Take away and Dine-in Self Service
Hot tea and Drinking Water Available Thai Food
My first time ordering from this restaurant so we went with dishes I was familiar with. We ordered Tom Kha soup, Crazy Noodle and Mango Curry. The gentleman on the phone and in person was very friendly. Our food was done a bit faster than quoted and it was so hot even after the 15 minute ride home.
The Tom Kha soup was really good, it was a dichotomy of creamy, sour and spicy, we really enjoyed the layers of flavor. I've had Crazy Noodle many times at another restaurant that I love and this one was very good too, I would reorder it. Lastly the Mango Curry which was the star of the meal for me. It is spicy and sweet and the mango that has been stewing in that broth was really tasty. My only real complaint is the rice, it was very mushy. Overall, I would definitely try this restaurant again.
If I were to describe our experience at Tree Country in one word, it would be “decent.” Overall, the food was fine - the crispy tofu, stir-fried chicken, and even the bubble tea were all a bit dry (or perhaps “chalky”), and the mango sticky rice was about as memorable as Mike Dukakis, but these were counterbalanced by the rich and fragrant green curry (be sure to add avocados - you won’t regret it!) and the chewy and saucy noodles. The restaurant is takeout only, but we were able to sit at a table and enjoy our boxed up dinner in peace… and almost complete silence, which was unusual, but not entirely unpleasant. Moreover, the staff is friendly and the kitchen is prompt. You could certainly do worse in the area than to eat (or order takeout) from here.
NOT ALLERGEN SAFE. Ordered takeout off grub hub and specifically ordered peanut free, specifying I have a peanut allergy. Food arrived and it looked to have no peanuts in it (I always double check). I started eating and it was delicious. As I got towards the bottom of the container I started finding peanuts. I drove to the store with my food to show them and asked them how this could have happened. They said they didn’t know and that they cook the batches separately. I asked them to confirm that what I found was peanuts and even had them taste it and they confirmed it was peanuts. I asked them to refund my order and they said they couldn’t because it was through grubhub. So I asked for a gift card or credit for my family’s $60 order and they refused. The most they said they can do is write my name down for a free pad Thai in the future. No thanks - my life is more valuable than one free pad Thai. Super disappointed in the service. Steer clear if you have allergies. There is obviously a lot of cross contamination, even between batches they claim are separate.
My brother and I went to this place last night and I was totally happy with everything about this restaurant. Being an Asian fusion restaurant, they have a variety of Thai, Japanese and Korean dishes on their menu. They also have vegetarian options available so, this place is vegetarian friendly. I ordered Tofu Triangles and Basil Fried Rice without eggs. I enjoyed both the dishes and really liked the Basil Fried Rice. My brother ordered for Vegetable Soup, Spicy Salmon Maki and a House Fried Rice. He said they were great too. Their service was good and fast. I also liked the ambience of the place. Their dishes are reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want to try some good Asian food.
I absolutely love the pad Thai at Tree Country Bistro! It’s packed with flavor and always hits the spot. My only tiny wish is for a bit more shrimp in the dish, but thankfully, adding extra shrimp doesn’t break the bank. The customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is always polite and welcoming. Highly recommended for a delicious Thai dining experience!
I dont often enjoy Thai food, but this place surprised me. Excellent pad thai, and the country fried rice is quite tasty. I tried the bubble tea smoothie which was decent. Appetizers like crab rangoons and scallion pancakes are impressive. The prices are reasonable, especially on noodle dishes, and even cheaper during lunchtime. Portion sizes are massive, so expect to take leftovers home with you.
Be warned, because they won’t tell you but this is a take out restaurant that allows you to sit with your plastic containers & plastic utensils and styrofoam and sit at a table and eat that way. There’s only paper plates. It’s bizarre because they have a bar with glassware. Anyway, the food is decent. I wouldn’t say the best or worst, just above average Thai with a few Jorean and other things on the menu.
