Best Thai food in Town. Served Round Rock since 2007
First time. Ordered the Tom yum soup entree to go. Selected seafood as my protein and hot for the spice level. It also came with rice noodles and bean sprouts. There was less than a handful of seafood in my soup like two shrimps and a few small pieces of squid. It tasted so fishy it was not tolerable to continue eating. The soup definitely was spicy but no real flavor to it. Like they used water instead of broth or stock. I also prefer jasmine rice over the noodles. This was definitely not authentically made or served. Shouldβve known better when there was only caucasian people dining in and now see that theyβre the only ones whoβve majority left reviews. Oh and the soup cost $16.95. Never again
Friendly Staff and Decent Food! The fried tofu is so crispy and the satay paired with the sauce was a great starter. The generous portion of the main dishes made all of us feel fulfilled. We visited on a weekend and this business was bustling! Not only were there a lot of people dining in, there were some people coming to pick up huge bags of take-out.
This is our favorite place to eat locally! I can confidently eat here as a vegetarian and can recommend this restaurant to friends who also have specific dietary needs. We have never had a bad meal here! The staff are always so friendly and the service is quick. We look forward to our weekly date nights at Thai Spoon!
Place was pleasantly busy but not busy around 1pm. I ordered the Drunken Noodles with medium spicy, which disappointed on heat. I would hardly call it spicy. The egg rolls were nice and crispy. The side salad was good with the sesame oil. They sold out of the Chrysanthemum Iced Tea, but I opted for the Thai tea. That was on a bit on the sweeter side but very good over all. Iβm coming back to try something else next time.
I love, love, love this restaurant. My wife and I crave Asian food at least once a week. We've tried everything within 20 minutes of our home and no one can touch Thai Spoon.
They serve consistently delicious food, plus reasonable pricing.
I recommend the Cashew Nut and Yellow Curry. Yummy!
Thai Spoon is another favorite restaurant of ours and we were glad to revisit after couple years of absence. We ordered shrimp summer roll and chicken Tom Yum soup as starter, then chicken basil fried rice and vegetable chicken from the lunch menu. Shrimp summer roll was excellent where the veggies inside was crunchy and fresh, Tom Yum soup very tasty with the right amount of spiciness; finally, the main lunch dishes excellent in both value and quality. To fishing the lunch, we ordered Fried Ice cream which, is different from the one offered in Mexican restaurant, but good in it's own way. In summary, another excellent dining experience.
What do they put in this food to make it taste so good?? I loved it soo much!! The food also came very quickly.
Drunken noodles are 10/10!
Worst staff behavior . Donβt recommend anyone.
The Yum Nua steak salad is fantastic, always a solid choice. We share and I've tasted many other dishes which have also been great.
Always a great meal at Thai Spoon. The yellow curry and pad se yew are always delicious!

Staff is super friendly and the food is excellent! Green curry (medium) is fantastic btw π€©
My family and I have been here many times, and the food is always delicious and full of so much flavor!!! This is probably one of the very few restaurants in the Austin area that I really love and crave. The service is always friendly too, even when theyβre super busy.
Always great Thai food here..all the curri s are magnificent. If you like spicy, the black pepper chicken is awesome as well. Tom yum soup is great also.
Worst Pad Thai I ever had. Noodles was overcooked. They noodles looks like cake.
Very positive, helpful, and courteous service on Christmas evening. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I canβt decide which dish was our favorite. We ordered their chicken wings, curry fried rice, penang curry, chicken bites, wonton soup, spring & summer rolls! All were so good, including the desserts! Service was outstanding. I think we found our go to place!
Really good Thai food
Best pad thai in the world. Absolutely love thai spoon!!!!!!
Always the best service, fresh food, fast, and tastes the same every time we go. Wish more places were as consistent as them
So damn good
Love eating here been coming here since it opened in 2011
Thai Spoon has been consistently fantastic for years, and I had to write a review after my last visit. Everything here is delicious, their curries are amazing and their sauce is lovely. The service is also very fast and itβs clear how everyone who works here really cares about the quality of their service. Very wonderful restaurant!
Very aromatic and palatable food, and the service staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Good selection of options, and a very solid evening out.
I love, love, love this restaurant. My wife and I crave Asian food at least once a week. We've tried everything within 20 minutes of our home and no one can touch Thai Spoon.

I recommend the Cashew Nut and Yellow Curry. Yummy!
Good Food. Basil Fried Rice is a must try.
