We loved the eel nigiri and the rainbow roll!! Crème Brûlée was silky smooth and delicious!! We will 100% return!!

Really fantastic place. Good portions with fantastic flavor. Rec the Pho, Pad Woosen, & Pad Thai. The Thai Tea is also better than most locations.

Thida Thai has lost my business. Called yesterday to do a pickup order. They were charging almost $25 for gratuity. It's a pickup order, you are not waiting on me hand and foot. I was shocked, almost went through with the order, and decided not to spend my money there. It's sad because I really do like their food. Guess I'll be making the further trip to Royal Thai in Nashville. Their food is even better. Big mistake Thida big!

The food is ok besides the spicy conch and octopus being 80% avocado, but the prices they charge don’t match the prices on the menu. Double check what price you’ll be charged for your items before they ring up your total.

The gentleman who took my order over the phone was extremely upset with me. I repeated my order to him. He agreed with me. When I picked up my order, it was wrong. I politely confirmed my order with the cashier and she agreed. I looked at the receipt and the order was wrong. The man who took my order over the phone informed me that he previously confirmed the order with me over the phone. I told him what I ordered. He repeatedly talked about me while I was patiently standing near the cash register waiting for them to correct my order. He was very loud while complaining. That was very unprofessional. The cashier apologized for the man's behavior.

The Thai curry bento box dinner was savory and the spicy tuna roll was a great compliment to it. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere for dinner.

The food was so good here I had to go back the next day. Both days I had a rainbow roll and the chicken Pho. Just delicious.

Went for lunch and the food was really good. There's so many choices on their huge menu it almost gives you decision fatigue.

We've been several times and everything we've tried has been delicious. My favorite is the Panang curry so far. They can get busy at times and the servers might take a little longer to come around, but the staff has always been nice. The bench seats in the booths aren't the most comfortable, a bit firm, but it's not too bad. Overall, one of my favorite local restaurants.

We like this place. Unfortunately, the Edamame came to the table with the meal this time. Usually, we receive it as an appetizer. Other than that, the service was good. The red curry was delicious . The tofu, vegetable pho was lacking flavor. Adding some hot sauce gave it flavor.

We wanted 30 minutes before anyone even asked to help us. Once seated it took another 15 to 20 minutes to get us started with drinks. It wasn’t crowded so I was confused on why it was taking so long. By the time the food finally arrived I was full from drinks (soda) and ready to go.

Nice food, but service needs a complete makeover. I gave them several tries but kept getting disappointed, even with take out there were issues- lateness, forgetting orders (which was same deal inside minus the attitude of the servers)

Discovered this place about a year ago ans its now my favorite place to get sushi. I love the Fuji roll, the orange sauce really sets it apart. I haven't had any sauce like it anywhere else!
I even came here on my birthday with my family because it's now my favorite place!
My husband always gets the fried rice and we share the vegetable egg roll - delicious and crispy even when to-go.
Always quick and friendly service if dining in. I've picked up also and it's fast as well.
I will say there is a roll on their menu that's not listed online so I can never order online, I always call it in. Other than that 10/10 stars

The food here has always been excellent, but after they lost my debit card and tried to blame me for it, I probably won't be back. The manager wasn't in so they couldn't review the cameras and the staff was dismissive that I was concerned about my card being lost. They told me multiple times that they would call me if they found it, but it wasn't there.

They found it about 2 hours later under a corner somewhere. No apology from anyone. They didn't call - they saw me coming back and brought it out.I had already canceled my card by that point because the situation was unnerving.

(I have tried calling since to see where they found it and no one has answered the phone, and their website didn't have a contact button.)

We did take out so we can't comment on atmosphere. Ordered both green and red curries. Both were excellent.

Best Thai Coffee and shrimp fresh rolls.

