Hello, my foodie peeps! I was around the area for my lunch break and thought I'd come here to try out this restaurant. The food was amazing and flavorful! I had the Ramen with chicken mild spicy and ordered Fresh Rolls and asked if they could put shrimp in them. For added shrimp cost was $1.25 more, which was fine by me. The fresh rolls were very filling and good. I loved the peanut sauce, too. I hope to be back with family. Thank you to the staff! They we're very friendly.😊

I've noticed several 5 star reviews with professional style photos having only 1 review under their belt. Seems shady.

Our family's expectations are always met when we eat at Dara's Thai & Teriyaki. They have so many options for my wife from appiteizers to Thai dishes. I Typically just want their Pork Teriyaki with Rice and salad entree, which I love the combination of salad with this dish. I can't get enough of that salad dressing either. Dara's is one of a few places for our family when it's suggested to eat there everyone's is in agreement without hesitation. Their food and family like atmosphere is why Dara's always on our minds when we want to eat out.

Relaxed environment with delicious food served fast!

This is my go-to vegan spot in the neighborhood. They are for omnivores and also have an extensive vegan menu (their vegan menu is technically part of their restaurant-within-a-restaurant called “Darin Vegan House”). I am in love with all their vegan curries, vegan spicy coconut noodle soup, sautéed bok choy and cashew stir fry. I love Dara Thai and their sautéed sweet people who run this place.

Found this place from delivery. So good, I wanted to go to the restaurant and it was even more delicious!

Top notch take-out. This place is a great crowd pleaser because they do a lot of the Asian restaurant staples very well. We haven’t had any of the Chinese selections but the teriyaki, katsu, bibimbap, and Thai dishes are all relatable and good. The service has been consistently friendly and efficient. The value is good too. Come here for a satisfying and tasty meal. Would recommend the crispy basil chicken, pad krapao,…. but go nuts. Order whatever looks good.

Got the pineapple fried rice with chicken, was enjoying it but halfway through I noticed..no pineapple!! Not even a single chunk. That’s the main reason I get the pineapple fried rice..for the pineapple. Flavors and ingredients were good otherwise. Not sure I would get the dish again though.

Wife is in the hospital. I came here to get cashew nut chicken to go. It was delightful and so was the kind lady that took my order. The price was $13 and some change. I got full with some rice left over. Was a cute restaurant too. See you next time!

Got Tom Yum soup with chicken to go and it was so good. Perfect for the upcoming fall weather and healed me up completely. You have to try it!! Every single bite has something to offer. The portion is also super sizeable - at least two meals for me. I'll be coming again more often. Definitely gonna go again for the tom yum with shrimp.

this place is the closest i can get to heaven. the red curry hits every single time. sometimes i go to sleep just thinkin about that curry. the staff is all so friendly and kind, and the restaurant itself is so cute and warm. i feel like this place doesn’t get the love it deserves - please support this business !!

We have only been here once and ordered the basic dishes to have a point of comparison. I get the pad kee mao and my wife the pineapple fried rice. Mine was delicious. The noodles were thinner than some other places and not clumped together which for me is a big plus. The rice was richly flavored and to her as good as a couple of our old favorite places in town. We are only a block from here so very excited about trying more items off the menu

This place wasn't worth the $45 I spent for just 2 small entrees and an appetizer. We got the pad Thai and the Tom Kah curry. The Tom Kah curry was extremely watered down and wasn't appetizing, pictures attached. And on top of that they added a 15% tip without my acknowledgment after I put my card in. I love tipping but not without my consent. Also the food made my stomach queasy afterwards. I don't think I'll be retuning here again. I really don't like feeling like I wasted my money, especially because I went out of my way to support this establishment. I asked if the tip could be refunded to me and they cashier said no, although I know it’s easy to do so because square is the provider. See attached picture.

Good food! It’s open pretty late and the prices are pretty reasonable.

I got a medium pad kee mao and loved the variety of vegetables as well as the fact that the wide rice noodles were not overcooked. Their mango sticky rice is one of the best I've ever had! I have not been able to find mangoes this ripe and sweet in a while. And of course, the staff are so hospitable and kind. I'll definitely be back!

DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS they are horrible I don't think anyone that works there would eat those wings either Disgusting and also not prepared as described Avoid the Wings, Shrimp tempura tasted freezer burned and the steamed dumplings tasted the same very low quality other stuff on the menu could be good but not any of the stuff I mentioned is worth eating or paying for if you see this beware you have been warned lol

I’ve been on two separate occasions. And the service is great and so is the food. We have the yakisoba and Khoa Soi. Yummy!

This was my #1 spot for spicy teriyaki but the owners sold the place and the spicy sauce is different and I haven’t been able to find anything close to it

I used to go to Teriyaki Town almost once a week and was obsessed with their Chicken and Pork Teriyaki yakisoba. Unfortunately, since the ownership change a few months ago, something is off and the quality on both the meat and the sauce feels worse. Bummer, Teriyaki Town used to be my go to.

We ordered one mild spice beef fried rice and one medium spice beef fried rice - both were DELICIOUS. The meat was tender and perfectly spiced/marinated and the fried rice was very flavorful. Bonus points for being open until 11:30pm!

