The good customer service! The lady who took care of orders was very nice and friendly! We got Thai tea, pad thai, pad ke mao, basal fried rice and masaamen curry 🍛 all in vegetarian style.
Personally, I liked the pad ke mao the best! It could be a bit salty but it mixed well when we ate it with pad thai. Then our second favorite was curry! Fried rice’s flavor was good but they mistakenly put chicken instead of tofu so they took it off from our check. That means we cannot give the rate on that. Pad Thai was our least favorite one as it was missing something… Overall, we had a good experience! Will love to come back and hope we can see some improvement on that. Cheers 🥂
I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always amazing. Food is phenomenal.
I have been coming ere for over a year now, I've never had a bad meal. I do mainly take-out but have dined in a few times and love both.
The staff is honest if the spice is sometimes a little hotter one day to another. I LOVE all their spicy dishes. My mum is vegetarian and has so many options which is always nice for us to both have so many options when we go.
Our server was so kind and friendly! She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I loved the food (I got pad see ew) and my boyfriend (spicy curry) and friend (pad Thai) did as well. I had a Thai coffee as well- so yummy!
The menu also clearly labeled vegetarian and gluten free options, which is nice for me as someone with a gluten intolerance. I wish I could have tried more from the menu and will definitely come back for more! Thanks for the great experience :)
The food is fresh and good. Server is polite and friendly, environment is clean and neat too. The Pad Thai and Pad See Ew is good, Tom Yum soup is balanced flavor and not too salty. Meal portion is great and reasonable priced.. Their Thai milk tea is made fresh too. Will visit again.
This week's new place adventure brought me to Chokdee Thai Cuisine. Because there are many businesses in the area with no visible sign at the entrance, one must be careful not to pass it. 😅
We got an order of shrimp spring rolls as appetizer and I ordered Green Curry Fried Rice with chicken as my lunch. The spring rolls was well made, cut in the middle for serving; the peanut sauce that came with it was excellent and easily ranked as one of top three in all the Thai restaurants we've visited. The Green Curry Fried Rice was also excellent, loaded with curry flavor but not too salty like other places. The dish is by default a level 3 in spiciness but to my personal preference, I would kick up a notch to spicy. We enjoyed the food and service very much; at the same time, very happy of adding this excellent place for future visits.
First off let me tell everyone, if you haven’t been here. The time is now to get up and go. My family and I walked in and the service was very welcoming. The ladies greeted us and were friendly and sat us at our table. There were so many choices to choose from. If you ask me the chicken and pork with peanut Pad Thai noodles we’re on point. The bite was delicious. The moment she sat the item down, my mouth watered. All flavors instantly were perfect. My wife had the Pad See Ew Noodles and that had me fall out from the table. Everything was AMAZING!! Kudos to the chef, they did that….
Again the atmosphere and the place setting had a nice calm lighting and Christmas music playing. The service was phenomenal and there was absolutely no wait. Didn’t feel rushed at all. My family enjoyed and we left the plates empty and us full as a tic.
Please make sure to go and let them know I sent you. 😄🤚🏾
As a local, I can confidently say this Thai restaurant is one of the best places to eat. I recently ordered the Tom Yum Seafood Soup, and it was an absolute burst of flavors! The tangy and spicy broth was perfectly balanced, with fresh shrimp, squid, and mussels in every bite. The richness of the lemongrass and lime leaves made every spoonful an exciting blend of sour, savory, and a hint of heat that lingered in just the right way.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making me feel right at home. The restaurant is spotless, and the clean, cozy environment adds to the overall experience—it just makes you feel nice and comfortable. Even though we’re not in Thailand, this place truly captures the authentic experience of Thai cuisine. You can taste the care and tradition in every dish.
The quality is amazing, especially for the value. While it might seem like a lot at first, the portions are very generous, essentially two meals in one! I always have leftovers to bring home, and it’s just as delicious the next day. You can’t beat a restaurant that delivers both authenticity and value in every visit!
A lot of traditional food to choose from. So good!
