Decent portions and reasonably priced.

Good place to have Thai food when in the west side of the downtown Portland neighborhood. We had the crispy egg rolls, son in law eggs (what a name!), Khao soy, massaman curry, Panang Curry and pad Thai. All in all, the food was very good. Decent portions, reasonably priced, fairly quick turnaround time and delicious food. I would definitely go back just for the Khao soy which was really really good. The only reason I'm dropping a star in the rating is coz of the service. The lady who served us messed up / forgot our order twice - once during the two starters we ordered and once during the entrees. And what made it more frustrating is that there was nobody else in the restaurant but our group, and so it wasn't like she had other tables to cater to. Next time we might just do take out or delivery. The lack in service is made up in some sorts by the excellent taste is everything we had today.

I got the tofu pad Thai which was $18!!!! That’s insane!!! It didn’t taste like anything special and certainly not the quality of Thai peacock (which is only $14). Very mid, small portion, will not be going again. I’ve heard others like it though.

This place is right on campus. I went there with my Korean friend. We ordered Thai pineapple fried rice, curries, and some Tom kha soup.

havent had good thai food since i moved here a few months ago. im lao and from salt lake city where theres an abundance of lao/thai/viet spots. this hits ALL the buttons, albiet pricy for a 20-something teenager like myself.

I’m from out of town and this place was absolutely amazing! The service, the food and the atmosphere was fantastic. The owner was extremely friendly. Definitely check this place out.

Went here the other night for the first time in a while, for dinner. I was warmly greeted upon entry and directed to seating. Excellent vibes and nice decor. We ordered the appetizer combo and chicken satay to start. I had the evil jungle noodle medium spicy. It was as delicious as I remember. One of my friends had the tom yum with shrimp and said they were very pleased with it. Good prices for downtown and generous portions. Great service! Definitely recommend this place! Parking can be tricky as it sits on a busy corner of 2 one-way streets, but if you dont mind walking a block or 2, youll be fine.

I really enjoyed the food here!.If your like me and you like spicy, get medium! It was spicy but still flavorful. Most of all the customer service was great! I believe the owner came out to give me my food, greet me, and asked me if I was from the neighborhood. She was genuinely kind! Good people!

I have been coming here to eat for 10 years now and its still my favorite pad thai in oregon. The owner is a sweetheart and the food is always full of flavor .

I live nearby and this is my favorite restaurant. They also have a full bar and decent boba. I love the Pineapple Red Curry and my hubby likes the Yellow Curry. We have gotten takeout, and Dine in. We are so close the delivery isn’t worth it. It’s so good I keep forgetting to stop and take pictures before I dive right in!

OMG. 10 of us go there at 830p. Sunday night. We let the ladies running the restaurant how many in party. They quickly put tables together. They do separate checks. The head lady was so friendly and service was phenomenal. Food came out fast. Delicious. Great prices. Their dessert are delicious. Their receipts has a QR code, where you can pay at the table. SWEET! Head lady informed us where we can park. This place went beyond fabulous customer service. We told her. We will be back next Sunday. I highly highly recommend this restaurant!!

I got take out here for the second time and the food was delectable! I ordered the red pineapple curry and my partner got the crab fried rice. We are both extremely picky about food and they were so kind about modifications. I absolutely love this place and the people that work there. If I could I would eat here at least a few times a week but I'm poor so, most my money goes rent! Haha, but yeah, I highly recommend this place!

These folks calling their food "basic" is really selling themselves short; all their food is incredible! I was here for the first time in a number of years with my aunt and cousin the other day and had forgotten how good the food is! I used to come here all the time when I was houseless before covid and ever had a little extra money because Outside In is right next door, and they're so nice to everybody. When I went with my aunt and cousin the other day, we had ordered takeout but ended up eating there and they were so accommodating and so nice. They gave us plates to share the food, and water, and silverware. It seems like whether you're houseless ordering a single entree of pad Thai or you have a $70 tab of food for four people, they treat you the same 🥰

This place is amazing, but just get that out-of-the-way right away! Everyone knows where it’s at, if you’ve ever been in Portland heading out of town, on Southwest Clay, it’s the Thai restaurant right on the edge of town as you get on the ramp. Cute little place, owned by a woman named Jam; Hence the name. The whole menu is all her, and she has a specialty dish called the, well appropriately named Thai chili jam specialty dish, which is what she makes for her husband because it’s his favorite dish, and I personally also highly recommend it… so good! I’ve been coming there for years, and it’s Jams food that made me fall in love with Thai chili’s. Do yourself a favor, and check this place out.

