Their patio is so cute and fun when the weather is warm. Their pho and pad Thai are to die for! Nothing else like it in bishop arts :)

Diner Review №2

Really awesome place. Great food and service. Next time I’m in Dallas I will be back.

Diner Review №3

Great Chinese food. I've been looking for a good Chinese food place to go for lunch. They have great prices clean restaurant. I looked, and the sesame chicken was $10.

Diner Review №4

My absolute favorite place to eat Thai food in Dallas! The people and place are very welcoming, they have indoor and outdoor dining. Food is delicious, portions are great, and service is fast and friendly.
Their Pad Thai is my favorite, but you certainly can’t go wrong with anything on their menu!

La comida esta deliciosa , el Servicio es exelente esta 10 de 10

Diner Review №8

I hate to admit it but now that the Asian folks that used to run this place are gone it's went completely downhill! You only get good service here now if you're Hispanic. I really used to love this place! As a matter of fact when I found them some many years back I gave them 5 stars. This was before they moved to their new location on Davis. Anyway, the problem here is the service (if you're not Hispanic) and food. I have went several times over the last year and the service has been so rude. No one greets you. No one says you're welcome or thank you.

Yesterday I went with my family. There were 6 of us. Two of us ordered Thai tea, which we have had at many locations including this one and NEVER had an issue. I took a drink of mine and a large black particle was left in my mouth. I spit out and stirred the tea and found that at the bottom there were many clumps of black matter that didn't look like tea leaves but plastic. I called the young female, unresponsive waitress over and she instantly got an attitude when I asked why that was in my tea. No response and she walked off. I looked in the other tea we had ordered, same thing... black crap at the bottom of the cup.

I called the waitress back over and she said it's just how their tea is. I told her we don’t want it and to take it off. She took the two glasses which I had to hand to her physically for her to actually take. Then 5 minutes later the heavy set, older female manager comes over and asked me what the problem was. I said no problem we just don't want the tea. She snapped back with it's just tea leaves. I responded that we always get the Thai tea and that it never contains large black clumps that look like plastic. She gets defensive and and I told her either way I don't want them and I've drank Thai tea for 30 years and it NEVER had large particle of ANYTHING in it. To which she responded they likely didn't strain it correctly! DUH LADY! The correct approach should have been "I'M SORRY LET ME FIX THIS FOR YOU MA'AM" but again, the last few times I've come to this place it has a very "you're kind are not welcome here" energy. The female staff glare and don't smile at us but the rest of the Hispanic filled tables get smiles and thank you's! I hate to admit it but now that the Asian folks that used to run this place are gone it's went completely downhill!

Diner Review №9

We order Tom kha Gai soup but it was so sweet and to redish !! Cilantro was poor and so ccoked so you could not appreciate it ! The chicken skewers were fantastic and the sauce aside really good !! Esta sopa yo la he ordenado en muchas partes y estaba ansiosa de probarla acá ! Muy dulce !!!!el Lemmon grasss y el cilantro casi no se sentían !!

Diner Review №10

Manuel was such a great waiter, he comes and goes and is always asking if we are okay. He comes around with drinks and is very nice . Definitely enjoy coming here , the Shrimp Pho and the shrimp spring rolls are so good . Thank you manuel for making my dinner great!

Diner Review №11

Ehh the shrimp tasted off and the wait time was a while. ( it was empty )

Diner Review №12

Very delicious food. Great customer service and beautiful atmosphere.

Diner Review №13

We come here often. The food is so flavorful, the prices are very affordable and the service is consistently great. Particularly the two bartenders are always knowledgeable about the menu, kind and great at making drinks.

Diner Review №14

Diner Review №15

Pho is awesome. Shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce are delicious.