Exquisite food, phenomenal service. We will definitely be going back. They also have great gluten free options
The soup and curry were very watered down. We were disappointed, and we're not going back.

We ordered take out today and everything was delicious! So happy we found a good Thai restaurant near us. Highly recommended!

The best thai restaurant in town in my personal opinion. Their stir fry is to die for. Everything they make is good. I love this place.
They charged me twice for one meal and refused to give me a refund "Just come back and pay for another meal and we'll throw in some extra summer rolls"
Ms. Bee was a great host and the food recommendations esp. yellow curry was really good. We were vegetarians and all 15 of us really loved the food !!
Waiters are very sweet… especially the waiter named Bee. She is very nice and welcoming. The food was a perfect spice and delicious! Overall , this restaurant was a nice experience and we would definitely come back!
Really tasty Thai food. Great portions and great staff.
Good was delicious!!!
Hands down - one of the best spot for spicy Thai food! They always deliver! I honestly don’t like most Thai spots in Austin as they’re normally too sweet or just not enough spice/flavor. Every time I come here, I cry whilst I eat - from all the spice and that’s how I like my Thai food! Bursting with flavor and spice. The server who’s always there - I forgot to ask her name - is lovely beyond words. She’s always so happy and super kind. Always made sure the food is just how I like it - spicy and tons of lime (she always gives me extra). My go to dish to determine how legit a Thai spot actually is - their spicy level and flavors in their som tum (papaya salad) and their sauces for their larb & nem tok dishes. Chokdee is always on point and I’m always happy here.

First and last time
Ordering here. I ordered pad se ew with beef and shrimp it literally has two shrimp in it but they charge you $3 extra for more protein. Unacceptable I called thinking it was a mistake to be told well it should be 3 shrimp as if that is any better.
A total rip off. The food is mediocre for the pricing as well. Won’t be ordering again
Omg one of the worst Thai food I ever try . I have order pad Thai and chicken lettuce wraps it’s the worst worst I have ever try chicken was just boiled stir fry chicken was like a soup 😡😡😡😡
this place was phenomenal, a few friends came in from out of town and were looking for a decent thai restaurant. this restaurant was close to me and served wonderful clear noodle soup while my friends loved the thai tea and vegetarian options! the waitress was so sweet and funny (despite it being late and we left around closing time) and I fully intend on returning again! I cannot recommend this place enough, if y'all are looking for quality thai food (with good spice) that's locally owned and operated, Chokdee is perfect!!!!! ❤️❤️

This is our go to Thai place. The food is awesome and the server is always so sweet and gives good recommendations
I've tried most of the places Austin has to offer. This place is similar in quality to Sap's and close to Titaya's. To say the least, i'm impressed.
I highly recommend the following:
- Pad Thai
- Pad See Ew
- Pad Prik Khing
- Pad Woon Sen
Everything I have tried so far was flavorful, fresh, and piping hot. I rate this place a solid 9/10.
I visited over the weekend and ordered drunken noodles (the flavor was off and salty), green curry (which seemed watery), and tom yum soup. By the time I got home, I started feeling stomach discomfort. It's been two days, and my stomach still feels uneasy. I had to toss the leftovers I brought home. I'm sad to leave a negative review, but this is my honest experience.

We came in yesterday after a long bike ride. It was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! Everything was clean, fresh, and delicious! Perfect amount of spice! We will absolutely be regulars here.
Plenty of vegetarian options, too!
The waitress (everyone, really) was very friendly and did an excellent job!
The Thai iced tea was really good, too!

We loved it so much, we returned!
Great food, great service, and a warm and friendly ambience!
You have two customers indefinitely!
We even ordered some pad kee mao to go!
Thank you very much!
Incredibly nice staff - food was what you want for a quick Thai lunch
Panang curry had a nice flavor and spice - anything over level 3 spice I think would melt your face.
The waitress after my meal apparently had been cutting a random watermelon and offered me some after my meal as a free snack - what a "cool" touch.
