We came in during the recent ice storm so hopefully they were just having an off day but the food was awful. The salad roll had a very thick layer of rice wrapping and meat inside that appeared to be warm deli turkey. The fried rice was greasy and bland, and the pad Thai was mostly bean sprouts and tasted like sweet n sour sauce, not pad Thai flavor. It was all weird and bad.
We walked in to meet up with our 2 family members. They ordered their food before us, and got their takeout before we did. This is expected, because we ordered inside instead of online. While we were still waiting for our other order, our 2 family members saw that we never got forks or chili oil as asked for our food. When they tried to ask for a fork and chili oil, the hostess at the front desk was being rude, saying "we can't eat here," (we didn't have any intentions of eating there, we ordered takeout.) When new customers came in, she ignored and refused to give us a fork and chili oil for minutes. She eventually gave us a fork, and our 2 family members left. Then, when me and another family member walked up to the desk to get our food, the hostess was calling our other family member crazy or mental, like something wasn't right in their head. She didn't realize we were all in the same group. I have never had a bad experience like this, ever. This was my first time going here, and it will be my last. The taproom that's next door has better service and atmosphere.
I had the worst experience here last night. We placed orders online and were going to take it to go to eat at the taproom next door.
My mom had ordered before me so I walked up to the counter to see if hers was ready. She said these are orders, yours isn’t ready and I said ok, just checking (I could see my mom’s order on the counter, the receipt was on the bag). A few mins later she put both mine and my mom’s orders on a counter that I guess is where to-go orders are picked up. I grabbed ours but there were no forks so I walked up to the counter to ask. She said yes ok I know! I was so confused why she was so upset. And I said ok well can I get them so I can leave? She said oh my gosh can’t you see I’m busy! And then someone walked in and she said go please I need to help a customer. I said I’m a customer too! I was genuinely so confused.
After she helped him, took an order from some dine in guests and started bagging new to go orders I walked up again and I said can I please get some forks. And she got so mad and said it’s in there! And I said no it’s not! I just need forks so I can go. She said I’m just one woman doing everything, can’t you see I’m busy?! She yelled that she’d give them to me when my order was ready and I said it’s been ready! And she said oh my gosh ok ok sorry here! And threw forks down and I told her I could not believe she was getting so mad for nothing, she was being so rude. Even once she realized she was confused and the one causing problems she continued to shout and then told my sister who was waiting for her order that I was crazy. I was so confused on how and why she was escalating things and being so incredibly rude. I used to live in canby and come all the time and I just couldn’t understand what was going on. Never going back.
Went to this Thai restaurant by mistake for lunch today after friend confused it with the other Thai restaurant that we usually go to (they are always nice & food is great). The rating is reflecting a bit of attitude by the worker, the charge for the extra peanut sauce (see receipt attached), the lack of extra coconut milk on the dessert we requested, & the mussamun curry. The mango sticky rice tasted GREAT but actually had the least amount of coconut milk we've ever been served. I thought the fresh rolls were good but my friend didn't care for them. Neither of use enjoyed the curry. The tofu tasted like fair food. The Thai iced tea was good. We won't be coming back mainly due to the person who took & served the order.
I called and ordered ahead. I have been a loyal customer for years. I arrived and was told my order was given to someone else but they would re-make my order. I said "okay, I'll be back in 10 minutes." When I came back, I was told "we didn't make your order." I asked "why would you tell me you would make my order then not make it?" She smiled and laughed. I left.

Wonderful taste of Thai Food
Great food & service. The restaurant is very clean, and they are nice people.
I’ve ordered from here a few times. Food was good, prices were right and service was friendly for sure
Loved the red curry!
Food was cold, and the service was incredible rude. I will not return. If you want good customer service stay away.
We love Thai Corner, except when they are closed and we have to get out Thai from somewhere else!
Flavor is great, portions are substantial and the price is right.
The hostess did not acknowledge us when we walked in i finally got her attention she was rude and curt . Told us to sit in the front I asked if we could not sit next to the door because it is cold, her response was a nod and rude look on her face. We sat down and for two minutes no one came to the table or brought a menu . We left and I will never return!