The workers are very rude.. the restaurant says it closes at 10, so we had to travel 40 minutes to reach the place, and reaching by 9:30 while starting we have called the restaurant and asked if they could take us when we come by 9:49, they said yes very politely and while on the way we called to confirm the reservation the waiter their was very rude. He said he couldnβt take us because their is no one in the restaurant and he wanted to close as their are no one in the restaurant by at 9:30 and rudly said that I better not come because he wonβt assign me a table nor serve food
The worst experience and very unprofessional as its even our time was wasted.
This is a go to place for Thai food. Lots of different menu choices, and I have tried a lot of items and liked them all.
I've been a customer since they opened and they never disappoint. Best Thai in the metro. I've tried a lot. They never compare.
They told us when we walked in we could not sit and eat since we had ordered online. And the place was almost empty. I was with my 2 daughter's, handicap mom and elderly step father.
Best drunken noodle iβve ever had!! My boyfriend and I always come right before they close but theyβve never rushed us once. Everyone here is just so sweet! We love coming here:)
Been here few times and canβt help but wonder what others see in this place as the food was mediocre and service is absolutely horrendous
The service was absolutely terrible, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. When the food finally arrived, it was poorly prepared, and lacked any real flavor.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing any of my concerns. They were dismissive and didnβt offer any apology or attempt to fix the issues. Itβs clear that customer service and food quality are not a priority at this place.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and it completely ruined my birthday. During my previous visit, I didnβt leave a tip because of poor service. This time, the staff confronted me about it in an extremely rude manner. To make matters worse, they added an 18% gratuity to my bill automatically.
It gets even worse β the server actually argued with me about the tip and refused to bring my salad, saying it was because I didnβt tip last time. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior! No one should be treated this way, especially on their birthday. Instead of enjoying a special day, I was left frustrated and upset.
They clearly donβt know how to treat their customers.
my experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite being in the middle of my meal, I was asked to leave because they were closing at 2:00 pm. I understand that businesses have closing times, but asking a paying customer to leave while still eating is incredibly rude
A restaurant should prioritize customer service, and unfortunately Thai Spoon failed miserably in this regard. I wonβt be coming back, and I wouldnβt recommend this place if you want a pleasant dining experience.
Awesome food. Super friendly staff . Great atmosphere. A lot of parking nearby π
Great food, great service, friendly staff & clean restaurant. Did I mention that the deep fried ice cream rolled in pound cake is awesome? Oh and the food is delicious!!!
Iβve ordered from Thai Spoon several times, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered the Pad Thai added shrimp, and asked for it to be hot. What I got was Thai hot, which was way too spicy, and the shrimp were missing in action. I tried this based on a Yelp review, but it was awful tasting and not what I expected.
My husband ordered the Fried Rice and asked for Thai hot, but instead received just "hot," which wasnβt the level of spice he wanted. Plus, the dish was loaded with onions and large pieces of tomatoes, which threw off the balance of flavors.
The only saving grace of the meal was the Chicken Potstickers, which were deep-fried and served with a special soy sauce. They were tasty, but unfortunately, the rest of the meal fell flat.
Weβve been loyal customers for a while, but lately, the food has been hit or miss. For the prices they charge, consistency shouldnβt be too much to ask. Sadly, itβs time for us to move on and find another Thai restaurant.
The food had been better on my last visit here for dine in lunch. Delivery food today was not great. Serving sizes questionable. Pad Thai had no veggies aside from sprouts on top. The other dish ordered was spicier than medium requested. Spring rolls were good.
Never lets me down!
This place is one of the best Thai restaurant I've ever been too. Their authentic food is just so savory and flavorful. They're super fast and every single staff members are friendly and down to earth. Love coming to this place.
Excellent food with wonderful flavors and spices. The service is always great too.
Been eating here for years 10/10
Iβve been coming here for years and itβs my favorite Thai restaurant in the Austin area. Always great food and service. Tonight, I am compelled to leave a review. I havenβt eaten here in a few months and was warmly welcomed by the staff. It was a very very busy Friday night and I must have been asked at least five times by different people if everything was good and if I needed anything else. The food was great as always and my daughters particularly pointed out how friendly and nice everyone was. Itβs now their favorite restaurant too! Thank you for making tonight another great experience!
We ordered drunken noodles and basil fried rice with shrimp for both. Noodles were way too spicy for mild and fried rice was bland. The food quantity is so little for the $$ that this place is out of my list. I literally received 4 pieces of shrimp in the noodles and I paid 13 bucks for it. This is bad and unacceptable
Crazy crazy good. Awesome service. I pride myself on my Thai Basil Beef. I have perfected it. Theirs is better. The drunken noodles were also incredible. Love this place.
