The appetizers were delicious like chicken wings, pot stickers, edamame, and fried shrimp. I was not impressed with entree chicken with pine nuts as it was just steamed vegetables, some pieces of dry unseasoned chicken, and a small portion of rice.

I ate here late and the crowd had diminished. The atmosphere seemed fine. Tables were clean, not sticky…and soft music was playing. Service was excellent. They were attentive and kind. The food was just okay. I ordered a calamari appetizer and Pad Thai as an entree. The calamari consisted of 8 (count them) small rings of delicately fried calamari. They were a bit overdone and chewy, but freshly fried. Not the best dish and pricey at $1 per ring. The Pad Thai looked anemic and very drab. The presentation was not appetizing, despite the carrot art. The taste was mediocre, a little better with several limes squeezed over it…but nothing special. The noodles were over cooked and they stuck together and were mushy. The dish was not visually appealing at all. I gave them 3 stars because of the nice service. The food gets 2 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️

Very good Thai Basil. The ground chicken absorbed the flavor and spread it across the plate. The vegetables tasted crisp and fresh. The mango sticky rice was great! I will be back again to try other dishes for sure!

Unfortunately, my main dish (crazy noodles) tasted and smelled so bad to the point where I couldn't take more than 2 bites and had to throw it out. The edemama and crab ragoon were great. The summer rolls were light and fresh. So, overall, the appetizers were good, but I'm definitely weary of ordering any main dishes from here again.

I absolutely love Sweet Mango! I get their pad Thai almost weekly. The crab rangoons and curry are also a staple. This time there was a little mix up with my pick-up order. I called about it and they replaced my entree with the correct thing immediately! I'm so grateful and can't wait to try more.

We will be back. Ordered the Lemongrass chicken. It was a little light on the flavoring, but the fresh bright colored veggies made up for it. Whole green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, mushrooms, and the standard baby corn. Served with grilled chicken breast. This was so much better than another place I go, where the chicken is shredded and mixed with onions and mostly cabbage.

We finished with the fried bananas in wonton wrap (??).

They were a bit behind with lots of to go orders, slowed service down a little.

* Today (5/4/24) We had appetizers. It was delicious and just beautifully presented! This place is a hidden diamond!! Love this restaurant! The food is delicious and beautiful presentation! "Clean food " at its best!

Our pad thai noodles were terribly overcooked. Just ruined the dish. We won't be going back.

The service was not at all up to the mark and they charge 18% as tip as their discretion. It was basically we will add the tip and then serve you as we like.

Called an hour before pickup. Customers who came in after I waited for pickup got served before I even received my pickup meal. Kitchen blasting music-karaoke. After 5 pickups and 6 dine in customers later, finally received my order. Only to find a lovely piece of hair in my food. Awesome!!!!!! If I could give this beyond 10 stars I would😀 not.

Chicken Pad Thai wasn't what I expected. While it was quite tasty it's more of a spicy sweet and slightly smokey oil sauce and was missing the Tamarind flavor that I am accustomed too.

This is our favourite Thai restaurant hands down. It really doesn't matter what we've tried it's all really delicious. If you've never tried a Thai tea, I recommend it here, it's sweet but yummy. If you like crab rangoon my family believes it's the best out of all the places we've tried. It's not on the menu but just ask for it and they will make it. Kind of like a secret menu!

The food is good but definitely not as great as it used to be. I always got the mango chicken shrimp curry. I got it this past weekend and seemed to be lacking in flavor and only had 2 small pieces of mango in it. Very disappointing. The rice paper rolls are good, wish they offered more of a peanut sauce with them versus the one provided with peanuts crushed on top. The coconut shrimp soup remains very good.
Service getting drinks is a little slow.
Overall though, I can't make this food at home so it's worth it.

I love thai. My bf and I went after a craft show cause we were hungry. We both agreed it was the best thai we're have ever had! It's just so far away from where we live. Id were are even kinda close, we agreed to go again!

Absolutely amazing food and service!

Brought a large group of 11 friends for dinner on a Saturday night, as I’ve visited before and always enjoy the food. Staff was super accommodating and made a reservation for our table despite only 3 hours notice.

When we arrived the staff was attentive, and got our table ready quickly and cheerfully. They were able to take our orders within just a short time, and had our drinks out to us within minutes.

My partner and I ordered the Tom Yum Goong, calamari, coconut shrimp, country style duck pad Thai, and duck green curry. The soup and appetizers were hot and fresh on our table very quickly, and our entrees were out before we could even finish our starters. Everything was perfectly seasoned, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious.

The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and very hospitable despite a packed restaurant. They were quick to take away empty plates, we’re very consistent with refilling our glasses, and always had a smile on their faces.

I will absolutely be coming again when I am back in town.

A wonderful spot with great food and great service. The prices are so reasonable and the portions are massive. Eat there every time I come into town.

This is my favorite lunch spot and my wife's favorite lunch spot. We have to have gone there 50 times. As I was reading the occasional bad review on sweet mango, all I could think Is that this must be a competitor trying to smear them or simply a crazy anomaly. The food couldn't be any more flavorful and beautifully presented by always extremely friendly staff. A tremendous value! There's a reason they always have a good crowd. My wife gets the crazy noodles but I'm all over the menu. Definitely try the thai beef salad!

I’m close to strongeville location , on line ordered and being charged $23.92. And 3 locations all denied got my order. Someone took money, and I got nothing. Plus there was no customer service at all. Don’t know how their food are, but never again !!!!

