Guys... this Thai food is no joke!
I have had it once before as take out but decided to dine in this time. Very clean.
I had the Thai Coffee (comes iced). Thai coffee now has a special place in my heart. 10/10 We also ordered the ginger tea. Also delicious!
For an appetizer we had the spring rolls. Definitely not frozen - with that crunch it had to be made in house. The sauce paired with it was great.
For entree we had the green curry (tofu option)(curry was way more green than I'm used to seeing but it was delicious) and TomYum soup (chicken option)(also great).
Everything was delicious and the portions were big enough to serve as another meal later (maybe even two)
The total was $42: 2 speciality drinks, an appetizer, 2 large entrees. The value matched the price in my opinion

Don't know when they're open the sign says open but no one's there to unlock the door I've been more then once.

Slightly above average Thai food for the tri-state area. Curry was a bit salty. Sate was unseasoned, uninteresting, and a tiny bit undercooked. But very nice people. Not high end Thai, but not low end either. Slightly above average.

Food is always great. Service can be a bit slow with usually one person taking orders and cashing out but the food is always worth the wait. Been through the majority of the menu and its all very good.

The are open when they feel like it. I called to check their close time and I'm told 9:00, drive all the way in there, and they wouldn't wait on us! Your kitchen closes at different times all the time. If I'm there 45 mins before close how can your kitchen already be closed?! They lady was completely rude! She had to go orders on the counter and that's ok? I've ordered to go 20 mins before 9 and it's ok. Again they close different times all the time. You aren't going to be open long if you keep losing customers! I went from going a lot, to not really interested anymore.

The food here is amazing. Our faves are the Pho and the Pad Thai, but everything is fabulous. The food sometimes takes some time but it's worth the wait.

The server treated my 5 yr old grandson as a king. She found a way to get him chocolate milk with his meal and give him tempora chicken in place of chicken nuggets. My meal was incredible and the other members at the table enjoyed every bite.

I ordered takeout while visiting family in Greeneville and it did not disappoint! I ordered the pad kee mouw and a spicy tuna roll and both were great! Best meal I’ve had in Greeneville.

Everything is always amazing every time we stop by ! Delicious dishes with local and imported ingredients alike. Please , ask for the prik nam pla and be sure to try the tom yum and green / panang curry !

Always good Asian food. We frequently get takeout and have never been disappointed. Lettuce wraps and dumplings are both great appetizers. I like the General Tso's chicken for dinner.

Thai's Joy is one of Greeneville's best hidden restaurants! Tucked away near the Ingles towards the south side of Greenville. The Sushi was amazing and fresh! This is a most try for those who haven't been. If you're on the fence.... Just go!

The food took quite a while to serve and some dishes took much longer than others even though it was for the same table. The boba was much too sweet and I understand blending up the ice but the tapioca pearls too? The whipping cream just made the sweetness worse. I ordered the pad thai and the noodles weren’t the usual kind in pad thai (which wasn’t an issue I suppose) and was wayy to salty only made worse by the classic oiliness of the dish. The combination of these two was awful as you couldn’t quench the saltiness with the too sweet boba as it would make you dizzy and nauseous. I tried a few of the other dishes and they were all much too oily and salty. Based on observations of the place while eating, if you have a group of more than three people around lunch time, you would have to stand around and wait if the larger was recently vacated or wait longer if it’s in use as the restaurant doesn’t have many larger tables. Overall, it was okay, just not what I would call “good.”

The food is wonderful! We are repeat customers and are never disappointed. Kid friendly. Service is prompt and food is always fresh and piping hot. If you like heat, they offer different levels to satisfy any taste.

They have great coconut chicken here. My 6 year old loves it.

Went for Mother's day. It was packed. Got the last open table. Food was good. Server was very busy but did well! I would recommend.

The staffing was a major problem at this location. It’s unfortunate because the food was absolutely delicious. We had egg rolls, won tons( yum yum yum), chicken on a stick, and a smoked salmon roll. Then the entrees. If you are looking for good Thai food, you should try this place. As for the service, it was slow and a bit awkward. Only one person running the FOH, but in fairness, she did pull it off even with a couple walk outs. Even so, I would visit again cause there was many other items I wanted to try.

Their menu listed a bunch of things that were incorrectly described, or just didn't exist. They also only had ONE waitress for a very busy restaurant.

