A Thai word "ชาม" (pronounced "Charm") means "bowl". Thai Charm Frisco evokes the taste of Thailand by filling the ‘Charm’ with delicious Thai food and serving fresh at your table, perfect for a satisfying and flavorful meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
Thai Charm Frisco is a must-visit! My wife and I loved it so much that we came here twice during our trip to Dallas. The pad thai was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and great portion sizes. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. Every dish we tried was fantastic. Highly recommend this spot for authentic Thai food!
We went to Thai Charm on Friday night for our anniversary. They were busy, and we didn’t make a reservation. Luckily they were able to seat us at high-top table which was also nice! They have a good list of drinks and wine. I had Espresso martini and loved it! Cute ambience and delicious food.
Check this place out and you won’t be disappointed at Thai Charm!
We were headed elsewhere and ended up here; What an Amazing Find! The ambiance is classy. The service friendly and attentive. The Pad Thai was delicious. The Crispy Duck Kee Mow is one of the best I’ve had. My adult son had a spectacular Roasted Duck Curry, the Daughter-in-law raved for her Sizzling Gai Pad Ped, and the granddaughters enjoyed a delicious Seafood Pad Won Sen. all very authentic and amazing flavors. Don’t forget the Thai Dumplings to start and to wash it all down with Nigori Sake. Delighted to find this restaurant; a new favorite.
We were in mood for some hot thai soup and noodles. This place has been on our dine in next option but due to other circumstances so we decided to do take out.
Ordered Tom Yum with tofu spice level 4 and yellow curry noodles with tofu spice level 4 .
Soup was good, but was overloaded with mushrooms would have loved to have more tofu rather than mushroom.
Curry noodles were great.
Spice level for both soup and noodles were but bit disappointing. I would recommend trying level 5, if you normal do 4.
Just tried Thai Charm, the newest addition to the Frisco restaurant scene. While we are big fans of a few Thai restaurants in town, Thai Charm will quickly move to the top of our list. While the menu has all of your favorites, it also includes several specialty dishes featuring duck, sea bass and others. The quality, quantity and taste of the food was exceptional. We didn’t post any appetizer pics because we ate them all. We look forward to our next visit soon!!
Came here to celebrate my man's birthday and everything was FANTASTIC! First of all - it is SO cute in here. Seriously, the decor?? TOP TIER. Second - the customer service?? INCREDIBLE. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming! What's crazy is, I actually had to cancel this reservation a few weeks prior due a family emergency, and ended up rebooking for a new date as soon as I had the chance. Somehow, the manager remembered my name and was like "I'm so glad you were able to make it in this time. I saw you had to cancel the previous reservation." That alone blew me away!! Like how on earth did she remember that tiny detail from a few weeks ago?!?! So unexpected and so thoughtful! ANYWAY - that sweet interaction set the tone for the rest of the evening and everything that followed was IMMACULATE!!
To start we had: the Moo Ping, Coconut Shrimp, and the Thai Chicken wings. While everything was good, those WINGS?!?!?! NEXT LEVEL. I actually ended up ordering another batch immediately after because they were so delicious!! Perfectly crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside and SO well seasoned. Seriously - THE BEST!!
For entrees - my man did the Massaman curry and I did the Thai Charm Beef Salad. Both entrees were SO GOOD!! The salad was SO fresh and flavorful!! The beef was super tender and well seasoned, and the dressing added the PERFECT tangy zest!! Absolutely loved it!! The curry was delicious as well! We both loved it!! My man always loves everything super spicy, so he got the highest spice level for the curry - but still didn't think it was hot, meanwhile - it was spicy to me (I can tolerate a little bit of spice lol), so keep that in mind if you're a spice lover!!
THEN - at the very end, they brought us a complimentary birthday cheesecake, which was such a sweet surprise!! It was so rich, creamy, and delicious. On top of that, we ordered the fried ice cream and it was an absolute DREAM!! Seriously - SO GOOD!!
Honestly - I knew this place was going to be good but I guess I wasn't prepared for HOW GOOD!! Both of us absolutely LOVED IT and we will be back very soon!!
I’m really glad we gave this place a try! We had the spring rolls and cream crab cheese as appetizers, followed by the Red Curry and Cashew Nut for our main course. Everything was packed with flavor, the place was clean, and the service was quick and excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back!
We had a party of ten and they refused to do separate checks. We made reservations and they didn't tell us that They said to leave as they didn't serve separate checks. Ridiculous. They only had six other people in there and the restaurant was not busy.
