Hip spot for spicy Thai fare, including vegan options & cocktails, from the East Side King team.
Good food. Pad thai and the green curry were yummy!! Amazing food. The papaya salad was extremely spicy. I can handle spicy food and I love papaya salad but I couldn’t even finish one bite of their salad, it was that spicy.. be aware. The rest of the food and their drinks were amazing though
Thai Kun impressed me once again on my second visit, offering bold, authentic Thai flavors in a lively and casual setting. This time, I opted for the crispy wontons, which were perfectly fried and filled with savory goodness—an excellent way to start the meal. The pork pad see ew was delicious, featuring smoky noodles and tender pork that created a well-balanced dish. Chef Thai’s roasted chicken was another highlight, juicy and infused with aromatic spices—definitely a must-try.
On our first visit, we sampled the pad ka prow and green curry, but found them a bit too spicy for our taste, and unfortunately, there’s no option to request a milder version. Still, the flavors at Thai Kun are outstanding, and the menu is worth exploring. With attentive service and vibrant dishes, it remains a top choice for Thai cuisine enthusiasts.
Went to Thai Kun for dinner on a Saturday. We were seated immediately upon arriving. The ambiance is nice. We ordered a mushroom salad, octopus on the skewer, and pad see ew. Our favorite was the pad see ew as the octopus was a bit too spicy for our taste and the mushroom salad was quite good, but also a bit too spicy. ***When we ordered, we did request that our dishes be prepared on the low level of heat/spiciness.
Our waitress was wonderful, welcoming and professional (she is from Thailand and taught us about the mushroom dish).
We would recommend Thai Kun and will likely return, but we will be more careful with the items we order.
Ordered the pad thai with shrimp to go and paid almost $30 for it💀. The flavor was okay, definitely not worth the $30 though. I only got four pieces of shrimp in it :( and I feel like this should at least have 6 or 7 pieces of shrimp for the price their selling it for ( i included the second pic so you can see the four tails of shrimp they gave me). I will say the shrimp seemed of good caliber but still 4 is stingy of them. Overall, I think it’ll be some time before I choose to try them again, if I choose to do that.
Parking in front of the restaurant is parallel, as well as limited and shared with the stores in the plaza (it’s tight for bigger vehicles so be aware).
While hanging out in the Domain, I decided stop by and give this place a try for dinner, and I can't say that I was blown away by anything at Thai Kun, but overall it's a good solid Thai restaurant with decent food for the price.
We ordered the crispy fried chicken skin as an appetizer, which I enjoyed but I would say overall has more of an acquired taste, since it's extremely unhealthy and can taste/feel like you are legitimately just eating fried fat (because you are lol).
I ordered the green curry with chicken, which had decent flavors, and I did like that there was eggplant too, which you don't always see in Thai curry dishes.
I do wish the rice portion served alongside the curry was a bit larger, as I ran out of rice before curry because of the small rice portion given (a common problem I've noticed at other Thai restaurants as well).
The Thai Tea and Pad See Ew which I also tried were both a solid 3/5 stars, not bad, but nothing groundbreaking or amazing either.
Overall I think I'd return here if I was in the area and looking for Thai food.
Being in the Domain, the ambiance at this restaurant is pretty nice and service is fairly quick as well.
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience at Thai Kun in the Domain, Austin. The 'Chicken Skin' dish was a major letdown, with an unappetizing taste that wasn't worth the money.
The Eggplant dish was over-salted, and despite our feedback, the restaurant didn't offer a replacement or any adjustments.
To make matters worse, our Crab Fried Rice was ordered to be non-spicy, but the kitchen misheard and made it excessively spicy. It was inedible after the first bite.
Overall, my experience at Thai Kun was subpar, and I would caution others against visiting.
Service is fantastic that this server hostesses named Kayla is very considerate given the restaurant set up on food offering. And she has made the dinning experience beyond and above expectations! Good job Kayla! Will come back
The crab rice and Pad Thai were a delight especially when you have craving for Asian food. Hospitable staff.
Good food. Pad thai and the green curry were yummy!! Amazing food. The papaya salad was extremely spicy. I can handle spicy food and I love papaya salad but I couldn’t even finish one bite of their salad, it was that spicy.. be aware. The rest of the food and their drinks were amazing though
Amongst the best and authentic Thai food I've had in all of Austin. As someone who's lived in Singapore for many years and visited Thailand on multiple occasions (mainly for it's food), I can easily recommend this place. I do not have any faults to mention. Absolutely tasty and authentic food.
