Modern takes on Southeast Asian classics -- we're bringing authentic Thai and Lao cuisine to the Fort Worth area.
Coworker recommended this place and it was totally worth it! We got chicken spring rolls, chicken dumplings, Lao papaya salad, and the grilled skirt steak. And there wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t delicious! We got a level medium for the papaya and it wasn’t too spicy at all. Very crunchy and yummy. They asked how we would like the steak cooked which was nice for a change. The dumplings were piping hot and delicious! The springs rolls were nice and fresh! The peanut sauce was a great balance between sweetness but still very peanut-y. Overall a great experience! It was a little warm indoors, but plenty of fans for circulation. They are a little heavy on the Christian music, but definitely not a deterrent for how good the food is! On top of everything, the staff were so attentive and friendly! Definitely recommend!
I forgot to add we got Thai coffee as well! And it was so scrumptious!
This is close to my work, so I thought I'd give it a try on my lunch break. I was pretty excited to see pho on their menu and that they provide a variety of spice alternatives. Their spring rolls were fresh and came with 3 instead of the expected 2. I will say, I did not care for the pho, BUT I think it's just a ME problem. It was extremely flavorful, but was it a flavor I liked? Not so much. It didn't taste like the pho I'm used to, and I think that's my problem. Their curries look phenomenal, though, and I'll be back to try those ASAP to update this review. Everything else was great. The service was nice, and so was the atmosphere, plus they have an interesting boba selection I'll also be trying!
To be fair, this is my first time trying viet-Lao pho, so i don’t have the experiences to fairly judge, but with that being said, if your craving traditional Vietnamese pho, this probably isn’t you’re place. To me, the beef pho resembles more of a ramen, in terms of noodles. The main positive was the meat was really good, and the best meat balls I’ve ever had in pho, not the thick chewy texture that’s typical. I saw a lot of other amazing dishes I wish I would got instead.
Also I thought it was really hella kewl that when you order you get your choice of an egg roll, spring roll, or soup. All be it small, it was still nice, and very good. But the dipping sauce tasted really sweet, which was good/different, but surprising when your expecting fish oil lolol
UPDATE: the beef fried rice is absolutely addictive and the price can’t be beat!!! Like before, the staff is super sweet. I absolutely love this place!
Amazing spot for fresh, flavorful food!
The staff are amazing, and said anything on the menu can be made vegetarian and vegan, which was a wonderful option!
The interior is really lovely, just as you enter there is a pond with lotus and taro plants, and the decor is bright and cozy.
I ordered the chive cakes, fired tofu, tofu salad rolls, and thai papaya salad. The flavors are balanced and clean.
The papaya salad is Excellent, the tiny crunchy shrimp and crushed peanuts on top are such a nice finishing touch. 12/10!
Chive cakescakes are also great, super flavorful, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. 10/10
Fried tofu is exactly what it sounds like- plain firm tofu, fried to perfection. 10/10
Salad rolls were also excellent, I was very happy to find some vegetarian rolls, 11/10.
Highly recommend this spot, and will be back the next chance I get!
First off the staff are wonderful. They are INCREDIBLY attentive and kind.
The food is flavorful and you can choose your heat level which I love because all though I love hot food, some people don’t.
I got the shrimp pad Thai and WOW! So good!
I will definitely revisit this place and be coming back.
This is our go-to Thai and Lao restaurant. We love the pork belly appetizer, and the Thai iced coffee is amazing! The drunken noodles are great, as are so many other dishes. The mango sticky rice is a wonderful dessert too. Great service as well :D
I love LOVE this place. The workers here are super nice. The food is super amazing. I waited a while to write a review but I have now been ordering take out or dining in here every here and there for like 2 years now. They have yet to disappoint on anything in their menu. The authenticity of the food and atmosphere is just marvelous. Thank you Boun Bistro!
Food is very good. The service is great, the people are very kind and very helpful. The food is very good, I recommend the beef pho, and the basil fried rice
Incredible food! Really really good. Thai spicy chicken is great. House soup is good, comforting bowl of soup. One star removed is because sometimes orders placed online glitch out on their system, so I had to wait a good 15 minutes inside when I arrived to pick up. But it's well worth the wait!