The guy was nice but it was counter service then they bring the boxed up to go food to your table and you get your own to go plastic utensils. that was pretty disappointing
A new place for me. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with their lunch.
I chose a familiar dish, Cashew Chicken. The plate was served with a good serving of white rice. Plenty of vegetables and cashews included.
The soup that comes with the lunch dish was very tasty.
I'll be back to try some other dishes.
Love the red curry
Excellent food

Probably some of the most mediocre Thai food I have had in a long time. Best dish was the Basic Fried Rice and it was a 5/10 at best .
Just no!

Food had no flavor, very disappointed
My first time ordering from this restaurant so we went with dishes I was familiar with. We ordered Tom Kha soup, Crazy Noodle and Mango Curry. The gentleman on the phone and in person was very friendly. Our food was done a bit faster than quoted and it was so hot even after the 15 minute ride home.

Honestly out of all the thai restaurants I’ve been too this is the lowest ranking one. Just to be very honest there was just nothing special. The food neither looks taste or smells fresh, there was no love in it at all. The flavors didn’t appear in anything I ordered even the tom yum was on the brink of store bought vegetable broth in taste. The spring rolls tasted of 100 days of service grease and had very soggy vegetables inside which of course caused it to be mushy along with bland. Highly disappointed, I’ve drove pass this place for years and now I understand why. I wish I had better things to say besides them being kind but I don’t. Food is a no go unless you’re looking to live a tasteless displeasing life. I would insert pictures but I did litter the food in the streets out of anger, sorry earth I hope you understand.
Disappointing visit. Did not realize it was self service, ie no table service per se. It was dark and warm inside (until they opened the door to let in some cool air). Mixed feelings re: the food. I usually order basil chicken whenever it is available, and this was a 5/10. The Indonesian fried rice was tasty, and not typically available, 8/10. Everything served in to go containers with plastic cutlery and very cheap paper plates. The food was hot and brought to the table by a very pleasant hostess. Free hot tea. Too pricey for the lack of atmosphere. We will not return.
Quick service, great spring rolls, tempura shrimp, and soups etc. I wasn’t a fan of their fried calamari or the crab rangoon (very little crab if any), but will continue to purchase other items.
Food is really quite good. First time there and didn't know the drill, but we received a good explanation and great recommendations. Tasty! And it came out quickly. We'll definitely be back.
EXCELLENT Thai food. thank you! Can’t believe I have never tried this place until now. I’ve tried many other Thai places and this is as good as the best!
Basil fried rice (protein:tofu) was my favorite
If you like spicy, ask. Food was not spicy. But delicious.
Everything is always Good! They are so nice and it shows in the quality.

Take out only now but they're still making the best basil fried rice I can find
Authentic Thai food available here! Really enjoy the taste of Thai menu, especially Padthai.
I really love Pad Thai and green curry here. The place and staff always give the warm welcome atmosphere, what a great experience! I will come back for other dishes for sure.
Thumbs up for this restaurant!!
Self service Thai restaurant in Cleveland, I like Pad Thai, Spring Roll and Green Curry. As I'm Thai, I recommend that food are tasty same as I ate in BKK
ชอบมากค่ะ อาหารรสชาติดี กินแล้วรู้สึกใกล้เคียงกับกินที่ไทย คนขายก็น่ารักบริการดีค่ะ 👍
i got a good experience when i came to this restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio State. Thai food's so delicious. Love it!! (เป็นร้านอาหารไทยที่อร่อยมากๆจริงๆค่ะ ถ้าได้ไปเที่ยวอีก จะแวะไปแน่นอน..) Recommend Menu
Pad Thai
Pad Thai Country
Spring roll
Green Curry
Red Curry
Indo Fried Rice
Pictures are not accurate for the current state of the restaurant. It is all self service and orders are brought to you in take-out containers. The place was empty and uninviting. Every dish we tried was disappointing. The vegetable soup had zero flavor and the vegetables were not cooked at all. The Crazy Noodles were okay but the stir fry and Pad Thai were not good.