Oh and the soup cost $16.95. Never again
Tried their chicken momos, red curry, pineapple chicken fried rice and the best of all the chicken khao soi. All the dishes we ordered were amazing and was brought to the table so quick! Excellent service and friendly staff! Will visit multiple times for sure.
This place is great. The food is amazing, but the service is PHENOMENAL. I had to give a good tip because I never get good service!
The food was very fresh and tasty, and the whole place was very clean. We had Tom Yum soup, hot, but not Thai hot, and it was perfect. We love spicy food, and it was very spicy. I ordered Ginger vegetable with Tofu, and my husband had the Pineapple Curry with Shrimp. My vegetables were perfectly crunchy, and his sauce was amazing! Definitely worth a visit.
I love Thai food and this is the place to get it...I usually end up ordering several dishes here and taking home leftovers...The food is Incredibly Delicious....Thai iced tea is a real treat but so is Thai iced coffee...Pad Thai was Incredible Tonight as Well as the Thom Kha Soup
What a Treat!!!!
Food is great! Bring your wallet.
I've never had a bad meal here
I love their curries and their fried tofu is definitely a new staple when I go there for dinner.
Love this place!!
Awesome food like how Thai should be. Quick service.
Only 4 starts because there is always some sort of weird unsettling smell in the restaurant, could me improper mopping or some kind of trash.
Really awesome Thai restaurant! We had the salmon and spring rolls, the salmon curry and seafood potak. All very delicious and flavorful. The spice was also perfect: enough to give flavor but not melt your face off.
Will definitely be coming back whenever we crave Thai, which is often!
Please excuse the picture. Forgot to take one before we started eating :)
Some of the best Thai food in the area. it is our regular go to. the food is always great, the service good and fast, and the price is great as well.
Not what it used to be. Their Lab and their beef salad and Phad Thai used to be the best around. Now all those items are very average flavored and lack the zing they used to have.must have changed owners or different chef.
Very Friendly staff. Appropriate sized serving and fair prices compared to others.
If I would say this is the best basil fried I ever had. I tried a lot of Thai restaurants, but this place has always my heart. Their fried rice and soups are heaven.
Quaint restaurant with great food and fair prices. The atmosphere was clean and modern. The waitress was attentive but not obtrusive. Would recommend π
The pad thai here is bomb.
Omg this is delicious Thai food so close to home. My favorites are the cashew chicken, tulip dumplings, drunken noodles and the spicy stir fry. My kids love tom kha soup and chicken satay. Egg rolls are a family favorite.
We ordered Summer Rolls, Pad Thai, and Pad Kapow and everything was so very good. Service was excellent and my water glass was never empty.
UPDATE!!! I brought my special lady for a second visit and it went just as well if not better!! We had the Sweet and Sour Chicken, Green Curry, and Spring Rolls. All were delicious!!! Our glasses of unsweet tea were never empty! We will definitely be back for a third visit!
The spring rolls were great and I recommend, however, the yellow curry chicken had a very sweet taste and that was not what i was looking for in flavor. The mild option more spicy than expected. The rice was not long grain and the curry soup swelled up in the rice like a gravy. As far as the atmosphere, why does it smell like urine as soon as you walk in? Im assuming it the spices and not the hygiene.
Great curries!!!
Food was tasty. Atmosphere is just ok.
Horrible service. I came today at 7.35 pm and waited for 5 minuted to be seated when the restaurant was half empty. There are 3 waiters stand behind bar and just chatted to each other and ignored us completely. The most horrible service Iβve ever countered here in Texas.
Me and my family are regular customers to this restraunt in Round Rock, and they have NEVER disappointed us!
It's got great food, great atmosphere and great service!
Everything is delicious and worth every penny, but do try the chicken bites, spring rolls, shirmp in a blanket, thai curries, fried rice, chilli fish and sticky mango rice.
Its main factor however is the price, it's very economic and the quantity of food you get for that price itself is unreal, and on top of that, you have the great service and the food tastes AWESOME!
Here's a friendly tip:- If you like your food spicy, please go for the highest level, as medium and low are not really that spicy.