Excellent food and service. We'll be back!
The food and staff are amazing. Easily one of my favorite places to eat.

Highly recommend this place !!! very authentic !! the Thai food is very flavorful
One of the best places I have eaten in
Thank you 🙏
Delicious
Very kind staff, quick food preparation, neatly packed for takeout, and WHEW it was good!
Hot, fresh, and flavorful vegan pineapple fried rice with tofu. I travel for work and try Thai spots all over. This one sits near the top of my list.
Good fried rice and spring rolls.
The food here is very refreshing and enjoyable Highly recommend it
Ordered Togo. Arrived 15 minutes later. They said just another mi Ute, then took over 20 minutes to make my single noodle dish. And were rude.
We've had several dishes over a few visits and they've all been outstanding. Very flavorful, served hot. This is now our go-to Thai place in Fossil Creek!
Good food, reasonable price
Boun Bistro in is a hidden gem! The authentic dishes are a must-try! Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere make it a great dining experience. Highly recommend!
Great spot for an authentic Thai Lao dining experience. I order the Nam Kow or an order of beef jerky with sticky rice, two classic dishes that I’ve yet to find elsewhere cooked or prepared correctly. My wife recommends the Tofu Pad See Ew, and I also highly recommend the Belly bites appetizer or any of the dishes on the “Boun Special” section of the menu that are served with pork belly. A local family-owned small business that I’m more than glad to spend my money at!
1st time trying this place. Sushi and ramen were delicious. We ordered spicy curry ramen and pork tonkastu ramen. Owner was very kind and sweet. She walked around checking in tables and answering ?’s about items. Let’s support this place!!!
Love coming here! The food, atmosphere, and people are amazing. I used to go frequently, then hadn't gone for about a year, but the MINUTE I walked in the door they recognized me and greeted me as an old friend like I was just there yesterday! Absolutely amazing!
I was in the area getting my windshield replaced and decided to search for nearby restaurants. Based on the great reviews, I chose to give this place a try, and I’m so glad I did! The food was incredibly flavorful, served piping hot, and made for one of the best first-time experiences I’ve had with a new restaurant in a long while. Even though I live about 40 minutes away, I’ll definitely make the trip back in the future.
Wonderful couple that own the place. My sister and I just randomly stopped in. The food was excellent as was the service. We tried the vegetable egg roll, cashew shrimp, Basil fried rice and ice thai tea. We loved everything. Can't wait to go back!!
This is our favorite spot. The Tom Kha soup is the best I’ve ever had. Great service. KK is amazing. They have created such a cheerful atmosphere. We try to go every week.
I’ve been here many many times and can honestly say this is one of the best Thai food places I’ve ever been. They have several vegetarian options and everything I’ve tried is packed with great flavors and even better service. I recommend this to anyone that comes to visit the area or if you’re looking to expand your palate.
Amazing food! Bam Bam chicken wings and Coconut soup was delicious!!!
Everything was absolutely excellent 👌🏽 best meal I've had in a long long time. Don't sleep on the Tom Yum(Shrimp lemongrass soup) OR the Kabocha Squash Custard With Coconut Sticky Rice 😋 BYOB.
I ordered via delivery, so can only comment on the food. I ordered Pad Thai w chicken, mild spice, and the chicken spring rolls. FIRST of all, these are the best spring rolls I've had in years. I used to go to H Mart and get my own ingredients to make them because it was sooo hard to find good spring rolls w peanut sauce. BOTH of those are amazing here!!
Secondly, as a precursor: I am white af w rosacea, and cannot handle too much spice. The mild spice of the chicken pad thai was almost too much while it was freshly hot. After it cooled down, it was far tastier for me personally. It was absolutely delicious. The tamarind sauce was to die for. Chicken in it was just okay, not incredible.
Overall, give everything a 9/10 and would 10/10 visit again!!
Not good, slow, and got orders wrong. Won't ever come back.
