I’m slightly traumatized but I understand accidents do happen m.

Don't get me wrong the food here is amazing! However I if I had a dollar for every single time I had dirty silverware, a dirty glass or something in my food or drink I would probably have enough to purchase a free meal monthly. However as mentioned the food is usually very good and the service is typically good as well. If they could just clean this place up it would be a 4 to 5 Star place.

I have since been back a number of times and have not had a single issue since post pandemic. I've been here I want to say maybe five times in the past year and every experience has been great. The food of course always the freshest and so delicious. The service has really been out of the park too.....I never have to call a waiter or waitress over. They are always so prompt. I brought my daughter here for the first time and she absolutely loved it. Everything has improved greatly since my original review. I am going to add more stars and post additional pictures of my last visit. This is the best Thai food I've had on Long Island.

Thai cuisine is easily available everywhere in Newyork. However, Sarin Thai stands out in all aspects, ambiance, service, food quantity and taste, ample parking space.
The restaurant has plenty seating available, not crowded, soft soothing music and lights. Food genuinely tastes fresh and comforting. The service staff are also pleasant.

Just went recently for the first time in about 15 years. Just as good as it's always been. This spot has been around a while and I will take advantage of being able to eat there when I can. Food is delicious and fairly priced and service is friendly. I highly recommend the Chicken Satay and the Pineapple fried rice. The Thai fried rice is also delicious.

They have pretty unique thai dishes compared to other restaurants I've tried, but some can be a hit or miss. As basic as I might sound but my favorites are definitely their Pad Thai, which isn't too sour or too sweet but still appropriately flavored, and the Thai Tea, it has to be one of the BEST in NY.

Every dish is overly sweet even the drunken noodles? It all tasted like they used the same premixed sauce for the basil fried rice, drunken noodle and pad Thai. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been coming to this place for years and years.. over 100+ visits. I've never been disappointed. Top tier Thai food on Long Island. As incredible as the food is, their service and attentiveness is on another level. Highly recommended. Must try if you mood for Thai.

A great spot for Thai food! The pad thai is delicious and has a huge portion. There is a little bit of a wait after ordering, but it is worth it.

Food was delicious. Beef satay was tender and had that grilled charcoal taste in love. Pad Thai was really good but i ordered hot which was way hotter than Korean hot or Indian hot. I was sweating but even then... It was delicious. Thai tea was good nothing to write home about. It was a very pleasant minimalistic Thai atmosphere. Highly recommend it, my server was so professional and pleasant.

Been going to this place for years since it is located near work. Usually go as a group for lunch but sometimes we will go for dinner as a team event and we always enjoy it. Great food that is flavorful and can be tailored to an individual's spiciness level. Service is always quick and friendly

Typical Thai cuisine. Very neat and friendly waiters. Surprisingly less crowded on a Saturday evening. Singha beer and other drinks and appetizers was quick service. Fried fish takes. 20/30 minutes. Food spicy to your taste.

I am in love with Sarin. Best Thai food EVER, and truly no other place can compare. So obsessed, I love the pad ka prow, but everything is good. I love their salad with a homemade peanut dressing, which is so delicious, like "bigger salad please" I eat my WHOLE meal when I come here. Seriously delicious! Took my Father here for Father's day dinner and he LOVED it!!! He had the steam fish with brown rice. This place NEVER fails!

Yum Kai Salad was delicious. Friends enjoyed the Pad Thai. I might need to get that next time.

Been here a few times preCovid. Good to be back and the place hasn't miss a beat. We came for lunch and was welcomed and seated right away. It was quite with 2 other tables of patrons. Light music in the background. Very comfortable.
We had chicken and beef satay, both were juicy and light enough to go perfect with the peanut sauce (and a small side pickled cucumber)
The lunch menu came with soup or salad and we opted for the chicken rice soup. It was quite a big portion considering it came with the lunch menu. It had enough chicken and rice, the broth was light and flavorful.
I had the Pad Tofu and love the brown sauce that is not thick. It went well with the rice. We also ordered the Chicken Mussamun curry. It has a light kick to it and the ingredients were fresh.
We will be back to try other items on the lunch menu.

