I visited this place to have my dinner and I was happy that I picked this place. I ordered Siam Rolls and Tofu Royale. Both the dishes were really good. I liked the flavor of the tofu in the light ginger brown sauce(Tofu Royale). They have vegetarian options making this place vegetarian friendly. The ambience of the place will definitely make you feel cozy. Their staff were polite and their service was good. Their dishes are moderately priced. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to try some tasty Thai food.

We love High Thai'd, our favorite Thai place in Cleveland! My wife loves Thai food and since moving to Cleveland we've tried so many places all over the greater Cleveland area and nothing has been as consistently delicious as High Thai'd by a longshot! The country pad thai is seasoned exactly to my liking and unlike most Thai places we've been to, the meat is full of flavor and delicious! The noodle dishes are also packed with flavor. We've only ever gotten take out here but we've never been disappointed, better than dining in at any other Thai place we've been to here!

Order this for delivery and it’s awful. I got their spring rolls which are fried with zero veggies and hard as rocks, Thai fried rice which has no flavor, greasy chicken satay and just threw it all in the trash. The worst Thai I’ve had since moving here.

Saturday night craving and our local places where closed. Their food is 100% worth the 25 min drive! The portions were great. It was hot when we picked it up and the perfect temperature when we got home. We got pad thai and siam rolls. The siam rolls were okay the sauce was good. We would happily do the drive again. The man working was pleasant and it was very easy to place an order.

No dine in . No coconut soup. Tom yam we have through away. Could eat. Never again

The description of the Food was totally different than what I received through door dash. The tamarind duck said corn and pea pods but it had broccoli and zucchini. I also chose jasmine rice and it was plain fat short grain rice. A totally different meal. And the duck was meh. Buyer beware.

I've always had a great experience here in-person and take-out, and the real Thai food is really good. The Pad Thai is great, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

Terrible service, went down in quality.......

Ordered ahead via door dash. Pho with chicken and a Thai tea. Arrives 20 min later and my order wasn't ready. The place was essentially empty but I assumed there could have been a lot of other online orders, so I was ok to wait a bit.
Got my food to go about 8 min after arriving. Got home and unpacked......
Opening the container that had the chicken, basil, cilantro, sprouts etc.....I was greeted by an odor. The basil, cilantro and sprouts were all brown. I almost didn't even recognize the cilantro it was clumped on the chicken.
I wanted to give benefit of doubt and chalked the discoloration up to..."maybe the steam in the container wilted the herbs on the way home " so I grabbed a bowl and began to assemble my soup.
First sip, broth was ok...could be a little more flavorful. Next a bite into the chicken. Oh my it was SOUR!! I'm nauseous as I write this.
I'd like to be forgiving in tough times like this for restaurants because of COVID 19, but serving bad herbs, bean sprouts and sour chicken can make people VERY SICK and there is no excuse for that.
This was my first and last visit to High Thaid.

Bad service last two weeks.
Today, short and mean on the phone, except for when there is a busy signal like all the other days.
I came in to order and explain to the lady on the phone that I know it's just my little $12, it might be busy right now, and I don't pretend that I know how to do her job... but regardless that her tone towards me was short and mean.
She explained back that she was doing her job by interrupting me on the phone, and if I wanted to, I could come around the stand and see how the job is done. In front of every customer in there.
I should have walked out then.

Instead I said that is not what I'm saying.
She responded with so do you still want the order?, When she read it back, she had had my phone order wrong.
I tried to correct it and ask the wait time. She said the chef hadn't started it before, but should have it in about 15 min and she walked away.
She went in the back and came out twice helping the other 4 customers sitting waiting for their takeouts, all the while the phone was in the chair, the screen said call duration 5min23sec and counting. She never read back my order to me, so I still don't know if it's right. But after the twice back and forth, and I am still standing in front of the stand making eye contact, ignoring me both times... Well I walked out.
I'd call and cancel but the phone is off the hook. No "is there anything else you need." And I never got an apology. Seems a $12 customer is never right. And I've come here for near 10years my family and my friends.
The man on the phone is so much better at the job and it bothers me to say that about a fellow female. Who is that woman!?

