Casual, compact eatery whipping up classic Thai dishes, including vegetarian options, plus pho.
First time. The food was delish! Its a smaller place but do have two 4 tops outside. The service was good based on them being packed. We started with fresh salad rolls with veggies and Papaya salad. The rolls was 3 of them and cut in half. The peanut sauce was the perfect consistency, not liquidy or too thick. The serving side of papaya salad was a little smaller then I thought but was ok with us since we got two appetizers. For main course we got pad see ew with chicken and chicken mmassaman curry. Everything we had so good flavor. If you want spicy to any food, I would let them know as they didn't ask what level we wanted. So everything we ordered didn’t have any spice but that's ok with us tonight. I would recommend coming.
The door serve wine and deer.
Mixed views - While the Thai Green Curry was quite possibly one of the best in Dallas in terms of temperature, flavor, spicy heat, and freshness; however, 2x finding eggshells or chipped ceramic in my entree was very alarming, particularly since I'd already consumed half, then discovered the other piece later!
The Salad Rolls (Vietnamese Spring Rolls) were okay, on the thin side w/o meat option, there were 3 and the peanut sauce paired well with the rolls. They weren't actually as visually appealing as other pics shown.
The service was polite and attentive even with a full restaurant, and the order was correct, so on that basis I tipped in full.
The atmosphere was decorated with prints and glass art. However, there is no vestibule and everytime the door opens it sent a wave of winter chill through the dining room. Seating is limited and there was a wait, yet one 4 top was being used as an unsightly work station, occupied by carry out orders, menus, dinnerware and napkins. I'm also not sure how they can properly monitor and regulate the open bar cart full of alcohol on the way to the restrooms, besides the honor system.
I wanted to love this place, but they seem to be trying to accomplish too much in this small space (I can only imagine the kitchen) and could use a light remodel.
I came across this restaurant because I was craving curry and Tom Kah. This is my first time trying this restaurant. It's a small, well maintained, and nicely decorated space located in a busy area off Preston & Royal in Dallas. They stay consistently busy during lunch, so I hope you can find parking and a table when you decide to come by. The service, food, and vibe was impeccable. Our server Best was very welcoming and attentive and our orders came out of the kitchen quickly. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were more than enough. I will definitely be back to enjoy more menu items. 👍👍🤤
Small very busy Thai restaurant with ample parking. We went on a Saturday night. While we were immediately seated, there was not an empty table for the rest of the time we were there. There seemed to be an endless stream of people picking up to go orders mixed with in house customers which somehow always came at the perfect time to be immediately seated. The staff were very nice, attentive, and knew how to make our dining experience exceptional. The appetizer Haven Beef was very good but lacked that something special from being exceptional. We ordered Panang Curry, (Super hot spice level) and Spicy Basil,(3 spice level). The spice levels we true to normal expected levels. The portions were ample. The Basil leaf garnish on both plates was past prime time for use. As shown in the pictures they had very dry tips. Both dishes had very very good flavor and high quality ingredients. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained, although in an unfortunate location in a serving area. So is this the best Thai restaurant in Dallas? No. But is it worth dining at, oh yes! Definitely recommend.
Solid neighborhood Thai destination with a wide variety of options, including Pho. This little shopping center spot turns out surprisingly good renditions of Thai and Vietnamese classics. As to be expected with places like this, the decor and service leave a little to be desired, but the food is quite good. It’s a great choice for a quick weekday lunch or to-go dinner.
It was good food and decent prices, but I do think the current 4.4 stars is a little high of a rating. Definitely a safe option for Thai dishes. We tried the chicken spring rolls, chicken satay, pho, ramen, and pad kee mao. All of it was good, but nothing special. Our server was very friendly.
I was craving pho So I ordered through Uber eats. I saw the reviews and thought why not. I am very disappointed. My noodles were hot wrapped inside of aluminum foil (Usually it’s cold) The chicken was super rubbery. Usually the chicken and the noodles annd veggies are supposed to be cold, and the broth is the only thing that’s hot. I don’t know if it if it’s their system, but I am not satisfied at all. Tried to break apart the noodles it but it looks like rice. I tried to call to let them know, but no one’s picking up. This is a waste of money. The broth was decent, but how do you go wrong on noodles? And the crab ragoon is not that good. Overcooked mess
The Orange chicken and soup they bring u while you wait was amazing. Best orange chicken I’ve had anywhere so far in dfw.
