This is the place I take the family when we want Chinese/Thai Asian food...My wife and kids had the Chicken Lo Mein and Pork Gyoza, I had Crab Rangoon and Tried their Pad Thai this Time. I have also had the Thai Basil and Thai Green Curry before and liked those better than the Pad Thai. Not as spicy as some other places I've been, so if you have never had Asian food before, this is a good place to try it.

This is the best Asian restaurant I have ever been to. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, they always make their dishes beautiful, and the food is amazing.
Even if you don't like sushi I highly recommend you try the golden Jamestown roll. I thought it sounded unappealing until my friend ordered it and had me try it. The taste is unexplainably amazing.
My friends and I split a sushi boat which is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The sushi chef makes his own creations, which are not on the menu, and they bring it out on a beautiful wooden boat.
Every chance I have to eat out I want to go here. You just can't go wrong with their food.

This place is a gem! Don't judge the book by its cover. The food was delicious! All the food. The service was spectacular and the prices are fair. This isn't Landmark (very casual dress) and their main revenue is take-out and delivery (from what I could tell), but you're missing out of you don't dine in. Authentic dinnerware really completes the experience.

I'm not sure what else I can say . . My husband and I came into to sit and eat dinner..we are not from the area so we aren't familiar with Jamestown..I would honestly not go back.
The outside of the restaurant is falling apart... literally.
There is a huge banner 20% takeout and dine in . . That's what got us to even step foot inside.
There was no one eating inside .. plenty of empty tables, 2 cashiers and maybe 2-3 cooks in back?
The place inside is dimly lit, no booths, floor could use a vacuum.. table luckily was wiped clean before we sat.
Hostess gave us a menu, which is also their takeout menu . . Tons of options(perhaps to many?) Food came out quick ..which was shocking as most people coming in were for takeout and had to wait.
We got miso soup, chicken kabobs, sesame chicken and a few sushi rolls. Miso was bland..no flavor, no tofu and 2 small squares of seaweed. The chicken kabobs were not at all like what me and my husband have had before. These were prices of grilled chicken with green pepper smothered in sauce .. his sesame chicken was smothered in sauce and a little cold. And my sushi rolls were not that good. The 2 sweet potato were fine, but the other roll was smothered in sauce again.. making the overall sushi too muddled to even taste. When we got the bill it came to $60+ tip. With no 20% off in sight..
My recommendation if you do decide to eat in, make sure the food is hot before you eat it. Make sure you check your bill for the 20% off.and probably ensure there are people inside eating as well as it was very awkward us just sitting all by ourselves.

Chinese food is much better elsewhere

If you're looking for great food and AMAZING customer service, look no further! They are so incredibly friendly, always smiling and so very polite. The food is the best around. They have never messed my order up but IF they ever did I would say nothing. I'd would pay and tip. They are that nice. I'm 100% sure they would fix it with no issues if there was an error. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Good food, great customer service. The menu is large and could be intimidating to some, but that doesn't take much away from the overall experience here.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I felt like I was having a nightmare where I was locked in a dirty abandoned restaurant. Was served the wrong food that wad disgusting, yelled at by the staff and then chaaged full price even though I didn't eat anything.

We absolutely love this place! It used to be our neighborhood Chinese restaurant that we order from so often that the family that owns and runs the restaurant became familiar with my youngest daughter and always had a little treat waiting for her when we would come pick up our order! We recently moved to Lakewood and will still gladly take the drive into town to take out from here. The owners are the absolute sweetest people and the food is amazing and affordable, as far as we are concerned we are customers for life ♥️

This is honestly the best Chinese (and Thai) food I've had in at least 100 mile radius. The orange chicken, beef lo mein, and pad Thai were all phenomenal. Dine in is always A+. They are extremely kind, respectable and super on point at all times. The food is even well presented on the plate! Cook certainly knows their stuff. You won't be disappointed here!!

This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. Takeout is much better for half the price. We went there while in town because it seemed to be the only sit down (non-buffet) Chinese place in town. I won't be back next time I'm in town. Yuck!!!

First time ever eating here. Got the Pad Thai and Shrimp Lo Mein. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Moved here 3 years ago from Seattle, and this is the best local restaurant I’ve eaten at by far.

The sushi is just absolutely suberb, thanks to YC. Everytime, any order I put in is super accurate, delicious, and just mind blowing. Always on time, and always correct- always absolutely satisfying. I don't know if they're a family run business but it certainly feels like it and ill keep coming back for this quality

Although the service was friendly, the server's command of English is very limited. We found the food rather bland, and definitely not as good as is stated in the reviews we read. We came away rather disappointed.

Very good. They entire family was satisfied including all of our kids which is saying something. We most definitely will return. The only negative is they don't have Kung Pao dishes on the menu.