I had Pad Kee Mow (Drunken noodles) for lunch and it had great flavors (but wish the portion was a bit larger)! The décor was clean and modern. I enjoyed it and will return.
Upscale feel to the restaurant, food was good and service was great.
My favorite Thai spot in the Dallas area. Do yourself a favor and come by when you have the chance! Delicious food and nice atmosphere.

Beautiful place, nice ambience and great food. I definitely recommend.
Our servers were very friendly & attentive to our needs, all our food & drinks were delicious (their Thai teatini is now on my top 3 favorite drinks of all time; also, be sure to give their fried ice cream a try!), and the atmosphere was lovely. I will definitely be recommending this restaurant to all my friends in the area, and I look forward to returning soon!
Great place. Service was excellent ab bd good was great.
Really cute place with great quality food

The best Crispy Spring Rolls I have ever had! The absolute best!
5 star food quality and service.
Highly recommended and will be coming back.
We went there on the weekend, and they nailed it even they were busy! Food was amazing and the staff were very nice.
Recommend to make a reservation on the weekend. We will be back!
You need a reservation to eat here. This page needs to specify that. Only 2 tables available for walk-ins.
Hopefully this review lets anyone interested know. I would have slipped the manager $100 to make another of those empty tables available for a birthday. But on second thought, don't want to spend a dime here.
You can only dine with a reservation. They have empty tables and only 2 reserved for walkins.
A new upscale Thai place in Frisco. Love the decor. AMAZING food and excellent service!
Great ambiance and definitely the best Thai food I’ve ever had in the DFW area—a true hidden gem! The flavors were outstanding, and the service was excellent. I will absolutely be coming back!
Returned dumplings 2 times because the inside was still frozen. Raw chicken and no empathy will not be back.
Wow! We were so impressed. Charming decor. Attentive and friendly staff. Great food. The curry had all the right flavors and was enough to take some home after. Highly recommend.
My Husband and I celebrated our birthday (same day) at this cute restaurant. The food was superb, the atmosphere was perfect, the prices were average. I will definitely return! Side note: perfect place for a first date, so chic, clean and cute.
My business partner suggested this quaint but great team energy atmosphere — not just servicing our table, but I was very observant toward their team. Very attentive. They have this location (family owned) and fort-worth. I love, simple, clean, quiet…lol, there’s no catwalk ambiance necessary here. The food… 👌🏾because its taste conjured a good memory of Thai food. I had to stop myself — food is ab
The restaurant was lovely but the food just didn't really give The taste of Thai food. I like it with a little more flavor. But the service was good.
I dined in with my family. Our kids had Chicken Satay and Thai Fried Rice. They finished all of them! Their Pad See Ew and Red Curry were just right. The service was excellent.
I will come for a date night and try their drinks next time.
We had a great experience at Thai Charm! We tried several appetizers, fried rice and Pad Kee Mow. It was all delicious! The service was also top notch. Give them a try!!

They’ve just opened for five months and they know what they are doing! Good vibe, great service, and excellent food. They also have a full bar. A good spot for a date.
We finally found a place to enjoy Thai food and good drinks in Frisco area. We were craving for Thai food and found Thai Charm online. We planned to order to go as they were packed, but we changed our mind and sat at the bar.
Not only nice ambiance, but their staff were also friendly and attentive. We started with Thai Dumplings and Thai Chicken Wings and ordered Roasted Duck Curry and Pad Kee Mow as our entrees.
LOVE everything!!! We also tried their Thaiteatini. If you like Thai Tea, you gonna love it.
Highly recommend this place!

Good food with friendly staff.
Food was delicious and service was excellence. We loved their appetizers beef jerky, som tum and fried shrimp. The beef jerky was so tender and the dipping source made it just right. The main course we ordered were couple curry dishes. They were good as well, but a bit on a sweeter side. The restaurant is very clean, has nice ambience and feel cozy. Overall we had a great experience. If you look for a place to go on a date night, I would recommend to check this place out.
It was our first time here. We got Thai Dumplings, Beef Jerky, Pad Thai, and Crispy Duck Kee Mow. We love them all!
Our server was very attentive.
We will definitely be back!
This place is new and FANTASTIC.
Great atmosphere, service, value and delicious. They just opened and we’ve been here twice already.
Low quality food and service for high price..
Very nice atmosphere. the food and wine was excellent.
