All in all, this was a very unexpected experience for such an unassuming establishment. 10 out of 10. Will go again.

Ordered the Lard Na. If you like chicken and dumplings but don’t want to be bothered by all the pesky flavor, order this. Was given a foil wrapped ball of tough pre-frozen (?) noodles (many still stuck together) and a tall soup cup with bland chicken that once combined in the cup, became difficult to eat with either fork, spoon, or chopsticks (had to try). It was $11 and came with only what I mentioned. For $11.99, Cracker Barrel will give you a large plate of chicken and dumplings with thick flavorful gravy and 3 SIDES PLUS Biscuits. Salt and pepper did nothing to add flavor and I left most of the tan fluid and stark white chicken bits in the cup. When a chain restaurant smokes your dish in flavor, quantity, and price, it’s time to retire the wish.com chicken and dumplings from the menu. I gave one additional star only because the building is a great looking place.

Tried out Thai O'Cha for the first time today and it was great! I'm here on vacation visiting family and was craving some Thai Beef Salad did a quick google search and it led me here. Definitely coming back when I'm in town again.

I normally go during lunchtime and do the buffet. Every dish I have tasted there is a hit. I favor the panang curry, beef salad, larb, crispy pork ribs, and fried egg rolls.

This is a hard one to rate. Some of their food was really good and some was really bad. Portion sizes were really good for the price. Cucumber salad was really good, papaya salad was not good at all. Main entree was good but quite different than what I normally get when I order the same dish at other Thai restaurants, which kind of threw me for a loop. Wasn't bad, just different Vegetables and seasonings than what I am used to.

I’m m glad a found this gem in my neighborhood, some of the best Thai food I’ve had. Great buffet and value.

Excellent service, the staff is very attentive. I have a hard time finding any resturant that serves anything truly spicy. This kitchen doesn't hold back! What really made the food stand out is that they packed so much flavor into the food despite it being as hot as it was. Try them out!

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the North East.

We found this little gem located on Universal City. We order the pepper steak and the O'cha spring rolls. The food was very delicious and the people were friendly. However, it was a little hard to understand the person who took our order over the phone. There is very little parking in the front as it's shared with other businesses. But the food is worth coming back.

One of two tables on a Friday night. They lost our order. We watched a table who were seated quite a bit after us and then two walk in to-go orders get their food as we continued to wait. We then asked the waitress if we could just get our food to go when it was ready being that our 8 month old was getting fussy from sitting so long. She informed us the chef hadn’t begun our order. It had somehow been misplaced. No apology whatsoever. We did get to try the Tom Kha soup. Mediocre at best. Will not be back and do not recommend.

This place is probably my favorite Thai restaurant in SA. I usually only get the curry dishes and they never disappoint. Good serving size and very flavorful. I've probably ordered from here a dozen times by now and each time is high quality so they have consistency down too. Good stuff

I asked for my meal to be Thai Hot- as spicy as it comes. The waitress said I couldn't handle Thai Hot and there would be no refund if I found it too spicy. I assured her I DID WANT Thai Hot, as that's how I get it at every Thai restaurant. She refused to give it to me and said she'd only give me "Spicy" and she would bring me chili flakes if needed.
Sure enough, the dish was not spicy enough for me. It took 3 times of asking to get the chili flakes she offered. Still not spicy enough.
The atmosphere was dingy, parking was bad, but that's okay. I will say it was crowded, so it is popular! And food was a 4 out of 5; husband loved his dish.
Bottom Line: When a customer tells you what they want, listen to them.

This place is amazing! The food is incredible, and the waitress is so helpful when I forget my husband's favorite hot sauce.

The Eggplant Delight is tasty and the Sa-Tay appetizer is good. Do not appreciate they over-charged $9 on my two items.

Every dish I tried on the buffet was delicious. Definitely worth the price. They desserts are beyond tasty as well And I'll be going back soon.

I'm a picky eater when it comes to my food and how I like it. A couple of my good friends brought me here, and I was kinda scared to try it. But I must say it is one of the best Thai food places I've been to. The food is delicious. It's always bu,sy but that doesn't stop me from going there.