I normally never Karen but wow I’m shocked. Walked in and noticed the sign that said wait to be seated, mind you we were the only two in the restaurant. We were with in eye shot of two employee and were ignored. Politely said hello twice to try and get their attention and finally after the 3rd try were told every rudely to “sit here”. We sat and waited for over 5 minutes, no menus, no water, no attention given at all. I got up to get menus myself and still no one. Decided to get up and leave. Never been treated so poorly and definitely will not be back. Sad for a place with such good reviews to treat new customers this way.
Our food was served quick, had wonderful flavor, and our server was very friendly! We will be back.
Mon gave me excellent service. I got the pad Thai and it was delicious. Generous portions. Should have tried this place sooner!
The lady at the front was so rude when she seen that me and my boyfriend had drinks from a different place said we cannot eat inside due to that.
Since when are tips mandatory? I walked in to pick up some lunch I had ordered and the cashier showed me a receipt and said “Which one you want to do?” I turned and saw she was pointing at the tip percentages. I asked “Do I HAVE to choose one?” To which she replied “Yes” I of course chose the cheapest option since I just wanted to go home and eat but that is ridiculous. They want customers to tip for doing their job? Answering a phone and having the order ready for pick up? I’ll give tips while eating in depending on the service not for picking up that’s why I’m paying for my food.
Great food!!
Food was actually good. But the service was bad. The lady was not welcoming. She charged us the tip without asking, I won't come back again, not because the food but because of service.
We were greeted kind of friendly. When asked to have our group sit together the server was hesitant and split up our group in different tables. Far as I know tips are optional not mandatory and server added tip with out giving us option.
The food was good, hands down. Unfortunately the customer service was awful and rude. The waitress was in a rush and didn’t want us there the moment we walked in. I wasn’t able to just enjoy my food because she was constantly getting dishes and asking if we want to go boxes. And to make matters worse she included the tip with the whole amount. That is called stealing and gives other waitresses a bad rep to those that do deserve a tip. We will never go back they have lost good customer.
Worst thai food ever. TO SWEET! NASYY WOMAN SERVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR THIME! MADE US BOTH HORRIBLY SICK
Great food and service
First Time eating here and we did not get disappointed, Good service and great food.
Great food and service.
The food was really good and we were able to stay in keto. (No rice or noodles).
I've only ordered takeout, but the food is amazing! They have a great selection and they are fast.
Always our fav Thai spot! For dine in or take out! The parking isn't the best. Still same family ran 👌
I come in every so often to get the sprimp salad roll / chi tea. Same wall the time today 3/7/24 when I got my order took it home ate , I got soo sick .!!!! $16.00 down to toilet literally. Lost a customer. Food poisoning 🤮
Very good food. " I love this place"
Literally the best Thai food I've ever had.
update: This weekend I got food from my fav place, probably a couple of months ago they raised their prices and seemed to decrease the amount of food you get (pad thai). However, this week it seems they raised their prices again, but you get so much food than previously. Well done, excited to come back!
My wife and I love going to this restaurant. We especially like the mango sticky rice or the banana dessert. After closing their dine in area during COVID, they recently opened it back up if you prefer that over take out. I tend to customize my orders and they always get it right.
When I came to this place I was really wanting a good soup. Don't get me wrong, I probably just ordered the wrong thing but I got the dumpling soup and found it to be flavorless. But the staff were extremely fast and very nice!
My favorite Thai place ❣️
Curry was extremely watered down & the pad Thai noodles was bland.
Their food is great but the service is so so bad. There been a couple of times the lady in the front is so rude and rushes you. I came in to the restaurant, I said hello and she didn’t answer and when I asked for my order she just showed me with her finger that it was on a table… that was really rude!
33 minutes is what it took for one order of pad Thai and I had to remind her twice since my order kept getting bumped down for online orders coming in. There was no organization whatsoever or any good customer service to the people in the restaurant. There was a party of 10 who were waiting for their tab and the woman kept getting online and phone orders rather than attending to them. They ended up paying in cash and leaving really upset. They did mention that the food was delicious before leaving but that they would never be back. Same here. The food is good but the service is HORRIBLE.
Fantastic service by a hardworking lady in the front doing multiple jobs. This restaurant has a Very clean atmosphere with a positive vibe from the staff and guests on every arrival.
Really I would rate this place better but since there online menu was hard to read and find out prices on food very disappointed that they don't have a to go menu also customer service was good and the food was great
Would have been first time customer - now I'm never giving this place my business. Called in to place an order but apparently the connection wasn't good. The woman cut me off, told me I can order online or come in to order and hung up. My phone was on speaker and I was taking it off while she was talking to fix the problem but she didn't even give me a chance. The entire call was less than 30 seconds. Incredibly rude.