Everything about this place is perfect. Great decor, bright interiors, yummy food and excellent service
This place is beautiful and everyone was all smiles. I was quickly seated and the waitress Tan offered Thai beef jerky that was out of this world. Really enjoyed the professional atmosphere. My Fiancée is Vegan and they had options for her, I would definitely come back here
Owner was amazing staff amazing 10 out of 10 hospitality experience!
Rude staff, were not greeted and the lady at the front was judging us for not having a reservation. While the tables were empty and available she took her time to sit us. The tables were spaced too close and while our toddler moved between seats we were told to maintain seat distance. They picked up the table decor claiming it was delicate and would hurt our kid taking it away from her hands. They could have asked us nicely and we could have given it. This restaurant is not kid friendly. The people who came after us had their order taken first. We left without ordering.
Amazing food! Best pad Thai I ever had. Not greasy, sweet or excessively fishy. Not many restaurants get this right. The red curry was equally delicious.
Absolutely delicious. What a hidden gem. Beautiful and classy decor as well.
This place is amazingly beautiful & authentic quality Thai food! I recommend the combination fried rice, and for appetizers: Thai Fried Chicken, Potstickers, Skewers, and Potstickers!!! Soooo good!
We dined at Thai Charm on December 23, 2024. We had Coconut Shrimp appetizer and Crab Fried Rice, Khao Soi Gai, and Sizzling Oceanic Basil for the main courses. Each and every dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Khao Soi Gai and Sizzling Oceanic Basil really stood out. Service was prompt and attentive.
I recently dined at Thai Charm in Frisco, Texas, and my experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement.
I tried the Thai Fried Rice, and the flavor was good with a nice mix of vegetables and protein, though it could have used a bit more seasoning. The Pineapple Thai Curry with Chicken was rich and creamy, and I loved the sweetness from the pineapple. The flavors were enjoyable, but I expected a bit more depth from the curry. The Thai Iced Tea was refreshing and sweet, which complemented the meal nicely.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing during my visit. The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which affected the overall dining experience .
The ambiance of the restaurant was nice and cozy, which I appreciated.
The place is great and the service is fast and friendly. Unfortunately, the food just isn't that great. I've had several dishes because we live across the street, so I've given it all a try. The spring rolls and Tom Kha soup are good. Fried rice, bad. It doesn't taste like fried rice should taste. And that's pineapple AND regular. Golden tofu, bad. If you're in the mood for some spring rolls or soup and a drink, this is a cool place otherwise I'd go elsewhere for a full meal.
Incredible food and atmosphere. We went for lunch which had great choices for the lunch menu. We will add this place to our regular rotation
Pad Thai is gross, no flavor, tastes like ketchup. Pineapple fried rice is over powered with curry.
Moo ping was all fat. Pad see eiw was bland and the curries were very watery. Very expensive Thai food and it's not even good. Asked for spicy and it was more like medium. As a Thai, I'm crying inside I wasted my money.
Excellent food, drinks and service. This establishment knows how to do business. Thank y’all for the wonderful food. Trust the food specialties, they’re wonderful. :)
This was my first visit, and I will definitely come back. They have been open for 5 months, and I placed an order to go, and the person who assisted me was very thorough about the Happy Hours, lunch, and dinner specials. The food is absolutely incredible and fresh. The manager shared they make the spring rolls in the house, and nothing is frozen. I'm very happy to have this gem part of the community.
We've been going to Thai Charm weekly since they opened. This is one of our top spots in Frisco. The food, service, and atmosphere are wonderful.
Top notch
Wish they could cook more authentic thai food. The food was very average and way too sweet .We had yellow curry and another curry .Both were overly sweet like sugar was added. I am used to thai food and this was not the best in my opinion.
The silverware were sticky . Service was decent and we like the bright colors and big windows .
But we will not come back .
Amazing food & very classy ambience. Super clean, & well kept. Jenny was an amazing server & took exceptional care of our table. We will FOR SURE make this a regular spot to eat Thai. 10/10!
Taste was very mild - barely had any flavor besides garlic taste. Service was also bad. They asked to put extra sauce on top instead of fixing it.
I found myself a little disappointed in my experience here. There are vegetarian items on the menu here, but none of the noodles are vegetarian due to a pre made oyster sauce. I decided to go with the red curry and asked for spice level 3, but their spice just seemed to be pepper, no real heat. Curry was just about the only entree option that was vegetarian - which was extremely disappointing since thai food is usually versatile to vegetarians.
Our waitress was a little rude as well. We picked at our food as it wasn't to our liking but we were enjoying our time with our party. She came by and rudely said that she noticed we are not eating and she can grab us to go boxes citing that if the food stayed out too long it wouldn't be as reheatable. I didn't really appreciate her judgement on our speed or leftovers.