Absolutely phenomenal, the Khao Soi is such an incredible dish that I could eat every single day. Everything I've gotten I am amazed by.
Coworker recommended this place and it was totally worth it! We got chicken spring rolls, chicken dumplings, Lao papaya salad, and the grilled skirt steak. Great customer service and great food! I came from out of state and craving some good food. Hit every spot for me. I bought their chili oil to go. 3 months later, I ran out. And cannot live without it and it's the only chili oil that i will eat. They shipped it for me. So thankful for the great service. 10/10 all day everyday.
I’ve been here a few times. I love their pork belly lunch special. Very friendly service. I recommend this place. And the rice comes in fun shapes with your food. Looking forward to trying everything here. Thank you!
So so so yummy! Super fresh, flavorful!! I love the mango sticky rice & the chicken fried rice. That’s my go to!!!
So great; I am never disappointed!
I tried out the Khao Soi Beef. It was flavorful and had great texture.
Great food, great service and they have vegan options.
I love this place so much. 💖💖💖
We order here at least once every week if we can. I love the chicken fried rice (it’s by far the best I’ve ever had), drunken noodles, both level 2, chicken pho and Thai tea. They also have very yummy sticky rice. We also get their chili oil from their little store for the house. 😍😍😍 Highly recommend to anyone. They always remember you if you’re a regular which makes me want to keep coming back. 🙏🏻
Amazing spot for fresh, flavorful food!
The staff are amazing, and said anything on the menu can be made vegetarian and vegan, which was a wonderful option!

Authentic lao food, their khao piek is amazing.
Food is excellent, though rather sweet for our tastes. I wish we had such good Thai food near Austin.

🍒 WHAT THEY’RE KNOWN FOR: @abhoan recommended this to me 🥰
🍒 THE VIBE: very spacious inside surprisingly! The area is a bit sketchy with a lot of unhoused people walking around but you can’t really control that lol. I saw a lot of people ordering to go than dine in actually.
🍒 PRICE: ~$45
🍒 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes.

Overall Rating: 9/10
- Another great Thai food place that also has Laos cuisine! I love Thai food but have been trying to understand the flavor profiles of Laos food to expand my palate and this place was amazing!
- @abhoan suggested an order with their original chicken wings but I didn’t get to get it bc my mom eats relatively healthy but next time I’m going with friends to try her order: original chicken wings, Basil fried rice, pad see ew/flat noodles, and yellow curry!
- However, the chicken larb we got was excellent! It’s just ground chicken with lots of spices and you can eat it as a lettuce wrap too.
- Since my mom doesn’t eat spicy we got mostly everything level 1 but they have their own house made chili oil I had on the side and OMG I am obsessed! You can actually purchase a jar of it too but it is actual perfection. It’s SO spicy but I love how small the peppers are! It made the meal 1000% better.
- Highly recommend everything in my order except the Tom yum soup omg it was so sweet and gross lol.
A Culinary Gem: Boun Bistro
From the moment I stepped into Boun Bistro, the aroma of authentic Thai spices enveloped me, promising a meal that would be both comforting and exotic. The Chicken Stir Fry was a masterpiece of flavors, with each succulent piece of chicken perfectly seasoned and sautéed with crisp vegetables that still retained a delightful crunch. It was like a symphony where every ingredient played its part in harmony.
The Iced Green Tea was the ideal accompaniment to the meal – refreshing and subtly sweet, it was a soothing balm to the spice and a palate cleanser that prepared me for each new bite. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an experience that transported me straight to the heart of Thailand.
Boun Bistro isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a place where every dish tells a story, every flavor is a memory, and every visit feels like coming home. If you’re seeking not just a meal, but a moment to cherish, Boun Bistro is where you need to be.
Food is fantastic, wife and I always get pad see ew and basil fried rice. 10/10.. highly recommend!