Very expensive, and food is sub par. The chicken satay is dry, with a flavorless peanut butter sauce. The panang curry sauce was good, but so little chicken, only 2 small slices of carrot, and maybe 4 strips of bell pepper. Thai tea was overly sweet, Definitely not worth nearly $80 for 2 curry dishes, appetizer and 2 teas.
Loved the papaya salad and drunken noodles.
The staff was lovely, and the Thai Tea was perfect. Ordered two dishes with lemongrass. None was present in either dish. The food was bland and tasteless. Could not eat it. Left and went elsewhere. The staff was lovely, and the Thai Tea was perfect. We won't be back.
I would rate the food 4/5, still delicious but I felt like it was just missing one thing.
The server we had must be new because she couldn't memorize the order for 3 of us, but didn't even write it down, and still got it all wrong. We were there during lunch time. Food was really good though.
Delicious food and great staff!
Most recently, I have had the Pad See Eew with Chicken three times now and love it! Tastes great. Perfect for me as I don't like spicy food. I don't know if I can compare it to others when I haven't had it in the restaurant yet.
For another time, I got Tom Kha soup with added chicken, a Thai salad, and mango sticky rice. All were delicious. The Tom Kha soup was good for my sinuses.
Good food and service. My pad seeuw was a bit bland but after i left, the garlic kicked in. Shrimp were large and perfectly cooked
we ordered a delivery. The food was too spicy that what we requested for and lacked taste. We're probably not going to be ordering from them again.
I strongly recommend. Very accommodating, great service. Very friendly with amazing food.
@tollivertravels
Food & Drink: Having hot tea on a chilly day was very relaxing. The green curry had a lot of vegetables. I wish I asked for it to have a higher heat index but it's still good at the normal heat level.
Ambiance: There's some cool lighting to watch while you wait for your food.
Kid friendly: yes
Service: Our waitress was so nice. She took note of our kids preferences. My son wanted a 1.5 for the heat index of his dish.
Ordered to go last night. Chicken fried rice was extremely bland. The pineapple fried rice with pork had a weird taste. I did order a level one spice but all it tasted like was curry, no other flavor and the pad that, thick and disgusting. We’ve been here numerous times before and no issues. Definitely off their game. Won’t be back for quite some time.
Amazing food and service.
Very good all around!
Amazing food and friendly staff!! Absolutely 10000% recommend
We love the Pad Cashew and Pad Ginger! We have dined in and also ordered Take out while recovering from surgery. Comfort food!
This is my second visit in 3 months time period , when we visited first time everything was great and yesterday we visited again ordered , the quality, quantity downgraded a lot and I will not visit again
Great thai food and reasonable price
Me gustó mucho la comida y pude pedirla sin picante eso fue excelente porque en muchos lugares no es opcional. Así que puntos adicionales por esto. Gracias!
I am addicted to the food at Chokdee Thai Cuisine. I love my food spicy and they always get it right. I come here every week and I’ve even gotten my mum addicted to the food too!
We had such a great experience at dinner here. Our waitress was awesome. The food was delicious and the kitchen and restaurant were all very clean. Definitely going back.
Awesome pad Thai and spring rolls. Good quantity as well.
Every time that we’re have been here nothing but the best in everything from hospitality, quality of fresh tasty food and personable to each customer that walks through their doors highly recommend!!
Every dish is a bit too sweet. Probably need to adjust their brown sauce they are using. Decent price for food tho.
This wasn’t our first time, it was actually our second time. Their food is bland and it doesn’t have any flavor other than salty and May be a little heat if you request your dish to be spicy. The portion is small for the prices.
The waitress asked if our food was good, I mentioned that my plate is very salty and it lacked some flavor ( at least a little garlic). She looked at me as if I had no clue what I was saying and I don’t look Asian so I must don’t understand how thai food tasted like… she said we did our best!! 😳
I asked if they could fix the saltiness at least and she took the plate and was very upset with nasty attitude. Their food tasted more like Chinese NOT Thai… very salty and lacked the depth of flavor.