Diner Review №16

Ordered Kat Cro Thai fish and got frozen fish sticks it was horrible. Ordered Basil Fried Rice and it was Mushy rice and smelled spoiled. They do not know how to cook real good Thai food

Diner Review №17

The food was delicious! Shrimp and crab dumplings, wonton soup, shrimp pad Thai. Everything tastes great fresh out of the kitchen, not very good at all as left overs.

There were many flies on the patio but it is a nice, large outdoor seating area.

Good portions and price. Would dine-in again.

Diner Review №18

Dumplings were kinda good but the napkins were smelling bad and the hole restaurant itself has a bad odor. Had to eat outside.. ordered a shrimp soup and it came with 3 shrimps and that’s it! We are not coming back again :/

Diner Review №19

Diner Review №20

I've been here so many times in the past year when I discovered this place! I definitely recommend the pho🤙

Had to change it to 4 stars because even though I like it two people said they've had better.

Diner Review №21

The Mussaman (Sweet Yellow) curry tasted like Big Mac’s secret sauce.

Diner Review №22

Meh save your time and money

Diner Review №23

Diner Review №24

The Pho absolutely delicious!
Calamari & crispy spring rolls were trash & burnt. Yet Customer service was nice

Diner Review №25

Cute place. Good food.

Diner Review №26

Purchase the Yellow Curry Fried Shrimp, but it tastes scorched. Had a bitter aftertaste to it. The soup was good the egg roll is burnt. See pics. Probably will not frequent this restaurant. I was really looking forward to a great meal

Diner Review №27

I've ordered from Chan Thai 3 times now and every experience has been perfect. They accommodate dietary restrictions better than most restaurants, and the meals are actually delicious and don't taste like they're lacking on flavor or missing anything. I have found my new favorite place for Thai food, and will continue to order from here for as long as I live in Dallas!

Diner Review №28

Great food and atmosphere!

Diner Review №29

Diner Review №30

Note to self: never order pho from a Thai restaurant

Broth was overly sweet. I was by myself and the food took 30 minutes to be served while the restaurant was practically empty and a table who ordered after me got served first.

Diner Review №31

Diner Review №32

The Pho and definitely the best eggrolls ever.

Diner Review №33

Despite of the bad reviews we still give this place a chance. It is worth a try. I think their ac isn’t working so humid but they had a fan running. The atmosphere was nice. We are an Asian family of 4 (two pre-teens) who love Asian food. The pho was good if you don’t like to dress your pho up. Pad Thai and Red Curry was good. I would recommend those two dishes for flavor. There were reviews about the service will rest assured those may have been just bad unstaffed days. We went on a Saturday around 5pm and they had 6 tables not including us. It took them 14 minutes from the time our server took our order to the time he brought out our food. $50-$60 for a family of four. They did not disappoint.

Diner Review №34

Decent and clean, warming environment and attentive staff but the only issue I had was with the food. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Rolls which were good and the Honey Chicken. The chicken was grilled to perfection and the sweet and sour sauce were good but the mixed vegetables weren’t fresh. They were frozen vegetables that are cooked and if I wanted to eat frozen vegetables, respectfully I would stay home. I don’t even eat frozen vegetables at home. I buy fresh and when going to eat at a restaurant, I would like to eat fresh vegetables. When my plate was brought to me, not only did they look like frozen mixed vegetables but upon taking a bite, it was cold. I could also tell the pineapple was from a can and not fresh.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t return solely for this reason but if frozen vegetables or canned fruit don’t bother you, try this restaurant.

Diner Review №35

The best Curry PHO in Dallas

Diner Review №36

The staff was friendly and very attentive for the most part. The issue was that the Pho was bland, did not really have flavor at all. The spring rolls were small and something inside of it was mushy. They barely wanted to give you veggies and sauce that goes with the pho. For the price of the spring rolls and Pho, this place is very stingy with servings. I recommend going to an actual Pho shop unless you like soup that taste like water.

