Thai Chili is a family owned and operated restaurant serving the best and most authentic Thai cuisine for over 25 years.
This location is the one and only. We have no affiliation with any other Thai Chili outside of Atlanta.

Overall, Thai Chili in Atlanta is a must-visit for both lunch enthusiasts and Thai food lovers alike.
A casual spot for Thai food with the usual fare- Thai coffee, curries, etc.
They seem to have limited staff, and plenty of to-go orders, so it can be a bit of a wait! This also means, you’re waiting awhile at the entrance for someone to show you to your table! Food was decent and not pricey.
Absolutely fantastic experience at Thai Chili! The customer service was exceptional—staff were friendly and attentive. The food was incredibly tasty, with rich, authentic flavors that made every dish memorable. Highly recommend the Pad Thai and Green Curry. A must-visit spot for anyone craving delicious Thai cuisine in Atlanta!
I probably wont return not because the food wasn’t good I was not pleased with service or portion size. The lady that took my order didn’t seem to know how to place orders and they charge a dollar for a super small ramekin of yum sauce. There is a better thai restaurant down the street that just happens to be closed on Monday. You get more for your money. Food was ok it wasn’t bad .
The location stays open until 11PM on Saturdays which is great. The second order of one of the appetizers was slightly undercooked, so the waitress took it back and brought my table another order, fully cooked. There is hot tea. Two TVs show cooking shows without any sound for a pleasant viewing session. The food was good and filling. There are some mini statuettes also that looked interesting.
I ordered the seafood soup for 2 (~$21) and the fried squid (~$12). I was fairly disappointed with the soup as it was mainly broth. I had two shrimp, two muscles, a scallop which appeared to be cut in half, two mushrooms quartered and about 1/4-1/2 portion of salmon. For the price point, I was disappointed. I’ve had similar dishes elsewhere which felt more hearty and filling. I ordered the fried squid as I was still hungry after the soup, and am much happier with the price point and quantity. Generous slices and cooked perfectly. Recommend the fried squid but not the soup for 2.
This was our first time at this restaurant and I have to admit it was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable and the food was to die for. As crazy as it sounds I enjoy their hot tea my husband and I shared the Jasmine tea and also the ginger tea and it made our meal that much richer! We will be visiting again.

Our favorite Thai place.

I love the Pad Thai it’s so delicious try it I bet you will love it
Thai Chili was priced reasonably and very delicious!

Great food and service.
I did not take any photos. We were busy enjoying the food and service.
Thai Chili is among the first Atlanta Thai restaurants, and it's lasted for decades because it's so tasty.
They have great curry, noodles, and custom prepared entres.
Vegetarians will do well, and wheelchair access is easy.

My favorite Thai cuisine. It's an hour away, but the food is always delicious. Especially the Tom Yum soup.
I am normally a dasher there but I decided to get the fried rice and it was absolutely delicious and the lady was so kind and the food was delicious. I came back a second time 😂 I can’t be spending money like this 😭 but thank you I will be coming back for my birthday

Delicious food and excellent service!
Definitely give this place a try!
This time I ordered basil rolls, fried tofu, and spicy shrimp soup. Never gonna have the fried you again. Did not impress. The Massaman and red curries were nice.
Ask for Mark he is the owner and so cool.
Absolutely fantastic experience at Thai Chili! The customer service was exceptional—staff were friendly and attentive. The food was incredibly tasty, with rich, authentic flavors that made every dish memorable. Highly recommend the Pad Thai and Green Curry. I absolutely loved this place. It was my first time but my Aunt eats here often and highly recommended it. The fried dumplings and thai eggrolls were so good, the sauces were wonderful. I had pad thai with chicken and she had the massaman chicken. I thoroughly enjoyed my dish but having tried her massaman curry I will be ordering it next time because it was particularly delicious 😋 For dessert we shared some green tea ice cream and sweet mango sticky rice. Fabulous! The service was excellent and the atmosphere comfortable. Plenty of parking.
When I arrived no one was at the desk for service, it took a while. I ordered beef/broccoli and shrimp soup. Awful! The beef/broccoli had no flavor and was very watery. The soup was only unflavored broth with two shrimp.