They also take your plate and pack it for you in the back - I'm always weary when the food is removed from my view.
If you're not vegetarian, you'll probably like this place but if you are, be ready to take your first experience with a grain of salt.
I’m so glad I discovered this gem! The ambiance is wonderful, and the food and service are equally impressive. It’s the perfect spot for a cozy date night or a fun happy hour. I highly recommend stopping by for happy hour! Shoutout to Jenny, my server, who was incredibly sweet and friendly!
Open 4 months, but I wish I had found it sooner! Finally, a Thai restaurant in our area that doesn’t tat like mall food! And a great wine list as well. Please don’t miss the chance to try this place. We will be back!
The staff here is so hospitable. Jenny was a great server and the food is excellent! 10/10 😋
Everything was amazing, good services and location !
food is amazing server was amazing!
Lovely food, one of the best Thai food I have ever had and I am not just comparing with local Thai restaurants but also my favorite Cholada in Malibu, CA.
Great food, great service as well as ambience.
A stunning, chic restaurant! The food, service, and the respect given to the elderly in our group made it a true FIVE-STAR experience. The Panang curry was phenomenal! Favorite new Thai spot in Dallas/Plano/Frisco.
For every thing to ask there was an extra charge, food was taken from the table without asking, are we finished or not. Not packed the left over even after telling by the server will pack it for you.
Extra price for putting less ice in the drink but still added so much Ice in the drink. Was not the best experience we can expect from this restaurant. Extra price for small umbrella which comes on a drink.
Please don’t make this as the choice if you’re going as a big group especially with kids. Very unfriendly behavior. Might be a good option for grown ups but not at all for families.
Best thai I've had in years.

Classic Thai place
The wow place. We have been looking for a great thai since we moved to the us for almost two years and we haven’t found any until we found this place. Everything we ordered was next level. The crispy spring rolls, the Thai fried rice, the green curry, the pineapple curry and the mango sticky rice: all of them “wow level”.
The fantastic presentation of the dishes and how nice the service was, topped up and fabulous experience.
Finally a “wow” Thai in Frisco and Plano!
Service was exceptional. The food had great depth, we ordered the pork, Panang curry, pad Thai, Tom Kha soup, papaya salad. The curry and soup were phenomenal. Pad Thai was just good. Papaya salad just the way I like it and my brother loved the pork dish.
I was impressed with the menu and it's detailed listing of vegetarian and gluten free options. I ordered the Golden Triangle which was gf fried triangular pieces of tofu. The tofu was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It came with a peanut sweet and sour sauce. My main entree was the Green Chicken Curry with Jasmine rice. All of the ingredients were high quality. The plateware was a delight! The dishes were artistic and beautiful. The restaurant itself was asthetically pleasing to the eye. I loved the decor and color scheme throughout the place. My son ordered the Thai Beef Jerky and Larb Gai Salad. He prefers Thai food that is not modified, so he felt the food was made more to the liking of the American palate. I prefer food that is on the sweeter side of life, so it was perfect for me! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to go again. We went at 3 p.m. and it was still relatively busy. Make reservations if you are going at more traditional hours.
Great Thai dumpling
This place is amazing! The food is authentic compared to the other places around. Appetizers are on point. Curry is the best. We will be back!
Great curry - enjoyed the meal - thanks!
This place is amazing. The best food. The best service. Great bar. I had the cashew shrimp and the salad rolls. The noodles are perfect. Really clean and pretty!! 10 stars!!
Easily one of the best Thai restaurants in Frisco, maybe even the whole DFW area. I had moo-ping as an appetizer and it was perfectly grilled. The Pad See Ew was fantastic and deliciously filling. My girlfriend is Thai and even she thinks that this is one of the most authentic places in DFW. The lobby is clean and has a stunning design. The owners are very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. I will most certainly be coming back to Thai Charm in the future.
This place was delicious. I went here for my birthday and got the massaman curry here and i died and went to heaven. My husband got the tangerine chicken and it was good but the massaman was to die for. Loved the food.
Every dish is sweet
Food was oily and chicken was smelly.
I didn't say server the food was good. That is untrue. Yeah I completed the food. It's doesn't mean the food is good. How come you can say that it's not true. This is fair review. If you don't take it it's your loss
So elegant! Love the blue velvet chairs. Tom was super friendly and personable. Can't wait to come back with the family. Prices were on point. Nothing crazy. Incredible atmosphere - this is the happening spot for a day date.