Thai cuisine around Round Rock, TX? This restaurant is a must-try! We had Drunken Noodle with shrimp (savory, with sweet soy sauce, wide rice noodle), Pad Thai (nice, thin rice noodle), Spagetthi Kee Mao with shrimp (very tasty!), Thai Iced Tea (rather sweet but will have it again), Chicken Potsticker (good appetizer). Staff quickly attends to your needs (Thai hospitality indeed), ethnic interior. Unfortunately, mango sticky rice was off-season (in February). Hope to come back and try tom yum, and other dishes!
Really liked veggie pad thai and salad with ginger dressing was very good too. Will go back! Server was very cordial. Room was warm, for a warm day. That would be the only request, to keep the temp. comfortable.
Great food .
Great service π
Been going to Thai Spoon for a long time. Never a disappointment. Always been consistent. Keep up the good work!
Loved the spice on their Drunken noodles!( obviously we went for Thai HOT)
Coming from Seattle , I have an extremely high bar for Thai food. Thai spoon didnβt disappoint. It checked all the boxes( quick service, wholesome Thai food, modest prices). While I wouldnβt rate it as high as my usual Thai places back in Seattle, I still would call it a solid option for any person who would like to immerse in Thai cuisine locally.
Great service. Great food. Highly recommend.
Black pepper chicken, panang curry, basil fried rice, cashew nut delight was super yummy
Just go.
Thai Spoon never fails to impress! My wife and I had a delightful lunch date there recently, opting for the always-satisfying drunken noodles with chicken and pad prik pow. The flavors were spot-on, the portions generous, and the spice level just right. It's a go-to spot for consistently delicious Thai cuisine!
Delicious Pad Thai and Curries!
I ordered the chicken pad thai, and the flavor was okay, but the noodles were very thin and not flat like traditional pad Thai.
Super fast service, great food
Not sure how this place has got so many reviews. Food is terrible, no taste at all.
When someone asks me for my Thai food recommendation, this is always my number 1 recommendation. However, there is a first time for everything and today was the first time Thai Spoon has failed me. It was the first time the food was not as delicious as it normally is. But more than that, I was extremely disappointed at how little of the Panang curry sauce we received. I even told the waitress and asked for more curry but to no avail. The problem is that they brought the curry out on a plate instead of a bowl so all the curry was collected up by the rice before it could be enjoyed and it just detracted from the meal. We were not checked in even once during our meal so the whole experience was the worst I've ever had at Thai Spoon. I'd still come back but I hope this is a one time experience. I hope that when I return I can give 5 stars once again.
Our new go to Thai restaurant. High quality authentic Thai food.
Fabulous food and great service.
Best food!
I love food here. There is nothing bad related to the food. It is closed at 2 pm, but you can't dine in at 1.30 pm or buy online. bah!!
Our go-to for Thai food in Round Rock. So friendly!
One of the worst boba teas I have ever tasted.
The best food! Always consistent and friendly service.
delicious
I had a pretty bad experience today. They served me a fried rice dish that was bad and yet they did not think it necessary to make me another one. I had a spoon and my son had a spoof off the portion and they argued we finished half the dish almost trying to tell that we were lying and trying to get that dish off the bill which was absurd. Very sad to see the service experience has come to this.
The food is really great tasting. I've enjoyed everything we have tried. My sister drives 60 miles just for us to have lunch at this place. It's her favorite Thai restaurant... mines as well.
Very bad behavior by staff. Food is bland.
Very bad customer service and very rude to customers, food is bland and not hot at all like leftovers food
We went atleast twice before but this time all fell apart. Although service isn't that great, food was decent. This time we ordered Tom kha soup and pineapple fried rice spicy. The soup wasn't hot enough and we let it go. Pineapple rice was bland with no spice or pineapple at all. This manager type guy came and became all defensive. I am type of they don't do it on purpose and was trying to explain him but he was like this looks spicy and we don't how it tastes. He is rude and said he doesn't care if we come again. Very bad experience.
One of my favorite restaurants.
Love the food here! My go to's are the red and green curry with chicken. It's to die for. :) I have been coming here for 6 years (or at least it feels that long) and I have never been dissapointed. Always a great choice! β€οΈ
The food was delicious, the service was superb, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent. We are new to the area and this was our first time, this will definitely be one of our favorite places to go back to time and time again.
Green curry chicken was excellent!
My favorite Thai place in Williamson county
Not half bad... not half good either. Very friendly staff but we have to repeat our requests several times and remind her to bring us different things. The friendly staff is really the only reason the score is down the middle. The food itself was edible. If you're craving tie and they're the only ones up or if it's close to your hotel, you really can't go wrong with this place. If you're in a car or have an Uber available, I'd probably recommend finding a better place.p
Found a beef piece on a vegetarian dish! They offered to take back the food and not charge me for it ππ Iβm like are you serious!! Is that all you have to say!