My mom came into town and wanted good thai food. I’d been at this location once before so i suggested this place. when we arrived the server suggested we sit at the bar. I declined and asked can we sit outside. He said no so abruptly that a person listening offered his seat. From that point on he was rude. when my mom pointed out that the table was unclean after he half wiped it . He raised his hand at her to silence her request.. When we said thank you he ignored us a rushed away. I thought he was just overwhelmed but i watched his interaction with the next table and it was not the same. Interesting sassy towards us unprovoked. I wonder why ? Needless to say we didn’t stick around to find out. we simply left:

First time here. Menu is overwhelming with the amount of items to choose from. I was able to find DF and GF options. I ordered my meal at a level 1 hotness and my husband ordered his at a level 3. The food was good but kind of bland. I would probably order a hotness of a level 2 next time. We both ordered the rice stir fry meal. Presentation was beautiful. I was able to order mine without egg.

It was wonderful. My husband says the Duck Pad Thai is absolutely wonderful. Crispy duck skin and wonderful noodles. The West Heaven roll was fresh and really good.

Took 50 minutes to get my order! One entree. Sorry you're short staffed, but I won't be back anytime soon.

The food is always great. However, the service today was absolutely terrible. We sat around a semi-empty restaurant for well over an hour waiting on our meal. After the first entree was dropped off at our table we waited another 30 minutes before the other two arrived. Tables all around us had to continually ask for missing dishes. When the checks finally came my card was charged for multiple tickets. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Instead of getting a typical fast food highway meal, we decided to stop here on our trip to Nashville. We used to live in Asia so any opportunity to eat more Asian food doesn't go missed.

Thida Thai makes excellent curry and Lo Mein. I assume everything else is amazing but those are the only two dishes I ordered. Came for lunch on a Saturday and was seated immediately. Also, the prices aren't outrageous. Great service too. My wife has a mushroom allergy and she told the staff about it and the waitress did a fantastic job making sure her food was void of mushrooms.

A cute little spot. My first time trying drunken noodles with the server's suggestion and it was great. Side not: the lotion bar in the bathroom was a nice touch

Big fan of Thida Thai! The food is fresh & very reasonably priced. My favorite dish is the Pad Thai, which I’ve ordered many times. It’s flavorful, the noodles are cooked well, and the portion is very generous (see pic). Highly recommend!

My husband and I LOVE Thida Thai. Their Red Curry is our favorite. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is nice.

I was very disappointed during our visit today on many levels. First I got silverware that had lettuce still caked on the fork. The soup had a straw wrapper in it. When I was handed the lunch menu, a dead cockroach was in between the two menus. Half of my order was on my friends plate and half of his on mine. The waitress said to just eat off each others plate. Then she noticed the order was wrong but just left it instead of offering to fix it. I had to go back up to the counter and ask it to be fixed due to a food allergy.

Edit: 7/22/2023 - still a great place. Same owners. They have great sushi in addition to the Thai dishes. Their crab ragoon actually has crab and is delicious. The beef salad is amazing...I recommend getting it with a side of rice and pouring the thai lime dressing on the rice. If you order a dinner portion plan to take some home. If I order a dinner portion of pork Pad Garpow I can eat it for 2-3 meals. To expound on the original comment of eating it fresh, most dishes are still great for takout, you just lose some of the touches which take it from good to great. For example some of the dishes include a crunchy bit of flash-fried basil which has a bit of crunch to it, but it gets exposed to steam in a container and goes limp when taken home. Also, some dishes have a fried egg and they can go from being cooked perfectly (medium and a bit runny) to being slightly over-cooked when taken home. Again, they're all prepared amazingly well in the restaurant.

BEST THAI I'VE EVER EATEN! Food was fresh and very flavorful at a great price! Nice, enjoyable atmosphere. The place was very busy with to-go orders. Our server was very sweet but almost too busy to be attentive to our needs (refilling dinks). She was apologetic and very polite when we did get her attention.

Excellent and friendly wait staff. Our waitress was so nice and smiled the whole service. Generous portions and good quality. A bit pricey, but easily 2 meals out of one portion.