I am paying for my food and I am not treated well on top. My husband looked at me joking ( your thai food tastes more authentic than theirs)..
I don’t recommend the place at all. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
The service was good! I did not catch her name, but whoever was managing the floor was very attentive and welcoming.
However, the food was mediocre at best, and about ten minutes after leaving, I became ill on my way home and had to pull over to throw up. Not fun, and I still feel very queasy.
Only have had the papaya salad esan style with the sticky rice and most recently added fried rice with pork and it's got to be the closest or I should say identical to what I remembered when living in Thailand. I think I've had four times now it's that good! Service is always great and with a smile 👍🏻
Respectful, and quick service. Food was nice and spicy 😋 👊😃🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
If you want to know what real Thai food tastes like, this is the place to go. If you don't like their food, you may not like Thai food.
Soups - Top Tom Yum/Kha in the city (Ros Niyom Thai is also very good)
Noodles - Their noodles game is on point! Good God.
Dumplings - very good also
Mango dessert - Just get it. It's freaking delicious.
The food was absolutely delicious. The customer service was excellent.
Everything was delicious! We got the No2 and No9 Pad Thai, the fried chicken and vegetables roll. Everything was made fresh, hot and flavorful. The two ladies at the front are the sweetest, so bubbly and kind. We will be coming back! :)
I usually love this place and drive all the way from Austin to come pick up takeout. However after today’s experience I won’t be returning because of the bad service and how uncomfortable I was made to feel.
Great place! I eat a lot of Thai, some of my favorite places will sometimes skimp on the spice even when I ask for "Thai Hot" because they can tell I'm an American. But this place delivered as asked, including the extra napkins when the Thai hit started kicking in. My kids don't like spice and theirs was very mild just like they asked for.
Many times Thai places seem to make things too sweet because of the coconut milk they use. This wasn't that way at all. Sweet but still with more earthy, nutty tones that are more authentic! Oh and I had the Jungle Curry...I highly recommend it!
Disappointing Service Overshadowed the Experience
Our recent visit to Chokdee was unfortunately marred by inattentive service. Despite being a group of six, our server didn't take notes for our orders, leading to mistakes and delays. When we politely pointed this out, she unfortunately denied it, which was disheartening.
While the food itself was decent, the service significantly impacted our overall experience. We would recommend that the restaurant invest in better training for wait staff, particularly regarding order accuracy and customer interaction.
I hope this review helps the restaurant improve its service and ensure a smoother dining experience for future guests.
My fiancé and I ordered curry and pad tai, it was all amazing! My fiancé’s pad tai was too spicy (she has absolutely no heat tolerance and we ordered it at mildly spicy or level 1) so i reordered her another with no spiciness and they compt. the order without asking. Great service, great food, I will be back to try more of the food!
Just okay, there’s better Thai places in Austin
Absolutely delicious!!
Jen gives great service and the food recommendations were on point. I had the yellow curry with chicken (#3 for spice). The golden cheese rolls and egg rolls were really good with the sweet and sour sauce. The game changer was the Thai Tea which my lady got because she wanted sweet tea and it was better than we both expected. Definitely will be back here again this place is a hidden gem.
I’m giving 5 stars because I love the food here so much and it’s never my intention to bring down a business with negative stars. But I did want to provide feedback that everytime I try to order my food at the spice level I like it, the staff argues with me and tries to talk me into less spicy. I order spice level 3 everytime I come here and love it, but in order to actually get level 3 I have to argue with someone about it. I think it’s a little inappropriate to see that I’m a white girl and assume I can’t handle spice. I’m sure people send their food back a lot and it’s just a precaution they take. But it’s kind of tiring trying to advocate for what I actually want to eat each time I come here. I love the food but I don’t like to defend myself to the staff everytime.
Spicy!!!!!
Pad see ew is delicious!
Ka-praw lomein very good.
Exceptional food quality, but often there's a hiccup with the order—usually one item differs from what was requested. Despite this, the flavors and presentation are impressive, making it worth a visit for those willing to overlook minor inconsistencies.