A relatively hidden gem of excellent Thai cuisine! I was impressed.
I ordered a Thai iced tea, and it had just the right amount of sweetness and a brilliant, blaze-orange color. I forgot to take a photo! It reminded me of a Chinese restaurant my mother and I used to frequent back in Portland, Oregon, memories I carry very fondly.
For food, I ordered the signature duck dish. I don’t remember what it was called, but it was under the signature dishes page, fourth one down.
Let’s just say… I used to not be a huge fan of duck, that is, for eating. But after having that dish, my opinion completely changed! I now consider duck to be a protein I genuinely like, and I cleaned my plate. The duck was crispy and flavorful, and everything else on the plate (flat noodles and a few different vegetables, including dried Thai basil! That was very nice) was just as flavorful too.
I love the atmosphere, too. A tasteful mix of white marble, navy blue, and gold. You see it in the menus too, which are so presentable and a work of art! I especially loved the use of watercolor paint in the menu design, from a graphical perspective.
I highly recommend this place. Everything about it is perfect, both to look at, and to taste.
My go-to for take out. I am always in the mood for Thai Charm. So good and consistent!
So good and so full 😋. Recommended to visitors in Frisco. Just be careful with spicy level where 5 is the hottest. For mild spicy level, 2 is decent. There is a full bar as well. However, there is not much items for happy hours. Nice decor and presentation. Several parking spaces. Quick serve after ordering. Mon evening is light with customers.
This was the best Thai food I’ve had in a while, the aesthetic of this restaurant is beautiful and mellow, perfect for a date night. The Mai Tai I enjoyed was beautiful crafted. I ordered the Papaya Salad, Basil Fried Rice and Crunchy Spring Rolls and they all were very delicious. I cant wait to go back.
Very delicious food! Not too pricey. Who ever is reading this, I highly recommend this place!
My wife and I just had a fantastic dining experience for lunch at a new restaurant called Thai Charm in Frisco. Everything was prepared and presented to perfection. Of course, everything was delicious. This is a gem of a Thai restaurant and has now become our favorite! We will definitely be returning to enjoy the tasty food, cool ambience, and outstanding service! Roasted Duck Curry, Pad Thai with glass noodles and swai fish, were phenomenal! Mango sticky rice was from out of this world! Best ever! See pics! Thai beef jerky and crispy spring rolls were awesome too! We highly recommend y’all visiting Thai Charm in Frisco. You will not be disappointed!
My wife and I now understand and agree with the excellent word about Thai Charm. The Tom Yum soup is the best we've ever had, no question. The bowl is pretty big, but so worth it. We then tried one "conventional" dish, beef with basil, and one house specialty, Sizzling Gai Pad Ped. It was all delightful. The atmosphere was very pleasant (be careful not to face west late in the afternoon!), and the service was top-notch and warm. 10 out of 10. We will most certainly be back.
Crispy duck is so good , the sauce is delicious 😋
The lettuce wrap was spoiled and when i said she says it was made yesterday only lol. Who makes lettuce wrap one day before and the audacity to say it was made yesterday.
Even the fried rice was white
Great place! Great service! Delicious food!Super nice atmosphere! I drove one hour to try this place and will definitely drive again!
Delicious food! Great ambiance. Awesome service!!
Great Food. The best in the area !!
Food is phenomenal. We ordered Thai fried rice, fresh salad veggie rolls, and red curry with chicken. I would highly recommend all. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back to try more!
First time eating Thai food, Pad Thai was great, will be trying all the items on the menu
The food was absolutely amazing! So hot and fresh! We had an appetizer, soup, entree and dessert. Everything was delicious. The customer service and the atmosphere was great!
All the items we ordered from Appetizers, Main course, dessert are good in presentation and taste
I made a reservation for standard seating in the dining area. We were sat at a high top in the bar area. Not really sure why it asks for preference if they’re just going to sit you wherever.
We ordered the Tom Yum soup and it was way too sweet compared to what we had growing up and then I ordered the Thai Noodle Soup expecting it to taste like Gew Tiew and it was very bland. The Thai Beef Jerky was okay and my mom said her rice with her entree was crunchy. Not sure we’ll give this place another try but we had high hopes for it. The staff was nice though and they were quick to bring the food.
Hubby and I ordered take out from this place and were really impressed with the taste and quality of the food. My husband said the interior of the place was clean and it had a nice ambiance to it. Our food was ready when he arrived and was packaged perfectly for the trip home.