Very disappointing. I will definitely not return.
No one on Thursday night but still very very slow to get order.
Truly good and fresh papaya salad, spring rolls, spicy shrimp soup, and a fantastic noodle soup ( Khao Soi) prove that Thai Chili continues to be a reliable spot for great Thai. The server was INCREDIBLE and even wrapped my soup to go in plastic so it didn't spill in the car after our great impromptu Sunday dinner. 5 stars all around...not sure what the 1star reviews are about but they must be talking about another restaurant!
This Thai food is absolutely ridiculously good.
All curries are incredible.
The spicy basil fried rice was just terrible. After a long day of starving and looking forward to eat something good, only for the food to arrive and it was bland, the rice was so white, the peppers was bitter and the chicken has no spice whatsoever. Over all the food was just not it.
The food was above average. I don't like a small salad served in a small bowl with large leaves and no knife. I had the spicy, spicy chicken dish with crunchy vegetables. The service was excellent. I am wondering if Thai serves hot tea, similar to Chinese dining. It was my first Thai dining experience. I especially liked the hot condiments. Be kind to each other.
The food is amazing!
Very clean and bright atmosphere. The food is good and fresh. Service was a tad laid back and slow, but there was only one waitress that also served as the hostess.
Just ordered from Uber eats. My food smells and tastes so horrible.
I dined in for dinner tonight and enjoyed my experience. Kind service, nice atmosphere and tasty food (very generous portions, now I have lunch for tomorrow covered!). Can’t wait to go back!
A perfect example of why you should check your to go order before you leave the restaurant.
Everything I’ve ever tried was divine! Papaya salad and salmon fried rice are my faves!!
There was metal in my food. I ordered from uber eats. Looks like it’s from one of those metal sponges. Can’t imagine how it got in my food. I can’t eat anything I ordered from this place after finding that. It wasn’t on top of my food it was mixed in with the noodles. I’m disgusted and disappointed. The food that I DID eat before I found this was very mediocre. I never leave reviews but I had to after this experience.
Best Thai place in town! I’ve been in the restaurant. Food and service is excellent. Takeout is the same. I couldn’t ask for better. My favorite is the green curry.
Food always fresh. Excellent flavor. Still can't find a Thai place with food hot enough, but this does fine. I love it.
Fabulous food in a wonderful setting!
Great flavors and a nice atmosphere for lunch or dinner.
First time at Thai Chili and it was great. The food was the best ! We had spring rolls, papaya salad, green curry beef and mango sticky rice, it was delicious and fair amount of food. We will come back for sure !!
Kudos for the chef !!!
The best Thai restaurant
Pad krapow beef so good
Nam tok beef the best
The food was okay.. but they added a 20% tip by FORCE!! they called it gratuity?? I went up to them to ask about it and she claimed that this was on every thai restaurant in America. Shameful.. ☹️
A1 service and the food is always good
Ordered takeout from here multiple times over 3 the past years. A bit pricey but the food is good. Also, really spicy. I ordered medium Pad Thai and it's really hot. I frequently order the spiciest things I can find, but this place isn't playing around. Their online menu lists "not spicy, a little spicy, mild, medium, spicy, and Thai hot" as the heat scale. Medium is already a pretty good burn, the Thai hot should be a challenge for heat heads.
The Thai spring rolls and chicken satay are delicious!!!
Quiet restaurant. Good customer service. No alcohol. Authentic, delicious, Thai food. Vegetarian options. Will return again.
I've ordered takeout a few times and dined in once. The green curry (I had mine with tofu) is very good, although not as spicy as I'd like (and they don't ask for a heat level). The chicken coconut soup was just okay; I ate it all the one time I ordered it, but wouldn't order it again. Dine-in service was noticeably slow despite the restaurant being fairly empty.
Great Food
I loved the spicy basil fried rice. I had this with chicken. It was super good. Service was great. A little pricey. I had the seafood fried rice. I'm from coast so I have high standards for seafood. The oysters were the best, the salmon, and shrimp were a bit bland.
Best Thai in my opinion
The place has a new management. And they don't speak English, it's hard to ask for things when you can't communicate.. I don't see this place lasting too long now and the lady and the old dude attitude is not to welcoming.