Great chicken pad Thai
I love the food here!!♡♡ Every time we eat their food it's fabulous 👌
Their food is great but the service is so so bad. There been a couple of times the lady in the front is so rude and rushes you. I know their busy and short staff which I never mind waiting because I know that feeling. And today was the worse, as I was opening the door the lady yelled and smacking her hand said no order we closed. I was like you have your open sign light up and you hours say 9:30 pm. She just yell while smacking her hand “we close”. They need to change their hours if they going to close early or have a sign up. Could of been nice about it too. I serve customer service at my best even when I’m having a bad day, short staff, over work but never have ever taken out on my customers. They pay my bills and put food on my table. I’m so upset with her.
Food was ok… The fresh rolls were delicious but the pad Thai was lacking in flavor. The chicken and it was very bland and really not in a peanut flavor. I probably won’t either again
the food was delicious but the service was a bit rude
Just went in for a fresh roll with my toddler Around 12 I got serviced by the owner with a really negative additude in front of my daughter which is sad how people will show that type of Character in front of children. I told her I will take my business somewhere else she started getting loud in her language who knows what she said but wow just made me sad.

Delicious duck curry, noodles, rice dishes and specialties. All food tastes very authentic and served piping hot and fresh. Friendly, efficient service. Very consistent. I love this place!
I have tried dozens of Thai restaurants in the past 20 years and this is one of the best I've ever had, if not the best. That includes Pok Pok and lots of more expensive Portland restaurants. From the Khao Soi to rich duck curries, the fried fish dishes and the sweet sausage fried rice - everything has been excellent. I'm still working my way through the menu and haven't found a miss, yet.
This place also has the absolute BEST chili oil I've ever tasted!
The food is amazing. I'm partial to the Kao Soy, but I've been happy with everything I've eaten here.
Love it
The best
The food is amazing but the female owner is above and beyond the nicest coolest person you'd ever meet
Worst experience ever... Fresh spring rolls with raw lettuce..😫😫😫😫.. Bad service by owner of the place.. Sha has no manners...
Small mom and pop place where the owners are the cooks and staff and actually Thai. Great prices for the portions and nice staff. People complaining on here crack me up with the first world problems.. legit stupid complaints. When's the last time you ran a business 7 days a week that is open to the stupidity of the public? All while raising teenage kids? Support small businesses like this that offer a quality product at a more than a reasonable price.
Way too sweet. The sugar over powered the ginger in my ginger chicken.
Also, the large cucumber salad has maybe one slice of cucumber rough chopped, I called back to let them know and they claimed it was a sauce, not a salad.Well, I have made this cucumber "salad" all my life from family recipe it is vinegar and sugar with arrowroot as the thinking agent. However, my recipe uses good vinegar and has plentiful cucumbers in it. Protip to the readers, you can pretty much toss any veggie, other than starches into the salad- finely chop or thinly slice.
Oh, by the way the "salad" was also too sweet.
We have always had great food here and the service is just as great! It has become a regular spot for our favorite Thai takeout. Prices are reasonable as well.
I used to eat here once or twice a week when I worked nearby. Now we travel out of the way to visit periodically. We're big fans of Thai food and Thai Corner does it well. I live in Portland but frequent Canby and I think Thai Corner could stand up against most of the Thai options in Portland.
Their Pad Kee Mao with chicken is my favorite. My wife enjoys their Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. The portions are very generous and the price is reasonable. We also enjoy their salad rolls, but I wish they'd come in a three-pack instead of just two-packs.
I use take-out most often and the food is usually ready in 10-15 minutes. We've dined in a few times and also had a positive experience. The staff is very friendly with great service.
This is my preferred Thai option in the Canby area.
Delicious! Had their SP7. KAO PAD PU (CRAB FRIED RICE). It was a large helping! Had to eat it all in two meals even after sharing a few bites with family members so they could try it too. The crab tasted fresh and wasn't fishy. The onions added some sweetness to the dish. Overall, it was a large, hearty, delicious dinner AND lunch for the next day! Will be going back again!
We love there food; during quarantine it was an absolute necessity.
Love the chicken pad Thai and spring rolls.