Stopped by for a couple of appetizers and ordered fried wontons and “Oh my god”. Both were fried, so a little heavy but delicious. Service was great and the atoms-here was cute.

You can never really go wrong with Thai food. I’ve been to a couple of Thai restaurants in the city and they’re all great but this crab fried rice that I got was the BEST. I love fried rice and seafood! Can’t stop thinking about it. So delicious. Definitely recommend it! My husband really enjoyed what he ordered as well (forgot the name of it tho)

Pad thai here is very nice, specially the tofu oad thai.

This is the worst/blandest Thai food I have ever tasted. I definitely feel like they cater to palm colored taste buds. There is barely any flavor other than oil, and the items labeled "SPICY" have had zero spice.

The food tasted stale and lacked the flavour I expected.

First and last time coming here attempted to order online and pick up but they were closed before I got there. Even though on here it says there open till 10pm. Called the next two days in a row to try to get a refund. They tried to say it was my fault and not give me a refund on the first day attempt said they’d call back to sort it out but never did. Online customer service is horrible will never come here again.

Amazing find! Had the house specials- house curry and the salmon. Also tried the pad eggplant. All were amazing, service was excellent, and very happy with the food!

The food was very tasty and well apportioned. good level of spice, very accommodating to vegetarians. Food was quick and table service attentive. Unfortunately the atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but I think it's largely to do with the trouble Portland has had with street crime (i.e. boarded up front door, graphitti ). Definitely they are trying and a very good takeout.

I had the rad nah with tofu as my entree and the savory gravy sauce that went over the noodles was so tasty. I can’t wait to try more of there noodle dishes. this was some of THE BEST thai food i’ve ever had. i ordered the yellow curry, with medium spice, & it was perfect. it was actually spicy & flavourful. my boyfriend got the pineapple chicken fried rice & he devoured it ! 10/10 best place.

I go here frequently and love to get my regular favorites: potstickers and salad rolls with tofu. The peanut sauce is really good! The workers are friendly and will remember you if you go often enough. ;) Online ordering is easy.

This restaurant is too spicy - even when you ask for mild it comes eye watering and lip burning hot. They also never listen when you say no rice please and give you rice on every order. They need to be more attentive to customer requests.

Nice people making some pretty good food. So far I've found it's either hit or miss on the items. The Oh My Good is delicious. The bbq chicken is not as good as others I've tried, but it's reliable and cooked correctly. Sadly, I don't recommend the Pad Thai, the flavor is ok, but the texture is a little mushy... Although when I've fried up the leftovers at home, that works well. I've heard good things about the curries.

Worst Thai food I have ever ordered. I asked for very spicy and everything I received was bland. I had to add lime, fish sauce, and pepper to my food, at which point I felt like I might as well have just made my own dinner. In a city with a ton of Thai options, I am making it a point to remember this place so I never order here again. Thai food is supposed to be flavorful and pack a punch, but I've had chicken nuggets with more kick than the food they prepared for me. One star is the lowest I can give and feels generous.

Quick, friendly service, with an inexpensive, varied menu. Easy to navigate menu, customizable in terms of spice level or to make vegetarian & vegan accomodations; portions are fair (we ordered for a family style meal & had plenty). Easy parking is a bonus.

We had the lobster balls as a appetizer and it wouldn't recommend those as they were a bit mushy and cold. I'm writing this review cuz I wait for mango sticky rice which I suspect will be wonderful based on our main dishes.

Terrible, terrible service. Was lied to by the server and told my food would be ready in a minute after arriving to pickup a to-go order. I left after waiting 20 minutes. No explanation from the server why my food was so late. The food was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but it seemed like they hadn't even started it yet. Poor customer service.

Got takeout to the hotel. The yellow curry blew my mind, as did the egg rolls. Super delicious, very reasonably priced, and FAST. Will definitely hit this place again before I leave Portland.

This was the worst meal I've ever had, I actually stopped halfway through and took it to the trash. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai & Shrimp Pad See Ew and they were both extremely oily and flavorless. The Pad Thai looked like pink vomit and smelled like fish sauce. I also asked for basil and cilantro to be added to the Pad See Ew and it was not, it also only had 6 tiny shrimp included. I would give this a zero star rating if I was allowed.