Diner Review №37

My best friend Lisa and I would meet here... this place is sooooo good!My favorite is the pineapple cashew fried rice with chicken. i've tried this at other Thai restaurants but none tops their's
I feel it should be 5 stars and the only reason it's not is probably because others haven't given their review. I feel so bad I've procrastinated to do this!

Diner Review №38

Food and drinks were great! Definitely planning a 2nd trip!

Diner Review №39

The worst Thai food I've ever had. The wings were soggy and horrible, the egg rolls the same.. Maybe from frozen. The basil fried rice was bland at best, and the tom ka ga had a weird flavour and was very sweet.

Diner Review №40

Everything was made to order and had such delicious flavors. Drinks were great too, and the staff was amazing. Thank you all for a delightful experience.

Diner Review №41

Food here is always great and the price point is not bad for Thai in the area. Service and cocktails tend to always be not so great so I docked it one star

Diner Review №42

I reviewed a lot of Pho restaurants, so I'm very surprised to have ordered beef Pho and have received only beef soup and noodles. My pho did not have any beef flank, tripe nothing. No meat what do ever. It also did not have any bean sprouts, basil, culantro, sliced chilles. Which usually are on the side for the customer to add, which leads me to believe it was forgotten in my to go order.
I also ordered fried rice as a side. Which was super good.
Very full of flavor and packed with shrimp.
The cost was as much as regular plate so I'm assuming you pay for the aethethic of this place.

Diner Review №43

Cute place, good food, good prices and great service!

Diner Review №44

This is our favorite local Thai spot! The Tom Kha, red curry, and drunken noodles are my favorites! We usually do take out but they have a nice outdoor area with lights and a pretty mural.

Diner Review №45

Food is good for its price. Service is severely lacking. 1 hour wait to even get the spring roll appetizers out.

Was pretty embarassed to bring company out here.

Diner Review №46

Diner Review №47

The Thai green curry is addictive.

Diner Review №48

I’ve only gotten take out here but would certainly love to hang on the lovely patio once it warms up. The food is incredible! Tom Kha soup is my go to and the curries -esp green one will not disappoint.

Diner Review №55

If you like bland food this is your spot. My daughter is picky but the one thing she does love is Vietnamese food. She will finish her whole bowl and have a spring roll.

This is one of those the situations where, you leave so unsatisfied that you would rather eat again. That’s exactly what we are doing.

I tried to give it so many tries since it’s close to where I work but I’m always feeling unhappy with what I had.

Chicken spring roll - dry, seems like it was boiled? No flavor.

Crab potstickers , little to no filling, too fishy of a taste and I love seafood.

Tom Kha- not even hot, shrimp overcooked, but decent flavor, not even spicy even though it says it is.

Pho tai(beef) - not hot, bland my daughter couldn’t finish because she was unhappy with it.

Banh mi - dry bread - little to no filling , more bread than anything, small for the price

It’s truly disappointing all around

We eat Vietnamese regularly and often that we are regulars at a few spots.

The dining experience falls short of the comforting embrace one expects from authentic Asian cuisine. The flavors lack the depth and richness that define true comfort food, leaving a lingering sense of dissatisfaction. It's hard to believe the dishes are crafted authentically, as they miss the nuanced balance and cultural essence that make Asian comfort foods a source of joy. The lackluster culinary execution fails to evoke the familiar warmth and satisfaction associated with genuine comfort Asian cuisine, leaving diners yearning for a more genuine and fulfilling experience.

Diner Review №56

Food is 1000/10 just like the service and vibes. I love coming here for the food but also the margaritas and people

Diner Review №57

They were closed and google said they were open.

Diner Review №58

**Review is for pickup**

I'm relatively new to the area and was quite pleased to discover a Pho place so close to me. We tried the Vegetarian and Beef Pho and both were delicious. The vermicelli noodles were fresh and the broth was rich with flavor. I'll definitely be back again soon.

There's no way to order online but they do accept phone orders. Very friendly.

