The place is pretty good. We had mixed dim sum. They seem frozen ones from the store and taste ok. The curry dishes were tasty. But the beef meat was a bit funny. Maybe it’s marinated so that’s why the texture was like that. Also the red curry says there’s bamboo shoot in there but actually no bamboo shoot. Overall we liked the experience and would like to go back to more items. They have a huge menu prob can come back many times.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I frequent this place often and we’ve never experienced such bad service. No one greeted us for over 15 minutes, someone comes out and brings us a water, we wait another 10 minutes and no one ever came back. We couldn’t even order an appetizer. We waited almost 30 minutes just to get water.

This was such a lovely find. It’s definitely small, but in an intimate way. The food was fast and delicious. The staff were really sweet and friendly.

I ordered the Poke Bowl w/Salmon + got the Ikuru. Both very tasty and filling. I meant to take a photo but honestly forgot as soon as the sushi chef handed me my pokeball across the bar.

Fish is fresh. Their tuna is that deep red that you want. Absolutely delicious every single time we eat here and that’s probably about once per week lol. Even their miso soup is better than others! Best sushi in Nashville

Surprisingly amazing food. I've been in the hunt for great Asian/ Thai food since moving here and this place didn't disappoint. And they arent far from where i reside. The customer service was standard. My lamb chops weren't seasoned/cooked great but everything else was delightful. Noodle dishes were good as well as the appetizers. Will try the sushi bar soon.

I had ordered through their assign vendor app. Very easy.
Then to my amaze, I entered the restaurant and beautiful atmosphere. I was expecting a stereotypical asian walk-in walk-out counter top setup. There was great seating, sushi bar. Really an intimate setting for date night!!! Will have to visit again and post interior photos.

I am a regular and have yet to get anything other than the best they have to offer. The appetizers alone can get you through the night! The best 'Crab Rangoon' this side of Nashville! Hands down. The fried Calamari is ridiculous! Love it. Another one always better than everyone else this side of the city! I am from Jersey and this hidden gem is my go to here in Hermitage. Family owned and operated this place is worthy of Guy and the "DDD" crew! The service isn't always the best but you just can't help the quality of people applying for the position, (Even family, lol). I was a skeptical at first, then became a believer. Especially with the sashimi or sushi, or mostly about my favorite thing, out of salt water...(A.k.a. - lobster.) Their Lobster special is delicious. The presentation is gorgeous. Enough said!

This restaurant is an excellent choice! Really fresh ingredients, sushi so fresh and good. I ordered poke bowl with tuna and yellow tail as well as the summer roll. Amazing. It's my 4th visit and have yet to find a complaint. Delicious and worth every penny.

Food is decent but staff is extremely incompetent, rude and barely speaks English.
P.S. Always double check your pickup orders unless you want to go back twice. They won't answer their phone either.

This is the second time in a week that we've eaten here. The Thai food is excellent! The service by Sean is amazing, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming! I like the spiciness measure on a scale from 1 to 5! F4 is just the right amount of heat for me, and I do like some heat! I had Panang Curry and he had pad ki mow. Both were great!

This place doesn’t look like much. But it is pretty good once you get inside the doors. The food was all flavourful and had a good kick of spice if you choose to add it to your Thai dishes. It’s definitely worth a stop in!

Save your money. Overly expensive for NO REASON. Ordered to go and served me food that was not hot. Was luke warm. Served fresh rolls weren’t even rolled with the rice paper over the roll. Literally was a waste.

I never really used to think much on having a favorite restaraunt if anyone ever happened to ask. And now this is my absolute favorite place in the world to go with my beautiful wife and I tell everyone every chance I get! The food is absolutely amazing and delicious! This place looks like your average little spot but I promise that you'll be pleasantly surprised by the comforting ambiance of the room and the amazing staff that are both so kind and attentive no matter how busy they get and they do get very busy!
I'm very sad that I can't take it back with me to my home town in East, TN but I look forward to visiting every single chance that I get with my beautiful wife and family. This is hands down my favorite restaurant of all time!

I used to go here when I first moved to the area about 6 months ago. Was glad to find it and really enjoyed it, but after tonight's experience I can't see taking another chance to spend too much money on a poor quality vegetarian meal. They got my take out order wrong and when I returned it they gave it back to me the 2nd time wrong again. I asked if they would make it fresh for me I would wait. After getting it home and tasting it I should have just gotten my money back. Veggies with brown sauce isn't hard to screw up, but they did. And it was always good before. The sauce now tasted like it had some seriously added sugar and barely any flavor! Oh well. On the hunt for another Thai place that serves quality food.

We were positively blown away by Sushi Thai! We celebrated Father’s Day here today, and it was beyond our expectations! We ended up getting the gyoza, a 9-piece sashimi, the New Yorker Roll, the chicken satay, a spicy crab roll for our son, garlic edamame, and a side of sticky sushi rice. Everything we got was fresh, delicious, and very well priced! I can’t wait to go back!

This place was wonderful years ago. Then took a bit of a dive and we quit going. Since it had a new name and owner (I presume) my wife and I had said we would try it out before long. Well, it took a long time and then we dropped in for lunch. Wow. Such excellent service and the food was top notch. We were blown away and thrilled that we had another place to dine in the neighborhood!

I went here for my anniversary dinner & the sushi was incredible. The server had a sense of humor & was fast with our order. 10/10 recommend

I'm scared to write this review because I don't want everyone to know what a hidden gem Sushi Thai really is. It's pretty small inside but I've been 5 times now and the sushi, nigiri, sashimi, thai is simply fresh and excellent. It rivals any of the top sushi spots in Nashville/Franklin. It has become my favorite spot. The price is affordable and the portions are generous. Try it. Just don't make me wait for a table. :)