The waiters were quick and nice as well. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Hefty prices for the portion/skimpy on the protein
Cómo es posible que alos Uber que buscan ordenes siento principalmente cliente xq están retirando una orden los dejen aguantando frío afuera del restaurante hasta que esté la orden

Just amazing. All around.
The glass is pure fused silica
I actually ordered through Uber Eats to my hotel. I had no expectations, and was surprised by the authenticity of the flavors! It was delicious, and the price does not get any better.
Delicious!
This is recommended to EVERY person I meet (I’ve even told the sample ladies at Costco!) and is a go-to for every business lunch. My boyfriend took me here on our first date, and I fell in love twice over. This small, family-owned business truly couldn't make me happier.
If you're not sure what to order (from someone who is a medium spice preference):
- Crispy Lemon Leaf Chicken: sooo crunchy and delicious with little fried basil, and 100% success rate with all of my friends/family and newcomers!
- Kao Soi: great curry with chicken
- Pad Thai: oldie but a goodie
- Pad Kee Mao: reliable, teeny bit spicy I think

The pineapple curry is amazing.
My shrimp Pad Thai was delicious and my Lao girlfriend said her Pho was 9 out of 10. She loved it but added too much chili for me!
While it wasn’t our first choice (Japanese restaurant next door was closed for lunch) we were glad we were able to try this establishment.
The inside was clean, quaint and the decor was pleasant. It wasn’t busy when we arrived and the servers were very attentive and prompt with a touch of charisma.
As for the food, we had our go to Pad See Ew and it was easily one of the best we’ve had in the area. Our curry with potatoes and peanuts was delicious and teeming with flavor. The food is simple Thai without too much flair and it’s consistently well done.
If we lived closer we’d make this a regular spot but now it can be one of our go to’s when we make the drive to Dallas.
Very delicious pho and nice ambience
Food is amazing!! Highly recommend! We had so much food and everything we ordered was the best! Best Thai in Dallas!
They pay no attention whatsoever to the customer’s requested spice level and they are really heavy handed with the chili paste even at a level 1. The food is also really inconsistent. Sometimes it’s absolutely amazing and other times it’s mediocre at best. I guess it depends on whoever is in the kitchen on any given night. Service is pleasant but last time we ate at the Plano location, they really seemed to be struggling to keep up with their dining room. The ‘to-go’ orders were like 4 deep on the countertop but our dinner of 4 people took 3 hours and not because we were lingering. This isn’t a ‘3 hour dinner’ kind of place.

Really enjoyed with place when I was in Dallas last fall. The red curry was excellent and paired perfectly with a thick sweet Thai iced tea. Would definitely bush again!

Nice neighborhood place with fresh healthy food. Tom Yum soup is great.
I can’t believe anything less than 4-5 stars for Saucy’s! The food is consistently great. (They ask for preferred spice level 1-5, but go low! It’s very spicy even at a 2.) The staff is attentive and friendly. The service is pretty fast. Someone send small portions: I beg to differ!!! My Saucy’s meals last me for 3 dinners-happily! We have been 4-5 times and with friends and everyone has been very happy (ecstatic even!) with their meals.

Had to give a shout out to an old favorite of ours. After a tornado devastated the neighborhood a few years back Saucys was an unfortunate casualty. We decided to come back after hearing they had long since reopened and we were so happy we did. The food was amazing just like I remembered it. I got the spicy flat noodles which were very flavorful. My partner got the Tom Kha soup and peanut curry which were also very tasty. We recognized our waitress when we first walked in and were surprised she recognized us as well! She was very sweet and gave us excellent service. Will definitely be back!
Came on a lazy Saturday, food and spiciness levels did not disappoint. Super flavorful Kao Soi and delicious pad se ew.
It’s hard to find a good Thai place but this place is my favorite now. Took 2 of my best friends here and they loved it. They gave it a 8.5 out of 10 is something they never do.
This is a neighborhood favorite with good food and great service. We came in late (9:00) but they were still very accommodating. The food came out fast, hot and delicious. I had Pad Kee Mao with tofu and my wife had Pad Thai. We will return.
Very small portions. The fresh spring rolls are incredibly thin for $7. I ordered Pho and they gave me chicken pad Thai or something. I was half was to my home when I realized it. It was very greasy and I even told the server I am trying to cut out extra fat in my diet. I paid $30 for an appetizer and small serving of whatever this is.
I probably won’t be returning due to the lack of care.
