Aspara has different levels for their stir-fried plates. I selected the pad thai level 3 to be safe. The menu has level 1 to 9000 for $1.50. Level 9000! I think they have so many levels to make you pay more. Level 3 wasn’t spicy at all to me. I was thinking about adding shrimp and chicken for $3 each. However, I wasn't paying an additional $6. I had chicken and shrimp at home. I was ordering so many items from the food court that I forgot the pad thai had peanuts. I like peanuts but not usually in my food. The pad thai was ok. I wish I had selected the recommended chicken fried rice. Maybe it would’ve wowed me. I’ve been hearing about mango sticky rice but couldn’t push myself to get it for $8. The service was good with a welcoming atmosphere.

We ordered the Pad Thai and Bai Mon. The Pad Thai was pretty good and the Bai Mon is still great!
2021
We ordered the Bai Mon, which is the poached chicken with rice and papaya. The chicken was very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The garlic rice was very tasty too.
This place is inside a food court that was very busy and packed overall.
So I came in here on a blind trip by myself. Saw that they have Pad Thai and oh, they have an option to go to spice level 9000 and said sure, why not.
Listen, the food tasted great! But MAN, that made me cry and slurp some more.
My Valentina gut counted out and had to ask for the take me home box.
Is it better than other places? I'm not an expert. But I had one delighful experience, that's for darn sure!
Shout out to the pretty lady manning the front. She supported me throughout that battle.
The name itself is on point. The food though... Smh... We ordered the sik ko ang plate and the lort cha. The two very dry beef sticks they gave us was so terrible my hungry 12 & 8 year old couldn't even finish it. The lort cha was decent after adding $3 for shrimp. I failed to look at Google reviews before trying this place. Turns out they have a bunch of negative reviews about the portions and quality, I hope they see and take these reviews seriously.

Great food but servings are small.

Pad see ew was really yummy! Lots of broccoli and meat which is always a plus in my book! The wait time was a little high (they were just a little busy) but I came in expecting to take my time
Really good pad Thai and basil fried rice
Pad Thai is GREAT but don’t bother paying extra for the so called ‘Ghost Pepper 9000’ it just seems like an extra charge to fleece you out of a few extra dollars. Every time we try it - it gets less spicy! The first time we got it - it was SUPER spicy and the 3-4 times after we’ve paid and gotten no spiciness!?
Why add different heat levels if you are just going to ignore what the customer pays for and chooses?
Also sometimes the tubs aren’t full and other tubs are. If you could improve the consistency with the heat and portions that would be very much appreciated!
Despite what I mentioned Food tastes great though, will probably keep ordering - if things improve with the portion sizes and you actually make the extra ghost level 9000 super spicy I will happily adjust my review and rating. You can definitely do better 🙏
Pad kee mao I ordered was missing bell peppers and also barely any chicken and the dish barely had flavored.
The basil fried rice and papaya salad is probably the best I’ve ever had. And I loveeeeeeeeee me some food and been to almost all the restaurants in dfw
The mild is NOT mild and spending $3 to add meat to the fried rice got me maybe 8-10 small bite sized pieces of chicken. Flavor was good but the spice level was definitely higher than reasonable for mild and a ridiculously small portion of meat for the cost.

I can tell by the picture of the food doesn’t look that great, Cambodian food doesn’t look like that. I wonder who open this place in the first place. Look at the beef stick look dry just like the guy comment and he toss in the trash. I’m Cambodian and Thai I know how the real food are made. lol
Cashier looks miserable and completely absorbed in her phone and inattentive.
We asked for food to be 4/5 stars, so was expecting it to be hot; however, the food has absolutely zero spice and was rather bland.
Will not be returning, there are so many better thai options within 2 miles of this place. Save your money and go somewhere else.
My family and I loved this place when it first opened. The quality has gone down significantly. The last few times we went, everything was super dry. Today was the final straw for us. I was sitting in a spot that allowed me to see directly into the kitchen. One of the employees was attempting to defrost beef sticks and she dropped one on the floor where she stood. Instead of doing the sensible thing and throwing the beef stick away, she picked it up and put it with the other beef sticks we ordered and stuck it into the microwave and then proceeded to cook it. She knew I saw her cause she kept looking at me. When I went to talk to them, she denied it and said she threw it away. I wouldn't have walked up there to complain for some 6 dollar beef sticks if I didn't see it myself, and I had ordered these for my small kids.
They made us new two extra ones to compensate for this, but you know what? THEY GAVE US THE SAME 6 PIECES THAT WERE ON THAT PLATE with the ones that were dropped. How do we know which one she dropped?
On top of that she constantly wrung her hands over the fried rice that I ordered, after touching the ground.
At this point we were so turned off we ended up throwing everything we ordered into the trash and left. This place is not the same as it was when it first opened. Hopefully the girl realized her mistake and doesn't attempt to do it to anyone else.
They charged us $16 for a small plate of food that wasn't even that good. The plate was a serving for one person and looked like it was worth $5. They didn't give us spoons or sauces either.
Flavorless food high prices
Best Pad Thai I have had since moving to Texas. Made without cilantro! Delicious flavor. Huge portion. Shrimp cooked perfectly. I couldn't even finish it all. Definately coming back.
The orange chicken was good but wasn't hot enough so I went and got a bit more spicy season and woah I tell you the cashier was not lying when they said it would be hot, my mouth and inside were on fire and the Pepsi did not help as much but overall the orange chicken and white rice was a great dish if it wasn't for the spicy seasoning.