My second favorite Thai spot in Cleveland heights I love the mango fried rice and the peanut sauce. I also enjoy the shrimp fried rice with the basil.
Our country pad thai was very good, but the interior was poorly lit and the blinds were closed...you can sit down and dine again but no service. Basically eating carry out inside their place.
Just some silverware, a few plates and a candle and you would create a better experience. No extra hiring needed.
Pad Thai was ok but could barely taste any tamarind in it. Very bland compared to other pad Thai I've had. The crab rangoons were good though.
We ordered chicken Pad Thai and some drinks. The cashier charged our card several times and stated it did not go through after stating their machine has some issues. This is actually not the first time this happened. We showed him from our account that the charge did go through and still refused to either refund our money or give us the food we paid for. I would not recommend this place for they are very dishonest. If you feel you want to go, use cash.
The best pad Thai in cleveland
Got the country pad Thai with chicken and it was truly one of the least flavorful dishes I've ever had. I'm not sure there was even salt on it. And it wasn't bland in the sense of "oh it's just fine or average" I actually felt I could have cooked something tastier in less time for less money at home. Disappointed
I always order Pad Thi which I love. Cooked very well. The service is fast and the atmosphere is quiet. It doesn't appear to accept sit down eating.
The worst.
One of my favorite Thai places in all of NE Ohio. Everything is always delicious and staff is friendly. The green curry is my go-to order and I am never disappointed. The Thai iced tea is the best drink here!
My first order today! I’ve always ordered pad Thai from Thai restaurants. I tried crazy noodles today. It was perfect! Love the 2 star spiciness and the kick with basil leaves. Perhaps my new favorite dish now! Sometimes pad Thai is too sweet from some restaurants (too Americanized). Love the taste from crazy noodles!
The only redeeming feature was the store bought peanut sauce and Thai tea. Everything else well below par in quality. You'll run out of business soon if you don't upgrade your game.
Food was excellent, takeout only
I've been living in Coventry for years and this is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always great and the staff are always incredibly pleasant.
-Spider-Man
Didn't eat there. Went there for dine in and they said they only offered take out. They shouldn't false advertise picture making it look like you can dine in.
The country-style pad thai is the best I've ever had...been coming here for years!
Extremely disappointed. We are both very sick right now and can’t leave the house. After waiting over an hour, our (cold) delivery order arrived missing our appetizer and one of our soups. When I called, we were offered the missing appetizer at another time which is all well and good but this order wasn’t completed correctly the first time, which is the issue. That doesn’t fix the fact half our food is missing.
Edit:
The food we did have had no flavor, and the miso tasted awful. Never ordering from here again.
I ordered the Basil Fried Rice and miso soup. Both were distasteful and the chicken was overcooked. The entree mentions that it's supposed to be spicy, I asked for extra spicy, it came with NO SEASONING at all. The miso soup did not include all the ingredients.
So do you automatically assume that I carry my own silverware and napkins from Arkansas? I need whoever packed my dinner for Ubereats to eat your amazing Green Curry with hands and teach me lol
these guys are the best, though with times being hard the prices have gone up a bit, the service is always great and the food is exactly what I need after a long work day, its really nice that they are open so late!
Me and my boyfriend LOVE Tree Country. We are old residents of the coventry area, so whenever we are in town we make sure to get food from here. I got the beef bulgogi and he got the mango fried rice. A comforting meal, and it was just as delicious as we remember it.
The food is good and the taro coconut smoothie!!
Pretty good. Pad se eew was quite bland. It should be more sweet and more salty. It means noodles in sweet/thick soy add more sweet soy!
When it comes to noodles...DO NOT TRUST Tree Country Bistro.... earlier i ordered drunken noodles...just boiled noodles with boiled vegetables... n today i ordered japchae...again just boiled n bland... i am a big fan of Thai food...they add diff kinds of soya sauce, fish sauce, fish oil....and more ingredients...which makes it tastes so good...n this store makes the worst noodles. Will never order again!!