My Friends and I went to this Restaurant. My Friends are regular customers. I ordered a small cup of Wanton Soup, the best Wanton Soup I have ever tasted. Their Wantons were remarkably delicious, especially working in Asian Restaurants before I would know. I was craving for that delicious Wanton Soup, so I came back with my Daughter. I was even bragging that their Wanton Soup. This time, I ordered a bowl of Wanton Soup. To my dismay, we were served a different Wanton. It was half the size of what I had before and they used a different wrapper. The taste was not as good as what I had when I ordered first time. I wonder why? There are something that you don’t do in a Restaurant that you never change the quality of the Food. That’s what makes people come back. My Boss eats there, I guess because he and his Family are regular customers and the quality of their Food serve to them don’t change because they always come back. I have no complaint about the service, it was excellent. I just do hope, you’ll do the same to everyone, give them the best quality of your Food.
The food is delicious and the staff were friendly.
Very very expensive for the quality of the food. Not would come back again
The food was delicious and authentic. I highly recommend the Khao Soi. First time I had this dish was in Chang Mai Thailand. To my surprise Saucy’s provided the same delicious dish. We also ordered the pho and tom kha. Everything was amazing. Definitely coming back.
This is not the place if you are looking for authentic Thai food and they only offer two phos on the menu.
Everything is super sweet (we ordered flat rice noodle, curry, fried rice and tom yum)…taste like they all shared the same recipe and just in different forms. I’d fairly say it’s ok for Thai fusion but definitely not for authentic Thai. Their Tom yum is the worst I had so far in local =(
Last note: they charge 20% tips for group of 5 or more.
I’ve went to this spot twice and both times it has been great. I’m pretty basic as far as Thai food ( Basil fried rice) but I felt that the food actually tasted better the next day. The people are hospitable, lots of vegetarian options, and service is quick. The Resturant is clean as well.
Not traditional pho
Dropped in for lunch today. Absolutely incredible in every way. If im in the area, ill be back.
Excellent Thai, #2 level of spice is HOT!
Exceptional
I came across this restaurant because I was craving curry and Tom Kah. This is my first time trying this restaurant. It could be nicer inside, very small. You can hear everyone's conversation, so if you go there for privacy, or a quiet meal - don't . The food is adequate, the coffee is instant and charged by the cup (they don't tell you that in advance). The desert was abysmal.
So very delicious!!! Go with the red curry and pad thai, match made in heaven! Definitely coming back!
Very good food
This place is definitely one of my favorite restaurants! The service is great and parking is always good!! I love their Papaya Salad ,with stick rice for entree, the salad rolls for appetizer and the Mango sweet rice for dessert..
Excelente comida,y servicio
Delicious! Great service!
Tastiest food and wonderful service
The fried rice was so good. The servers are so sweet and I love this place.
Small and quaint Thai/Vietnamese joint and it did not disappoint. Nice atmosphere with lovely attentive staff. Had Kao Soi noodles with chicken and DANG…so tasty. Prob my top 5 in Dallas for that dish. Side of flavorful crispy chicken spring rolls and you can tell they were hand made (not from frozen). Will definitely be coming back when my route home takes me by here. Ugh, even took home the yellow curry sauce to make a second dish tomorrow. 👏🏻🙌🏻
Very good Thai food. I loved it. We had the pad Thai and it was very good. The place was very pleasant and the staff were very nice
FYI. They only have one high chair for the dining room. Food was good though.
Beautiful storefront. Pleasant staff. A range of options and prices with customization. Flavorful and filling.
Just fyi they dont have the traditional egg rolls with fish sauce like at most other pho places. They only have sweet and sour sauce just in case you needed to know. Their peanut sauce is a bit different too. And thats Mike’s super short show.
The food here is so delicious
The best Thai takeaway I’ve found in Dallas and I have tried at least 5 other places. Best Pad Kee Mao (Drunken noodles) flavor, sauce & combo… like you’d actually find in Thailand. And the Mango Sticky Rice… best I’ve had outside of Thailand. Oh my!
Everyone had different meals and all were perfect. We also had dumplings and spring rolls which was good too. Spring rolls weren’t my favorite but not worth loosing a star over. The service was also so great and attentive. We never ran out of water. Definitely will go back.
Great thai food
Service is awesome! No expensive, lovely atmosphere
Great place
This place is amazing, by far the best Thai food around here.
There are much better Thai restaurants in the area.
