Food was good for being in a mall. But we were coming when it was closing so we seemed to be behind some regulars. We did all you can eat which is create your own plate. I have never been so I just did portions and a taste of everything. For self serve good but I should have done an entree. I love Pat Thai and o should have done that.

Pad Thai was surprisingly excellent knowing the fact that’s it’s at a mall food court . The drinks were way too sweet. Only drank a sip . The girls working didn’t seem too care much about customer service either

Came with my brother to this restaurant at co-op city only to see the staff acting like fools caring on very loud and being on the cellphone while in the front very unprofessional they don’t give you proper services forgetting to give napkins having to constantly ask for something you should be getting when you are ordering food won’t be coming back to this spot anymore.

When paying for my food, the lady at the register told me my card declined, so I used my other card.
Come to find out, both cards got charged.
Food is okay, not great.

I came to this place to eat something after shopping at the mall. The service was ok. All together I bought a $15.15 lunch. But the cashier they only gave me ¢15 back when I gave her a $20. I did not notice till I got home. That is why the service here is terrible but the food is good.

Their serving was really good, Their grilled chicken was really good,. One of the server there was very rude when she speaks, she should learn how to be patient with the customers and give instructions prior to starting the meal and not scold them when it’s our first time., almost ruined our meal.

This time I tried the food here and it was absolutely delicious! I found my new favorite treat! Very satisfied!

There was food scattered on the counter, and when I asked when was someone coming to clean it up, the girl behind the counter was very cavalier about it. "Someone will come". No one came during the time I was there, so I left without purchasing. I was told by another retailer that its ALWAYS messy at Thai Max. Nasty! Will never by their food.

They advertise all you can eat ( not that I was looking for all you can eat.) But what they are actually offering is all you can fit into their container for a flat rate. If you overstuff there is a 2 dollar charge. The food is super soft or super hard. Not a lot of flavor but a lot of sugar. Don't bother eating here as there is nothing Thai about it.

Went there today they have “All you can eat buffet” listed big at their store and it’s not a buffet at all. Why would you have buffet all you can eat listed there if it’s not really a buffet? Smh

Let me just say that their pad Thai used to be amazing. So I ordered it today and it was disgusting. It was wet. Too wet. And the peanuts were whole not crushes. The egg was super burned. Overall it was disgusting. And instead of using tamarind sauce I'm sure they used soy sauce and sugar. Will never order pad Thai again.