While in NRH, I googled a vegan restaurant near me and this was one that popped up. I decided to give it a try. I’m guessing it was possibly the owner who took my order but he was very nice and answered all of my questions. I settled on the Coconut Soup with Rice. OMG!!! The flavor is AMAZING!!!! The portion size is great!! I will most def be going back. A+
Food is always great
Came across this place while DoorDashing - long story short - me and my family love this place. The owners are friendly and professional - don’t give them a hard time. If you’re picky, just stay home. The food is 👍🏾👍🏾🔥🔥🔥
Always a good experience. Have eaten here for years.
I recently ate at Boun Thai Bistro and it was really nice. The place felt cozy and welcoming as soon as I walked in. The food was super tasty. I tried the beef pad and it had just the right mix of flavors - sweet, tangy, and a little bit savory, all at once and the mango sticky rice for dessert was delicious.
What made the meal even better was the staff. They were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us some great suggestions from the menu.
Overall, Boun Thai Bistro is a great spot. The food is delicious, the vibe is chill, and the people are lovely. I’d definitely go back.
Very flavorful food. Great service.
Love the food here.. is this place closed on Saturdays tho?? Seems like that would be the busiest day?
Super slow. I have been here since noon and it's now 12:30. Still no lunch. They have 1 girl here. I ate here previously and I thought the food was good but still. I basically have to hurry thru my food or get it to go!!
It took her over 10 minutes just to get my order NEW UPDATE BELOW***
UPDATE: Finally came back and was pleased - had the beef basil fried rice lunch special -only $9 - very tasty -good service now and the bathroom had a small table to put your purse on so you don't have to set it on the floor or in the sink! Bravo! Level 3 spice is pretty spicy LOL
Best crab fried rice I've ever had. I've tried many restaurants crab fried rice but their's is the best. Fyi, try it with fish sauce and thai chili's if you like a salty and spicy bite.
Great place for affordable lunch specials with a flavorful variety and good opportunity to try Lao/Thai food.
I like that they include a small savory soup and rice side for toddlers for no extra charge; though you may need to ask for it.
The restaurant is always clean and doesn't feel stuffy (compared to similar establishments). The staff is always so friendly and attentive.
Always have been pleased. I'm spicy sensitive so I like that they have an order option for your heat tolerance.
Service was excellent very attentive waitress. We tried different dishes and drinks and although nothing was wrong with our orders we weren’t crazy about the food. Maybe we’re just spoiled from our hole in the wall place back home.
Grabbed lunch here today and was not expecting it to be as delicious as it was.
We ordered off the lunch menu and the portions are perfect. I recommend the spicy chicken due to how tasty the sauce is.
First time trying this place and my bf and I loved the food! Definitely will be going back.
3.3 stars. Good food. Fair portions. Friendly employees. Lunch special appetizer spring roll was tiny. Pad Kee Mao was quite good.
I have been coming here for 7 or 8 years the food is amazing!
Food was awesome with amazing flavor. Loved the curry chicken and lemongrass shrimp soup. Sticky rice for dessert topped it off.
Went to eat here for dinner with friends from church (our recommendation) and as always the food was amazing.
We ordered the Bam Bam wings (not pictured), which he says is done like Korean style (still crispy even when heavily sauced) and if you like spicy you can get these super hot. Our kids ate their pineapple fried rice. We also ordered two of their new menu items. We ordered the cripsy pork belly (nothing special, but just well executed) which were nicely fried and crispy, and Kow Piak Sen Crispy Pork (both pictured). We normally get their fried tilapia with garlic basil sauce but they were out (my middle daughter’s favorite). We also ordered their kombucha squash custard with coconut sticky rice (pictured) and the mung bean puffs for dessert. We normally get the mango sticky rice (but mangoes aren’t in season), and honestly this might be even better.
Never disappoints food is always hot delicious and so flavorful. Real cooking and you can feel the love they pour into making it.
We ate a few times during a family trip in June 2023. The food was great and customer service was excellent. I forgot to take pics of the food.
The food was delicious!!! I got the Thom kha Gai and you can get different spice levels. KK is an amazing host!
Great soup!