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

The perfect spot for dinner or happy hour. The staff was very attentive The food came out exactly as ordered and the drinks were delicious

Diner Review №61

Service too slow, staff just standing there

Diner Review №62

. These people refuse to add the plastic utensils, soy sauce etc… even when you ask for it. which normally would probably be ok but when you have plumbing issues and water is temporarily off. It would really help you get it especially when you ask for them. This has happened several times with them. It’s always a “I’m so sorry”. I finally asked if their budget was low so that I could probably understand but nope Claudia said they’re fine. Chicken fried rice was not good today. Not sure if they changed cooks, like always they start off good then they begin to slack off.

Diner Review №63

We came here on a whim. The atmosphere is totally low key, especially inside. Outside there's patio tables and lights and heaters and has a little more ambiance. The food is very very good! We started with the chicken satay sticks appetizer which was amazing, and then had the pad Thai, the pad ke maw, and fried rice for our sun. Even the fried rice was some of the best i've ever had. Will totally come back here lots of times. Great food great prices!

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №65

很好吃。味道不错。两个人花了29💲。

Diner Review №66

It's a great place to stop by for a warm meal, family style, if you wanted to. Everyone treated us kindly. Panang curry was great, pad thai, beef, everything was good! Got some coffee to go. My favorite part was that it wasn't so loud, we could have a conversation. That's hard to come by as I get older lol. Happy to come back when in the area!

Diner Review №67

I found metal piece in my food. Please be careful while preparing. Still ate it tho never had an issue here before and the food is super good. Near death experience two stars

Diner Review №68

Been excited and wanting to come check out the food for a while. I came a day before my bday and thank God it wasnt my birthday- bc what a disappointment.

Ugh, it's okay. Low on staff, so the service is sub-par. Asking for anything from our waitress felt like a hassle. That's not what customer service should feel like. Food also doesnt come out at the same time. I atrached a photo of my food, but my husband hadn't received his. That seemed normal at every table.

The appetizer we started with had this ugly molded lettuce garnish. I know i was dinning outside, but I can see my food, and that was disgusting. Thats the kind of care this place gives.....no care at all.

Definitely not returning or recommending.

Diner Review №69

Great food. Amazing service. You should definitely come here.

Diner Review №70

Diner Review №71

Service was good but the pho was terrible from the broth, to the meatballs and spring rolls were just as bad. Recommend a different place for pho!

Diner Review №72

Diner Review №73

The actual best sesame chicken I’ve ever had in my life . From the actual food to the serving size this is a great spot to get some drinks, meet up with some long distance fam, go on a solo mission for some goooooood Asian cuisine. No complaints here

Diner Review №74

I really enjoyed the food here. Great menu, and the chefs were happy to substitute around animal products to make things vegan.

Diner Review №75

ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHAN! Regular customer here, most definitely recommend. Great food, drinks, atmosphere, service, employees, and the owners are lovely!

Diner Review №76

This place is such a gem. The atmosphere had a very chill evening date night vibe. It is also a cute spot for brunch. While outdoor seating may provide a more open and airy setting, the indoor seating options offer an intimate and cozy atmosphere. They also had a bar close to the rear of the restaurant.

Here are the menu items we tried:

Tom Kha Gai: This one was the winner of the night for me. The soup broth was deliciously seasoned and perfectly spiced as desired. It had a hint of sweetness, but had tomatoes which made it unusually more red than the standard Thai Tom Kha Gai soup. A reminder to the kitchen to make sure to keep unwanted *tiny proteins* from landing on dishes. Was still good though :)

Citrus Beef: Delicious standard beef plate. Well seasoned, marinaded, and served.

Thai Dumplings (Shumai): Pork was a little hard to chew. I would say it should have been a bit more tender. They are called Thai dumplings, but look similar to Chinese/Filipino Shumai, the taste is different however.

Pho 88 Spring Rolls: Peanut sauce was a bit spicy. Rolls were still delicious. It is a Thai place after all, so come here if your tolerance for spice is higher than average.