This is not Thai anymore. Some confusion. Chinese cooks making dishes that is not Thai. What a joke: som thamp is always hot in to go and basil beef was watery with no basil.

Worth every penny of the price. Fantastic summer rolls, pad Thai country, crazy noodles, and the iced coffee is fantastic too. Very friendly staff and cooks who trust you mean it when you ask for spicy - so if you mean "white guy spicy" stick to mild, their higher heat levels don't play!

Great Thai place in the area. Vegetarian options are good. You can get good spice levels here and their drinks are really good.

Coconut lime soup with chicken is a five star soup with great flavour and richness. Mango chicken basil fried rice had some nice flavor, but I couldn't see or taste mango. This establishment is clean and silverware and glassware sparkle.

Fabulous Thai restaurant. Everything was very good. The level of spice is not exactly that of traditional Thai restaurants but they were glad to bring additional spice.

So disappointed. Not only did we wait 30 minutes for takeout that I put in hours ahead, but every item tasted horrible. The stir fry, summer rolls, and calamari were inedible. $65 wasted. Please understand, I will literally eat anything. But this was bad.

I have had a mango curry is numerous locations in Ohio as swell as several states from Arizona to Pennsylvania. This is by far the the best mango curry I have eaten in my life. Short of flying to Thailand and sampling a mango curry this is the next best option. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Food and service was good. We did dine in. But while we were there I noticed they had lot of take out orders. So they were busy. We ordered Red curry and Massaman curry with Tofu and vegetables. It was good. My husband really loved it. I’ve had better Thai food than this so overall it was ok.

Fantastic Service, food was a little smelly, but the experience is what's important. They wouldn't let me take my dog in. He's only 2 years old!!!! He can't live alone, he can't get a job! No thumbs!

We've eaten here several times. On the most recent visit, we brought our 2 and 9 year old with us. They were sweetly accommodating to our girls. The food is always incredible, and it shows as while we sat, the restaurant gradually filled all around us. You can never go wrong with the country style pad thai, but my 2 year old went crazy for the shumai appetizers and my husband loved his crazy noodles. An unexpected side note was the bathroom was very clean and tidy and it was one public restroom I didn't cringe at my 2 year old using.

More people should come here, the environment is calming, the menu was beautifully simple, and the mango sangria was great! 😁❤

Ummmm, my experience was lackluster at best. Pretty basic inside from what i was expecting by the food... i was greeted walking in and sat, but i was getting "annoyance" attitude the whole time, from the lady seating me who works the desk. Looked through the menu, a lot going on there... was looking for something Phó related, i asked the lady and she said yes we have noodle soup. I ordered the beef noodle and the shrimp spring rolls.
The rolls were cut in 3s, so very sticky & unstable to eat.. they should have left them whole.. barely had shrimp so that was disappointing. The beef soup, welp, it was actual soup nothing like Phó... lady should have specified the difference for a 1st time customer especially if i was asking for Phó. After eating about half my stomach was hurting... so that was disappointing, i eat Phó with Hoisin and Sriracha all the time so i know it wasn't a random ache. The lady brought half my food and saw me 2 times my entire meal... the other waitress serviced 2 tables and came out numerous times the entire time she did that my waitress never came out until i needed a check. I was going to not tip for poor service and disappointing dinner but i tipped her anyway because i was being nice but definitely won't be coming back... this is a restaurant where looks can be deceiving....

Went here not sure what to expect. Ordered the pad Thai (easy to make. hard to mess up). When we got the food, the pad Thai smelled like Pad A$$. And by pad a$$ I truly mean liquid A$$. The servers were SO nice. But the Pad Thai truly made me question if this was truly chicken. I was scared. Thought someone sharted. :-(

Edit- 5/22/22 - Downhill. Worst lunch. Water consistency gravy, less salt, not acidic. Veggie cuts are so huge, feels like some day they will put an entire bell pepper. Spice level inconsistent. Money worth is the green wrapper mint at the exit. Please go to Bangkok Thai- Akron or lotus Thai - Parma. Avoid them. Last 3 experience review is what I shared.

Ordered coconut curry - red one and tofu tamarind spicy level 2. Latter is tangy as expected n it's different. Veggies, tofu are quite palatable. If you like Thai, it is worth visiting.

The food here was better than I thought it would be. I got the tofu green bean curry and the sauce was amazing! Wasn't spicy at all, but it's easily my favorite curry I've gotten from a restaurant.

The service was great. However, the food was subpar. The rice noodles in my Pad Thai all stuck together so either they were overcooked or had been reheated. The chicken was dry and the shrimp was limited to 2. My pot stickers were undercooked and the ginger sauce was watery. We got there just when they opened for lunch. No good reason for poor food.

I could have given a zero, food is good but they loot money by faking the check and adding their on tip. Extremely disrespectful people. My daughter was sick they hunt me down to my parking to take an extra 2$ as I did not have change at the time. The bill was 27$ I gave 30$. They force you to tip them, and they did not have a check and a legal receipt to give me in the first place.

I walked in to Sweet Mango a first time customer and last. The line was seven people ahead and the phone ringing off the hook. There was no front desk clerk hired. The owner was running back and forth to the phone and kitchen. I ordered a chicken meal with cashews it had three cashews and dried up chicken in a soup sauce. The portion was a half portion for 12.95. The white rice was only filled half way up the container. I would never come back here...
