Oh wow! This place was PACKED tonight! What a great thing for this establishment. There were maybe 10 people in the waiting area & the owner was suuuper accommodating. He made sure everyone was taken care of and moved so quickly to get everyone their orders. My husband & I got to go orders but when we got to the car, we had to try our chicken spring rolls before we headed home & they seriously were the best! Cannot wait to get home to eat!! 10/10
I came by around closing after a work event. I came by about 30 minutes until closing and service was great but they did ask if I wouldn't mind taking my green curry to go and if I could just enjoy a salad while I waited. The staff was super nice and friendly and I honestly didn't mind. The salad was delicous and they made sure I had water for my tea. I got my curry and went on my way. Sadly as I began to eat I realized how incredibly oily my curry was. I've had curry countless number of times and never had it oily. I usually mix in rice to enjoy every last drop of it but my stomach couldn't handle all the oil.

A few weeks ago, my colleague FF and I were in search of a place to unwind and enjoy some delectable bites and beverages. After scouting out various spots, we stumbled upon Pin Toh, an Asian restaurant. From the outside, the establishment seemed unassuming, but as we made our way through the front door, we were immediately greeted by an inviting atmosphere and an intoxicating aroma that filled the air. As we waited for the male receptionist to attend to us, I couldn't help but admire the restaurant's interior design. The golden walls beautifully highlighted the Thai royal aesthetic, and a striking mural depicting a pilgrimage to the golden land adorned one side of the room. On the other side, the bar showcased an impressive array of foreign liquors, presumably Asian, which piqued my interest. And at one end of the room was an open kitchen, where diners could observer the preparation of their dishes.
After settling into our seats, we browsed the menu and discovered that the restaurant had a distinct Thai focus. Despite our initial intentions to order drinks and appetizers, we couldn't resist the allure of the Chicken Satay and Crispy Tofu, both served with peanut sauce. The male receptionist recommended a Thai iced tea for me and a Thai beer for FF. However, our modest order took him by surprise, and he remarked, "That's it?" We assured him that we would order more later and eagerly awaited our drinks and dishes. For drinks, I ordered the popular Thai iced tea, and my colleague, the best beer in the world, as recommended by the male receptionist. As we sipped on our beverages, I savored the sweetness of my Thai iced tea, which reminded me of boba tea, minus the boba. FF raved about the Thai beer, proclaiming it to be the best beer he had ever tasted. We enjoyed the lively ambiance of the restaurant as more patrons came and went, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
Finally, our food arrived, and we dug in. I started with the Crispy Tofu and was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of the dish. The tofu was expertly fried to achieve a crispy exterior, yet the inside remained firm and fresh-tasting, without being oily. The sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste, with bits of peanut mixed in. I felt that a soy or chili sauce would have been a better accompaniment for the fried tofu. Next up was the Chicken Satay, which was irresistible despite my usual aversion to chicken. The grilled chicken was skewered and marinated in a blend of flavors that included lemongrass and a slight hint of flame. When dipped in the chilly peanut sauce, the flavors melded together to create a perfect balance of saltiness and richness. Although we had planned to order more, we decided to call it a night after finishing our meal and drinks. The male receptionist inquired about our experience, and I confirmed that everything was excellent, except for my unfinished Thai iced tea. I promised to return soon for the world's best cocktail, which he had recommended.
Overall, Pin Toh exceeded our expectations. The menu was limited, but the possibilities were endless as we could try different combinations of appetizers, entrées, and desserts to create unique flavor profiles. The prices were fair, if not on the cheaper side, which made the food even more enjoyable. The service was satisfactory, but could benefit from a bit more refinement in etiquette. As someone who loves street food in Southeast Asia, I truly appreciated the flavors and aromas of the dishes, which reminded me of the food I used to savor from roadside street vendors. I highly recommend Pin Toh to anyone seeking authentic Southeast Asian cuisine.