Pho Meatballs (P2): Broth was light and delicious :)

Can't wait to try their Pad Thai when we return!

Diner Review №77

Great menu and always good service

Diner Review №78

My favorite Thai restaurant for over 20 years 😋

Diner Review №79

Diner Review №80

Everyone is friendly and great food!!

Diner Review №81

Food was Really bad but servers were nice. Atmosphere fairly Lack luster. No traditionally made dishes.

Diner Review №82

Nice place but the food was not enjoyable I had the pho and summer rolls. The pho was lacking flavor and spices the fake Sriracha they give u is horrible and the summer rolls were disgusting

Diner Review №83

Not nearly as good as it was before the move ! Nice job on building out the restaurant.... looks nice. The food didn't match up. Have tried it three times now and each time the sauces on my stir fry meal were the consistancy of water.... thin and runny, didn't coat the veggies at all. The corn patties were crispy on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Veggie egg rolls were overcooked. Hate to lose one of my former favorite restaurants.

Diner Review №84

I went into this restaurant by mere coincidence, not knowing where I was because I lost both of my eyes. A woman showed me the door to what I assumed was a foot locker, since my shoes were on its last soul. Had the most blissful bowl of wet pasta!!! Amazing wow. I could not stop thinking about the incident I had in Olive Garden back in 2009. The waiter was very kind. I love the way they have plates here.

Diner Review №85

Diner Review №86

Just A+++ Recommend ... that orange 🍊 is the on of my favorites 😍

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

I agree with other reviewers that this is the worst Pho I have had in my life.

Diner Review №89

The dishes I've had so far are okay. What I don't like is bell peppers in the veggie pho. That doesn't go well. Seems like a cheap cop out for buying different type of veggies and recycling what they already have. The Drunken Noodles were delicious. The Basil Fried Rice was bland.

Diner Review №90

Service was friendly and the person who took my order over the phone was knowledgeable about ways to make my order vegan. I got #28 on the menu, with tofu and mushroom sauce to make it vegan. The food was good although too saucy/greasy. I literally had to pour the sauce/grease out to eat it. Otherwise no complaints. I’d like to come back and sit down at their patio sometime, which was a nice atmosphere and dog friendly.

Diner Review №91

Really good Pho. I was scared at first because it was the only one in the area but the broth tasted really good! Service was okay but definitely will be coming back again for another bowl.

Diner Review №92

Had a great lunch here. Wonderful atmosphere, good food. So can’t wait to come again.

Diner Review №93

This one of the best Vietnamese and Thai restaurants in Dallas. Everything is always amazing! Our orders are always accurate. Highly recommend their chicken egg rolls, steak spring rolls, any of their pho dishes and their tofu and chicken vermicelli is my boyfriends go to. We love this place and will forever be loyal to them!!!

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

If i could give zero stars I would. I never leave reviews but im taking the time to write this because my experience was so awful. I went during lunch time and it was not good. The sesame chicken was soaked in sauce. The fried rice tasted like pure oil. The pho noodles were hard and undercooked. When we complained about our food the waitress was just finding excuses. She talked back to us and would make sarcastic jokes. It was unbelievable, I wont be going back and I want everyone else to think twice before going.

Diner Review №96

The food was better the first time I tried it.

Diner Review №97

Diner Review №98

Terrible service. Please don’t visit this place.

Diner Review №99

Diner Review №100

Diner Review №101

I've been here about 3 times. Food has always been great. I haven't been inside but the patio is great for lounging and people watching. Customer service has always been attentive. Try the Good Day drinks!

Diner Review №102

I hate to say it but some of the worst pho I’ve had. Who doesn’t have limes with pho? I would be more lenient but they have Pho in the name of the restaurant so you think they’d have the main garnishes down. There was also not much beef and the noddles weren’t quite right.

Diner Review №103

Diner Review №104

Poor customer service.