Love everything about Thai Kun! The ambiance, the service, and most importantly the food - it's delicious! I don't love in Austin but everytime I do, I visit here. Highly recomend! They have some real good vegan options which is what I love about them the most.
Small quantity, overpriced, not very tasty. Got the pad see ew, and there were garlic peels/skins in it
I had great Thai food in Austin, Texas
Food is good but they started to sneak in the employee wellness fee which 2% in the bill. I asked what is this for and answer was it was for employee PTO and sick days.. I don't mind paying good tips but the owner should be paying for their employee's sick days. I might report this to the labor department.
We ordered the larb, ka prow and papaya salad. Although the flavors are extremely authentic, the level of spicy is too.
I grew up eating Thai and Laos food- the adults who actually were born and raised in these countries would eat their food at this level of spice and would have to make us separate portions because we weren't able to handle it haha. Thai Kun's food is authenticly spicy.
I wanted to inhale the larb because of the amazing flavor but each bite was followed with at least 5 sips of milk and for that reason, I have to leave out a star.
I think this level of spice is appreciated by those who have grown up eating it, unfortunately for me it was way too spicy 🥵
Wish you were able to choose different spice levels!
Good food. Most of it spicy so not recommended for sensitive tastes

Tables were sticky. Food was decent. Service was alright. Wish the menu was more transparent about spiciness levels. We tried the octopus skewers, pad thai and thai-kun fried chicken. All dishes were decently spicy despite not labeled with a thai spicy icon next to them. Upon a closer look at the menu, it says “*Our food is SPICY. Reducing heat on our dishes would diminish the authenticity of the product our chef intends to deliver.” Wish this disclaimer could be more clear and easily comprehensible to accurately reflect the dishes the chef is trying to serve.
Green curry, their most popular dish, was bland and lacked flavor and spice. It was watery too. Had high expectations looking at the menu, but results were lacking. Tried lemongrass lemonade, that too was very low on alcohol and small. All of this for $40, had to go and eat another dinner somewhere else.

My dining companion ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai. The shrimp was plump, juicy and cooked perfectly. It had the elements of sour, salty, sweet, bitter, and spicy flavors combination. So, so good! I had the Larb. Of course it was quite spicy but the flavor was complex, the aroma scintillating to the nose and the sticky rice took the edge off the heat. Yummy! The service was attentive, helpful and fun. If you’re nearby shopping lunch or dinner here is a great idea.
Food was okayish , not very visually appealing . This is a Thai kun fried chicken dish and it was actually just fried chicken with a bit of sauce and rice.quite dry. They don't entertain any protein replacement in any dish because their "chef" said so.
The table was very sticky and not cleaned properly. It was a really shocking experience since we went after seeing the google rating .
I tried the Pad Ka Prow and was very impressed. I was warned by the server that it was very spicy but I found it at the upper end of spicy while still very enjoyable. The flavor was great overall. Served with rice, a fried egg (runny yolk), and a very tasty garlic sauce. I would have loved som vegetables to complement, but otherwise excellent.
The service was fine and the atmosphere was unremarkable, but enjoyable. I look forward to trying their other dishes (though, no desert options :( ).
Great Thai food 👌
I should have read the review from 3 months ago; the Larb is so spicy hot it is inedible. I eat a lot of spicy food, but I wouldn't recommend this dish unless you want an ulcer.
Charge a fee on the bill for "Employee Well-being". Shouldn't it be the employer's responsibility to take care of their employees?
We stopped by for a quick lunch. Corn fritters were fried a tad bit too much. The grilled octopus tasted nice but I was surprised to see baby octopus. So small that you put in your mouth in one bite. Wonder if it’s legal to catch such small ones. For entree we had the Pad thai. Taste was good but it’s the first time I have had such a gooey pad Thai. And I have been having Thai food for 30 yrs, around the world.
Very authentic Thai food.
Yummy 😋
Staff very friendly. Food was very good. I gave it only 4 stars due to atmosphere could have been more appealing and our waiter had to be asked for beverages for our meal.
Serving us hot food, on a hot day, in a hot restaurant. You could’ve at least know walking in, that the A/C isn’t working in the summer of Texas!