I arrived around 6:45pm to a room full of customers waiting on food. I did a quick count and there were already 7 individual people waiting on orders. As time past more people entered and at one point there was 9 of us waiting. A customer who hadn't pre-ordered came in and ordered. I was asked the name on my order probably 5 times by the guy in charge, who would run back to the kitchen, come back, ask for someone else's name and repeat. After an hour of waiting, there were still 5 of us still waiting on food. The customer who came in and ordered got there food before I did, although I order 40 minutes before them. They seemed to just be very overwhelmed and busy, but the guy in charge was very rude and not apologetic to anyone. It was a very stressful process. I would have absolutely canceled my order I'd my phone hadn't died while waiting...
I only went to this place once and honestly that’s as many times as I needed to go. This place is really not very good. When we went the place was practically empty and yet our server was more interesting in the Weird international (i presume Thai but I could be mistaken) TV show that was playing in the background than actually getting our orders or bringing our food. Atmosphere wise the place had an overwhelmingly Orange color palette and the aforementioned TV show was actually really edgy and Kinda Risqué for something playing in a restaurant, which kinda sketched me out. Lastly the food really wasn’t up to the standard I am used to. I’m not really sure I would want to come back. But to those who do like this place, more power to ya.
Absolutely slow robots no respect for people!
Friendly staff, and great food. They offer bubble tea, and lots of appetizers. I definitely will come here again!

I love going to this place, and whenever I'm sick I order their tom yum soup. My friend's kid who is a picky eater enjoyed their spring rolls.

I was excited to try but was severely disappointed by service. I think our waiter said all of 5 words. I asked for 1 level of spice and was choking becuase of the heat. This was super sad because the flavor was delicious. I will not be returning - there are other thai places in cincinnati that offer much better service.
Mr T is so sweet and amazing my door dasher forgot my gyoza and he just brought it to me personally! The food here is terrific best tai food in the city! Love it! My absolute favorite.
Love this place because it is so authentic. The owners are amazing and friendly. The food is always very very fresh.
Hands down best drunken noodles in town.
Cashew Stir Fry is excellent!
Pad Thai was too salty. Other dishes were good.
Great tasting Thai food.
1st time eating here. Food was awesome. Definitely will be in our rotation.
Very good food. Certainly a favorite.
The food was delicious and fresh. The staff was very friendly.
Consistently tremendous. Ordered takeout for dinner again tonight. Food was hot, perfectly prepared, quick, and 100% accurate. A local restaurant that is a credit to our neighborhood. They continue to deserve our support!
Great little Thai place. Had the pineapple fried rice I was looking for!
Take out was ready fast. The curry tasted fantastic with the right level of heat for me. The crab puffs tasted like crab rather than just cream cheese as it is often the case. The pork dumplings were ok, not the best I had, but definitely not the worse. Can't wait to try their other items on the menu.
Great food and a great price
We have been vegan for 7 years and this is very vegan friendly. It is authentic Thai cuisine. The people are very friendly, and you know it's an authentic Thai experience when the staff wants to hold your baby and show it to the kitchen staff. Delicious!
The Pad Thai was honestly quite bad. It was extremely oily in a very unpleasant way, there was maybe two slivers of green onion in the whole dish, barely any sprouts, and they didn't include any lime to cut the fat. Also, there was absolutely no spice level. It tasted as if it had been cooked in old oil, and a lot of that oil came along with it, pooling in the container. This is, truthfully, one of the worst Pad Thai dishes I've had around cincy, probably the actual worst. The Gyoza (5 Pieces) were good, standard fare, but a little over-priced for the portion. The one saving grace was the Chicken Karake (Japanese Nuggets). This dish is INCREDIBLE. The portion for the price is incredibly generous, the chicken is cooked perfectly, it's crispy, and the sauce is addicting. I'd say skip the Pad Thai, but DEFINITELY get an order (or two) of the Chicken Karake (Japanese Nuggets)!
Second time coming here for takeout and food was just as tasty as the first!
Best Pad Thai I've had in ages, Pad Kee Mao was excellent and bursting with flavor, and the Red Curry had lots of veggies and great flavor!