Wow! This is my new favorite Thai place! Love the spice on the Pad Thai. Definitely recommend!
Friendly staff always welcomes you when you walk in the door. Clean and cozy. Tons to choose from on the menu and always hit and delicious.
Tried this place and delighted with experience. Tried 5 veggie dishes and everything was pretty good. Atmosphere was pleasant. A place to definitely try again.
Food is great, when we visit Austin this is our place to go. However, something that I do not appreciate is being charged a 18% gratitude on my check, that is not nice!! Gratitude is earned, not charged no matter what.
First time at Chokdee since it’s so close to home. Was abit skeptical going cause it wasn’t my first choice of place to go eat. But I’m glad I went cause this place was really good. We ordered the PadSeEw and it was very flavorful and cooked 👌we also got the papaya salad and I’ve eaten a lot of papaya salad this one was good but can be more authentic flavoured was abit bland tasting. We also got the pineapple fried rice which had a lot of flavour as well with the pineapple and the tomatoes. Everything we got was spice level 4 and it was intense heat but with everything tasting good we just kept on eating. Definitely a nice place to check out and the prices are really good. Will definitely be going back.
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and the place was exceptionally clean. What stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff and great music plying made for a great ambiance. I'll definitely be returning for more delightful meals!
Amazing atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. Hard to find but they have it here!
5 Stars! Great Food and even better service. We’ll definitely be coming back here!
2nd time to visit and food was once again, very good. Very friendly and remembered us from last time we came and what we ordered.
Food was ok. Nothing really special here. I would eat there again for a quick meal.
Delicious fresh food. They have a lot of gluten free options as well. It is more authentic Thai without too much sweetness.
Best authentic Thai restaurant I’ve tried in the US, you won’t be disappointed! Service is great as well.
I love it 😋😋
I like the fried rice a lot.
Used to order the pad see ew from here all the time. Then one day it basically came without any seasoning or sauce. Completely bland. Have given them a couple more chances since hoping it was just an off day, but no luck. Not sure what changed, but the only flavor anymore is the heat.
Great food. Amazing staff
I’ve ordered food from this restaurant 3 times now and it is always underwhelming. The flat noodles are either so dry, they’re still white and stuck together. Or, they are all broken apart and mushy. The sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls was so watered down, it had barely any flavor and didn’t stick to the rolls at all. Save yourself the disappointment and get your Thai food elsewhere.
Tom kha was creamy and yummy, though the chicken was a bit dry. Woman at the counter was super sweet. Really cool that they have guest wifi, too. If you're used to ground pork in your pad kra pow, they make it differently.
7/25: This is an update to my previous review. I've added a star for Food because to be honest the sauce on the Num Tok is addicting and I've ordered it several times since. The quality of the meat is still very hit or miss with sometimes a good amount of gristle. They are very responsive to special requests though and this last time I asked for less gristle and did in fact receive barely any gristle. I also ordered they're egg rolls and they were good.
The Tom Yum soup was oddly sweet. I asked for a 4 out of 5 spicy but it seemed more at the 2 level which was disappointing.
I also got the Num Tok which had wonderful flavor but some of the meat pieces had a fair amount gristle and were tough.
The spring rolls came with a flavorful peanut sauce but some of the lettuce was brown and slimy while the chicken was overcooked.
Thai iced tea was tasty.
I did take out and everything was packaged very nicely.
All in all it was a mixed bag experience where I can't say I'll never try them again but I'm not clamoring to give it another go.
You never get our order right. We always receive wrong orders Today we ordered and requested mild orders and we took two bites and felt absolutely miserable with the spice level. We really waited to love you, but we won’t be back at all. Extremely disappointed!!!
A nice, chill place with great food. I've ordered takeout and dined in, and both times were excellent
First time here and the experience was great! Very nice and welcoming atmosphere, and the food was great. I had the chicken spring rolls and the Massuman curry was very flavorful. Absolutely recommend you give it a try. Service was excellent as well.