We got Tom Yum Soup with shrimp, and we got Pad Thai with chicken. We got medium spice on both and wish we got spicer, though flavors really came through. We came on a Thursday, right at opening. It was empty but filled up real quick. Service was fantastic with very friendly staff who were attentive, though it got busy.
Pretty darn good. Def recommend the pad woon Sen, sticky rice egg custard and calamari. I will be back to try more for sire. (Plum soda is ginger and lime very sour tangy wouldn't recommend unless you know you like it)
If you're looking for excellent Thai food and service in the round rock Hutto Pflugerville area this is the place to go
The waitress was so unfriendly. I ordered a dish and in the next very minute I wanted to switch my dish with another one but she refused to switch the dish. Also the waitress absolutely lacks patience to take an order or assist the customer with some best choices of food . The food is good but I am rating it poor only for the kind of service offered here.
Nice little Thai food place. Good portions and tasty. The Tom Kha w chicken was very good
The panang curry is out of this world good!!
My wife and I have frequented this place for 2 years now. Red curry, pad thai and summer rolls ALWAYS hit the spot.
Food was excellent, customer service was decent / ok and the atmosphere was ok as well. Overall, would go there again and recommend for good Thai food.
Has always been our go to place for Thai. We went light today, only ordered summer rolls and Yum nue- tasty as usual, but was shocked at the price of the beef salad! Yes prices are up everywhere but 16.00 for a beef salad? Has become way over priced and c'mon it's mostly lettuce and some sort of thinly sliced very tough beef, now if it was high quality beef, like tenderloin or rib eye maybe... but it was over cooked and tough like round steak, disappointed.....
This was my first time ordering here, and I canβt believe it has taken me this long! First off I did place my order for pick up, but even so the hospitality was excellent when I arrived and the restaurant is nice and clean. The online ordering system was smooth and easy to use. Now for the Food!! You have to try the Chicken Satay, I know that many places have it on their menu, but this was by far the best Iβve ever had. Great price, large portion, the sauce was delicious, and the chicken was incredibly tender. The Satay also comes with pickles that they make and they are the best Iβve ever had, I would order them by the bucket if they sold them. I also had the Tom Kha Noodles with Chicken, the broth was fantastic and the portion was huge. I ordered it spicy, but next time Iβm going with Thai Spicy! You have got to check this place out. Next time Iβm definitely dining in the restaurant.
Their Pad Thai is the BEST Iβve ever had. Caution- their spicy is SPICY so if thatβs not your jam, go mild.
Soooo good! Our fave Thai place by far.
I went there yesterday and I am glad I try. The food is the best thai food I ever eat. I ordered pad Thai and Pad See Eew. The best indeed. I will be back there if I visit Austin in the future
I lunch here almost weekly. The food is fantastic and the service is always kind and fast
I absolutely love the food in here! It is my go to restaurant for lunch when I go to the office.
One of the best Thai restaurants In the Hutto/Round Rock/Pflugerville area. Iβm a huge fan of their Thai hot Pad See Ew. Phenomenal and incredibly spicy. Everything weβve tried here is exceptional. Itβs great for lunch and/or dinner.
It gets the job done. It is bit overpriced for the portions. The flavors in the appetizers are great, the entrees however are a bit bland.
Always delicious. We have never had anything bad but our usual go-toβs are the Penang curry, ginger delight, crispy fish, drunken noodles and pad Thai. The soups are all yummy too!
Good flavor, friendly service.
I'm extremely upset
We typically come here once a week to have dinner. And have loved the food every time period we have loved the service every time period we have loved the portions every time period this week I ordered to go.
Huge mistake.
Portion sizers are cut in half
So disappointed! I will not give you my money ever again for having done something I feel should never happen
Delicious yellow curry, spring rolls, and drunken noodles. We will be back for more.
Service and atmosphere is great. Waiters are very attentive. Food is good, but in terms of spice levels, Thai spice is not really spicy. Ordered Thai curry and druken noodles, but really didn't find either one to be Thai spice level, even though we ordered them to be Thai spice. The waiter even brought us some hot sauce, but instead of being spicy, it was more sour. Waiter was really kind though to bring us another chili paste and also crushed peppers to see if that would be spicer. Overall, great service!