***The only recommendation/request I have is that they use a parchment paper(or something similar!) in the box before they put the food directly into the Styrofoam container. The food is so hot and fresh, it quite literally melts the Styrofoam and I feel like that is not healthy to eat. Perhaps a paper between the food/Styrofoam can prevent some chemicals from leeching into the food. (See photos)
very slow and they treat customers badly the manager is not good at all
Pad Kee Mao here is great (as long as the spice number is right), as is the Crab Rangoon (as long as it's fully cooked and comes with sauce).
Things could be a little more consistent. There's usually one mistake on every order that makes me frustrated, but I still keep coming (sending my husband) back.
Man, if they'd get that one thing right... they'd be perfect.
A friend of mine suggested Pin Toh Asain when we met up for lunch. I have to say that I will be thankful for his suggestion for a lo g time. Pin Toh Asain has phenomenal food. There are meat options as well as a tofu option, so vegetarians and vegans are well. That is why my friend, being vegan, suggested the place.
I highly recommend eating here, and I know I'll be back.
I live this place the workers are so nice and the food is the best on beechmont I swear!! And the plates they serve the food in are like so cute
Best Thai place
Got the Crispy Pad Thai and it was excellent! I only wish it were available for take-out. I got it at spicy level 7 and I think I might back down to a 6 next time. We visited on a weeknight and it was uncrowded, but the atmosphere is quite nice for dining in and we were able to have a good conversation over wine and dinner.
We walked in to place a carryout out order. The greeter could not have been more rude. We left and will never be back.
Favorite Thai place in the Anderson area
Food is good but the portions are getting small. Look at recent reviews. Service and quantity are going down.
The food is great, and prices are very good. Spice level is from 3 - 10. I got a 4. I'm not a spicy person, so next time I'd go with a 3. 4 is manageable but if you stop at mild salsa, I'd go with a 3.
We got spring rolls, I got basil fried rice which was very good. We also got a bottle of wine and my partner got green curry (level 5 which was pushing spicy limit for her)
It was not at all busy but staff were very friendly.
We will come back soon.
Food was very good! Slightly on the small side, but good. Service was fantastic! The lady and gentlemen were both supper friendly!
Stumbled upon this place accidentally, and it did not disappoint. It’s a hidden gem in Anderson. Such delicious and authentic food. The prices we’re very reasonable, and the service was really great. I will definitely be a regular visitor now.
First time here. Lunch was great! Food was awesome and the service was great. We'll be here again.
Rude service- DO NOT recommend any more!! Have been a loyal customer for over 2 years (since November 7, 2020). Every single week at least once or twice per week I would order take out on way home from work. Love the food but cannot stomach the rude, passive aggressive waiter, "Tee." He holds grudges! Had an order go wrong due to Tee's error a couple of MONTHS ago. It was the SAME exact take out order I had gotten every week for TWO years-- but Tee changed it, rushed to get off the phone and got it wrong. When I came in to pick up and pay, I pointed out the mistake. Tee had a LOUD, horrible temper tantrum! Tee yelled at me, blamed me and even tried to LOUDLY guilt me into paying for HIS mistake!! Tee has never forgotten! One night a couple of weeks ago, I dined in. We had a sweet, kind Thai woman server. Tee was not our server but was very rude to my friend and me. Tee rudely forced us to leave right at 9pm-- was very mean. Came in for lunch today to celebrate my brother visiting from out of town. NO ONE else was in the restaurant. Yet, we waited, and waited, and WAITED over 40 minutes for Tee to take our order. We even had to beg him to take our order. We politely asked, and Tee raised his voice and angrily snapped at us with,"Wait!! Hold on!!" We watched patiently as Tee served grubhub orders and walk in orders and completely ignored us. The service was not pleasant. Tee never smiled nor made us feel welcome. A simple lunch which started at 11:30am ended at 1:13pm! We had to beg Tee for the bill and beg for boxes for leftovers. Hard to enjoy the tasty authentic Thai food when the service is so mean and rude!! This was my brother's first time to try Pin Toh and he left extremely upset. Tee accused my brother of not leaving him a tip when my brother stuck Tee's tip in the tip jar by the cash register instead of handing it to Tee. Tee insulted my brother with a RACIAL slur!! Very upsetting meal that was needlessly made intentionally uncomfortable by Tee!! :( Today, my brother strongly urged me not to be loyal any more to a place that allows a waiter like Tee to treat a loyal customer with anger, rudeness, disrespect and passive aggression. Shame, I love the food but not Tee anymore!
