lunch dish. I loved that brown rice was a choice, too. Women's restroom out of toilet paper, but they went in there when I mentioned it. Busy place. Waitress quick & efficient with no time for friendliness. Tried to take my soup before I was finished. My dish was quite tasty with chicken & vegetables, but my friend's noodle dish (pad thai?) Was mostly noodles, hardly any meat, and I little to no vegetables. I'd go back for my chicken peanut sauce dish for sure. Nice salad before entree, as shown in picture.

I also loved the fact that the waiters go out of their way to make children relax. I've never seen my son so calm at a restaurant.
And did I mention their food is awesome. If you go with friends, don't make individual orders. Great quality at a very reasonable price.

I will definitely not be coming back here. The one on the Southwest Freeway is tennis better. The service was subpar, we didn't have napkins and fork and when I asked for one, I was only brought one set. The spring rolls were so flabby that I couldn't even pick it up without it falling apart, the grilled tofu was extremely salty and rubbery, the "vegetarian" dish was made with fish sauce and came with chicken soup, I would avoid the place.