I still come back here after 8 years of living elsewhere for this place, I love the pad thai and rangoons with the passion fruit sauce... They make the best!
This use to be our favorite restaurant. Sadly the quality of food has declined over the past year. Every chicken and beef dish tasted reheated, and stirred with dish water.
I will not be returning.
Do not buy the pad thai here horrible worst ever
This place has other good food like the Indonesian fried rice which is probably their best entree and better than any other restaurant on a similar dish
The food is delicious! We had the country pad Thai—some of the best we have ever had. Also tried the Alaska roll and summer rolls. Both were delicious. We ordered for pick up and the order was fresh and hot when we arrived. Also well packaged for travel. Prices were reasonable for the portion size and quality. We will definitely eat here again.
We enjoy the curries. Massaman and avocado curries are our favorite. We also order sushi occasionally. It is always fresh and tasty. Basic rolls are well priced. They are very conscientious of allergies. The last time I ordered the lady asked if egg was okay with our vegetable pad Thai (clarifying just in case the customer is vegan).
Very good food and friendly staff.
Good Thai food....
Love Tree Country!! Such good sushi for a reasonable price. A GREAT selection of Asian cuisine, and the Thai green curry is the best I've had. Crispy pad Thai is a high recommendation if you love a good peanut sauce!
Love the Indonesian fried rice!!
This placeis dusty, inclosed, and out dated! And on top of that the Asia cashier's are rude and disrespectful!!!!!...food smells old
Best curry anywhere. I always stop by when I in Cleveland.
Good portion
Awesome food!!
Great food.
Try the mango curry chicken on 7
I live and Coventry Village and go to Tree Country regularly. My favorite asian food in Cleveland. Great sushi, great curry, great stir fry.
Extensive menu including chicken, pork, and beef dishes as well as vegetarian options. Delicious sushi with lots of roll options! Service is always friendly, even when they're crazy busy. They also have a bar and alcoholic beverages.
Good fresh food really great staff.
The only Thai food on the East side worth eating. Consistently good for years. Excellent service. Amazing staff. Will eat here as long as I live near by and want some Thai
Absolutely love this place. The Menu is pack full of real Asian dishes. All of the dishes are cooked perfectly and with well placement. The service is fantastic.
Food is excellent and large portions.
Everything is great. The food. The variety. The service. Our favorite ethnic restaurant in the Heights...and that is a high bar. Thai, Korean, sushi and Japanese cuisine.
We love coming here! Their extensive and diverse menu has something for everyone. Our faves include the Indonesian Fried Rice, Hot Basil, Crispy Duck and Country Pad Thai. Lots of food so you can enjoy it again tomorrow!
Big portions, good food, good service.
Food was delicious and the service was great!
I think that Tree Country is the best on the east side. Today's sushi was super fresh and tasty, and the 'crazy noodles' were excellent.
The people here also are very cool and I can't say enough. Great and fun.
Really delicious food and large portions for a affordable price. Favorite restaurant.
Great food and prices
AMAZING food and flavor, Thank you Steve for the service and suggestions!
The staff is very personal and professional. The food was awesome!!
Love the Country Pad Thai 💕 just did pick up as we were passing through town. But this meal never lets me down with just the right amount of kick to classic Pad Thai.
You can always expect great food & even better service. The Crispy Basil Chicken is a must.
Went here and was thrilled with the service and thoughtfulness of our waiter! Highly recommend! Food was DALISH ✨
great service! wonderful food, very very tasty. portions are great and a good price! will defiantly come again.
Consistently delicious food. I've liked everything I've tried. Have been a patron for over 10 years, so I've tried a lot! There is literally no wrong choice here.
Do NOT,! KNOW Yet!!! Are they " VEGAN??? " WE,'RE VEGANISM MEALS. ONLY,! THANK YOU!!!😍😍🤩😏😊
Great spring rolls !