The food is spectacular! The staff was very friendly and attentive to our every need. We had the fried calamari that was scrumptious. Then we had a curry dish w/shrimp & a beef dish w/large noodles that was delicious. There was plenty of fresh vegetables in both dishes. I would recomemmend this resturant to anyone.
Great food! Everything was fresh!
Awesome curries, best pho I've found in Dallas, and great service. The orange chicken is a must try! I know, orange chicken sounds boring and lame, but that's because you haven't had it here. I eat here at least once a week when the weather is cool.
To go order on 07/07/19. Found a piece of styrofoam in spring roll. Broccoli tastes old/rancid.
Great Thai food and very polite and courteous service.
Loved the atmosphere and food.
Awesome fried calamari dish
I'm not a fan of most Thai food, but I LOVE pad see ew...and this place makes a damn fine pad see ew!!!
The ingredient for cooking are safe cost
they are don't put special kind of herb or spicy that's should have in thai food
In my opinion here is not original thai food
mess up !!a lot of menu,
too much fusion and change ingredient from original thai style..
mostly the taste of food are sweet and really not fresh veggies ,meat is too big chop
Don't order kind of soup or curry here.
Ortherwise if you like american sweet style
here is not bad to come try onece
but is not for who is looking thai authentic home made food
Great food. Really great
Excellent Tom Kha with shrimp & noodles! Glad I made the drive to check them out- I’ll definitely come back! Great food, excellent service, EXPENSIVE. Soup $9.95 +noodles $2 + shrimp $3 plus tea= $18.29 (2:30pm Sunday)
Best place for Thai food I have tried. The curry dishes are so good. My favorite is the Panang curry. Spring rolls are real good too.
Authentic, service oriented, fresh & hot.....
Delicious!!! Friendly staff who cared about your experience with them and made sure we were well served. The food was unique and had us wanting more.
Very good food! AUTHENTIC FOOD
Quick stop in on a rainy day. This is a very nice, quaint, well decorated atmosphere with very nice staff. They are well attentive even when busy and I was here during peak lunch. If you are looking for an intimate setting, it would be great to take a date or even a quick business lunch. I had the seafood pho and it came with all the fresh mint, jalapenos, sprouts, onions and the usual items. There was a generous amount of shrimp, quid and came with a huge mussel in a half shell. The shrim salad rolls aka spring rolls were fresh and came in a 6 rather than the usual 4 that I'm used to. I ordered 2 more phos to go and the take out came quick. All in all, it's great spot, I will return and highly recommend this place.
I love the food and the staff is always polite and professional. Their green mango salad is spectacular.
Food was great, but we walked in with a Dining Advantage coupon with the dallas location address and the waiter would not honor the coupon. He said it is only for their Plano location, but the coupon clearly said the dallas address. He also claimed there was a sign outside the restaurant saying they don’t honor the coupon, but when we walked outside there was no sign anywhere. Poor customer service.
Excellent food, excellent service!
The food here is always fresh and good tasting. I think this place has my favorite crispy spring rolls and the orange chicken is served with variety of vegetables instead of the usual just broccoli.
Great food and service. We had a fairly large group and they handled our different needs well!
Food is very greasy and lacking flavor. Service was prompt around 11:15 am. Friendly host and hostess. Clean atmosphere. However, the food quality left me no choice but to rate this 2 stars.
Keep it simple with great food and attentive service. You can't go wrong here. Been coming here for years.
Delicious food wonderful staff!
Good af
Great service and very friendly staff. It's a neighborhood hot spot with a lot of regulars.. ALSO a great place for takeout.
Best Pad Wew Sen in dallas.
Thai fried rice is also excellent
Pad Thai is average.
The food is mehhh
It was a good value for the money but it's not somewhere I would try again.
Good food, decent atmosphere, friendly staff. You don't go there for the ambience, you go there for the fresh food, at a good price. The lunch menu is outstanding. The food is so good.
I had the Lemongrass Chicken Lunch special (with side salad). The server asked my heat preference and my meal was quickly delivered.
The vegetables and chicken were cooked perfectly and served along side a formed mound of rice. The presentation was beautiful and the the meal was delicious.
Always wonderful!
The food was good ..... I ordered soup they charge me $8.99 for the broth !? and $2.00 for the meat ... I don't think I will be back
Pho is good like a spicing and I have a huge headache and the light is not a good thing to do some 3d and print out the most important thing to me once i did not have a ver si hago mejor el cambio de
Great neighborhood Thai restaurant. Attentive staff and clean environment. Try a bowl of Tom Kai soup with snow pea pods with a friend.
