Everything was fresh and flavorful. The service was fast. My order was ready on time. The staff is friendly. The restroom is a little funky, but it's way in the back so no biggie. This wasn't my first visit and it definitely won't be my last.

This was an unexpected treat. Probably the best General Tsos I've had in a long time. The chicken was crisp and the sauce was delicious. My son got the catfish and shrimp with fried rice, an unusual combination option, but the fish and shrimp were lightly fried in a plain cornmeal that wasn't overpowering. The atmosphere is... lacking. But the food makes up for it.

Check your receipt if you are ordering online. They tricked us into double tipping at pickup. Pretty sleazy move. We will not be ordering from this place again since they have no ethics.

I've tried coming here twice after work and it seems like they always close up and leave early. Google says they close at 9pm but one time I caught them walking out at 8:40pm and they wouldn't take my order anymore cause they had already cleaned up and closed everything.

Food is usually good but today for some reason i barely got any meat in my bahn mi. It's not like it's a 3 dollar sandwich either. Also, i got a chicken dish that you could tell had old chicken because it was very dry and extremely chewy.

I would definitely recommend this place to anybody! Not only are these people super friendly, but you can tell that They care about their food and customers. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. There are a lot of options and the staff are very well informative and give great recommendations. It's definitely a spot to check out.

This is legit spot! The restaurant was clean and customer service was on point in all aspects. I called to place my to-go order and was told it would take about 15 minutes. It was ready on time, the food was piping hot which meant that it would still be hot when I arrived home. I ordered 5 chicken wings (they serve wing portions) and shrimp fried rice and not knowing what to expect. The rice was seasoned just right and tasted “clean” with no MSG or oily taste. The wings were so hot and fresh but it lacked seasoning. I can understand serving it “bland” for those who may have health issues such as hypertension. Thankfully, I don’t have that issue and I never add salt on my food after it’s cooked. I combined ketchup and siracha to dip my wings in and 😋 it was so good! There was enough food for my adult son and I to share and feel full. I had the “itis” after that meal 😂 good thing it was my only meal of the day.

Idk about anything else but that general tso chicken is the BEST hands down.

Door dash order I had the sweet and spicy chicken it was amazing egg rolls and the star of the show Banh mi my first time having this sandwich it was absolutely amazing the flavors the fresh veggies tender chicken and semi sweet mayo was delicious the bread was soft and chewy amazing

What happened?? Used to love their food but seems like they went through some change and it was not the same when we ordered yesterday. Cost 10$ only for delivery and tips on top of food which was 30$ something only to be disappointed. Quality of food is not the same.

I got the lomein combination 1 piece of chicken, a bunch of veggies and 2 shrimp. Really, not going. A bunch of noodles.

I ordered shrimp fried rice, egg rolls and fan tail shrimp. My boyfriend ordered veggie fried rice with tofu. He is super picky eater, but he loves this food! The tofu was actually seasoned and tasted incredibly good! I love everything I ordered from here. The food is heaven to me. It’s the best Chinese food in all of Houston, that I have had so far!

Before placing my order I asked what type of fish do you have. The lady said talipia and catfish. So I ordered fried catfish and shrimp. Got my food and it was talipia. I also asked for fried rice instead of fries. I didn't make a big deal I decided to just eat the rice and shrimp but EVERYTHING was NASTY. The shrimp and fish was HEAVILY breaded and the rice was burned. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I normally eat here 3 times a week because I love the general Tso chicken and a few other items off there menu but lately when I come to pick up my food, the Mexican girl that says she’s a manager has had an attitude. If I wanted to deal with attitudes I would go eat at Timmy Chans where the food is good and cheap. I told the “manager”( the Mexican girl up front) due to her attitude I won’t be back and she said “no problem” I’m sure the owner wouldn’t be happy with her declining business from someone who spends over $100 a week for my family and myself. THEY WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS unless they fire the Mexican with the bad attitude. I will tell everyone I know to NOT give there dollars to this business and especially my job where we order lunch from there ALL THE TIME! We deserve no attitudes and smiling faces where We spend my money because believe me, it’s a thousand more Chinese/Vietnamese restaurants with NO ATTITUDES

The selection is various and not badly priced. The food is usually pretty good and you don't end up waiting for very long to receive it.

We order from here often! The food is awesome and ALWAYS fresh! Some of the best pork fried rice we’ve had. The curry chicken sauce flavor was good, however the chicken could have used some seasoning. It felt like they put all the effort into the sauce and the chicken was an after thought. I had the fried wings and fries. Fries missed the mark, soggy and under cooked. The chicken was hot and fresh, made to order, but under seasoned.

The food was sub par and the prices are decent but the place is very dirty! My daughter needed to use the restroom so I took her but almost threw up in there. The walls were stained and it smelled like sewer in there. We walked by the kitchen and nobody was wearing gloves. All of the dirty dishes from customers were stacked high right by the kitchen. I highly doubt they clean anything in that place so I hope I don’t get sick. I will not return and I don’t recommend that anyone try this place. I don’t understand why they haven’t been shut down. They don’t even clean the tables!?