We ordered a bowl of the Tom Kha Soup with shrimp as the protein, Pad Kee Mow and the Basil Fried Rice. Each item was hot, fresh and flavorful. We cannot wait to visit in person to see what other delectable dishes we will have the pleasure of eating. Sorry for the lack of pictures; we couldn't resist digging in and totally forgot to take photos.
The food was so delicious!
Delicious 😋
Perfect restaurant to sit down and enjoy. My wife and I saw it randomly and were pleasantly surprised with how nice the atmosphere was. The service and food complemented each other.
Very good service and delicious food!
Awesome service, amazingly delicious food, extremely clean! Definitely coming back!!!
Flavorful food, excellent service and tasteful ambiance.
I could not have been more pleased with my first experience at Thai Charm Restaurant in Frisco! From the greetings and customer service, to the detail in the decor, table settings and dinnerware you can tell they were intentional about the details in their customer experience and it shows. The atmosphere was great! The food was absolutely amazing! So hot and fresh! My daughter and I had an appetizer, entree and dessert. Everything was delicious. I kid you not, we’ve found our favorite Thai Restaurant in Thai Charm and will absolutely be back to support this business. 10/10!
I went for lunch with my mom and we will be back! The atmosphere is very upscale and cozy. The staff is very friendly. The lunch specials were priced great and the food was amazing. Best Thai food I’ve ever had! This will be my new go to spot for Thai food. 100/10, highly recommend!
Authentic Thai food - ordered Thai charm salad, Thai beef jerky, green curry swap fish. Nice atmosphere. Fair price and friendly service. Will definitely come back for more.
Food was great along with the staff. Service was excellent. We had the fried spring rolls and crab cream cheese wontons for apps and Panang curry, basil fried rice and crispy roasted pork for dinner. Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend and plan to go back!
We just visited Thai Charm in Frisco. We met Tom and his wife and they were very friendly and engaging! Super nice people! The waitstaff was very engaged, polite and quite helpful when selecting menu items. The food was delicious, served on time and hot and tasty. I highly recommend Thai Charm. Get there quick! :-)
They were so hospitable and welcoming, absolutely beautiful interior, and the little details like the plates with accents are divine. They were so helpful with my restrictions, gluten free friendly with labels. The food was unique and high quality. It was amazing supporting this new business :)
I was very impressed with the authentic Thai recipes and great flavor which took me back to Thailand. Great service , nice atmosphere and friendly staffs made it to the exceptional experience. If you want to get the taste of Thai authentic food this is the place to be in your list.
Great food and great hospitality. Tom was wonderful and makes the best espresso martini!
An awesome new Thai restaurant in Frisco. The atmosphere is very high end. The food quality and taste has made it a regular for us. We especially like Poont, our server. She is friendly and knows her stuff. We will be coming a lot.
Great service. Food was well prepared and delivered hot to our group of 5. Most of us used spice levels 2 and 3. Although one chose 4 and managed it fine. 3 had a lasting heat. Dumplings and Gyoza were both excellent. Crispy Pork with Fried Rice and the Pad Kee Mow with Pork were both great flavor and well cooked vegis.
New business in area. What a wonderful place to spend time with your family and someone special. Blue and gold are fitted perfectly with the name! We had pineapple fried rice, beef noodles and pad Thai. All of them are phenomenal. Service was excellent and beyond. Love it!
My husband and I have been looking for a good Thai restaurant in Frisco, and Thai Charm is IT! This place is so delicious, the atmosphere is great, really cute inside and the service was amazing. The staff was really wonderful and the food is very high quality- you can taste the freshness. The prices are affordable, the menu selection is great as well. We will definitely be back here, we’re already thinking about our next meal we want to try at Thai Charm!
Great decoration, friendly staffs, superb appetizers and FULL BAR!
This is my first time I visited this location, and it was a delightful experience. The service was friendly, The food was quite good, offering a flavorful selection that was both satisfying and well-presented. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the experience, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable.
The restaurant is very modern, well decorated, elegant, and has a nice full bar which you don't usually see in Asian restaurants. The staffs are friendly, the food is great, especially the Thai dumpling, they are made in the house, fresh and yummy. I also love Sizzling Oceanic Basil, the hint of spicy just like the cherry on top of ice cream, perfect. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.
Came here for the soft opening, and it exceed my expectations tremendously. The interior is beautiful, and the plating is elegant. I am vegetarian, and they have a plethora of delicious options. The staff is so kind and friendly and accommodated all of our dietary restrictions. Beyond delicious. Would 100% recommend for authentic Thai cuisine. I will be coming back.