Ohhhhmygoodness this place is good. Good customer service as well
It's not bad but food is too salty!
Love the food here! Some of my favorite Thai food and service is always great!
The experience was amazing. I ordered the massaman curry and it was spectacular. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Great, homey atmosphere; the Pho was fantastic; extremely attentive service. Highly recommend.
Best Pho in a 10 mile radius of the Galleria. Great food and
Just tasty tasty Thai food.
Great food!! Spicy Noodle (L8 in the lunch menu) is my fav.
The waitress was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated with such unprofessional behavior in a restaurant and I will not be dining there ever again!
I try the pho soup and it was really good! A bit pricey but worth it.
Fast lunch service. Great Tom Yum and wonderful Pad Keep Mow! Huge portion and great value also.

Yesterday on Nov 1 2017 was the first time I ever step foot into this place. But I never will again. See I was on the clock for a delivery service I can't say which picking up a order for 1 ofr their customers who enjoys their food but know that lunch time is super busy and wait time can be well over an hour and decided to order to go and use our services. When I was greeted by a very rude waitress. Who seemed very pissed off. I don't think they like the company I work for but the anger and frustration was taken out on me. She immediately snapped at me asking who my order was for then telling me to " sit down here and wait". And she left when she came back out I raised my hand to get her attention to which she yelled for me to "wait". When she came over in a most hostile way she asked what I wanted I said I'm here for the order and.... I was cut off by her saying yes I know I already told you to wait. I said yes but I'm Im trying to ask if I can use your restroom. She rolled her eyes and told me no I can go outside. Short time later she says the food is done tosses it on the seat next to me snatches the card out of my hand and when she returns thrust it back into my hands with the receipt and with same horrible attitude says you can leave and storms off even another customer looked on in shock at her behavior. Little did she know I was actually planning on having my own lunch there and paying with my own money I would have been happy to leave a tip. (My company does not allow us to leave tips with their company cards win paying for orders) I believe this is what has them so upset. But I ended up putting their menu back After such treatment. I work for the company I don't own it I don't make the rules I'm just an employee and it is very savage and wrong for you to treat us that way as we could be paying customers and would tip even bring our family's as we understand what it means to live off of tips because so do we. And I so happen to like to give. 20% of my Order or more and that's not a joke. I never go out to eat without leaving nice tips. But thanks to your treatment i will never be back. Remember we are just employees just like you are. We don't make the rules just like you don't.
Clean restaurant. Good curry.
Everything we tried was amazing! And the lunch specials are a great bang for your buck. Pad Thai, green curry, panang curry, crispy spring rolls, and crispy shrimp appetizer were all delish.
The spicy noodles has an awesome flavor and you can't stop eating until its too late.
Great neighborhood restaurant in Preston Hollow. Diverse menu with Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese favorites. Courteous and attentive severs.
Very friendly and great food.
Very good, delicious, well prepared food
The food and service was great!
Great atmosphere. Fresh food.
Red curry with duck is awesome. Sorry I didn't take any photos. Service was nice and atmosphere is cozy.
An excellent local restaurant! I have dined at Saucy's on many occasions, and both the food and service are always incredible. You can really tell that each dish is finely crafted, and the staff is dedicated to friendly, personal service. The teriyaki chicken is especially great!
Delightful! Perfect spice @ 3/5 and great service.
Excellent place and food.
Awesome food. Fantastic flavors and generous portions. The wait staff was knowledgeable and very nice. Everything that came to the table was well made and very fresh. The Tom Ka and salad rolls were divine and the curry was spot on. Do not miss this place.
Love this place!!! Great food and good service at reasonable prices. Tried many selections and have been pleased with all of them! Have date night here with my better half and occasionally alone for a quick bite. Good for small groups 4-8 people tops. Not a great place for kids as it is cozy and quite small. The only thing I find annoying is the curtains covering the bottom quarter of the front window. If sitting inside, you can't see outside and if sitting outside you can't see in. This applies to your server as well. If you are outside, you are basically blocked out of sight, they can't see you or your table. I feel that service could be improved if your server is able to see you from within as well as you being able to see them from the outside.
Great atmosphere and attentive servers!
Great spot for lunch. Meals are decently priced and large enough to take home, if you can stop yourself from eating it all.
Great food and staff. Parking is not so great.
Don't get the pho there. It's not what they specialize.