Best Thai in Atlanta
Value and quality went downhill after the original owners sold.
I’ve eaten here twice now, once dining-in for lunch, the other delivery. Both times I found the food to be very good, and portions the right size for price point. The in-dining experience is great and I always get medium spice and it has just the right amount of kick I’m looking for.
Reliable, spicy Thai
Great Soup, Great service, quiet atmosphere.
They are the priciest of the Thai restaurants close to me, but they are the only one that when I order something "Thai hot" I actually regret it a little bit.
6 out 5 stars! Keep making me suffer!
(The spicy catfish is the best in town)
Nice owner and staff. Great, fresh Thai dishes. Fried squid appetizer is best in city. Curry dishes are great, especially green curry.
Hands down my favorite Thai place in Atlanta. The masaman curry is perfect, it tastes like a comfort food, even though I didn't grow up with thai food.
I unfortunately ignored the reviews to give this place a chance b/c all of my go to Thai restaurants were closed. I have to be honest and say, this is absolutely not the authentic Thai that I’m used to, I’ve eaten from numerous Thai restaurants around Atlanta and none of them taste as horrible as this. I ordered salmon fried rice as well as basil fried rice which had only one piece of basil in it. Portions were small on top of that the food taste like dry Chinese from Bankhead, and both dishes were extremely bland. Spent almost 40 bucks. Not worth the cost, at all.
Tried the catfish, Crab Fried Rice, and Lamb Chops. Would highly recommend any of them. Some of the best thai food I’ve had in a while. A hidden gem behind the overrated Americanized Thai places in ATL. Give it a try!
The most boring and bland pineapple fried rice I’ve ever tasted. Very expensive too.
Horrible food
If you're closed lock the door. Don't be rude to people walking in. Used to be a great place before they started using Curry in a Hurry and different staff. Get a Little Bangkok instead! Way better customer service!
The food was excellent, service was fantastic! Highly recommended, clean and well maintained. Thank you for an awesome experience!
The best spicy (Thai hot) basil fried rice that I have found. I live in Newton County, but drive here a few times a week just for the amazing rice. When I can dine in, the service is excellent and the restaurant is very clean. I recommend this place to anyone who can handle heat an great Thai food.
I used to love the food here, but that was six years ago, which was the last time I was in the area. I really loved the spicey squid until this time. Instead of the dish I remembered, it was a dish of fried squid with little else especially spice. I was quite disappointed.
Thai Chili is a favorite restaurant for my dinner group. It has consistently good food and service. I always compare Masaman Curry and/or Panang Curry whenever I try a new Thai Restaurant and this place sets the bar for both. I’ve tried many other dishes here as well and enjoyed them all. Highly recommend.
The Thai iced coffee is literally magic. You can’t go wrong with the curries either.
Very small portions for the price, not acceptable.
Nice looking decoration but the food was terrible and high pricing
Love their mango sticky rice, and thai iced tea.
Service was terrible. Had to call the waiter over to get their attention. Same thing to get drink refills and same thing to get the bill. Food was not good. Definitely wouldn't recommend
Nice people and the Butter Curry was delish! Late night service was customer service focused.
Sn: (The tea had a knat in it but they quickly gave us a different drink)
Friendly staff, excellent food, expedient service!
Had Pad Thai delivered. Mediocre but ok EXCEPT for the chicken. So tough and chewy that it was inedible. This restaurant used to be so good 😕
Paid $5 for a to go thai tea that was just all ice and majority milk…
One restaurant that always gets the takeaway order right - and always great food. Spicy catfish is an office favorite!
Loved the food and service!
The food was awesome the customer service was awesome can't wait to go back for another date night
I had spring rolls and Kee Mao (aka drunken noodles). Stellar food. Great service. Nice atmosphere.
I ordered spicy fried rice with shrimp and vhicken, spring rolls, and thi wings. The food wasn't good at all, and the food had no flavor. The chicken and shrimp was rubbery and bland. I ordered over fourty dollars worth of food and they did not give me any condiments to go with my food. When I asked, I was told I had to pay a dollar and the lady was very rude about it. If you can not cook do not open up a restaurant.