Food was well prepared and fresh. Restaurant was very clean and waitstaff was attentive.

This place is amazing! Highly recommend! If you like sushi I personally think it is the best within 100 miles. They have many options. The Thai food is very fresh tasting. I eat here often.! Try the golden gate roll or the Dragon roll

Worst boba tea I've ever had..came here because of reviews. Was more of a chocolate shake than a milk tea and the boba were chewy and disintegrated like..had to spit them out.

I am very disappointed, I placed an order in the afternoon online ,confirmation that my order be ready for pick up between 240 and 255 in the afternoon and I got there and they were closed! And the overhead sign is not the same name making it difficult for me to find them things as it was my first time ever going there. I drove a half hour out of my way and got absolutely nothing other than a headache and a lot of frustration.

This is our "go to" Thai food restaurant in Greeneville! We have enjoyed our food every visit and look forward to our next visit! Pricing is fair for the amount you recieve. You won't go hungry. We are still trying to get a feel for their spicy scale, so ask them to clarify. "Medium" heat was overwhelming hot last visit and not hot at all tonight. But the food was tasty, so it wasn't anything to complain about. Pickup is easy, prompt, and of course the staff is quite friendly!

Ate in the restaurant a few weeks ago and thought we had found a new favorite place in Greeneville. Decided to do take out and was extremely disappointed. Egg rolls were inedible and greasy and tuna roll was not at all what we ordered. We will not be back, unfortunately 😔

I absolutely love the food here. I haven't been able to eat in yet, but their online ordering and timing went without a hitch. The staff are very friendly, and I work where they buy some of their fresher supplies. They're always courteous and kind, in either setting, and knowing they're buying quality ingredients is rather a perk too! 😄

This place is a diamond in the dirt, over looked and underrated. Everything was delicious from the sushi to the regular course items it was good I spent $55 trying different things on the menu. Which they have a really good and cheap lunch menu

The food was fresh. They even accommodated my request for an off menu item. Service top notch. I had a fresh summer roll the size of a burrito.

This was the most horrible food 😫 and experience of my life! They didn't put the lids on my food for starters and it dumped the juice all over my car! Then home and the food was nasty and way over priced! I will never eat here again! And recommend you don't waste your money either!

I went last night to eat & ordered coconut soup. I took some of it home in their plastic container & placed it in my fridge to eat if for lunch. At the end of my meal I noticed a small cockroach in it. I attempted to call them multiple times to let them know they have an issue & all I get is a msg Welcome to Verizon wireless, Your call Cannot be completed as dialed. Be careful with this restaurant.

Service was horrible. Waiter was not friendly, the broccoli was under cooked, the chicken was over cooked. This is my second time here the first was good this time will be my last. Asked for to go boxes 10 min ago still waiting. The bathroom is dirty if I noticed that first I wouldn’t have ordered today. They need better service and make sure food is fresh and if not offer to make it right. Highly disappointed!! Didn’t even eat the food.

Great, fresh food! The only cons I’ve experienced was that the water doesn’t taste purified, and the shrimp sauce and the won ton sauce had a ton of sugar in it so beware if you’re sensitive to sweets.
I had green curry and it was so fresh and flavorful!

Service was non-existent. We spent 15 minutes there and never had the opportunity to even place a drink order.

Absolutely best crab fried rice ever I stopped on my way through the other day and got an order of it and the
won tons and I am back getting it again 3 days later!!! Oh yeah and drove all the way from Rogersville for it!😂

In town for a week with work and am very happy I found this place. Family-run establishment with friendly staff, good food, and fair prices. I've eaten there twice in 4 days and had the green curry, stir-fry garlic, and lettuce wraps. All were fragrant, flavorful, and spiced according to my request.
Will make sure to eat at Thai's Joy anytime happen thru Greeneville.

My husband and I went for our first time. We are new to the area. Its a laid back place. Quiet and cozy. Service was wonderful, food was delicious and top quality and prices were reasonable. Definitely found our go to thai place.

The food was great, but the wait staff was a bit rude. Forgot my wife's drink, took awhile to get back to us about the soda fountain being down. And they only had one available desert, which was not what either of us had decided on.

The food here was quite good. We will definitely get it again. However, the service was abysmal. The waitress had no interest in her job, and took over ten minutes to refill my husband's water. There were TWO other customers in the restaurant, and she was clearly on her phone before bringing water. Bottom line: Get takeout.
