We had a delicious meal for dinner tonight from Chaiya Thai! The Tom yum was tasty, the pad see ew was perfect- not too sweet and mixed with lots of fresh veggies. The fried rice with tofu tasted light and fresh and wasn’t weighed down with a lot of oil or salt and the dumplings were crispy with a really good savory filling. Overall, a perfect meal delivered to my house in a timely fashion! Don’t hesitate to order from here. You will be happy!

I went with my friend. We had Druken Noodle and Tumy yum chicken soup which is very much delicious and spicy level is perfect. Location is perfect too. The owner is very friendly. I strongly recommend here n definitely go again.

The food is excellent. The owners are always helpful, particularly with my husband‘s gluten allergy. They are very careful in matching the patron with their spice preference. Food is solid; good choice for takeout. Our entrees had more red pepper than we would prefer. Spring rolls were disappointing, not much flavor.

I am a food snob. This is by far the best Thai I have had on the mainline. From steamed dumplings with an orchid to drunken noodles to the very spicy papaya salad it was amazing!

When I go here, it's like going to Grandma's house and having some of the best authentic Tai food in America!!! I said it the only thing that the place is missing are the beds to sleep in after I eat because it's so relaxing in that place. I always want to stay after I eat and go to sleep, lol. The lady is so sweet and loving and caring, and it shows in The Food, and Service is 11 out of 10. Please go here you will not regret it........

This place is unprofessional, filthy and should be closed by the local heath department. They did not open according to published hours. When I called she apologized and said she changed the hours to open at 4:00pm. I returned at 4pm only to find them still closed. I called and complained because I'd purchased a "non-refundable" Groupon. I watched from my car as she hurried from the apartment upstairs to open up around 4:15pm. She still had no cook! I entered and the place was filthy. Greasy grime was all over the floors and baseboards. Tables was smeared as if a dirty, greasy rag was used to wipe them off. The owner was yelling at me and telling me to do whatever but she would not call Groupon and tell them to refund my money. She said she would cook something for me herself if I waited another hour. I said I just wanted a refund. She flailed her arms about and said do whatever I want to do, but she would not give a refund. This business should be shut down! The health department should inspect it immediately as I am sure it would fail.

Odd hrs, street parking is a pain, but good food and good service. Food takes a while to cook, so be sure to call ahead.

Went with my partner yesterday and ordered the pad thai, which was underwhelming...Unfortunately my stomach has been upset since then. My partner is fine though and enjoyed his food, so maybe it's hit or miss.

The food is delicious. But every time I call the number I get what sounds like I'm calling a fax machine. I've tried to order online with the app their site points to, but it turns me around in circles and I've not been able to order successfully through it. They'd be better off without the tech if the tech doesnt work properly.

Horrible experience from start to finish. My food was COLD and there were ROACHES !!!!!!!! In the bathroom and under the tables!!!! The owner has a very bad attitude and terrible customer service skills. I will never be back again.

I once loved this place but the portion sizes are insulting and embarrassing. Dumplings were good and the curry usually is always good however delivery took over an hour and was cold and the container the curry was in was half full. Disgrace I won’t order again. Try Hengs delicious food and large portions.

Very Underwhelmed. I've been here several times and was always pleased with the food until my recent visit. I always order the same dishes, however, this last visit my friend and I noticed a huge difference in the food. The food was very bland. My friend also ordered the Crying Tiger salad and the beef was tough and chewy. I had to ask for sauce for the drunken noodles which were sticky and dry...the basil rice with chicken was extremely bland and flavorless. Our waiter was Awesome and apologetic about my thoughts of the dishes after checking on us. To my dismay, I learned that they have a new Chef! Uggh! Which explains the lack of sauce and seasoning. My only wish is that I had returned alot sooner when the original Chef was there because his food was DELICIOUS!!!

I guess the server (joey i think his name was) must have eaten a nice big idiot sandwich with extra dummy sauce for lunch the day i was in there, because it was the single worst dining experience of my life.