Very good food! 👍
Honestly not really worth the high price. Very little portions for the cheap ingredients and not much flavor. The orange chicken was a huge let down. Listen to the complaints of the chicken being VERY dry.
Nice staff, but very bland food. My Pad Thai didn't have enough sauce. It tasted like boiled noodles with a little spice on it
About as good a pad see ew as I have ever had. The gentleman running the stand was very friendly and offered suggestions.
Don't get the sausage dish. Super gristly. No spice at all in the papaya salad. Pretty meh all in all.
Great curry fried rice (steak)! Quite authentic.
I didn’t want to leave a bad review because it had good and bad things, and I’ll give it another shot so I think the 3 star is fair. It’s a cute new little business that deserves a second chance. We ordered the Lort Cha (pin noodles with meat and egg) as well as the Bai Mon (poached chicken with papaya salad and chili sauce) and various Thai noodles
The Lort Cha was nice. It was sweet, spicy, nutty and had Glutinous pin noodles which is unique. The sour sauce it came with was good. It was similar to Pad Thai but had a heavier taste.
The Bai Mon is SE Asia’s answer to Cantonese white cut chicken. It’s poached chicken on a bed of fried rice with papaya salad and fried garlic. The Papaya salad was good and refreshing, not too sour or too sweet. The chicken was perfectly tender and tasted fresh, and the fried garlic was nice and the rice was good. The problem was the chili sauce. It is so sweet and syrupy it ruined the meal. I know SE Asian food tends to be sweet, but this was like duck sauce for your egg roll sweet. Like pure corn syrup. It honestly ruined the meal. No spice or sourness, Just pure sugar. Next time I’ll get it on the side because I want to enjoy the taste of chicken skin fat and garlic.
The Thai dishes were a bit generic and again kind of one note sweetness.
One thing they have great is their beverages. Their Thai tea was some of the best I had, and their peach lychee…aid was super refreshing. Like I said they did an ok job, I’ll go back to try their curry rice and grilled beef sticks. They should add some weekly specials too of other Cambodian dishes like Fish Amok or Samlar Machu since Cambodian cuisine deserves more recognition
Just had their red curry with chicken, and I got to say, it was some of the best Thai curry I have ever had. If I ever come back I'm defiantly getting the curry again.
Great Cambodian Food!!!! We had the Bai Mon, Sach Ko Ang Combo, and Twa Ko Combo.
Bai Mon, chicken flavorful and tender. The rice under the chicken was the best flavor! 🤤
Sach Ko Ang and Twa Ko were both very rich in taste, but it is perfect with the papaya salad. Both complemented one another well.
It was so good that we started eating, I only got one picture.... lol
Thanks! Great to have Khmer options opening up! We will return!
Pad see ew was good, too oily though. they messed 2 orders and it was way too spicy
Loved the service! Food was pretty darn good! I ordered the chicken Red curry with spice level 5! It definitely has a kick and wasn’t watered down! Not a bad deal for the price as well!
Great food, affordable prices. Very recommended. 👍👍👍
The Lort Cha was pretty. The noodle was tender and the flavor was tasty.
Let me start by saying this Thai food was the best Thai food I’ve ever tasted! I’ve never had Thai food made with so much flavor & love. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao with chicken it was beyond remarkable. I will say the 2 spice level was pretty spicy for me but I could not resist! It was the good spice where you had to come back for more. Can’t wait to try everything else!!