Diner Review №105

This place is a scam Lost a customer I purchase food charged me twice & denied to reimburse me for second charge

Diner Review №106

Diner Review №107

The place has a prime location with parking lot in the back. Service is great!

Food was not bad but I was expecting better. Calamari was a good surprise. Pad Thai, Pad see Ew were average. The good thing is they do not make super sweet like other Thai places. I think food was decent but not outstanding.

Diner Review №108

Diner Review №109

It was tasty

Diner Review №110

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. The food is great, very consistent. The new restaurant is cute and the service is great! ❤️

Diner Review №111

Service was atrocious. Had to get up to ask for utensils. ‘Hot’ tea came out barely lukewarm. Half the vegetables seemed to be past expiration and what’s with being stingy on noodles? Barely any in our vermicelli and pho.

Diner Review №112

Their new patio is magnificent. The food always hits the spot.

Diner Review №113

Been here before when they first moved over and had Pho and Phi Phi island. It seemed they were still getting the hang of things. However we recently headed over and tried Honey Chicken and Shrimp Vermicelli bowl and it was sooo goood. The grilled chicken was delicious and good portion. The bowl was perfect. Fresh and crunchy and filling ! I added a side of peanut sauce to it and it was amazing. Good size shrimp as well about 6-8 pieces I think.

Diner Review №114

Diner Review №115

Exelente lugar y la comida Deliciosa!

Diner Review №116

Amazing food and drinks, fantastic service

Diner Review №117

Diner Review №118

Bad food. Cold edamame and cold dumplings. The edamame wasn't cooked completely. Dumplings were promising but something felt off with how the dumpling was composed. Even the sprite was bad.

Diner Review №119

The staff is kind. I'm rating the dishes I like. We always order any rice dish and the pho. The broth was really good that day, but sometimes it tastes different. Dumplings, spring rolls, wings are really good appetizers. Mai Thai is delicious! Cute spot. You can definitely eat here for $10-20, but we splurged.

Diner Review №120

Everything was delicious! 😋

Diner Review №121

Nice and cozy place with affordable prices. The food was good. But it was not hot. Make sure that waiters remember what you want. Otherwise she will bring your food to somebody else's table (guess that's why a meal came cold after traveling between tables and kitchen many times) and will forget some of what you ordered. Anyway, if you will get all what you ordered on time I would recommend this place. Good luck...

Diner Review №122

I loved their Pho. Service is so good too, a great little restaurant. Now my favorite place to eat in Bishop Arts.

Diner Review №123

Breast pad Thai around!

Diner Review №124

Diner Review №125

Delish! Went to this place on the weekend. And let me tell you: the dishes were on point and the rations were huge. We had the most tender and fresh calamari, along with the catfish strips, we also enjoyed the chicken sticks. All do delicious. I had the green chicken Curry. The dish was huge, and my husband had the combination fried rice. Wow, it was all so good. And their cocktails were not bad. We later went to their small bar area for some more libations. The service was a little on the slow side, but it was worth it. We surely return!

Diner Review №126

Diner Review №127

I have eaten here for years. I always enjoy the Thai Fried Rice with Chicken and spring rolls. My office orders from Chan Thai very often and it is always great!

Diner Review №128

Food was great , I enjoyed everything

Diner Review №129

Mediocre at best!

Diner Review №130

Diner Review №131

Great food. Not great service

Diner Review №132

Diner Review №133

dont do phone orders . they wont have your order at all

Diner Review №134

Hair in our takeout and very subpar flavor. You can buy a jar of peanut sauce and pour it on broccoli yourself and it would taste the same. Barely any chicken if you order.

Diner Review №135

Beautiful place for a night out. The staff was friendly and the food was fantastic. You definitely need to try the dumplings!

Diner Review №136

Diner Review №137

Cute little place with good variety of dishes. Nothing that wowed but it was solid. I will come back to try more dishes.