The interior was so so cozy, it was unlike any I had ever been inside of. Their service was INCREDIBLY fast and friendly. Not to mention the flavor of their food was very unique. I had the Tom Kha, it was an extremely light dish, made me wanna keep eating forever.

Unbelievable starting with Coconut smoothie was less than 10oz yet the charge of $5.50 is excessive. Yellow curry Chicken was mainly potatoes and onions we couldn’t find much chicken in the whole entree so if you like potatoes lots of them too many onions and a whole lot of carrots then it might as well be a vegetarian dish?? Oh and Don’t order the Thai BBQ chicken again excessively priced for 2 legs and 1 thigh for $13.99 and it was horrific the preparation must have been 2 days ago because the chicken looked dark but not from a BBQ rather looked like it was cooked 2 days ago then left out in an open container on a counter top…… I attempted to eat it tough not dry the Worst I’ve Ever had in any Thai restaurant that I’ve been the. generally when ordering Thai BBQ chicken they serve 1/2 of a chicken. Even the steam rice was unbelievably poor!!!! These owners should try the Thai PK on SW Macadam Ave. in the John’s landing area of Portland to experience excellent Thai cuisine. Do your self a favor take your cooks out to see what a real Thai restaurant with authentic and tastefully prepared Thai dishes should look and taste like

Come here for Thai food with deep flavor and huge servings. We got the yellow curry (spice level 3) and pad thai (naturally). We still had a ton of pad thai left over. The curry comes with white rice cooked to perfection.
Definitely coming back next time we are visiting Portland.

Our go-to Thai. Their rad narh noodles have that wonderful smokey-wok flavor with a delicious sweet soy gravy that we could eat all by it's lonesome. Our most-always-order addiction, however, is their kao soi, a northern thai curry noodle soup specialty with pickled lettuce, mung bean sprouts and crispy noodles. The specially spiced coconut milk curry soup is the star in this dish. Continues to stun with its depth of flavor. Ultra bonus: VERY fast delivery. We're about a mile away and our average wait time is 20 min., ordered to door.

Have been ordering here since I moved to this neighborhood (4 years ago) and I am never disappointed! Favorite dishes are the yellow curry, pineapple fried rice, and pad khee mao! I love supporting this business!

overall it was okay, but they NEED to get list cilantro in their ingredients. my order was covered in it and it was not listed in the description. they also got my order wrong and put chicken instead of tofu. the sticky rice was very good, would reorder this but nothing else from them and we spent almost over $100

Rarely share reviews but all of the other reviews looked pretty positive. Crazy conditions in Portland is why it's a two star rather than one star. Tried the OH my God, Potstickers and pan fried noodles in the Rad Narh. Only the potstickers were eaten. Food showed up promptly for delivery but the fried food was soggy and barely cooked. The noodles had no flavor and were closer to rubber. Very disappointed and still very hungry.

We love Thai Chili Jam. Food is so good. Thai salad has such fresh makings it's delicious enough to be a meal. But try the pad Thai shrimp or chicken. Ooooo so good.

Unfortunately, I have had my order messed up multiple times here. For example, I asked for a dish to not have peanuts, but it came with peanuts anyways. For me this is a minor grievance, but I worry about people with food allergies and sensitivities.
I also find the staff to be unresponsive and a tad unfriendly.

Our go to thai restaurant in the neighborhood. Fast, delicious, and friendly!

By far, my favorite Thai restaurant in Portland, and probably anywhere outside Bangkok! Really, they are that good. Their house hlsaice called Chili Jam, is suppurb, and they have the best pad Thai I've had since a little place in San Jose when I lived there two decades ago.

I love this place. I have eaten here many, many times and have never had something I didn’t enjoy. The curry is particularly good. Friendly service!

Awesome Thai food. This place is a lifesaver during the pandemic.

Ordered a beef salad for $13 that I could have made at home for $2. Only 4 pieces of ffried tofu. The wontons were good and the pad thai was ok. Probably won’t be returning.

They food here is your average Thai food, but at premium prices. The staff has not been particularly friendly on my visits either. They are fairly quick though.

If you're not in a rush, I recommend getting your Thai fix somewhere else.