Claims to have curbside but they refused to bring it out after we paid for it online. Do not like to give bad reviews but that is not right!
Consistently delicious every time
Was great tasting food.
Amazing!
Always friendly and fast service. Best Thai food in town!
Was told it would be 35-45 minutes but took about an hour. Girl was kind of rude when I said it had been 45 minutes already. She said there was one order ahead of me. I asked if I could get my money back and she said no that my food was almost done.
Always delicious, great portions, sometimes really busy, but worth the wait.
Didn't get to eat. Take out only. 5 of us had to go to another really good Thai place. Great food there.
Their food is as delicious as ever, and even in a time of Covid19 they're keeping safe and busy, the basket of homemade masks for sale was much appreciated, along with all else. Thank you!
I ordered n2 with tofu and got chicken in it. I didn’t notice it until halfway through eating it. I get sick if I eat meat so obviously I called in to ask for a refund. I took the container back (screw covid right?) and was accused of lying. They said it had egg not chicken. Chicken and egg look pretty different, and it even smelled/tasted like chicken. The girl at the front counter was nice (when she wasn't on her phone) and was only doing what her boss told her to do, but not allowing like a $7 refund? Really? I’ve had meat in my food here before, but this was the first time I actually complained about it. I felt like trash for complaining when it wasn’t my fault. Don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon
Edit: I was throwing up all night. There was DEFINITELY meat in my food. Thank you for the food poisoning
This is easily in the top 3 Thai places I've ever been, and we have travelled to Thailand. Everything on the menu is super good!! Pad Kee Mao and duck panang curry for life!!
Great Thai in Canby OR! Fresh Rolls are THE best I've ever had. Great Pot Stickers and Coconut Shrimp. Love the Pad Thai and curries. We have their take out at least once a week. You can't go wrong with these guys.
Very high quality with very fresh vegetables. Good portions (man size) and at a very good price. So many thai places are way over priced these days. Cant go wrong with this place.
Our hot food melted the containers our takeout was in
Just great always
Drove by here today 5-23-20, and people were not practicing social distancing what so ever. People were sitting inside side-by-side. People were sitting outside side-by-side and not one mask in sight. I won't support a business that doesn't care for it's customers well being. I'm bummed too because I was looking forward to trying this place once everything opened back up.
G4 is the best!
I went there and got dinner I ordered the chicken pad Thai and there was hair in my food
Very friendly and efficient on getting orders out. Delicious well priced food!
Wow, talk about bad customer service, I ordered the p1 stir fry with no meat so they added a bunch of vegetables that I didn't ask for, including broccoli that doesn't normally come in it, but the person I ordered it for is allergic to broccoli, so when I said it was wrong and asked them to remake it they wanted to argue with me but finally they said bring it back and we'll remake it (bring it back in the middle of cov-19) low and behold when they took it back and then gave new stuff after a minute it was the same thing, extra vegetables in it that we didn't want, I'm pretty sure they just took it and took the broccoli out and then gave it back, and if so then my wife could've still had an allergic reaction. Both times we told them p1 just how it's made with no meat. I don't know why that couldn't be understood. We just got our money back and left, and will never go back.
Never sat down always had take out. Prices are food and quality was good. Love the salad rolls and peanut sauce.
Fast service, good food, good prices.
Delicious, and the staff is awesome
Best Thai in Canby!
Amazing pad thai and salad rolls with peanut sauce.
Great service, clean and comfortable. Will return
Great food, served quite quickly!! Always get what I've ordered!! As spicy as you can handle. Enjoy!!
My favorite Thai place. The food is better if you eat there, also less waste.
You can bring your own to go containers if you want to cut down on the use of plastic to go boxes.
I would avoid this restaurant like the plague if you enjoy fresh takeout. Witnessed servers seat and serve full meals to 4 different parties before I got my food. They also leave your food to cool on the cash register counter while they assemble the order, watched one plate sit for 10 minutes before it was added to a bag for takeout, felt sorry for the poor individual who got that plate. $55 in order thrown in trash because it wasn't fit for a dog to eat. When I mentioned this to the hostess she just smiled like she didn't understand a word. I would not recommend at all, drive farther to much better Thai restaurants, your stomach will thank you.
Good food
Food is great, service is horrible. Our food sat on the counter with a number of other orders for 10 minutes. They were serving customers that came in 5 minutes after I did.