Limited menu, everything is good !
Yo the food was so hot and spicy here I could not even eat it. They should give you a choice on the spice level, mild, medium, or hot. I usually love thai food, but I was so disappointed with Thai Kun.
Food is amazing and we've purchased many times here, however the last 3 times the person in charge had 0 customer service.. if you are going to have interactions with the public it would be appreciated not being rude as if you were doing them a favor. We came different times and days and is the same person, I doubt is the owner, the owner would take care of the people maintaining his business alive.
One of my favorite places in the Domain. Good food if you like spice. I always get the Pad Kra Prow and Tamarind Wings. If you don’t, some dishes can be made with no spice, like the Pad Thai. Their drinks are mostly herbal so maybe not for everyone.
Food is amazing. Generous portions too. Love that the dishes with spice are actually spicy. One of the few truly spicy places in ATX!
Please make the tom yum gai soup available for online ordering again, it's my favorite menu item 😩🤩
The food itself was good, and there are no complaints on its quality and taste, I have found similar quality Thai food for lower price in austin. I do recommend going there to try it once in a while as some of the food is interesting and unique that I haven’t seen at other Thai restaurants in Austin. However, if I just wanted some pad Thai or Thai curry for lunch, it might not be my first choice. The service itself was good, but it did seem a bit busy.
Nice Asian Fusion ambience, service staff is friendly, polite and attentive. Food is good, not too spicy and seasoning is not overpowering as compared to other Thai restaurants. Will return again to try other dishes. 4 stars for now. 😉- 4 years ago review.
Just visited a week ago ordering Claypot with my elderly friend. Good presentation on the food but the sauces added to the claypot is too overwhelming (overly salty) that we can no longer eat. Thankfully the server is attentive to inform the manager and change another dish for us like Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. However, less salty at the beginning when food is hot, but the saltiness just built up as we ate. Sadly we can’t finish it. We told the manager that the chef is too heavy on the condiments to the dishes. Not suitable for guests with hypertensive blood pressure. Hopefully the restaurant will make some improvement.
My friends suggested this place, so we went as a group of people. I personally love Thai food, however, when I was looking at the menu, it didn’t have many options. Everything is very spicy there and the selection is very limited. It was either fried food, super spicy food, or pork options. No fish, no curries, no pad Thai; just very limited menu. Also, their menu is all wonky, they don’t add the prices to their “special dishes”, and the server made lots of mistakes when splitting up our bills. I didn’t like the place and I don’t think I would recommend it as a Thai place. Did not feel like a Thai restaurant at all to me.
The "Larb" dish is so spicy to the degree that it can hurt you. You won't be able to taste anything else. No warnings on the menu, or from the server when we ordered it. I usually enjoy really spicy foods, but not this one. What a waste of money. I will advise all my friends to avoid this plate like a plague.
Wow! The most authentic and distinct Thai food I have had in the nation (U.S.A.) Very good ambience to go with the food. Love this place!!!
The Food was fantastic!
Corn Fritters are the best Appetizer ever. It comes with a fantastic sauce that is spicy/sweet. I wish they would give you more napkins because it can get messy lol.
I was also as super happy with my entree. The Pad See Ew was great. I choose the tofu but would choose the pork instead next time.
The portion they serve is not sufficient..we ordered papaya salad , green curry and more …They served only two spoons of papaya salad and two large pieces of cabbage which was half lb not shredded as well..The green curry was very watery.. we wasted our money and time …I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone..
My husband and I dined at Thaikun today for the third time, and once again, it did not disappoint. We ordered the Pad See Ew with tofu and the Green Curry with chicken, both of which were exceptional. The tofu in the Pad See Ew was perfectly flavored and expertly tossed, creating a delightful combination of taste and texture. The Green Curry was equally impressive, with each ingredient contributing to a harmonious and delicious dish. Both dishes easily earn a 10/10 from us.
The service was good, though there is room for improvement in terms of attentiveness. The staff could benefit from being more present at the tables they are responsible for.
The ambience is a highlight, with an open kitchen layout that allows diners to watch the chefs in action and enjoy the enticing aromas of the dishes being prepared. This creates a vibrant and engaging dining experience. Overall, Thaikun continues to be a favorite of ours, and we look forward to our next visit.
