First time coming to this restaurant and the service is impeccable! It’s like dining with family and grandma, aunties and mother is in the kitchen cooking the most authentic Thai food. The owner speaks to you with such welcoming words and a huge smile. I recommend this family owned restaurant 💯 . I also want to add that every plate that comes out has the perfect seasoning, taste and freshness that will live you fully satisfied.

Curry was extremely sweet to the point of being inedible. The restaurant also has a sewage smell which should have tipped me off right away. I normally turn around if it has that smell but I was so hungry. Now I'm still hungry and out of the price of dinner.

We love this little neighborhood gem. The service was great, food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was quiet! We ordered the pineapple fried rice, spicy basil beef, and sticky mango rice. Yum!

Skip. This food is terrible. Ordered delivery: two apps and two entrees ended being over $70 and was so disappointing that I threw all of it out.
Bland, overly greasy, and smells “off” - not in the “they used a foreign spice” kind of way but in a “something in this might be going bad” kind of way.

Got chicken pad woo sen and it was alright. Not that much chicken and the noodles were a bit too mushy for my preference.

Great food, VERY slow service. Do not be in a rush!

This is a gem of a place. There isn’t enough nice things I can say about it. It’s a hole in the wall type of place - not much seating available. The food makes up for it. So even if you can’t have a nice sit down meal when it’s busy, order carry out. You will not be disappointed. I have tried a number of the things on the menu and I am a happy camper. I can’t say there’s anything I don’t like. It’s the first Thai place I found when I moved here from NY. And it remains one of my favorite places. They have quick service now - during COVID, it was rough. I don’t want to say too many nice things because I want to be able to have my mother - son sit down dinner every month just like when I was pregnant with him!

Im gonna be honest the food was so good I would invent a time machine and break it so I could relive that glorious moment of pure joy forever in an eternal loop of harmonious sequential memory, and develop a meta array of senses that far exceed the imagination of an anamoly in the nature of reality observing from a spectation in an immortal state. If I ever die I want my corpse to be stuffed with their curry rice and thrown outve a plane over the ocean so that mermaids can eat me and the curry rice in ally orfaces

The food here has delivered on maximum flavor every time, no matter which dish I ordered. I discovered the dish Rad Na here, which is a new comfort food favorite. I can also recommend every curry variety, the drunken noodles, the pad see ew, the curry fried rice, the tom yum soup (OMG), and the tamarind shrimp.

Note that they do take their spice level seriously! I order a 4 and it is about the max I can tolerate while still enjoying the food.

The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to quality. I will go out of my way to come back here next time I am in North Texas, as I have not found a comparable Thai restaurant in the country yet.

Our family has some serious thai food fanatics, and we moved from Phoenix to Coppell recently. We were so hesitant to find great Thai food near our home and we tried Siam Thai. Well that was a jackpot - one of the best thai I have ever had. We tried Fried Rice, Green Curry, Panang Curry, Satay - all of them were equally delicious. It was a pleasant surprise for us. We love the place and the food. Looking forward to a long partnership with Siam Thai.

Consistently excellent. Probably the best Thai food that I have had in the DFW area. We typically have chicken Panang curry, with potstickers or corn cakes as the appetizer . . . and have never been disappointed. Fantastic! I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Found this place for lunch after having making a trip to Coppell for a separate errand and let me tell you, I'm so happy I did! My boyfriend and I have been unable to find good Thai food in the Frisco area - I wish this place was closer! The owner was really kind, letting us dine in when they currently only have the capacity to do take out only (otherwise our food would have been cold by the time we got home). We had our favorite/standard dishes - the chicken pad thai and the pineapple fried rice and it was AMAZING!! It definitely hit the tastes we've been missing. Pad thai noodles and sauce were fresh, and the fried rice was full of fresh and perfectly cooked vegetables. Portions were huge! A quarter of the way in I was already full but I couldn't stop eating because it was so delicious. The owner was very attentive and friendly, and you could tell he had a personal relationship with many of the patrons that walked in. He constantly checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal. I only wish it were closer, so if you are close to this location you better try it out!

Messed up my order. Asked for a manager Said that he would call back and they do nothing but dodge your calls and say that the manager isn’t in. Spent $35 and couldn’t eat it. Worse service ever.

The food is constantly delicious. I've tried the basil fried rice, the pad thai and the drunken noodles on multiple different occasions. Sometimes they are a little inconsistent on the spicy level but overall the food and the service have always been fantastic. Of all the thai places I've been in DFW this has been my favorite.

Place used to be my favourite Thai . Offlate not so much . Basil fried rice with chicken had 3 tiny pieces of chicken . Have to pay for hot sauce and ask for plastic ware. Still delicious . But shall look for another go-to Thai here on.

Man I love this place! The owner is so nice and the whole family are great cooks! I have tried the Tom Yum soup (with and without noodles), pad thai, Drunken noodles, and the yellow curry as the entrees. All amazing. Also, this differs on your spice level. I prefer heat to the pool that my nose runs, but my mouth is comfortable and tastes all the flavors.

As appetizers, i have had the thai dumplings, the tofu, the calamari, sweet corn cake and the fresh roll. Man, these are phenomenal! I'd have to say that the Calamari is my absolute favorite, but these are all great. Try out Siam Thai Cuisine!

Love this place, the pineapple curry with brown rice is my favorite, but everything I’ve tried has been excellent. This has become a regular place in my rotation. Don’t forget to try a Thai iced tea, it’s a great pairing with all their food!