Food was...ok. But not nearly good enough to justify the price. We were the only family sitting in the dining area, but there were 4 or 5 other groups that came in, grabbed pickup, and left before we got served.

Also, they were out of about 70% of the drinks they had on the menu due to supply chain shortages.

Finally, they had advertised 20% off the whole menu on a big banner outside, But I didn't see that discount applied when we checked out, of course I didn't remember it until I got out to my car and saw the banner again...

My suggestions to management is to not led take out orders take priority over visiting customers, if you can't get certain items on your menu, then at least get local substitutes, especially in the drink department. And either increase the quality of the food, or decrease your price.

All in all, if you're going to drop over $100 on dinner, they're better places to go in Jamestown.

My name is Diana Lenska and yesterday October 19 was my birthday. This restaurant had first been closed with the lockdowns in 2020 and, was only doing take-out when they reopened. FINALLY, they had dine in and I couldn't wait to have my favorite dish, green curry chicken. New owners took over in June and with all what had happened in the world I didn't want to leave a bad review but I had no choice. FIRST, the entrance and immediate access to seating was NOT clean nor well kept. Being the only one in the restaurant you would expect decent service which didn't happen. Many were coming to pick up orders and I heard a worker didn't show up, so I wanted to give every concession to the poor service. Had to ask for utensils, the soup was spilled all over the table, they forgot to put the ginger dressing in the salad. I needed to ask for every little thing that should have already been provided. The meal came and it was a good size portion, not quite but nearly as good as the first owners but they added things in my curry I didn't ask nor want. There was not enough curry sauce. Also a plate to prepare the food and a spoon had to be asked for again. I left a decent tip for the person waiting on me as she was going to provide me with the extra curry sauce I requested and then came back to the table and said the owner told her I would have to pay an extra $1.00. THAT, was the straw to break the camels back. Leaving I told the woman that attended me most of the time, (had three people serving me at different times) this woman was kind and tried to help but she also took care of the incoming calls at the front. I told her I would never return and that the owner made a BIG mistake when I was going to be charged for the extra curry after the fiasco that took place. Shame that America is becoming a third world country rapidly......and ON PURPOSE.

the food is great, as long as you don't order delivery and you don't order shrimp. i've had cold food come to my home, and seafood that is cold to the touch, as if it was chilled and not cooked all the way. when i order hibachi and have it delivered, even if the service delivering takes a long time, the food should still feel warm. i would give Tokyo Beijing 4 or even 5 stars if they were consistent and didn't serve cold food.

The building looks neat from the outside but could use some work on the inside. It is dated.

The staff is super friendly. (which is why I feel a bit bad about the rating) The issue is that they are understaffed. There were two girls on the wait staff who also ran the register and got all of the drinks. They work their butts off but it's not enough during peak hours.

For me the menu makes your eyes wide with the large selection, but the food falls flat. I would rather see a restaurant like this be great at a good handful of dishes, rather than subpar for a huge menu. We have ordered multiple items from here and my main 'complaint' is lack of flavor. The meat doesn't seem to be seasoned and the sauces seem watered down. Prices seem fair. $19.99 for steak and $14.99 for General Tso chicken. I do have to say everything is plated well, very pretty.

They do have Wi-Fi for guests and they do deliver but I can't speak to that since I haven't used either service.

Try this place for yourselves, the hard working, friendly staff was enough for me to give this place a second chance. I personally won't be back, as there are plenty of other places, fairly priced, with better food.

Gem of a place! I had my doubts going there, but it was the only restaurant in the area which was vegan friendly. They truly have it all - Japanese food, Chinese food and Thai food.
I got the Thai red curry with tofu, the price sounded a little high, until they served a soup, salad and some snack before the actual meal.
The avocado roll was great too.

If you want less portions they are available daily until 3 pm and larger potions at dinner that will easily feed 2. Everything is fresh and cooked to order just the way you like, prefer or request. The owners and staff are welcoming and so pleasant. The sushi is always fresh and part of my favorite menu item. They force you to buy large portaions at dinner time. We wanted orange chicken , sweet and sour chicken and general tsu chicken ...our only option was a $14.99 tub of each ....I think that's awful when we only wanted half that for ourselves ... The lostnour business ...We will not be forced into either paying for more then we want or only getting one kind ....

The owners are very friendly and attentive to your every need. The food is prepared as well as any professional chef's restaurant in New York City or San Francisco. They have a large menu to accommodate almost anyone's tastes and also Asian recipes not found at any other restaurants in the local area. My wife and I, as well as our invited guests, have decided that Tokyo & Beijing Restaurant shall be our first choice for Asian cuisine from now on.