I order from here every other payday! Spring rolls are delicious. Fried Rice is phenomenal. Chicken dumplings are yummy. Only con I can is sometimes when I order if they are extra busy small things are forgotten. Like the Sriracha sauce.

For this price point ($8.61) for a lunch meal of egg roll, fried rice, and orange chicken - you will not be able to get a better Asian fusion meal anywhere else. I was stuffed, and so was my friend who ordered a pho, fountain soft drink, lunch order (general tso, fried rice, and egg roll) for a total of $20. Food was really good at this price point. The egg roll was the highlight. The only thing that needs some work is the fried rice, could be a bit better. Beggars can't be choosers though ‍. Service was great, very nice and very quick.
Overall - 9/10 highly recommend

Kinda disappointed I ordered orange chicken with lo mein instead of fried rice and they gave me a bowl full of noodles three extra dollars for a bowl of noodles lesson learned bit of advice ask what you're getting don't expect people to know what they're doing noodles and lo mein are two different things

Excellent food. I've never had Pho before in so glad I have it a try! So fragrant and the meat was super tender. The noodles were softer than I've had with other rice noodle dishes but I'd order it again for sure. I ordered thru doordash and it was very quickly prepared and delivered.

OMG- This place is to die for 🙆🏽! I have always been a Vietnamese foody since Mai's Resturant in Midtown off Milam Street. However 💁🏽, ran across this quaint spot I have been wanting to try for the last year.

So, I finally did and let me just say, "The food is stupendously GREAT! 🙋🏽‍♂️" If I don't just spend close to $50 on entries for myself, it ain't worth going to (Yes, I am greedy 🤦🏽‍♂️). The food is beyond heavenly; with great customer service that places the cherry on top (Even though, I don't eat cherries 🙅🏽, but you know the slogan).

I highly recommend this place if you live (or visiting 🤷🏽) on the NE/Eastside of Houston. They are inexpensive and know how to make you feel at home and welcome; even if you're getting your food to go like ME🧏🏽.

(BTW, the last pic I was beyond ready to start getting my "grub on" before I even thought about taking pictures, which did not matter anyway because I order like 3-4 meals for myself- I said I was greedy🙍🏽‍♂️.) The plate is a Pueblo Springs Elite collection.

The food was absolutely delicious. I got the beef vermicelli bowl and my boyfriend had the pork rice plate. The servings are definitely worth the price. Also, the people working at the counter were so nice and welcoming. This place is now a favorite in my book!

The lack of vegetables in Chicken and vegetable dish.

I’m basing my rating on just the pho. I realize they do not only offer pho here but all I wanted was pho so therefore that’s what I’m reviewing.

Their pho options are very limited, they only have about 4 different types of pho versus other pho restaurants where there’s 10+ different types of pho. Also, the flavor wasn’t the best, I felt I had to keep adding sriracha or lime or something to make the flavor what I want. Last but not least, the well done steak was overdone. It felt like I was eating tire. I usually order rare steak and let the steak cook in the hot pho soup but they did not offer that option in the menu, only well done proteins. So I think them placing well done steak into hot water definitely made the steak harder to eat.

Stopped by for dinner. Place was pretty empty (another 4 people eating). Ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls and the salted toasted shrimp. Food arrived quickly and piping hot. The egg rolls were pretty standard (wrap in lettuce, dip in sauce, eat). The salted toasted shrimp was in fact salt and pepper shrimp: batter coated shrimp, deep fried and served with fried jalapeños, green pepper chunks and onion pieces. Well flavored and did I mention piping hot? Overall, quick, inexpensive, solid food.

But, today, they loss a star...The Issue: The ugly way, the owner’s wife, responded, when I informed her, that, on my last visit, the eggroll was missing from my order. So, I obviously, thought, since didn't get it last week, there would be a replacement in today's order. NOPE, nope...instead, she actually, had such a ugly disposition, disputed, what I said, saying it was there, so, granted the value of an eggroll, maybe $1. So, I just told her, it's okay, Ma'am and left with my usual, same order, General Tso's Chicken, lunch special. Well, I've been wanting a reason, too try Bamboo, on the beltway, now I have one.

I order off of post mates and am always very satisfied with my order everything is so tasty And fresh!

Fried Oysters are The BEST

I’ve visited this place several times and the food has always been good. However, the last time I visited I did see a huge rat run across the floor behind the counter before I got a chance to order. I did end up walking out. It’s too bad because their pho is one of the best ones I’ve had. Now I don’t know if I will return.

Ordered through Doordash for pickup, I figured with the ratings it would have to be a very good and clean place with great food. Not at all, I walk in and the woman just looks at me and doesn't say anything not offering any help. Kids walking around no masks or shoes. Heard them sneezing and coughing behind the counter. The lady then starts talking with the man in the kitchen, he is also not wearing a mask. As well I hear him coughing. That was enough for me to see to call doordash and cancel my order and refund me. I hate giving bad reviews, but this place did a great job at making it easy for me to do so.

My wife and I used to eat here all the time until we moved across the city. There are plenty of great places that offer Vietnamese and Thai food in this city but we have never found anywhere that has better pho than this place.