Amazing!!
One of my favorite spots for good sushi
Dirty
Waiter was nice but the food they claim is “vegetarian” has fish sauce in it. This is not stated in the menu and they didn’t tell me this until I tasted fish and asked why. I am allergic to shellfish, but fortunately I didn’t have an allergic reaction from their fish sauce
Yummy!
Love this place food is delicious, love the decor and the service is excellent 😍
Great food with outstanding service!
I come here for lunch periodically and it’s good fresh Chinese food! I loved the Shrimp Jade noodle and it’s delicious. They have a lot of stuff to choose from. Prices aren’t to bad. Depends on what you want. Most ppl like to dine in but I always get mine to go! Gets crowded more in the evenings. There’s like 4 other Asian restaurants on the same street and this one is second best on my the list.
We've had sushi takeaway from here many time before and it's always excellent. Today we ate in the restaurant. The bento box was terrific and a great value. 10 dollars for miso soup, salad, a maki roll, and some vegetable pad Thai. I recommend.
Good food, neat atmosphere. A good choice of the many restaurants on Larchmere!
Food is more enjoyable then service but not horrible
Excellent restaurant
The Paradise roll and mango ebi roll were delicious!
My friends like to surf the apps me u and get soup and call it grazing - I just come for the signature Asian dishes like pad Thai chicken, etc, and it's always delicious. Service is great, haven't tried any Korean dishes but the rest of the fusion cuisine is yummy
Very tasty food! We especially love the fried dumplings (goyetza) and the Indonesian fried rice!
Amazing food and service!
Most comfortable Asian restaurant on the strip, with the second best food. Great place to go when you're tired of Pacific East.
Great asian food with friendly staff. Huge portions at a reasonable price. A good bang for your buck asian style
Possibly my favorite place in the world. Best pad thai I've ever had. Best wait staff ever. They know me and my order and always make it a pleasant experience. If I could go every day, I would.
Great food and great service
Pretty good food.
Excellent food and service
The flavors are great and the staff was very kind! They were open memorial day which was awesome since a lot of places were closed for the holiday. Unfortunately the meat we got in our dishes were cooked too long and was very tough. I don't know if this is an every day thing or maybe just a new cook! I would still be willing to come back and try again. They have a lot of stuff on their menu that I'm interested in!
This Thai shop seems little known, but the food is excellent and the servers can be a lot of fun. Try the crazy noodle and mango sweet rice.
Outstanding! This is a great place. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable and the prices are reasonable. They have an amazing menu that includes Korean, Chinese and Thai dishes. There is something for everyone. Their Thai iced coffee is sweet and delicious. The wait staff is helpful and friendly. If you love Asian food, you will love Tree Country Bistro.
Went on a Sunday, sashimi wasn't fresh and fried chicken was too dried and hard. Service was ok.
Best pad thai in Cleveland
I have been going to Tree Country for years so I am already biased. They serve Thai, Japanese and Korean and do all of them well surprisingly. Whenever I am feeling like Asian cuisine, this is where I go.
Service was nice and quick, portions are big, and prices are average.
It was agreat time had by all praties.
Really good price
Tree Country Bistro has great food, however, they are understaffed. Thus wait times may be a little longer than usual. I did notice that management is not very helpful to their employees😞. Nonetheless, I recomend that you check this place out.😋😉😁👍😋.Ask for Pinky he is awesome...btw.😉
I frequent Tree Country and love it. It's within walking distance and reasonably priced.
1st time having lunch here. It was a great experience
Friendly server, big portion pad thai
Tree Country has a large menu with tasty offerings from Korea, Thailand, and Japan. The orders are large, well prepared, and well presented. - A great place to go when you want a variety of choices.
Holy mango-fried-rice Batman! This place is amazing! Seriously, order the fried rice, you won't be disappointed. I'm pretty sure it cured my cancer.