Ordered the Pad Thai chicken on 2 different occasions. Best Thai food I've ever had.
Dish full of hair, showed owners they flipped out calling me a liar, and almost refused to refund my $$. Had to make a scene and argue for a refund and they have the audacity to say I put it in there!!! Wanna eat human hair come to thai corner! Yum!
Food Was good. The service is terrible and there so rude. Having to get up from the seat to get what we need, really? I don’t understand why they act this way we pay for food won’t be coming here again.
Good place for Thai in the burbs.
AUTHENTIC! Not dumbed down for American tastes.
Best place. Good food
It's always great.
I come here at least every couple weeks. Perfect lunch prices. Always fast and yummy. Pad Thai at a price that is unbeatable. (Changed review to 4 star because there is a woman who works here who isn't like the other employees, and is confrontational when you believe there may be a mistake in the order. However dined in here and the younger server was amazing, and very patient.)
Been here many times. We have always had good service and excellent food delivered quickly. We always order between 5 and 7 dishes. Staff have always been friendly to us. We find the Pad Kee Mao delicious.
First time patron. Ordered the Panang Curry. So good. Totally met my expectations. A little pricey but I'd return.
Our favorite place to eat Thai food! We order take out from here atleast 4 times a month! Great prices, nice staff and always delicious! Highly recommend the sausage fried rice.
Fast, friendly, clean. Great tasting food.
Fresh ingredients and friendly boss.
Clean environment
Coconut soup had a nice balance.
Good food and great service
Food is tasty. There is a new person helping out. Makes a world of a difference with customer service.
Good food but good lord they struggle with logistics. Went twice and first time one plate was served 10 min after all the others. Second time one order was completely forgotten. Both times they weren't busy. Kind of crazy Canby has 2 Thai restaurants, but if they want to compete they have to step it up.
Pretty good food, i love the deep fried bananas.
Great food. Good price.
Very good food. Clean establishment. Kind staff.
They close to rest from 3:00 - 4:30. The only thing I would like to see is a water filter for ice and drinking. Canby water needs help. 😎
Loved it
Amazing food and amazing customer service, one of my all time favorite places to eat.
Just delightful and quick. I ordered the combo appetizer and it was delicious! Can't wait to come back and try something new. Update: I returned two more times. Absolute best in the city of Canby, fabulous, tasty and fresh. If you like Thai food, definitely stop and try.
Even when I wasn't planning on Thai food for dinner, of I'm going through Canby, I'll stop there every time. Consistent and delicious.
Customer service was awful. One lady was really nice and friendly but the other seating people is bitter and rude. You can't demand your own tip when you gave a disgusting rude attitude. I feel sorry for the cook who is actually working hard to keep business and the lady up front is working hard to lose business. First and last time there. Come here if you want to be denied a high chair and hear snarky comments and overcharged.
Amazing food!! Seriously just go and find out for yourself, you won't be disappointed
Food has always been reliably good. Had a negative experience last time we dined there. My bill was $27, so I tipped $3, thinking that a 12 percent tip was still the standard for a decent tip. Well when I went to pay, the cashier looked at the tip I wrote, raised her eyebrows and said "woooow." I asked her if I added up the bill corectly and she replied with "that isnt even close to 15 percent tip" (closer to $5) and proceeded to circle the gradituity chart on the bottom of my receipt and showed it to me. In shock all I could say was, "sorry I didn't see that chart" (because I really didnt)
It's unfortunate she brought it up because now I won't be going back again.
Very sweet staff. Thank you!!
Always great food and friendly service!
Very good food, we enjoy it very much.
Good seevice.
I have enjoyed everything i have tried there and service has been good. Their hours are a little odd.
Delicious food. Horrible customer service.
Delicious Thai food! Great selection of gluten free choices. Thai sausage fried rice is excellent, the best fried rice I've ever had! Very friendly staff and owners!
Gota be one of the best Pad Thai I have had. Not too saucy not too dry. Just the right blend of ingredients. Asked for medium spicy and got it (maybe a pinch more). Good price too.
Everything is great with this place except ordering a thai iced tea to go. The entire cup is ice and you get maybe 4 sips before its empty. You are basically paying for a cup of ice. 3 dollars a pop by the way. Just make at home never order this drink to go
Really enjoy their food and service
Yummy