This restaurant offers plenty of parking with great service. The inside is clean and the food is fresh with generous portion sizes. Itβs a must try!
We have been coming here for years and this used to be our βgo toβ spot for Thai food but itβll be awhile (or ever) before we go back! Just got back from picking up our to-go dinner order. While I was unbagging everything, I noticed the chicken green curry was in a small, black to-go bowl and not the larger, clear soup container. Since I always reuse those containers, I found a clear soup container that I had and poured the green curry from the black container into it. To my disappointment, my suspicions were correct; it only filled up HALF of the container, whereas it used to be full and they even charged a dollar more! This looked like a lunch portion. The quality of the food is also not the same, not the same flavor that it used to be. They skimped on everything: flavor, quality, portion size, quantity of ingredients (barely any chicken in the Tom Kha, the pad Thai, and the green curry!) I understand inflation but DONβT charge me more and give me less!
Bland food. The crispy Thai springeool was rolled up fried dough. Couldn't see nor taste what was inside. Also, wrong sauce. Pnang Curry with only 5 tiny shrimp was very disappointing and bland. Didn't taste like Thai seasoning at all. Whatever else was ordered wasn't memorable. Wouldn't go back. Alot of hype for a mediocre restaurant. Sorry but try to improve. Lastly, a very expensive meal that was not good
This is the third time getting the Thai rice and for the third time I am underwhelmed. There is no flavor in the rice and it barely looked 'fried'. I got it spicy and that was the only flavor I somewhat got. I am disappointed in spending $50 for dinner and it was just blah. Their potstickers are suspiciously similar to the frozen ones I get at Costco as well π.
everything is yummy!!
Delicious, fresh, and friendly ! Everything we tried was excellent! I suggest trying the curries .
Best Thai food in Round Rock easily. Fast friendly service every time and fantastic food!
Decent Thai food
Wasnβt to impressed, I ordered the pad Thai, the noodles were extremely dry and stuck together.
GREAT food, service a bit slow.
Edit June 2019: tried their pad se-ew in takeout and it was the best I've ever had.
Edit June 2023: this is still the ONLY Thai place I've ever been where I, a Huge Wimp, can order anything on the menu "mild" and it will actually come out completely delicious AND genuinely mild. I can order tom yum soup here. I will drive way out of my way for them.
Went to this restaurant and ordered pepper steak. The description said stir-fried meat, onions, peppers, mushrooms in a brown sauce. $13.95. got the bill. It was $15.95. I asked why it was an extra $2 and was told I had to pay for the meat. I said well since when is pepper steak not included with steak? Any restaurant I've ever been to if you order pepper steak general chicken Kung Pao chicken and etc it comes with the meat. He told me how I was wrong and said that the menu clearly stays $2 for meat. Even though if you look into the description it says it's included and then it's in a very fine print at the top of the menu. Then you decide you want to get loud with me and tell me I need to read. Will never ever go back. Worst customer service and very deceptive menu. And truthfully, it's not about the $2. It's about misleading and the manager getting all loud with me and then walking off yelling about how I don't understand and need to read.
Another of our favorite Thai places. The food here is great quality and the service is quick. I truly recommend this places.
I wish there was an option to choose 0 stars. We experienced the worst customer service
today. I can guarantee that none of the US restaurants have this attitude. We have been going to this restaurant Asa regular customer since 2006. The manager in charge doesn't understand what customer service means. Last two visits, the green curry fried rice was not having enough paste & hence we suggested to make it more saucey. The manager arrogantly yelled at us saying that we keep complaining that the food wasnt good without even understanding that we are giving constructive feedback for better food. Manager was so rude and incompetent and denied us service instead of listening to customer feedback. In my opinion and within the US, the customer is always right and anyone who feels otherwise isn't a deserving enough waiter much less manager.
We ordered chicken satay, tom kha soup and drunken noodles. Everything was good. They need to do something though with the unpleasant smell as you open the restaurant door. Good service from our server, K.
This place is awesome! My husband and I have come here upwards of 20 times since moving to Austin. We love thai food and this place doesn't disappoint. The food is fresh, spice level and flavor are consistent, and the staff is always friendly and efficient.
We love the thai tea because it isn't too sweet, the summer rolls are BOMB, the red curry has so much flavorrr (my personal fav), pad thai is spicy but not too spicy and the yellow curry is consistently delicious.
You can't go wrong. Try this place out, and you won't regret it!
We loved this place, until my wife and I both got the worst food poisoning we have ever had from the green curry with chicken.