I always order via door dash or I drive from Keller to get this amazing Thai food! There are dozens near me, but this place is seriously the BEST. I have had a ton of different restaurants Pho and this place has the best I have ever had nation wide. The spring rolls will make you an addict! The peanut sauce is liquid gold, the basil fried rice is so unbelievably flavorful, it’s out of this world! The people are amazing when I do drive there myself to pick it up always so friendly! I’m gonna go broke getting DoorDash though, but I cannot help it. It is so good that I literally crave it and it’s my Friday treat. I just order a bunch of things to get me through the weekend because it’s literally that good, I promise you will not be disappointed and it’s amazing for vegans and carnivores alike!
We as everyone that has taste the food and have ordered party Trays from Boun Bistro couple times and food are always taste Amazing!! And Portions
The best place to dine!!!
Outstanding food! My wife was a little reluctant to try a "strip mall" restaurant...whatever. The place honestly looked closed from the outside with the exception of the large 'OPEN' sign above the door. There were several empty tables inside with only one table occupied when we arrived. Several other patrons arrived after we were seated. The service was good, very friendly, and the food was amazing. Very fresh, very good and my wife and son both loved it. We had Pad Thai, Red Curry Pork and Drunken Noodles as well as spring rolls to share. We'll definitely be back.
The best drunken noodles I've had anywhere.
I enjoy all the staff at Boun Bistro. We either order the Yellow Curry Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai or Chicken Coconut Soup. All are delicious but we haven't ventured out to other items as we enjoy these so much. Additionally the Vegetable Egg Rolls and Beef Jerky are items we always add to our order.
I had the sukiyaki soup - It was so flavorful and delicious. Super fresh vegetables and the combination beef and seafood inside was perfect. Definitely recommend this place. The staff are kind as well which is inviting, and the place is clean.
This is my new favorite restaurant!!! Sooo good.
The Red curry with Chicken was the best curry I’ve had in my life! And I’ve had a lot of curries!!!
My favorite Thai place around, and ever for that matter
The staff was super friendly as soon as we walked in the recommended some lunch specials. The food came out faster than I thought it would. I ordered the vegetable medley with tofu, spice level 5 and it was no joke. Very delicious! Solid place for vegan options. Def coming back
I come here all the time and it has never not been amazing. Usually I’ll order drunken noodles or yellow curry to-go, but nothing beats eating inside the restaurant. Their milk tea is wonderful.
Staff is incredibly sweet, friendly, and they always make me feel so welcomed. Boun Bistro sets the bar so high that you won’t want Thai food from anywhere else!
First time, friendly, great service. Helpful with menu. Food was better than several other Thai places. It was my birthday and the waitress gave me a gift from their array of Thai items in store. Awesome place and will definitely be back.
We went on a dinner date. Nice atmosphere, nice people. Shrimp spring rolls were delightful. I got yellow curry level 3 heat and it was so yum. My husband got green curry and he loved his food too. We also got sticky rice pumpkin custard as a starter and it was sooo delicious. Mix of hot and cool. The pumpkin custard melts in your mouth. Would absolutely get again. Worth coming back for.
I wish I had found this place sooner. You can tell a lot about a place by interaction with customers. There are clearly a lot of regulars who pick up to-go orders and some who come in to eat. Either way just in the short time I was there you could see that the customers loved the place and the people and vice versa.
But what about the food. Well I tried the Loa Larb and the Tom Kha Soup.
First let me say the spice level is 1-5 and legit. Not sweet like some places I've seen in the past. I love spice and can usually handle decent spice but I wanted to make sure the flavor was there too.
Hands down my favorite was the Tom Kha. I wish I had gotten the Bowl instead of the cup. I have lived in Vegas for the past 20 years and have a few Thai/Lao places I frequented and this is probably in the top 3 of all of them. Perfect balance of chicken, mushroom, spice, coconut and herbs. 🧑🍳🤌😘.
I honestly can't wait to try more on the menu but this will be a definite go to.
The Lao Beef Larb was excellent. I got it at a lvl 3 spice and it was a bit hot for me at the time. But they gave me sticky rice to go with it for take home. Still very delicious.
