When we arrived at the truck, we were greeted by the sweetest lady. She took down our order (pad thai) and our names and how spicy we wanted it to be (1, 2, or 3). I wasn’t sure what level I should choose so I went the medium route with a 2 and I tell you what, I’m sure glad I didn’t go for a 3. The spice level on a 2 was pretty spicy, but not to the point where it was unbearable to eat but it did leave me going for the water after a couple of bites or so (I’d get the 2 again).

The actual flavor, irrelevant to the spice level was amazing, some of the best pad thai I’ve had in a minute! The noodles were done perfectly and had amazing texture! The chicken and tofu, in the pad thai, was also very tasty.

The place they are currently parked at has plenty of parking and seating for when I gets less hot out!

Overall, would recommend, great food, great location, friendly owner!

Oui (the owner/chef) is super sweet. We’ve been once and she knew us by name. That says a lot about a business owner. Her food is probably some of the best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand. Portion size is huge, enough for two meals and very affordable. If you’re craving Thai food in south Austin, look no further!

Egg rolls were bomb. Thai lemonade was good. Pad Thai with chicken was okay to me. They do give you a lot but the flavor was lacking for me. Chicken was way overcooked, and the spice was too much. Service is fast and friendly

Ordered Phad See- Ew and got some dry noodles without the sweet soy sauce. Really Tasted like Ewwww

Crispy pork 🔥 rangoons 🔥 phad kaprow 🔥 - the most authentic Thai food I’ve found in Austin, tastes just like being in Thailand. Owner is super nice and friendly, seating area is chill. I want it for every meal!

I'm glad I got Oui's Thai. The yellow curry with chicken was so good. I have always seen it passing by and finally decided to stop. The customer service was wonderful. The owner was so nice. I will be going back.

Really enjoyed my meal! The food came out super fast, which I always appreciate, but it was super hot and clearly fresh. Especially loved the egg rolls and thought the spiciness level of my noodles was just right (I got level 2 out 3 and it was just spicy enough). The food truck park here is also really nice, great vibes

Excellent Thai food. The only negative reviews I read were from people that DID NOT eat the food! Panang curry is my favorite and Chef Oui prepares it wonderfully. Her special Thai Beef soup was phenomenal. Crispy pork, Pad Thai, her cooking is authentic and we are so happy to have a LEGIT Thai food truck so close to us.

The Tom Yum soup is outstanding.

We've gone here a couple of times already - everything is always good. Favorites are the shrimp pad Thai and fried fish! The sauce that comes with the fried fish is super good! Note though she only takes cash/Venmo at the moment.

Edit: pad Thai spice level 2 is spicy. It burns but still so good. Coconut smoothie is perfection!

This is the best Thai food I’ve had anywhere outside of Thailand! I have been to Thailand 3-4 times a year for the last 20 years and this place blew me away! So tasty and not drenched in oil. Just good seasoned food and friendly staff. Pricing is amazing for the portion size you get.

Definitely recommend!

My mouth is still having a food orgasm hours later! No joke, the best Thai food I’ve had outside of Bangkok! So freaking good! The green Curry Chicken was mind blowing. Service was great and price is amazing for the portion sizes! Definitely recommend! PS: they may have moved locations. I went to it at the Old San Antonio Rd location.

First place I found that was authentic, had a hard time finding a legitimate place around our area. Most we’re dry, lacking flavor and authenticity. She killed it, flavorful, not dry and service was sweet. Definitely going to be our go to place.

Owner was super nice and made for good conversation. I got the pad thai fried rice with chicken and for 8 bucks you get so much! She also made it extra spicy and gave extra cucumber slices. Overall, an excellent find and a food truck worth revisiting.

Delicious 😋 I absolutely recommend for those who like traditional Thai comfort foods. Dishes are served in traditional spice levels and mild for those who have sensitive stomachs, but still tastes amazing 👏