I think this is the best pad thai that i ever had since i live in ohio. Authentic flavor not sweet like other restaurant. I will order it again for sure!
Have been eating here for years, love having them in Anderson! Pineapple fried rice is my go to, delicious every time.
Very good. There were a few miscommunication issues between the waitress and my family, but it all ended up working out in the end. My only complaint would be that while we were there, they had some strange, loud show playing with like monkey in the wild or something? I really don't know, but I definitely didn't enjoy hearing monkeys scream while I ate my dinner, lol.

This is such a nice little gem tucked into Anderson. The food was great and had incredible service. My toddler enjoyed the food as well. Great family friendly place to go to.
Massaman curry with shrimp was a really good dish, enjoyed it very much.
Happy customer here.
Best Thai food on Beechmont. Great Friendly staff.
Good for both dining in and takeout. The staff was great with our 2 year old.
The pad see ew is very good — I highly recommend it.
The service went downhill entirely. Their food is quite flavorful and I have no complaints about the taste or quality of the food.
I had dinner tonight with my wife and my mother, and the service from the Asian man as my waiter was terrible.
First, he messes up our order of 3 soups and only gave soup for one person. Then when we mentioned the rest of the order, he brought in the entree before the soup even arrived.
The entree was getting cold while we waited for soup. Also, orders came in at different times. He also literally took the appetizer basket even before we finished.
Also, he came in to ask about boxes for food while we were in the middle of dining. Also left the check in the middle of dining, like who does that?
We dined in here multiple times in the past during day time, and the service from the ladies were good. But this man who served us tonight definitely has no business serving people food.
This place is an absolute Gem.
Mr T at the front is absolutely the greatest service in a restaurant ive had in years.
The food was so spicy which my wife was over the moon excited for. Very very good, I loved the Gyoza and the Thai Beer (Singha)
AMAZING service and excellent food for a good price, dont miss out.
(If youre like me dont ask for 10/10 spicy, or bring some Tums)
Amazing food. Pad Thai is so good, we order it every week. Look no further for Thai food in Anderson - Pin Toh is AWESOME.
This is one of my favorite Thai places. Family run. Owner is friendly and cares about your meal.
I absolutely love this place. We get take out here all the time. First time dining in and it was incredible. I love the interior of the place. Friendly service and the food comes out so hot and fresh (as expected). Best Thai in Cincinnati hands down.
One of my favorite Thai restaurant in the area, I could eat here multiple times a week.
This restaurant could be transplanted to our former home of Boston and still do well in a sea of similar restaurants. Delicious and high value!
So we went when they were super under staffed and only one person taking orders, doing phones, taking payments and bringing all the food out and even with all that we got great survive and super yummy food. Definitely will go back!!!
I love this place! It was my first time eating Thai food and it was super delicious. The whole vibe of the restaurant is great
I came by around closing after a work event. I usually mix in rice to enjoy every last drop of it but my stomach couldn't handle all the oil.
We order take out from here regularly and it is fresh, well seasoned, and delicious every single time. Highly recommend the pad kee mao and the Thai spicy stir fry. It is great to have this in Anderson Township!
Traditional Thai food with great customer service!
Lovely Thai restaurant ❤️
Clean, fast and friendly service with a relaxed atmosphere for a nice casual dining experience. Delicious entrees that are reasonably priced.
so good
Everything was flavorful and the service was kind and attentive. Will definitely be back!
The food was very tasty. I ordered Combo Fried Rice for lunch, and it also came with one spring roll and small cup of soup (clear base with noodle, some veggies).
The place was clean. The only thing bad about this place was the customer service. I've seen so many asian reataurants that the employees don't speak English that good, but they still have some good customer service: body language, hand gestures, tone of their voice. The guy who took my order, didn't even smile, or greeting nicely. I thought it was just me, but he did the same thing with other customers. Maybe he should work in the back, to prepare the food etc.