Everyone was super nice and the atmosphere was great.
This place may be tucked away just off the 820 in Haltom City but it's well worth finding.
Great food with superb friendly service. I've worked my way through about half the menu and haven't been disappointed yet.
The food is authentic and delicious the staff is nice and friendly.
One of the absolute best Thai/Vietnamese restaurants in the metroplex. The flavor, portion, preparation, condiments etc. are phenomenal, not to mention great staff. Give them a try on any dish, you won’t regret it.
The food here was delicious & the staff was very friendly! Our food came out super fast too, which was great for a lunch.
Best Pho
For the size of store front found this place to be surprisingly pleasant. The atmosphere was obviously Asian. Staff was very friendly & helpful explaining dishes. Food was very enjoyable. A variety of drinks (non-alcoholic) is also available. Would recommend.
The whole order was incorrect except for one item. I’ve been ordering food from this restaurant for past 6 years. Always ordered directly with the owner Kay Kay. We are very disappointed with the service she provided and her attitude. We order food almost every week and it’s about $55-$60.yellow curry was already bad by the time we got to eat it , smelled like rotten milk . I asked for gluten free rice and she made it with regular after calling she said I can’t replace that since she didn’t hear me. I ordered 2nd yellow curry rice and it was regular fried rice. After complaining, all owner offered that she will Make sure that the order is correct next time. Very disappointed in this customer service and idgaf attitude of the owner. They sure did lose a good customer who always bragged about their food to others and sent many more friends too.
The food is always high quality, and my favorite is the chicken pad thai sooooooooo delicious! My wife loves curry, there massa ma curry and brown rice is the best in the state!!!
Me and some guys from work eat here EVERY Friday. Great food. Great prices. Extremely friendly staff. Can't recommend this place enough.
Boun Bistro is the best Thai restaurant in all of DFW. As someone who lived in Thailand and is very particular about Thai food, Boun Bistro is the most authentic Thai restaurant I have found. Thailand is known as "The Land of Smiles" and I am always greeted with a warm smile when I walk into Boun Bistro. I frequently order their food and am always satisfied with the quality and bright flavors of this delectable restaurant.
Very good service and good food! Definitely recommend!
Food was so good, so we're the frozen boba drinks. We ate here two days in a row it was so good and great service too.
Flies everywhere
This was my first time at the restaurant and it won't be my last. I had the Pho Chicken with a spring roll and there was so much food I needed a container to take some home. If you like Thai food then give them a try.
Best Thai food in DFW!
Great food
Great Owners
Was in town for a work conference and SO GLAD we tried this place out. The reviews weren’t lying, amazing customer service. We ordered to go and got our food super fast and the staff was incredibly polite. The food also tasted INCREDIBLE! You get a very large serving for such high quality food. The Thai tea and green tea has me doing a happy dance too! I really hope I can eat here again if I’m ever in town!
First time trying this restaurant, but not the food style. Ordered over the phone for take out. Service was good: Quick, friendly and easy to place order.
Food was not what was expected. We tried a few items and were unable to really finish any of them. They all had either dry meats or odd flavors that you don't usually get from red curry, lemongrass soup, etc. Chicken fried rice barely had chicken, very surprising.
Many people love this location so, to each their own.
It was really disappointing that the price we paid did not match the quality of the food.
Chicken fried rice is Awesome!
That crab fried rice is the best fried rice o have ever ate 😋 🔥👌🏾💯
Delicious pad thai and spring rolls.
My nee favorite place to eat at ...I have to try all the food on the menu
Excellent food and great service
We love their pad woon sen, chicken wings, and Massaman Curry. This is the only place I've been to that puts avocado in the Massaman Curry and it's delicious! I've never had anything bad, and my parents frequent here often too. Foods ready quickly, well packaged, still hot and delicious. What more can you want?
Just a Thai place in a strip mall, great food.