This place is great decided to try it one day had no idea that they had a lunch buffet. It is a small buffet which makes it great everything is fresh and good a nice selection of dishes and she changes a few of them on Monday's. Fridays and Saturdays. I eat at this place at least twice a month. My suggestion to any? One is. To get there when they open at 11 o'clock when they have just put everything out because sometimes they get so busy they have a hard time keeping up. With them because as I said they make everything there fresh really enjoy this place a lot. Give it a try parking in the rear and you can park across the street if there's no parking in back. It's really worth a try you will be surprised. I have never ordered off their menu because the 1st time I tried it. They have the buffet for lunwhy order. A? Dish. When they have it right there? Give it a try I don't think you will be disappointed

Hubby likes this place but it wasn't my favorite (just tastewise and there was a lot of spicy options (again, I cant handle spicy food)), food was fresh, service was great, the place could get a little updated inside and out.

My husband and I love this place. Great Thai food. The fried spring rolls are perfect starter. We love the pad khing and pad Thai. The curry was yummy but even ordering it mild was too spicy for me (I’m a wimp!). Thai tea is delish as well! The environment in store is really chill, lots of tables so never feels packed. Service is good as well, they aren’t overly attentive but still make sure you have everything you need.

Been going here for 12 years food has always been delicious.But six months ago I noticed a difference in the quality and taste went back yesterday and for the first time in 15 years I walked out very disappointed can’t say I won’t give them another chance cause I will and hope they work out the issues going on in the restaurant.

This was one of my least favorite experiences in all the years I have been to Thai Ocha. I called in my order prior to arriving, no problem on wait time. My cucumber salad and cucumber soup were delicious. The Thai spring rolls were sticky and hard, partially cooked too fast. The Thai Wings and the Thai Ribs were cooked too fast and ribs were crunchy overcooked, both had no flavor but were fried too long. I asked for all flats, and had to pay additional but she said next time? My combination fried rice was bland with no flavor and only included two shrimp in it. It seems like everything tastes entirely different than before, perhaps new cooks or food not prepared as usual. It didn't seem fresh cooked maybe it was from the buffet for $69? 🤔

This has been our go to for Thai food. Great flavors and a wide selection of items to choose from!

Buffet is always 5 stars, so I am soooo disappointed to give a low rating based solely on today's experience!
I ordered two apps and a entree to go.
Based on the restaurant menu in my hands, prices were $6, $6, $11. When I went up to pay total was $30. But once home I realized it should've been lower. So I look at their online order menu and their prices are $8, $8, $14. And let me tell you the portion size of the $14 is a rip off! It was more like a half portion. I learned my lesson and will stick to buffet only! Otherwise not worth it with these new prices.

Best Thai buffet around. They rotate a few dishes daily but keep the popular ones everyday. Great service and friendly staff. Parking is minimal so parking across the street is necessary when busy. Friendly and attentive staff.

This place is terrible. I trusted the high star rating and I was extremely disappointed!! Dont eat here. They gave me warm noodles with ice cold chicken mixed in. There were burned noodles and basil twigs. The noodles were all stuck together. I threw it away right after taking the pictures.

This is probably the worst Thai food we've ever had. The liquid was like chicken broth and the chicken tasted like nothing. Not sure how this place has any stars. Waste of $50 for something that taste like dog food smells.

I went for a work social event. The place wasn't packed, but masks are encouraged for customers and worn by staff. 👍 I ate the Thai Red Curry with chicken and it was very good. Nice kick!!

The spicy chicken nuggets were more sweet than hot, but nice and crispy. Steamed and stir fried vegetables were tender and tasty. I enjoyed it so much that I bought a few dishes to go for my son.

My husband called in my order while I drove to pick it up.
When I got there they said that he ordered 4x the amount of the meal. I said that was incorrect, it was supposed to have one order with an appetizer.
They went as far to tell me they called the number given several times to ensure the order was 4x the amount. My husband gave them my number, neither of us received a call, so they lied.
I said I’d only pay for one lunch special and my appetizer. The little girl at check out rolled her eyes and said, I guess we will take the other 3 orders off then” with an attitude, so I called her out for it and said I am a customer and I don’t appreciate her tone.
After leaving, my husband called to inquire about their lies and all they did was play on their lies and requested us to pick up the orders.
Very unprofessional and lies to customers. Won’t be going back again.

Most disgusting Thai food I have ever eaten! I ordered the pad kee mow. It tasted like sour barf! My first bite was a piece of tofu, that I was hoping just tasted weird. My second bite was noodle and I spit it out. Threw away the whole meal because it was inedible. Will never waste my money here again! Threw away $15 worth of food!