I always have a great experience at Chokdee Thai. The food is fresh and flavorful. Just know that if you order it spicy it will be pretty spicy! My favorite dishes are the Pad Thai and the pineapple fried rice.
Best eggrolls around. My go-to is the Shrimp Pad Se-Ew, which is sometimes a hit and sometimes a near miss. The preparation lacks consistency. With my most recent order, the shrimp seemed undercooked.
First time here & the food was absolutely amazing! Full of flavor, yet not heavy at all. Everything was fresh & made to order. The menu was easy to read, well explained for those inexperienced/new to Thai food. Will definitely come back. Ordered the chicken spring rolls, fried coconut shrimp & the pad cashew. Wish I would’ve taken pictures of our dishes
I’ve ordered takeout and dined in multiple times and have never been disappointed. The green curry has a good amount of spice, the Tom Kha soup is AMAZING. Chokdee is my go to place every time I get a craving for good Thai food.
Good Thai food and the price of each dish are not costly
Got a pickup order. We got chicken pad thai and beef pad see ew. Both our dishes were really bland. Both dishes just tasted like plain noodles. I ordered the pad see ew "spicy" for my boyfriend and it wasn't spicy at all (I also tried it). Thankfully I have lots of sauces at home, i had to remake the food for us with more flavor :/
I LOVE IT!!!!!!
Excellent food.
Great place for Thai comfort food. I love their chicken pad thai. I usually order to-go, but when picking it up the place looks like a nice relaxing space.
Chokdee Thai is certainly a restaurant that is easily over looked, but really shouldn't be. This place should be packed. The food was very quick and delicious. I enjoy more authentic flavors of Asian cuisine such diversity from region to region.
The Pad Kee Mao with the flat rice noodles had a pleasant heat as default level 2. My wife's pad cashew was good, her only complaint was the sauce a touch over seasoned with salt. My sons both had lomein noodles. One with spice level 2 the other without. Both agreed that Chokdee's version was far better than Fortune Garden.
Overall this is a great little restaurant that needs more people in it. The food is good quality and a very respectable price. We'll back.
My girlfriend and I went for lunch, it was really good. I got the pork dan dan, she said mine was better than the chicken.
Food is not bad but the waiter is in a hurry. The restaurant timings says it closes at 9.30 we were here by 8.40 and still the waiter was rude. She turned off the lights at 9.15. Very rude service
The chicken pad thai was very good, but the chicken was too hard for me to eat. I don't know if that's their style The vegetable eggrolls were tasty, but small and expensive. The sauce to go with them was good. I'd still like to try other dishes from them.
This food was delivered by Door dash, which I will never use again. They charged me an $18 service fee, plus delivery fee, plus an additional fee, plus tax, and then I paid a tip on top of that. Basically, over $30 total fee for delivery. I only used them because I had a gift card.
Amazing Thai Food!!
I’m from Houston, if you want pad thai like they make it there this is the best spot you’ll find in Austin! They’re also very kind.
My 1st visit and I'm very disappointed.. The food didn't have any taste, I would not recommend this place to anyone ,not at all worth the money..
It was a new place to try. The food was great. The dining area was very clean. And the service was fast and friendly.
We love this place! Thai food is one of our favorites, and Chokdee is delicious. Friendly staff, great service, consistently great food, reasonably priced - also the portions are just right. (Not too small, not too big). We keep going back; we are working our way through the menu!
Very nice place, good food good service. Please note this location does not serve alcohol.
Start by saying the workers are really nice and make the experience good, however I wasn’t impressed with the food especially for the price. It more reminded me of what I would expect fast food Thai food to be like. The chicken satay tasted undercooked and was so small for the fact that you’re paying $7 for what looked like 2 chicken tenderloins cut into four pcs.
Service was friendly and very good. She was kind and attentive. Food was very very good had so much flavor. Will definitely try again.
Small portions for a big price.
Combo pad Thai is $17+ after tax. You get a very small portion of meat, mostly noodles and alfalfa spouts. Food prices can't be inflated this much where you have to drown the dish with noodles...