One of the only stand outs in the desert of bland food in the domain. Some of the hottest food in town and incredible flavor too
The quality of food here has dropped drastically in the last few months. I think the head chef/owner has moved on to a different project and it shows. Foods are terribly inconsistent.
We ordered the pork larb and it came out extremely salty so we asked to get it remade which they did. The second time around it tasted better however on this second order they included kaffir lime leaves in the dish when it was previously missing. I'm not sure if they are even following a recipe since it tasted so different. Very strange.
Our favorite dish at the place is Pad See Ew and this time while the flavor was fine, it noticeably has less char and missing the "wok hei" taste. Also seems extremely more oily than before.
Papaya salad that we ordered also tasted off. The shredded papaya itself seems wilted and the sauce lacks acidity and spice. Very disappointing.
This used to be my favorite Thai restaurant ever but unfortunately with the recent steep decline in quality, I am sad to say I won't be returning here anymore.
Real spice here
We dined here a day back with a group of friends and family. It was worst experience that we had. The floor was slippy, AC was not working and staff was not courteous or apologetic about anything. Food was super spicy even after confirming that spice level had to be low. Overall very bad experience. We are not going there again and will not recommend the place to anyone.
Delicious but wildly overpriced. $16 for 3 chicken wings is wild.
Most authentic Thai spot! Highly recommend.
Friendly atmosphere… Food was served on time … Delicious 🤤
The food was just OK. Pad Thai was sweet, did not taste good. The chicken wings were sweet too.
The Chicken Roast that we ordered didn't taste great either.
The AC was not working well.
The staff was good and was kind enough to give us some extra Thai chillies, which were really spicy and good.
We started off with Thai Tea and it was amazing! Definitely feels more authentic than your usual Thai Tea since you can taste the tea flavoring and it wasn't too sweet, compared to most places. The main dishes were the Crab Rice and the Waterfall Pork. The Crab Rice had good flavor, texture, and wasn't too oily or wet. The dish could've had more crab, egg, and vegetables but overall still good with the sauce on the side. The Waterfall Pork was spicy, and packed with flavor but the pork was fattier than I expected. Overall good food, but nothing mind blowing!
Stopped her for dinner while in the area. Service was ok not to attentive but think she was overwhelmed perhaps. Ambiance was nice. The food is extremely spicy so if you don’t like or can’t handle spice don’t think this is the place for you. I got items on the menu that they said was not spicy and my mouth ended up being on fire still from the sauces that came with the food however with out the sauces the food was bland so was a tough situation.
Terrible service and rude staff. Restaurant was also mostly empty on a Saturday night which says a lot.
Great overall food. Was a bit difficult to find it in Domain. Signage should be improved
This is a place where food is definitely meant to be shared. The menu is kind of limited, and some of the dishes were not similar to things that I've tried in the past so you more often than not will have to pick something that is new to you here.
Although the portion was chunky, there were plenty of leftovers. They were interesting and tasty. For people that are not interested in sharing, these dishes are HUGE.
Very limited food options, green curry was good. Crab rice is bland, good for kids since no spice.
I didn’t love the food the first time I was here. I thought it was pretty bland and flavorless but wanted to give it another try. I had an awful experience again. I asked for it to be made spicy and was not asked for a level out of 5. They dumped several haberneros in our food to where it was not edible. I eat very spicy too but there was no flavor at all, just insanely spice. I will not be coming back here. After complaining to someone, they were just like “Thai food is spicy” -___-
First time visiting, but it's definitely not the last. My friend and i were celebrating her new job. The Old Fashion could have been much better, but the food definitely made up for it. My friend ordered the "off the menu" fried red snapper, and it was a not only visually appealing but flavourful, definitely not spicy, though some heat would have been welcomed. The waiter informed us that the fish could be shared, but they also have smaller ones that could serve one. We also tried the Thai Kun Fried Chicken, which was tasteful. The waiter was friendly and helpful, we sat outside and it was very nice and with the cool weather it took the whole visit to another level.
Food was pretty flavorless, but decent. I got the crab rice and wasn’t impressed; my friend got the pad thai and said it was decent. Both of us agreed that the thai iced tea was delicious. Quite frankly everything was overpriced. The atmosphere left plenty to be desired. Our server gave off an arrogant and rude vibe. Both myself and my friend felt rushed as if they didn’t want us there—even though the restaurant was pretty empty. I’d give them a one-star, but that iced tea was fire!