The food and service was amazing and the atmosphere was nice, warm, inviting and cozy. My server was friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful. I modified both my appetizer (chicken spring rolls) and my main (Massaman curry) and both cane out very quickly and perfectly timed. Both were also very flavorful and I really enjoyed the sauces that came with the spring rolls. The Massaman curry was one of the best I've ever had flavor-wise and definitely hit the spot after traveling and being completely exhausted. When I'm back in town I will definitely visit again!
It was our first time here and I am absolutely impressed with this Lao/Thai restaurant ! 😱 The service was amazing and everyone was very accommodating. The Laos food was amazing as well. We ordered many different dishes as we were very excited to try this delightful restaurant. The ambiance is very nice as well. I highly recommend if you’re looking for some delicious Lao and Thai food!
I travel to Fort Worth for business and Boun Bistro is my favorite place to eat. So good in fact, I usually have several meals from there. The green curry is sooo good. Now I’m craving it from 650 miles away.
Oh Buon Bistro, how delightful thou art! Thy coconut soup doth warm my soul, And thy pineapple fried rice a work of art.
I am enraptured by thy Asian fusion, Each dish a tasty, heavenly potion. Thy service, too, doth leave me in delight, For at Buon Bistro, all is done just right.
If thou seekest a culinary delight, Then Buon Bistro thou simply must invite Into thy presence, for it doth not disappoint, But rather fills thy belly and thy heart with joy.
So come one, come all, to Buon Bistro's hall, Where culinary delights await for all. Thou wilt not be disappointed, I do swear, For Buon Bistro is a bistro beyond compare.
전반적으로 음식을 잘하는 집입니다
The yellow curry is bomb, so is everything else on the menu
Had the fried dumplings and ginger soy sauce-reminded me a bit of molasses. The dumplings seemed a bit heavier in the dough than I am used to but were still good. The red curry chicken had a great flavor-a bit spicy just the way it is. Only complaint was several of the pieces of chicken were very fatty or skin attached-just not edible. I am used to very thin pieces (which these were) that were totally edible. I had to take the pieces out and cut off the parts I wouldn't eat. So that made it a bit disappointing. I was also not a fan of the eggplant but that's just a personal preference. The pieces were sliced very thin so this is just a reflection on me. The Butterfly pea flower lemonade was delicious. Not too sweet and beautiful color! Large portion and good value for the price . Service was quick and friendly. Would recommend and would try again. Thank you.
A friend of mine bragged about this place a few weeks ago. I decided to try it out after looking at the menu. I ordered the red curry w/shrimp, crab fried rice & the Shrimp lemongrass soup. All 10/10. My mom is not a big fan of spicy food & can’t handle it..but I can. Lol. I got the red curry spice level 1 & the lemongrass soup mild. The crab fried rice with no spice. Everything was so flavorful…can’t wait to go back and explore more options.
Still love eating at this place

My new, favorite restaurant. I paticularly love their Tom Yum soup.
Best Thai food in all of DFW
consistently authentic and delicious food! super sweet & clean family owned restaurant with great pad thai! /ᐠ ̥ ̮ ̥ ᐟ\ฅ it seems difficult to find *real* pad thai that comes in a generous portion, but they nail it every time! super delicious highlight of my week. good boba, too! enjoy \ (•◡•) /
Great food!!
This is some of the best Tai Food I have had. I ate here nearly every day when in town. Very good and authentic Tai. Really nice management/staff.
Good customer service and good food
I've eaten at a lot of Thai places, and most places I've been are a solid 5-6/10 (pretty much dead average), but this place serves unequivocally the best Thai food I've ever eaten, by far. I'm thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the portion sizes. I've been back twice since my first time, it consistently lives up to my first experience. I ordered some type of curry all 3 times, and plan to try some of the Laotian cuisine they offer during my next visit. Prices are fair, portion sizes are generous, and waitstaff is extremely friendly, so much so they they have recognized me the last 2 times I went. Absolutely cannot go wrong eating here. Despite having a pretty substantial dining area, they offer a fairly quiet atmosphere that lends itself to conversation quite well. Finding a place like this is rare, and though it's in an area you wouldn't typically expect to find restaurants of this caliber, the experience was excellent enough to merit many return visits.
