Best Pad Thai and Tom Yum Fried Rice in Portland. Hands Down!
Fair portions and pricing. You can get a entree, appetizer and drink for $10
Also, i recommend their Thai milk iced tea or Thai Lime ice tea.
I use to wok the pad thai for my brothers festival food vending business and Thai street makes the best Pad Thai.
π€€ The eggplant lovers with shrimps is where itβs at. Always get the same number of shrimp and consistent flavor. Delicious! Good Thai tea too.
We always get takeout. Love the food. My favorites are lemon chicken, lime chicken & chicken skewers. My family likes the curry, drunken noodles, garden rolls & pad thai. It's all delicious! This was one of our go-to favorites during the pandemic.
We live dangerously close to this incredible food cart. My wife and I rave about this place to whoever will listen! Their prices are fair and the portions reasonable, but the flavor is unmatched. Definitely recommend the coconut shrimp: crispy, delicious, warm and hands down a game changer. Well worth the drive out of your way, especially if you like authentic street food.
Iβve gotten the Cashew Nut with veggies only twice now, both times were great! I asked for some spice the second time I ordered, and it was perfect. Great food and friendly service! The location in downtown Milwaukie is great too. Great place to walk around.
Thai basil (pad ka prao) is a staple street food dish in Thailand with a fried egg on top. I had the Thai basil from Thai Street and it was one of the most delicious and authentic Thai flavored dishes I have had since Thailand! Iβm so impressed.
The food here is SO GOOD! I live with three picky eaters, yet we all absolutely love this place. We've tried several dishes and I can't even say that I have a favorite because they're all so good! One of my kids goes to school next door so I often order him food there on grubhub and then he picks it up. Even if I forget to order, he always makes it within just a few minutes so my son has time to eat. Also, the owner is very, very nice.
**Edit**
Decided to try again. Cart looked brighter and cleaner inside. Tried the Drunken Noodles. Still could be more flavorful, but a lot better than the last time. Kudos for the improvements!

Had been wanting to try out this place and finally got the opportunity.
I got the Thai Curry. Surprisingly, it was bland. Was almost tempted to add salt. Find it unusual, as Thai food usually is packed with flavor.
Was going to give this place a second chance and try out the Drunken Noodles, until I got a good peek inside the cart while I was waiting to order at the Teppanyaki Hut next door. It was gross, to say the least.
I'd recommend a good thorough cleaning of the inside and refurbishing their cookware or getting new cookware. Also going through and tweaking their recipes.

Everything looked great and I was really excited

Great price, high quality ingredients. Best Thai curry from a food cart! Recommend this place!! Get your delicious Thai food at Thai street.
Love the garlic lover stir fry. Solid food here.
Good prices, good portions and flavorful. Tried the pineapple pad thai and it was really good.
Great Thai food! This place is the definition of good street food. Everything was made fresh in a wok, chicken was caramelized, price was very reasonable. Highly recommend the Chicken Pad Thai.
Some of the best Pad Thai in the area, the owner is really friendly and gets you, your food fast. Reasonably priced as well.
Wonderful hot food. Itβs was made fresh. I had chicken pad Thai with extra veggies. Just perfect!
Absolutely love the Thai Curry - the ingredients are fresh and the staff are super friendly. We get food here regularly and always have the same great experience.

Really delicious food. Staff is also really nice
This is one of my favorite food carts. Delicious and plenty of it, big portions and with money to spare. The people rhat work this wonderful cart are sweet as can be. If your in love with Thai food like I I'm sure you'll love this spot. Check him out.
In recent weeks, the service and the food here have taken a steep dive. Since new staff have taken over, at least during lunch hours, the cashier has been awful at relaying orders to the cook, and dealing with customers in general. Not unfriendly, just incompetent. The quality of food has also decreased significantly, whether from poor communication between staff or just a new cook, I donβt know. Today I decided to risk it and see if they had improved. After placing my order, I waited for double, then triple and quadruple the amount of time I know this usually takes. A dozen other customers were served during this time, several of whom had ordered after me. I was waiting with a coworker and we had a meeting to get back to. She finally had to leave, and I inquired with the cashier. He had nothing on order for me the whole time, and I no longer had time to wait for them to start over and make something. Then, he could not process a refund for a card. He gave me cash back, which is better than nothing, but doesnβt refund the tip I had left. That was it. Nothing else was offered even by way of acknowledging the mistake. I will never go back to this cart again, and I strongly recommend people choose any other cart at this cart pod.
Incredibly friendly staff a d delicious food. Everyone at our house enjoys grabbing a bite to eat at this food truck. Living with 2 picky eaters that is quite the feat to pull off. Only issue we have had is that they aren't always open and there isn't a schedule posted. They were closed for about 8 days and we thought they may of shut down, but sure enough they were back today.
I LOVE this place!! It's my go to spot when I go out for lunch. Their Pad See Ew is my favorite! The cashew chicken is also great. They're always fast and friendly.