Activity writing this review as I'm eating, I'm currently going through the seven stages of grief eating my dish. Other then that I loved the food, the place was great, would definitely go here again.
Nice (and only as of March, 2024) Thai restaurant in the Domain. Has very good Thai food with an appropriately limited menu. Nice inside and nice outside.
My current favorite local Thai. Finally a restaurant that knows the definition of “spicy.“ I love the fact that they won’t dumb down a dish that is traditionally cooked spicy to please the masses. I’ve tried more than half of the menu and haven’t been disappointed once. A definite “go to.“
God damn that was good.
Pad Ka Prow
A Flavorful Journey to Thailand!
From aromatic to spicy, every dish is a symphony of authentic Thai flavors. Prepare your taste buds for an unforgettable culinary adventure! Dive into the deliciousness.
Thai-Kun's crispy chicken skin is indeed a standout! The perfect combination of crunch and flavor makes it a delightful Thai-inspired treat. It's definitely a must-try at Thaikun!
The Pad Kra Prow is a flavor-packed delight! With its aromatic basil, rich stir-fried meat, and spicy kick, it's a true Thai culinary masterpiece.

I come here with my husband all the time, it’s one of our favorite lunch spots! It's on rock rose, so there is no parking right there, but there is lots of free parking around the domain. I cannot recommend this place enough. The service is always fantastic and the food is incredible. There's never a wait when we go. The food is incredible, of course - our favorite dishes are chicken wings, chive cakes, fried chicken, coco rice (with crab), pad kraw pow, and the thai tea. There are lots of vegetarian options, and my husband has a few allergies like peanuts, gluten, etc, and the options have been fine. (Maine Root sodas)
The pad kraw pow is too spicy for me, but my husband - a spice lover - gets it extra spicy every time. It'll definitely get a sweat going, and the flavor is not ruined by the spice! The spice levels always seem to fluctuate with who is cooking, which hasn't been a huge deal for us - but if you can not handle spicy, you might want to be a little cautious.
The coco rice is so good! It comes to the table in a little super hot bowl and you wait a couple minutes for the rice at the bottom to get nice and crispy 🤤 the sauce is amazing and there are some fresh crisp veggies on top so you get a nice fresh crunch throughout as well. As mentioned before, spice may vary.
The fried chicken is some of my favorite fried chicken hands down! It doesn't feel too greasy. It's perfectly crispy, fatty, and salty, and the boom boom sauce adds a nice bit of spice and little bit of sweetness. It's served with some fresh cucumber slices, which is a really nice refreshing add.
I think about the food here all the time.
Not for vegetarians. There are no vegan options. Very surprising for a Thai place.
Great food
Perfect day for Thai! And oh those corn fritters!
I love the vibes of this place. The crispy coco + crab is absolutely phenomenal. The flavors mix really well, and the varied textures in the dish are a delight with every bite. I've only been twice and have only tried the one dish (because I'm obsessed with it), but the people I've gone with each time have gotten something different and have LOVED their dishes as well!
Part of my order was missing and the food wasn't good.
Great food, especially the crab rice and chive dumplings or whatever they are - many items very spicy 🌶️
In my experience, this Thai restaurant falls short of delivering an authentic Thai culinary experience. The food was notably bland, and the curry did not meet expectations in terms of flavor and quality. Overall, it did not live up to the standard one. But the service was good.
The tom yum soup was really disappointing - I requested veggie but there were only a few tomatoes then a ton of shrimp! Definitely not vegetarian friendly.
Worst food, quality of food is not good.
Awesome location and what seems to be a very authentic menu. The prices are what you would expect from the location and quality of the ingredients. The staff is very informative. I had the crab fried rice and a Thai Icetea 😋 I enjoyed both
Our server was great. However, I personally found the food to be lacking in flavor. The texture of the roasted chicken was tough and hard to chew. Also, not many options on the menu. If you do not eat pork, you are left with only a couple of choices. When I requested they simply leave bacon out of a dish, they responded by saying that the Chef does not like to make any changes whatsoever.
Awesome place to eat! Amazing staff, and incredible vegan options! 🌱
I’ve walked by this place so many times (it’s easy to miss) and finally tried it out for dinner with some friends - WOW this place is amazing! Their Thai food has so much flavor done in a modern twist. Trust when their menu labels something as spicy as the food is HOT but yummy. Don’t sleep on their drinks either! Loved their Thai milk tea and the Pink Sands Rita. Great energy and service from the staff I would absolutely come back here!