Good fried rice place in round rock. Food can be more consistent in taste, so 4 star
It was a fine dining experience. Lots of vegetarian options. We ordered the Vegetarian spring roll and also the vegetarian egg roll and my main dish was Pad Prik. My husband ordered Pad Kra Pow. Both where delicious. They substitute all dishes with tofu. My spring rolls were so good and they came with peanut sauce. The egg rolls were hot and yummy.
The waitress was so sweet and excited to serve us. I am glad she told us the spice levels and helped us with ordering. Her name was Jan. We will be definitely visiting back again.
I ordered food from Chokdee Thai for the first time. Overall the food quality was average. I ordered soft spring roll and it was not well made. I will give it a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. I also ordered Green curry fried rice and it was different from what I have eaten in several other places. It was not great. I will give it a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. Also the receptionist was not friendly. I do not think I will go back again.
We are always satisfied with our food, service, and atmosphere each time, we have come.
Delightful food! Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Our server gave us a curry sample so we could decide, and our curries and noodles were good! Desserts were delish (black rice pudding!), Thai tea was good. However, there were two mistakes with our order in a slow restaurant; one item was likely misheard, but the other was written down correctly and still came out from the kitchen wrong. Spice levels were inconsistent (a 2-star salad was far spicier than a 2-star noodle dish), and the brown sauce (beef and broccoli) was on the bland side. Overall, will be back for the curry!
got seated right away, waiter was super friendly and nice! Food tastes great, would definitely recommend coming here!
I was there with other reviewer, and the server made a mistake with our order. We asked politely to change, and they did. Everthing was fine until it was time to pay. They charged extra for curry and noodles. We thought the price was weird when we saw the recipt and checked as we came out the restaurant. They did charged higher than what was on the menu.
The food was good, but I was very disappointed by how they acted after we asked them to change order that they put in by mistake. Although the food was good, i dont know if i'll go back to the place.
I would give this place a negative rating if I could. I ate lunch with my husband, and then I paid the bill and the manager brought back the receipt with out my credit card. I inquired as to where it was and she said she did not know. My husband even said that he did not see her give it back. She proceeded to wait on other tables and I told her I needed her to find my credit card and I wasn’t leaving until she did. She would just say she could not find it and sorry there was nothing she could do. Both my husband and I went behind the counter as it was a short distance from the register to our table and did not see the card anywhere. I then called the nonemergency police number and was waiting for an officer to come and then I called my credit card company to cancel. While I was on the phone canceling my card, she said oh I found it on the floor. I honestly believe that she planned on keeping it, and when I would not leave, she decided to give it back. I don’t like to jump to conclusions, but I gave her plenty of chances and after waiting a long time I had a gut feeling she knew what she was doing. She even said what else can I do for you but I can’t find your card so sorry. By not leaving and knowing that I called the police and was canceling my card, she miraculously found it. I still canceled my card which causes me inconveniences, but I would rather do that then have charges on my account because she got all of my information off my card. She wasn’t looking in the beginning because she knew what she did. She was helping other people and saying she could do nothing for me. Obviously I scratched them off my list of places to eat. Bad enough they charge $3.00 for a can of Coke.
Very good Thai food. Their scale of spiciness is a little higher than others in town so be careful. The service is excellent even with a busy dining room. The tables and floors were very clean and the seating was comfortable.
Had chicken pad pak and it was delicious. First time eating here and won't be the last
Absolutely the best Thai food in Round Rock. The service is fast and pleasant, and the staff are very friendly, especially Jan. She always greets visitors with a welcoming smile and professional demeanor! I also love the warm atmosphere of the restaurant. If you love Thai food, Chokdee is the place to go!
We love this local spot for a quick lunch. In and out in 30 minutes on weekdays. The food is amazing!
The food was really good! The place is small and there were kids running around while we ate & even though we sat across from each other we could barely hear each other's voices.
Great spot for pick up or a quick bite.