This place is a treasure trove of amazing thai cuisine. I am quite literally addicted to their Pad See Ew (I'm there at least once a week to get my fix). Got my brother try out their food once and now he's hooked on their Chicken Pad Thai! The ambiance is quite nice; cozy even. And the staff are always friendly. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Mango Curry is bomb

The food was excellent, but it took a while for it to arrive. The poor server looked like he was doing the jobs of two or three people. They were obviously understaffed and he was doing the best he could. Hope management resolves this. Would have been a five star rating if not for the issues.

Great for Thai takeout. The country style pad Thai is a mildly spicy treat. Recommend the red curry with chicken, it's a favorite.

A great Thai place with a large menu. Cozy location with some parking nearby (some free but not all). Great tea and drink selection.

The restaurant itself is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Very high quality. The reason for one star is because it is unfairly expensive. There are many other Chinese and Japanese restaurants that are just as nice, if not nicer, that are half as expensive as this restaurant. So how expensive? For each person, it will cost at least 30 dollars, assuming you are actually hungry. You have to order multiple entries or one entry plus a bunch of appetizers if you want to be served as much as they serve you at the mall for 8 dollars. If you are rich, go here, and enjoy. If you are not rich, there are way better alternatives. There are two other Asian restaurants right next to this one, and they are both way better in terms of value for your $$$

Country Pad Thai is great

I was the only one in the restaurant and service sucked. He never came to the table to check on me. On the menu it said free refills, but he said no. Food was ok and so were the prices.

Thought I would try this out. Since I had a good experience at another Thai restaurant(Sweet Mango). I was wrong🤔🙈. First, when we got there and seated. It them like 10 or more mins to even bring water. Which was not cold but I'll get to that. Now we're waiting for our order to be taken another 10 mins. So, we order appetizers,main meal, and drinks. Now we're waiting for the appetizers and drinks. Nothing😬😠. I had to ask another waiter for the drink menu again. Call my waiter over and ask him for our drinks
again. The drinks comes with the two cups of ice. That, I had to ask for because of the not so cold water. At this moment I just wanted to leave just being real!!! Appetizers are here now presentation was horrible and taste wasn't up to par with Sweet Mangos. We had the Devils wings and pot stickers wasn't the best. Main meal out now. Again, presentation was horrible and taste was sub par.
After bad services you still suppose to tip of which I did.
I just will not go there again. I usually take pics of the experience of a new restaurant but not this one. Homie don't play that,Facts!
If you're looking for good Thai food try Sweet Mango in Strongsville and then try this spot or vice versus. And see the difference like night and day. From services, presentation, and etc...IJS

Bought meals to go, including 6 soups, for 12 people and it was outstanding ($165 before tips and drinks). Took 30+ minutes to get it after the order placed but worth the wait. We had food leftover even after the adult males w hearty appetites. Tasty and fresh, definitely recommended.

Awful! Awful! Awful! The waitress was rude. Rude is an understatement. The food was subpar. The tables were dirty and rocked everytime we moved. Yes, tables. We did not ask to move, but the waitress harshly insisted, then moved us to an equally bad table. The seafood was overcooked and clearly not fresh. The portion sizes were a joke. The manager tried to soothe us by giving us 2 cans of mango nectar. Needless to say we will never ever go there again!

The hostess was very nice and hospitable. Actually shoke my hand, said hello and welcomed me with a warm smile. Food was really good. I wasn't very hungry but couldn't stop eating it was so good.

Food was tasty as usual. However they made an error on my bill and charged me double the correct amount on my credit card. I brought the error to their attention and instead of voiding the over charge, they charged my card a second time for the correct amount promising that the first charge would be refunded right away. No refund appeared on my card so I called them. Now they are telling me the refund will take 2 to 3 days to process. Unacceptable!

Good pad thai

Three of us waited 45 minutes for our meals while the 4th was forced to sit at our table and watch us eat. In the end they offered a measly 10% off my friend's meal that finally came an hour later. We talked to the owner after our meals who finally gave in and comped a beverage and a whopping 20%