Diner Review №138

Quite literally the worst pad thai and chicken egg rolls I've ever had:/ I had high hopes for this place after a friend recommended it but I was very disappointed. The pad thai was very dry and the sauce wasn't great either. The meat in my pad thai wasn't seasoned well and was also overcooked. Lastly, the eggrolls were exceedingly dry as well. I suspect they were made on the previous day. If it wasn't so late I would've gone back to get a refund. Hopefully, your experience is better than mine.

Diner Review №139

Fabulous!!! The soup was incredibly
delicious and tasting. The fish and the vegetables amazing!!! Loved it

Diner Review №140

Food was amazing!! Sauces were just right I really enjoyed the food I give it a 10. Waitress was good but slow coming to check on us to leave and for refils..

Diner Review №141

It's not the same as what it used to be before moving locations. I found hair in my food and my order didn't have the correct meat. There's definitely room for improvement.

Diner Review №142

The place was full inside so we had to sit outside and we waited about 40 minutes because they were packed and short-staffed but we didn't mind waiting. It was our first time here but definitely not our last. Everything was delicious. It was my first time trying the food but it was so good. I can't wait to go again. The server was nice and friendly, but omg the food was so good. I honestly loved it.

Diner Review №143

Diner Review №144

Foods taste great, good customer service and very nice that there are parking lot at this new location!

Diner Review №145

Phenomenal Pho! My 2 daughters and me usually would drive all the way to Forney for pho. Good thing for Google, I looked up Pho near me and this gem popped up. Mijas LOVED it. So tasty. Parking wasn’t bad either. Seating was quick! And the customer service were a 10. Our new spot and definitely will not miss driving all the way to Forney any more. Win/Win!!

Diner Review №146

I got the Pad Key Mow with chicken. And summer rolls on the side. The Pad Key Mow was 10/10 and the summer rolls were a 5/10. Not for me but you might like them! 🫶🏾 Will be coming here more often.

Diner Review №147

Diner Review №148

Service is whack here

Diner Review №149

Diner Review №150

I ordered a spicy chicken pho and veggie egg rolls and everything tasted great. I tried the green tea and Mexican shots and they tasted very good as well . Fast and nice service for our Friday dinner . I would recommend!

Diner Review №151

Worst Pad Thai I've ever had! It had a red sauce (tomato-based I think) that was greasy and didn't taste like any Pad Thai I've had. Service is quite good, which might be the only salvageable aspect of this place. Table felt a bit sticky. I didn't go in, as the patio area is quite nice, but too many flies once the food came out made it even a worse experience. It's not often that I judge a place a place by trying just one of their dishes but this was horrible. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Diner Review №152

Diner Review №153

Pho here is always on point. Live rhe patio at this location. Bar is small buy doesn't miss a beat. Absolutely a great location to ha d out with fiends, or family make sure to try Plum Gekkeikan.

Diner Review №154

Diner Review №155

I ordered for takeout and had 2 hairs in my main course (broccoli with peanut sauce), the pad thai was unsatisfying, rice was crunchy and I’m so disappointed that it seems to have gotten worse at the new location. This used to be a go-to spot for us and I won’t return.

Diner Review №156

The combination of Thai and Vietnamese cuisines do appease my appetite such that I am madly in love with this place !

Diner Review №163

Food is the best! The service is awesome! I highly recommend CHAN THAI & PHO 88

Diner Review №164

Food is good and reasonably priced but the service there will make you wonder if you'll ever get attended or ever get your food. Even on slow days it's pretty rough despite it looking like they have plenty of staff. This location is very pretty though and as long as you're not in a rush to get food (or drinks), you'll still like this place.

THEY ARE BACK !!! YEEEEYY !!! I've been dining there for 20+ years. Their new location is very nice and the wait staff even nicer. Rogelio and Claudia (owners) are happy to tweak your meal to your liking. Prices are very reasonable and the combination of Thai and Vietnamese offerings make sense. I am glad to be back with them.
Bon Appetit !!!