I am very rarely satisfied with dining out. But this was one of those rare occasions.

We love this restaurant. The staff are so warm and friendly. The food is delicious. We love the duck dishes, Pad Thai, the curries are wonderful. I wish the atmosphere was a bit warmer and more inviting. It has bright pot lights, high ceilings, and large tile floors, feels a bit commercial. Not a cozy, intimate place. If they invested a little to bring the ceiling down, softer lighting, and carpeting, it would be a more inviting place for couples on a Saturday night or date nights. Would also help for sound with families and big groups. Which this place is great for. It's a great place, I highly recommend you try it.

I ordered from this restaurant through door dash. They forgot to pack my Thai ice tea. I called the restaurant and they blamed door dash. There was like no evidence that the package was open by the driver. It was delivered nicely. I don't think it was packed from the restaurant. The woman owner was almost screaming at me. Shame on them. Foodwise, it was too sweet and salty. Never going back!

Great place in Old Westbury! With available parking. Authentic thai food with lots of options to choose from. There also have a lunch menu that ends at 3:30. I would recommend the pad thai & spicy fried rice.

The service was really great! The staff regularly refilled water, asked if everything was good, and were very kind/pleasant! Definitely going back. Prices were very reasonable, especially given how inflated food prices have been lately!

I loved this place around 5 years even I got baby bug in my food 2 years ago. But there is hair today. This is not from top of body. From middle. I feel so bad. I’ll never visit here again. Good luck for all sarin customers.

Found this lovely gem in my food this evening. This is very unacceptable. I was told my food would be ready in “45 minutes” and when I got there they told me another 25 minutes which ended up being an additional 45 minutes. There were multiple customers angry waiting for their food. They did not give accurate pick up times and did not provide good customer service.

Very good food. Service was good as well. Was even able to substitute my protein. All in all a great place for Thai.

Sarin Thai is one of our go-to places. Great food, great location but they can be pretty busy on Friday nights.

LOVE Sarin. The quality of food here is absolutely amazing. The quantity of food is great for the price too. Below average food. I got takeout on Pad see ew along with other 2 chicken lunch specials. Chicken was overcooked, dry, and thin - might have been cooked a day before. Flat noodles were definitely lacking color and sauce, almost white as my table. It came with soft boiled broccoli. Not appealing at all and barely edible.

Sarin Thai has excellent Thai food. I am a Mee Krub (or Mee Grub) fan and many Thai restaurants do not have it but Sarin Thai does and it is great. Phad Thai is superb and so is the pad si ooh. The service is good and the people are nice. It is my go to place for Thai food.

Update: added another star. Just picked up another order and it was better than ever! Every bite was delicious!

It's a little expensive for lunch, but I treat myself once in awhile and get my favorite dish from Sarin - extra spicy Siam Noodle (flat noodles w/ crispy duck) and a papaya salad. Staff is friendly, and safe social distancing is being observed upon arrival for takeout.

Love love love the food here. This was our go to when we were in school. Their pick up service made it easy for us during busy days. They could work in their interior little...It doesn’t seem like a fine dining restaurant. Lunch menu deal is amazing and saves you money and help our students.

Most of the dishes we had were good. The one I had was ok as chicken was boiled. Server a bit pushy with drink menu.

Authentic Thai food in a large open dining room. Staff dresses in traditional garb and they aim to please. Food is excellent, portion sizes are moderate and prices are reasonable. Worth a try!

The food is always very fresh and tastes amazing! Parking is tight so if you have a larger car you may have a hard time. I love the massaman curry, I order it everyrime. Pad Thai is also great!

First time here and will definately be back. Clean, friendly atmosphere with delishous food at reasonable prices. The scallop curry was great... Sweet scallops with coconut curry sauce... Heat conscious... Mild, medium or hot not an issue here. Soups, salads and apps we're all fresh and tasty. 5 min from tilles center so it's a perfect location for before a show.