Cloyingly sweet. Unappetizingly so. I am not a "bad review" person, but this food made me one today. The chicken is decently cooked, but then coated in what must be corn syrup with a splash of soy sauce. No sides of sauce were included. I had hoped that there was a mistake and the sauce would bring things together. Nope. The worst teriyaki I have ever had.
As an added insult, the "handmade" gyoza are identical to the ones that we purchase from our local large grocery store. Spend your money on a more authentic, deserving, and honest restaurant.

This place have a very large menu selection and offer Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Chinese cuisine. Service is excellent and place is clean.

Will be back here as we were really impressed with the whole experience. Vast menu selection for just about anyone’s tastes, excellent service, reasonable prices, and a clean environment.

And we were really glad they are open late - huge plus in the Hollywood area.

Great little gem. Tempura shrimp apetizer (8) was wonderful, came with 2 tempura onion rings. We had the pineapple fried rice and pad see ew. Delish! Will be back!

Used to be teriyaki town, was a bit surprised. Small changes to interior. Service was very warm and friendly. Food was good. Careful when asking for spicy, because it is. Only got level 2 on the chart but it was very hot. Will go again.

have been here a few times now and every time am very impressed with the quality of the food and the speed of the service. everything we’ve gotten has been super fresh and tasty. highly recommend the teriyaki of course (portion size is perfect, protein is super tasty) but last time we tried the tom yum and fresh rolls and both were excellent as well. soup had tons of tofu, big chunks of ginger, and the ‘medium’ spicy was just right. love this place for take out!

Kinn Kinn Thai and teriyaki is great! Food is fresh, staff is lovely…you can eat in or take out, grub hub delivers. My favorite is the teriyaki chicken with yakisoba noodles! Yummm! Having both teriyaki dishes and Thai dishes is a great idea, they meld together beautifully!
If you love Sweet Basil, you’ll love his newest place offering so many of the dishes from Sweet Basil. So nice there is parking out front.😀❤️

We just found out about this place that serves both Thai and Teriyaki food. My partner and I are big fans of Thai food, and this place really delivered. We ordered spring rolls and papaya salad for starter, Pad Kee Mao, Basil Chicken, and house curry for our main course. Every dish tasted unique and delicious. The prices are reasonable. The service is good and fast. We will definitely return for more Thai food in the near future.

I guess is under new owners, is the quality is really poor 😕, salad Taste really old pork no flavor and chicken really dry definitely I'm not come back, the Last owners and the kitchen people is not the same.

Best yakisoba in Portland. I went a few weeks ago and have been 3 times since. I got the egg rolls and the teriyaki beef and it was amazing too! Tempura shrimp was spot on.

Tried the beef yakisoba here today, heard they had good prices and large portions.

They gave 2/3 of a plate full of food, maybe 2oz of meat. Not a large portion, i would call a FULL plate a REGULAR portion.
The meat was trimmed and not fatty, so that was the upside.

The noodles though, were really watery, maybe not strained completely if at all before plating, felt like more of a soup and actually made the plate get cold really fast.

If this plate was like $9 i wouldnt complain, but i regret spending $12 for it. For $12, it would be nice to have gotten at least a small complimentary drink or something, but of course thats extra. Probably wont be back.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki yakisoba plate - the portion was huge. Couldn't even eat all of it, so I had to take the rest home. Also ordered a large plate of gyoza (10) - not pictured. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I plan on going back here again.

Great little place that's been here for many years. I come here every time I'm in town.
The restaurant, including the restrooms are always clean and tidy.
The service is always great, and the foods even better. The food is always fresh, hot, and large portions. Definitely worth visiting. You won't be disappointed.

If you want great teriyaki go to Portland Teriyaki on 122nd and Glisan. WY better.

This place is so good. Been stopping by for years now. I recommend adding Level 1 spicy to any meal! I recommend the Beef Terriyaki.

I've enjoyed just about order I've made here except once where there was too much fat in the beef(not a big fan of fat or grisel in my meat) I like this place so much I turned a bunch of my friends onto this place and they all enjoyed it except they say chicken has been over-cooked on a few occasions!

Best spicy teriyaki chicken in town. Great prices. They have a small note in the corner of the menu "make anything spicy for 50 cents". You absolutely should utilize this option. The regular teriyaki is passable, but adding the spice option changes the flavor drastically and turns their food into an absolute yes.

Only reason for 4 stars was the long wait and host didn't speak English. Good food, good portion for price, and the spice scale was spot on!

Good teriyaki! Open later than most. I have only purchased dinner here about 4 times, but I will be back again. The menu is more diverse than many teriyaki restaurants. The food is good and the servings are large. The last time I was there 6 Portland Police Officers came in to eat. That is a sign of good food.

Great service but I've had alot better food from a few other like-style restaurants in the area.

I am keto and its difficult to find inexpensive healthy food that is keto. They traded out the rice for extra veggies at no cost. Only $9.45. Great deal. Delicious.

My brother stumbled across this place during his travels, and recommended it to me, and OMG, It's absolutely AMAZING!!! The food is made fresh to order, always hot, fresh, tasty, and just delicious!!! Just doing this review is literally making my mouth water, hahaha... The lady working behind the counter is so nice, sweet, and always smiling & ready to serve u... I can't say enough great things about Teriyaki Town, thier food, employees, all are incredible!!! Parking could be better, but it's not horrible either... LOVE THIS PLACE!!! AAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++++++