Yummy food! Unique food. Small serving sizes.
Good Place to have Thai food. They have menu chef inspired.
Food here is really flavorful, but the spicy stuff is freaking spicy. I thought I could handle the pad ka prow but it was too hot for me. I know it takes away from the authenticity but I do wish chef was more accommodating to spice levels. If that’s your thing this place is probably heaven.
Wing Appetizer - $14 - OK
Steak - $40 - Overcooked - Bland
Crab rice - ~$20 - Bland (is this even an asian restaurant?)
Pad See Ew - ~$20 - Good - Recommend not getting the tofu
Overpriced for what you get. Service was OK. Food was not as flavorful as I expect from a "Thai" restaurant.
Drinks were OK - But I feel like they barely put any liquor in any of the cocktails. I expect a hard hitting drink when I pay $15 for one.
Would rate this a 0 star just to get the "average rating" down. I am pretty sure that people giving 4/5 stars to this place know nothing about Asian food or are paid for their reviews. 🤖
Best Isaan Thai spot in Texas! No comparison.
Food was bland, may be specific to chefs choice but service was good and follow up. Pretty tricky food options.
Okay usually my go to. The papaya salad packs a punch and the crab fried rice is a go-to BUT HONESTLY THEIR TAKEAWAY SERVICE IS ABISMAL V SUBPAR the portion for papaya salad is not even worth it to be called a dish if ure ordering online DO NOT get it from here
Had amazing meal, the service was great. Our server was very attentive, kind and efficient. The food was delicious. I had the Pad Ka Prow and I will be dreaming of this for the next several days. Last but not always the ambience was great. Clean, cozy yet felt upscale as well.
I will definitely be returning. I will make sure to enter through the correct door next time :)
Neat and delicious 🤤
They ruined the Larb dish by replacing the rice and a fried egg with a slice of cabbage. It used to be one of the best dishes in the menu now it's barely edible without rice.
Fantastic Thai food! I have been dining here for a few years, and the menu always has something new to try. Highly recommended if you visit the Domain!
Best place
On Tuesday, August 24, 2023 at 7:35pm I walked into this restaurant hoping to eat some good food and receive great service. Immediately I saw the food is limited in its options and well overpriced. I came here bc I was waiting for my Tesla to charge and thought it would be nice to try rather than Velvet Taco which I went and spent my money at instead. I only had a limited amount of time and was told to sit at the bar. I asked, if I could put my order in so that the food would be made while I waited for a table to open. The host which was a male said, sorry we do not offer that option. I have never heard of a restaurant not letting a customer sit at the bar while waiting for a table. Horrible service! I will not be revisiting this restaurant and recommend other people to go somewhere else with better options.
My kids and I love thai food and eat it everywhere we travel. Believe me this food is mediocre at best. I've never ever had panang curry look and taste like thick stew. 😳. None of us enjoyed our meal. There are some proteins they wont let you pair up with some food. I've never heard of that before. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. The lady at pick up had a bad attitude. Worse thai food I've ever had and I've had thai food in literally 20 states because that's one food I've never had anyone mess up. This was a fitst. Wont repeat
Delicious and unique flavors
Friendly atmosphere.
Had a business meeting here during lunch on a week day. Place was not at full capacity.
The server interrupted our conversation every 2 minutes asking if everything is OK.
Do NOT place a check unless you are asked. That's just rude! We were still eating!
best thai in austin in my humble opinion. Authentic (enough) but still innovative. Small menu and each dish earns its place. comfortable atmosphere and good service.
Excellent food, great atmosphere
We have looked everywhere for the best pad Thai we could only find in a boutique restaurant in Winter Park, Florida… Our search brought up such a wonderful, chef inspired joint the likes which are so hard to find with the right portions, and perfect preparation of protein offerings. This place hands down deserves your attention. We will be visiting again to try the rest of the menu!
A nice Thai place in the domain. I tried their fried chicken skin, pad see ew with pork, and crab rice. Their chicken is really crispy and comes with a sauce that is slightly sweet. It taste just like pork rinds. The pad see ew was nothing special. The crab rice is good. The rice isn’t as flavored as most Asian rice are, but the crab meat in it was good. It came with a sour sauce which adds more flavor.