Food was excellent. The server was fast, efficient, and friendly.
Great food but checking the menu prices I understand why they are not as busy anymore. Great food but prices are unrealistic for Asian food.
As always very very good
Very good food good service!! Delicious definitely will come back!!!
Paid $15 for broth that had a extreme pickled flavor and 2 pieces of shrimp. It was also not the soup I ordered. Very disappointed. Milk coconut chicken soup also tasted off
We get takeout from here all the time and it has never disappointed. Very fast and always delicious.
Really tasty food. We went for lunch and servings are a good size. The whole place is very clean and extremely friendly staff. Overall, a great experience.
Revising my 5 star review. What changed? The Tom Kha soup was inedible and went right down the drain. Curry was blah. And pickup was a disaster where they couldn't find orders even with the name on the bag. It was great for years, but we won't be back
I usually deliver for them but decided to try them for once. I’m glad I did, my food was incredible.
They are very nice and welcoming. The food is presented beautifully and tastes as good as it looks!
It used to be great, but it is now under new "management" (I use the term loosely). You wait an eternity and then the food is disappointing. The massaman curry is like water and tastes like nothing. I regret to say that I won't be going there any more. Such a shame.
This food was not good. I Ordered chicken fried rice and it was awful and smelled old. I had to throw it out. $33.00 down the toilet. Literally
Bad service, I was not notified that they no longer accept local flavor coupons, they have a different owner now, the food is not the same. I will not go back.
Great service.
Great sooy
Take our only at this time.
I ordered the spicy vegetables with chicken as take out. The food was bland, there were no vegetables except for a few very small pieces of pepper and onion and the order was mostly rice.
Very disappointing!
Used to like their spring rolls. Ordered two dishes, found long hair in the food. Not sure if the restaurant follows safety measures. Don’t recommend
Terribly over-priced. Food is very inauthentic and bland but makes sense for this area. Wouldn't visit again.
If you have a different taste bud than others this is for you or spicy give it a try
Once again my to go order was shorted items. This is getting to be ridiculous. Just how hard can it be to double check an order before it goes out. The food is great, when you actually get it.
Be careful and double check your order. From now on I will empty the bag completely before I leave the restaurant because Thai Chili cannot be trusted to get your order right.
Ordered today for the 1st time and the fried rice was so good and fresh! I will be returning!
I'm sad to say the pad thai was the blandest I've ever had. I really couldn't even finish it as it just seemed like a bowl of carbs. No spice or flavoring. I lived in Asia for two years, and six months in Thailand. They love flavor and it's not found here, unfortunately. Like other reviewers have said. 🤷🏻♀️
This is still my favorite Thai. If I happen. To think of it, I not happy til I've ordered!
Excellent Thai food.
Uber eats delivery
Clean restaurant, covid-19 measures in place, friendly staff, quick service.
Highly recommend! Been going here for years- best Thai in Atlanta!
If u are looking for AUTHENTIC THAI...KEEP LOOKING. taste bland couldn't even pass for Chinese food. Ordered spicy basil fried rice had NO BASIL FLAVOR & numtok was served with a quarter hunk of cabbage
Delicious food for a very fair price!
I purchased a local coupon for $20 for $40 worth of food for dine in. When I walked in the restaurant, they were offering take out only. The host stated that I needed to purchase $60 worth of food in order to use the coupon. I’m the only person eating and it gave me the option to dine in on the Local Flavor website. Why would there be an option to dine in on the coupon if only take out is available? I wouldn’t have purchased the $20 voucher if I knew that. The voucher states that I can have $40 worth of food if I dine in. That’s very misleading and I wasted money, time, gas, & I now have to find food elsewhere.
Neighborhood favorite. Flavors are always spot on. Clean restaurant. Great service. A few favorites are the fried grouper with panang, veggie fried rice with chicken/salmon, pad Thai.
The food is good and it is not overly priced. Due to COVID-19 you can no longer eat in. Take out is also good.
Not my cup of tea. Customer service is a must for me.
Nice huge ever changing menu that i can work with they had fried advocate yep fried advocat.😳😳😳
Not bad, I would say average. Worth a try.