Very salty.
Reply to Owner Response: Chicken Pad Thai and Cashew Dish
Great food. Flavor is wonderful, great spice, fresh!
This place is really good. I think it's one of the best Thai places I've tried in the city. The food is really fresh and flavorful.
I agree with previous review that reported that the gentleman taking orders is very short on the phone. He was rushing me to finish giving him my order. I was a little unsure while ordering because this was our first time trying Pin Toh... Despite the weird ordering experience, the food was excellent and hot when we picked it up. We got the cashew chicken, spicy Thai beef, chicken coconut soup, and pineapple fried rice. They are heavy handed with the spice levels... We'll remember that for next time! We'll definitely get carryout again.
The restaurant was really nice and the food was fantastic 😊
So good! My meal was served in a bento box from Thailand and was adorable! I love that they are true to their spice levels instead of catering to American tastes, that being said I’d say I’m generally a 6/10 or 4/5… here I’m probably a 3/10. I ordered the pepper garlic with chicken and it did not disappoint. :)
Had good meals. Drink special was a negroni. The dining room was not busy, but the carry out and Grubhub was very busy.
Love the Pad Thai! Always fresh, ready when promised, and flavorful.
Comida esquisita
Best Thai in this city and we have had lots of Thai food! Full of flavor delicious!
Super under staffed. Took an hour to get food when we were one of only two families in restaurant. They were cranking out a zillion doordash orders though. Food was flavorful, appetizers were cold.
The spicy basil chicken is delicious! I have only ever ordered take out, but it is very fast. Best Thai dish I have found in Cincy :)
Excellent Thai restaurant. We had spring rolls that were perfect. We then enjoyed the lemongrass coconut chicken soup. Great flavor and lots of chicken.
I enjoyed a fabulous red curry spiced at 8 out of 10 enough heat that you could feel it without hurting the flavor. My wife enjoyed the drunken noodles with chicken and again an excellent flavor.
In addition the presentation was excellent the restaurant was very clean and the tables were spaced excellent
Phenomenal. Incredible.
Had my first meal here tonight and the reviews aren’t lying! Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was super sweet. Def a hidden gem here in Anderson!! I got the chicken satay and pad Thai
Everything we ordered tasted delicious. Even though they were short staffed the service was very good. Will definitely go there again.
Excellent food, good people, dining in is nice because is so relaxing and never busy. Seems to do a lot of carry out.
My favorite Thai food in Cincy. Clean restaurant, good service and tasty.
Very friendly service and the food is delicious! I suggest going for the lunch hour so you can enjoy the lunch specials. I ordered the pepper and garlic chicken. Since it was a lunch special it automatically came with a side of Asian vegetable soup and a couple of pork dumplings with soy sauce.
Pin Toh Asian has become one of our favorite takeout restaurants! We have never eaten in, but our experience with delivery has been great. It's delicious. Our favorites are the Massaman Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice, Pad Thai, and Thai Basil Stir Fry. The appetizers are great as well.
Shared a couple dishes and appetizers. Everything was excellent. The chicken pad Thai is the best any of us have ever had.
Wow wow wow, best Thai in Cincinnati. Three of us here, one had Crispy Pad Thai, one had Drunken Noodles, and I had Masaman Curry. They were both raving about how good their food was, but to focus on the curry, it was a perfectly thick sauce, with fresh ingredients. Most Thai places around here can't get curry right, but Pin Toh nailed it. 5 stars without a doubt, will be coming back very frequently.
Had their pork dumplings, spring rolls, & pad thai. All delicious! Nice, relaxing atmosphere & great service too!
The food was delicious. Service was wonderful.. I'll definitely return and recommend this place to friends.
This was our first experience and it was wonderful! Our waitress was very helpful when it came to ordering. Highly recommend you go there!
Great tasting food, nice atmosphere, very happy with eating dine in lunch here. Would recommend 👌 👍 👏
Muy buena comida la recomiendo y excelente servicio
Hands down the BEST restaurant I have been to for awhile. The menu is amazing, the portions are generous, and the service is outstanding. The Pad Thai, Crab Puffs and Tom Kha Kai soup are my favorite but everything I have ordered from their menu has been absolutely delicious! 10/10 would recommend this restaurant to everyone!