If i can give it a zero star I would do it in a heartbeat. First of. Our Groupon want to sit outside but the server said i already setup the table inside for u with the attitude.
The food is nothing like to picture. The cook and the server is a bad service. I’m sure if they don’t want to serve Asian people or not because they were not nice to another asian table. One of my friend kid is allergic to egg. So he ordered fired rice no egg. The server was rolling her eyes then the cook said he couldn’t do it. The chef only cook the menu as show on the menu. I order extra spicy. She said no. She will bring the crash pepper on the side!!
Ok then. We want to order dinner or special menu on the board. She said they only serve lunch. We’re Super upset!!!
Finally, we ordered pad thai, fried rice and pad see ew. The food are nasty. It’s so greasy. The only thing is good here is the busboy.
Terrible experience.
I had the Wontons, Pad Tua Hgok and a Pandan mule. Everything was delicious and my bean sprouts were perfectly spicy.
By far the best traditional Thai food I have had outside Thailand. Hands down. Reminds me of the food I would get in the local markets/street vendors.

음식은 돼지고기는 냄새나고 생선은 맛있습니다.
Me and my office team were here for lunch. Thai food is everyone's comfort food so we decided to come here. This is not the usual Thai restaurant as the food is very much chef oriented. You really can't ask them for any dish to replace the meat even if it's no pork but asking for beef - they don't do it. The crab rice I ordered was a little salty and was not at all spicy. We requested to be spicy but we were told it's chef oriented so they provided chilly flakes which was better. For drinks I ordered Thai ice tea and that was good. Overall in my team everyone was okay with their food. It's a more healthy style that this restaurant focuses on but not actual Thai food. It's good to try once. I'm not sure if I will go there again if the opportunity is given.
I had a good experience. The pork wontons were delicious. The Thai chicken plate with cucumbers was light, yet seasoned. The pork wontons was a different taste to me, yet I still enjoyed it. I will definitely make my way back to this restaurant… oh! & try the pandan mule - it’s a unique twist to the Moscow mule.
I've been here twice so far and the food and service were top notch both times.
It's my favorite place to go in the domain and offers very tasty dishes that you don't see in typical Thai places.
The food was tasty. The only downside in my case was almost warm broth while I would prefer it to be a bit hotter. But I still enjoyed it a lot.
Below average - peppers were rancid and shrimp undercooked.
The food is good, but I can tell they’re slowly working themselves down to a “domain quality” unfortunately. Green onions looked like they have been cut for 5-7 days (this is a daily prep item, y’all!) as well as heavily bruised cilantro. I had the coconut rice bowl which didn’t do much for me besides make me feel gross for eating so much oil. The papaya salad is great. Very spicy and very delicious. Pad Thai was very good too. Corn fritters were nice, but I’m hoping they didn’t just use corn starch to make them, because after a while they started to make me a little queezy.
I had the crab fried rice, it was pretty good. I tried a friend's green curry and found it pretty decent. I found the place somewhat loud but not incredibly so. Big portions - I took the leftovers home and ate them for dinner.
I have been waiting for a year to try the fish at your restaurant, and finally, I got the chance to taste it. It lived up to all my expectations.
As for the downsides, I would like to mention that the cocktails were not alcoholic enough and there was too much ice. I hope you will fix this in the next time!
Thank you!
Fantastic food! Service was also really great! Went here by accident thinking it was velvet taco place next door but it ended up being so much better!! I loved my pad see ew and my friends dish was also very authentic Thai spicy.
Just incredible! I'll go back here again. The drinks were fantastic! Vegetarian food was fantastic! Very knowledgeable wait staff.
Stopped by with my Thai wife, expecting some real Thai goodness. Turns out, it was more like a fancy bar and didn't have the Thai vibe I was hoping for. No Tom Yum or smiley faces, bummer! We had to bail and look for another spot to satisfy our Thai cravings.
We ordered the Crab Fried rice which was a real winner. The Green Curry had great flavor just wish there was more of it as it seemed lacking the coconut broth. The Pad See Ew with Tofu was way to sweet for my liking.
The staff was decent but really only spoke to us 3 times.
Food was spicy, just the way I like it.
Not great. Food was not accommodating of spice levels or other issues. Not that tasty either, pretty overpriced for portion size and taste.
The service was great but the food taste really bad , there is not enough selections and its super expensive.