This small neighborhood restaurant has very good food. We had the duck extra crispy. They were accomodating to my dietary requests (low carb). We went early on a Sunday evening. It was fairly quiet while we were there. They have high chairs available as well.

Never been here. Someone hacked my account and gave a bunch of BS. I will have to try it some day most certainly now. They get the five stars just because I like to give the benefit of the doubt.

Thai food is a favorite of mine and this place knows how to cook.

Pad Thai is always my first choice. Theirs had a great pop and was well balanced. Peanut but not too much. We asked for it to be spicy. It was a great level of heat without trying to make a statement.

We also got their massaman curry with chicken. Very delicious!

The environment entering in is...relaxed, chill, and laid-back. Granted we were the only ones here. The service is good, but not very fast (again, "chill"). The lemongrass soup was excellent. Very fragrant and wonderful. The Thai iced tea was quite good as well, with condensed milk, my wife thinks. We came on a Groupon. The portions are quite small, but the food really is well executed and delicious. And the lunch special of $9 for a main course (chicken green curry, very good, tasting better the more you eat it) and the aforementioned lemongrass soup. The chicken satay was unique, and I love the mini bit of cucumber onion slaw on the side. The papaya salad was okay. Overall, if you are not rushed but want good Thai food, come. If you are in any bit of a hurry, stay away (we were the only ones here... So it would probably be worse if it were packed). Judged solely on taste and execution, this would veer toward 4.5 stars. The pace isn't the fastest and the portions are a bit small (hence the modest menu prices, so it's not that unreasonable). The music was enjoyable for my wife. The mango sticky rice was very yummy. Because I came on a Groupon and am feeling generous (the food really is tasty), I'll raise the average and give it a 5. Call me a softy. I'm also local, so that helps. The service is not bad. Just not brisk. But seriously, the food, which is the most important, really delivered and hit the spot. I would definitely recommend it (especially with Groupon), and I myself would consider coming back (maybe even if without Groupon!).

Lovely place for Vegetarian & Vegans

First a positive: I've been eating at this place for a few year the sauces are as good as ever. The meat is still cooked right and the people are nice.

However, the portions have become unreasonably slim. Especially the proteins. Shrimp is not that pricey! Chicken is dirt cheap! Seriously this one factor has brought me to wanting to review which I don't often do and to give a solid 4 star restaurant down to 2. (And I know what you're thinking: this guy has a huge appetite! Nope. Neither did the 3 other people I shared dishes with.)

I am beyond disappointed in my lunch that I ordered. I ordered the crab raghoon which barley had any filling in them, they were empty- less then a teaspoon of crab filling. Also filling was very dry, there was defiantly no cream cheese mixed in the spread. Coconut soup was beyond salty and I love salt. I could not even take more then a couple sips I had to throw it away. I also ordered the fried tofu which was barley even fried, it was almost mushy. Honestly the only item that I enjoyed was my ice tea. I ordered delivery which took over an hour... I called multiple times to see where my food was at and phone just rang... This does not even deserve 1 star but I had to put at least 1 to post this..

The food was absolutely delicious! Not the fastest of places, but if you are looking for wonderfully prepared delicious food, this is the place!

i promised to never write another negative food review again but this place has wasted enough of my time and money.. i cant imagine how this place currenly has 4 stars. Its a shame cause the food isnt that bad. that is if you ever get it. This is now my 4th order, thought technically 5th (the morons working here told me i didn't order once). Kaffir must translate to waiting or clueless, cause that is the specialty at this place. whether you order pickup or delivery, i promise you, you will be waiting a long time for your food. and you will almost certainly be frustrated dealing with the imbeciles working here. 2 hours for PadThai

Me and my wife were visiting KOP mall and after shopping went to this restaurant. What a lovely food they serve. Its small restaurant but from main course to desert, taste and quality is awesome. Staff is awesome and I am again going to visit this restaurant for sure.

Really nice service.. All I did was order take out, but the girl was very nice, and told me about a better place to park next time I come in. Try the calamari... it is fresh, and in like a tempura type breading...Spectacular! Definitely check out Sukho thai