This gem is worth visiting. We've been there for lunch twice and walked away highly satisfied with both the quality of the food and the service. My wife said the Pon Thai is the best she's had in a very long time and I very much enjoyed the Green Curry dish. All of the lunch specials are served with a small cup of soup and two pot stickers. This is a difficult time to open a restaurant and these folks deserve to make it. The restaurant is spotless clean and they have a liquor license, so if you want a drink or wine with dinner, it's available. Be careful with the spice levels because this is authentic food. Your server will guide you accordingly.
Really great pad see eww. Definitely would recommend this place!
Best crispy pad thai ever!
Finally took the time to try this place, and I wish I had done it sooner. The food is amazing.
The pineapple fried rice is absolutely exquisite. I was sad when it was all gone. This is my first time here, but I will definitely be back.
I just ordered here from uber and it arrived hot and delicious. They actually read the "special instruction" I wrote in my order, which most restraints ignore. They even wrote on my carry out box to let me know they made it how I had requested. I'm impressed and will be ordering here for thai from now on.
Food was excellent. "Dinner" size was more like a "lunch" size, though.
Great food. Friendly management. Fair prices.
Beautiful location and excellent food. Large portions and good pricing. Staff is awesome and very friendly. They take pride in their food and restaurant and really appreciate you as a customer. Thanks for the great experience.
Amazing Thai place, great pad Thai and pad see ew (my Father and I like to ask for noodles to be slightly browned on pad see ew). Great family owns the place and get to know you if you and your preferences if you go enough.
This place is a real gem in the ruff,🔥💯
The head chef by the name of ms.Wan
it's truly outstanding charismatic and caring for her customers. not only does she give amazing food but also hospitality and love
So I'd like to start with the positives of a place and there I'm going to say the flavors from their Thai curries are excellent! They use a good amount of vegetables, they have a very rich broth for each Curry that is distinct from the other types, you can tell the yellow and the green apart just by smell let alone the actual taste.
Beyond that... I guess the fact that they'll throw some heat in there if you ask is great? But if I order a seven and the seven is super hot I'm a little upset, so you can probably guess what happened. Also they messed up my order in three different ways, and the serving sizes are really small. I'm used to anytime I do take out from an Asian spot it's at least two meals, and I'm okay if it's not but these were small servings even for one meal period and in particular they were light on meat, not just the overall body of the dish. so basically if you absolutely have to get Thai food and you are right on the corner of 5 Mile and beechmont go ahead and check them out, otherwise I can think of better places within 15 minutes that I would rather go to
Love the pineapple fried rice with chicken and the massaman curry!
I wish that I could give a less than one review. Poor service. We had a pick up order and it took forever. We asked for extra dumping sauce. We received no sauce. The place changes names regularly. Beware. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We called to see if we could come to an agreement. No luck.
The green curry, spicy soup and crab puffs were so delicious and definitely on par with, if not better than, Thai places in the city.
Ordered the massaman curry and it was AMAZING. One of the best food places in Anderson township. Great customer service and yummy food!
Great food, great choices, great service. Every time.
In this craziness we have going in the world dont forget your local restauranteers... we decided to do take out tonight to support a local establishment and found it was a great decision. Chicken veg stir fry... veg cooked just right, chicken tender.. and nice light sauce with a healthy portion size including rice. We will be back.
Best Pad Thai I've had so far!
Ordered carry out and was surprised to find the best pad Thai ever! You know how people tell you tofu is good only if it’s cooked properly? Well this is the place to get it done right. My family says the chicken pad Thai and steamed dumplings were excellent too.
Fun and unique family friendly atmosphere, excellent service, affordable and absolutely delicious! I was very satisfied. A must try!
We ordered take out from here tonight and it was fantastic! We are so glad to have a Thai place back on Beechmont (and this food seemed even tastier than the food from the prior 2 restaurants in the location).
Helpful friendly staff and good food.