Chicken Spring Rolls ...Chicken Pho...AMAZING

Diner Review №167

This place is not only extremely DELICIOUS, but the employees are AMAZING. They’re all friendly and attentive. I will make the drive to this place any day.

Diner Review №168

Their vegetable pho is loaded with veggies.

Everything is good.

Excellent in every way! This restaurant recently reopened in a new location by a new owner of both Chan Thai & Pho 88. The menu is wonderful and so is the locale. It has outdoor seating options, parking lot, and a separate bar area. Exceptionally clean and attractive. Large portions very fairly priced .

Diner Review №170

Everything we ordered was hot and delicious. The pho broth was incredible and there was a lot of meat in the broth!

Diner Review №171

The food quality is great, fresh and good ingredients. The only negative feedback is the fried pork egg rolls are super small for the price. You get 2 pinky sized rolls for 5 bucks. Otherwise pho was on point!

I love this place. It’s my go to Thai place and they have great free delivery. I’ve tried many other places around downtown and this is by far the best Thai food. I highly recommend it!

Been coming here for years and love their food!

Diner Review №178

This new location Rocks. Great drinks. Great food. The pho nursed my wife and I back to health SO MANY times. Happy they are back open! Now they even have soju!

Diner Review №179

What a bad experience. I was looking forward to having a good lunch m, but instead ended up having lunch with flies. They were everywhere, I could sit there and eat. Also, the drinks are bland and very light. They tasted like juice.

Diner Review №180

the pho smells great but they give you literally a small handful of noodles 😬 all for $13

Sat down with a party of 7 (two of which were toddlers plus one baby). The entire restaurant only has 2 high-chairs. So we had to wait a while to get high chairs. That kinda sucked, but not the end of the world.
We have been sitting down for an hour now and we still haven’t gotten our food. There are multiple empty tables around us.

The waitress said the kitchen was backed up with To-go orders. I’m wondering why we’ve waited an hour for our food (4 orders of Pho, and 2 noodle dishes).

Diner Review №183

Location was ok so we tried it out. Had a hard time parking. When we made it home with our to go orders (vermicelli) our vegetables were NOT fresh. Lettuce was yellow and bean sprouts looked old and rugged. Not a good 1st time experience

Diner Review №184

I miss the old location as it had a better feel. We sat inside the restaurant which was hot, don't know if the A/C wasn't working properly or what and had flies flying around everywhere, constantly sitting on our food which is just gross. The service wasn't bad. Food presentation and flavor were good, but it took about 30 min to get appetizers, 45 min for food. There's a lot of good places to eat in Bishop Arts, and unfortunately won't be going back to this particular spot.

Amazing pho and the spring rolls are to die for im not from Dallas but I will be back tomorrow

Diner Review №193

Not great. The people are very kind but I have to say this was a let down.
The pad Thai was so greasy. The Thai dumplings had no flavor. The beef pho didn’t taste like anything. And the service needs some work. Waitresses came in and out 5 times before I was able to get someone to notice I needed something. They don’t seem to know that they should be checking for people that need refills and just checking in on tables from time to time. My food came out about 10 min before my boyfriend’s food which wasn’t very nice. This place has potential, it’s a great location and the right kind of food but they need some work.

No sweet tea

Their yogurt soju is a must! The fried rice and citrus chicken is also very delicious and consistent, the staff is attentive and super friendly!

Diner Review №196

I've been going to this place for over 13 years and it's pointless to say I keep going back. The food is so bomb and the servers and owner are so nice. Best Thai food in Dallas, hands down!

The patio was nice.

The fried rice was okay. The dumplings taste like meatballs (in a bad way) and were falling apart. The silverware was dirty. The soy sauce was off. The pho was flavorless.

Wouldn’t recommend!

Great service owners super friendly definitely a place I’ll keep going back too!