Ordered here for the first time for takeout. Didn't known thid place existed. Great tasting food. If you're looking for spicy this is a definite. Both #4 and #5 spicy levels had great kick. They do mild very well as well. My daughter doesn't eat any spicy and she had no issues. Ordered Chicken Basil and Beef Dinner. Both excellent. Great local hole-in-the-wall place. Exactly what you would expect for an ethnic place with great food. We'll definitely frequenting this place more often.

My sister and I eat here quite often and have literally loved everything we've ordered. I ALWAYS get at least two orders of the crispy shrimp rolls, my sister always gets the thai fried rice (extra spicy). Their Tomyum soup and drunken noodle are delicious as well. The family that runs this place is awesome and friendly and makes this place a true gem of the community.

Joined my cousins yesterday for lunch. I now have a new favorite spot to dine. The staff treated us very well. The food was excellent. I had a sensitive stomach and this was the 1st meal I was able to hold down. I love the organic green tea, I had the peanut chicken satay. Wonton soup. Great tasting and healthy soups. All 5 of us are looking forward to coming back. I was so hungry I forgot photos. Next time!

Best Drunken noodles

Just found a Cockroach like bug in our food. It was not in the rice box as the owner said below , it was in the dish itself- we just transferred it to the rice box to take it back. Took it back to them for a refund. They weren’t even that apologetic. We used to go here about once every few weeks and the food was pretty good. But unfortunately this obviously is a sign of poor food and kitchen cleanliness. It doesn’t matter how good the food is - there should never be a bug that large in food.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for YEARS. This has been my favorite restaurant hands down since 2008. Here we are over ten years later and I am still always impressed by the quality and consistency of every dish I’ve tried. My favorites are the Tom Kha soup, pad see ew, pad thai, and the red curry! You really can’t go wrong. The owners are the nicest and hardest working people, and their passion for food and service can be savored in every bite! The Thai Green tea is the most amazing drink I’ve ever had, and don’t forget to save room for the sticky rice for dessert!

The food is always good here. The owner is always friendly to us. Be careful if there is too much of a crowd, as service can get slow if they are too many people in the restaurant.

A friend told me about this place when we were going to lunch. I really like this small restaurant and the people that run it. I always go here now for the lunch special which usually consists of coconut soup, spring roll, and your choice of entree. I always get the chicken pen Thai number 2. It's my favorite there and the one that I always get. It's got a very nice atmosphere and the people that work there are extremely attentive to your needs. There is always lots of parking when you go here but it can get crowded at lunch. This is definitely one of my favorite Thai restaurants and I look forward to going there again.

Small place with tasty food

Restaurant time till 2.30 pm open we came inside @2.20. After 10 mins wait they asked do we need food or not. We said yes, please take order they said they can’t only they can do to go. We agreed. After order once again they came back asked if we are ready to pay extra , disgusting. We agreed for that as well. They are so confused, food is also not tasted.

I used to love this place, but today I went and ordered drunken noodles, my favorite dish, I asked for extra veggies, beans sprouts and spicy level 2. They didn’t put beans sprouts and that wasn’t level 2 at all, my was red because of the chilli, stupid spice, and I can eat spicy food with no problems. I told the waitress and she saw how I was struggling to eat that, she only brought me a lime, what didn’t help, didn’t bring me water, and wasn’t nice AT ALL! Saying I put number 2, maybe they put too much chilli, and I said I’m sure they did, she got my money and left, not even apologizing or thanks.
I ate a little, cause I was starving and I really got full with water, got a box to go, thinking maybe later it would be better, but no, I couldn’t eat it! Also if I don’t ask for extra veggies it comes with half tomato and 2 little broccoli. I’m very disappointed with them, I’m not a costumer anymore and I’ll make sure to tell all my family and friends about it.

I have traveled across the country and try Thai food everywhere I go as this is one of my favorite types of food. The food here is easily among the best I have had. The noodles are cooked perfectly, the Thai sauce has great flavor, and the heat is spot on. I was in town for a week and ate here several times and they were consistent every time. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great Thai food.

Average Thai place. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing great either. Lunch special is a good price though: decent spring roll, basic salad with a good "dressing", and large portion of noodles. I had the Drunken noodle. The broccoli seemed to be just steamed and 3 florets placed on top. The best part (other than price) was they do not skimp on Thai basil in the stir fry. With the great food options in the DFW metroplex, I don't see myself returning.

I want to like Siam Thai but they've messed up my takeout order twice and are now lying about it including to Grubhub.

In the first instance I ordered the drunken noodles vegetarian with tofu which came with eggs which I didn't want. I called the restaurant asking for clarification and if they could do anything about it. They said no and that next time I have to write "no eggs" in the special request section online to get the dish with no eggs which is totally fine, my mistake not being clear.

Today I ordered drunken noodles again and made sure to write "no eggs" in the request form and also asked for verbal confirmation from the staff when I picked up my order at the restaurant but when I got home I still found eggs in my noodles. I called Grubhub support about the mistake who, after making sure I got the order right on my end, called the restaurant and were told that they can't make the drunken noodles without egg at all! If this really is the case then they've been blatantly lying to me for some bizarre reason or they're lying to a corporate partner which advertises and allows people to order their food.

I realize that eggs might not be a big deal to most diners but my issue right now is more with the restaurants inability to be accountable for their mistakes and my fear that they will inevitably make a bigger mistake in the future considering their reckless attitude and awful customer service.

So if you're a diner with dietary restrictions or wants the reasonable assumption that a restaurant will fix it's mistake, or even just get the actual food you ordered, Siam Thai is not the place for you.
