Enticing Authentic Thai
EAT Thai is a favorite restaurant of mine and many others in town! I like to order the Classic Thai Fried Rice with chicken (spice level 0). I do appreciate that you can choose your preferred spice level! I also wanted to order the Rosella tea and the staff member who helped with my order gave me a sample to see if I would like it. I then ordered it with some coconut milk and it was delicious! Wonderful food and a great atmosphere.
Quick and polite service. I had the pork fried rice 5 star, it was really good so I ordered three more to go. The ones I ordered to go are 8 star so we'll see how hot they can make it. I like that they use real strips of pork and chunks of vegetables. Not a slight to them but pretty dang good, however they should check out Rachewadee in Mt. Vernon Washington.
I am a big fan of thai food, so I had to give this place a try, which is highly recommended by the locals I've asked about it. When I pulled in to the parking lot and exited my car, the smell hit me and instantly had me salivating. Inside is a nice, cozy interior and the sound of a wok over a hot flame. The food was absolutely sublime, and the flavor was amazing. Highly recommend and I will 100% be coming back to indulge myself on more of this food
I'm only giving this a 4 star because it is crowded, which I know isn't a bad thing for some but when you are claustrophobic, this is anxiety inducing. There's not a lot of seating and the noise level is elevated so this definitely isn't the place for a quiet meal. Outside of that, the staff is super friendly, and the food tastes great. I ordered the garlic lovers chicken and it does not disappoint. It's VERY garlicky. My son ordered the pineapple fried rice dish and the only words he could find to describe it is Thai heaven. The water is served with lemon in it, so if that's something you don't like, make sure you tell them. They do offer outside seating but unfortunately it was super windy and not that warm today. I definitely recommend trying this place even if you order it delivered. Oh also there is very little parking so you may have to park across the street and walk over like we did.
The food here is amazing! I’ve been here twice now and both times the food was delicious. The service is great, I like being able to pay first before getting the food. The Pad Thai is really good and the Pork Jerky is amazing and comes with a nice spicy sauce. The tea drinks are also super good.
Some of the highest quality food in Bismarck!! Whenever we have visitors from out of town, we always bring them here or order takeout at the very least. Have never been disappointed in many years of enjoying EatThai!!
Hands-down, the best bone in wings in town!
As a Thai person who went around the states rating Thai restaurants, this one stood out as friendly and good value. We ordered Drunken noodles and Pad-Se-Ew and both are delicious. At first I was about to nicked the score down and judge the restaurant badly due to the fact that they have "Peanut Sauce" in their menu (because it doesn't exist in Thai cuisine). But then I see that they have Satay chicken, which is the only one exception to the Peanut Sauce rule (it's the only food that use it in Thai cuisine), so this wasn't even a problem. Overall. Great experience, good food. Will recommend to anyone.
Our favorite Thai place! We love the food and the smiles we get when we go here!
Will always recommend this place. GREAT FOOD friendly service and even the wait is worth it. Got my wife and myself some takeout for Valentines Day. It was a little bit of a wait for out food however it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Awesome food and staff!
Best Thai food in ND by far
Best food in Bismarck
Favorite Thai place in BIS.

Hands-down, the best bone in wings in town!
Eat Thai food will change your life. It's brilliant. Curry up and get some dinner.
Delicious meal and made quickly.
Phenomenal!
Excellent quality food and wonderful staff

A little cramped, but not uncomfortable. The food was top notch.
The food was fantastic! I will definitely come again!
Cool place.. good beef and boba
I was here yesterday afternoon, got the pad se eu, got food poisoning later that night. Can't recommend
This place is amazing!!!!!
Great Pad Thai
THE best restaurant in the Bismarck/Mandan area. Excellent and friendly service with exceptional food. I would eat here every day if I could!
Called for carry out. Told them I wanted lots of veggies and grilled chicken. They put it all together with a flavor filled sauce and brown rice. It was delightful.
We've been coming here for 2 years. Delicious food. Except today we noticed the sweet chili wings were very dry. Not covered in the sauce like they usually were in the past. Was disappointed in the wings. The pineapple fried rice, very good as always. Tried the Pad see eu and it was delicious. Hope they go back to the way they use to make the sweet chili wings.
The best food, the best restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights and dined here 3 times. Highly recommend.
They started in a food truck, just as good as most Thai restaurants I've been to. They have moved into their brick and mortar location. Fresh and flavorful. You can call ahead or they will deliver.
Very little space for dining in. We always get our stuff to go. This is on our list of places to eat every time we're in Bismarck.
This place is one of my favorites of all time. Finally a unique soup you don't find around here. Give me shrimp creamy Tom Yum Spice 2 with a Thai Milk Tea any day and I'd be happy.
The only thing that hurts is that they're closed the two days I tend to go out for food the most.
Chicken was too dry like they refried it from yesterday service is good tho
Only an additional $8 to add 5 whole shrimp to your $17 pad thai. They don't even charge extra to overcook it.
Great food!
Food and service are exceptional. Could be cleaner, but I can easily bypass that for the food and service. If you’re ever in town or if you haven’t tried it yet you should.
Traveling to Yellowstone and found this cafe by accident. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the drunken noodle dish that was hot and tasty, the wife had pad see eu she loved it.
Highly recommend.
Amazing Thai food! Awesome staff! Also if you're looking for something spicy they will give you just that.
My favorite Thai place in town!
The pad Thai is yummy and comes in a large portion. The place is very cute and quaint and has its own vegetable garden outside. The staff is very kind and efficient.
My only complaint would be minimal seating and flies.
This place is excellent. The food that I've tried so far has been delicious. I'm a big fan of spicy stuff and this place does not disappoint in that department. They have a scale of 1-4 on what spice level you can choose. When I first came here I thought I had mastered the art of eating spicy things. Man oh man did I get humbled I asked for 4 and my body could not physically tolerate what was happening to it as a result of eating the dish at that spice level. Nowadays I just ask for level 2 and that satisfies the spicy cravings that I occasionally get. The staff in here are all incredibly nice and personable and make conversation with me when I go. Have to give a shout out to the girl who works the counter she's awesome, is always smiling, and really makes you feel like a regular. I genuinely hope this place never shuts down.
Bismarck's best Tai food!
Was great when they first opened but started becoming inconstant with their dishes. They also raised their prices way too high. A cup of rice and 6oz of streak shouldn't be $20.
I came to EAT Thai on a recommendation of a friend. It was so good and the food was so fresh. I ended up eating here three times while in Bismarck over the 4th. If you like Thai food, you will love EAT Thai!
Quick and polite service. I had the pork fried rice 5 star, it was really good so I ordered three more to go. The ones I ordered to go are 8 star so we'll see how hot they can make it. Eat Thai is fantastic and my new favorite place to eat..If u want to eat tasty food definitely give it a try.
We are traveling and ordered online. Very easy. We arrived early and they moved our order up. Invited us to stay. They changed the order to eat in. People were so so nice.
Best part of North Dakota so far on our road trip! The pad green beans with tofu was particularly wonderful.
Great food in friendly environment.
Yup it’s good, spring rolls and the curry are so so good.
I always look forward to eating here. Food, service and atmosphere has always been fantastic. I highly recommend!
As I had my first bite of pad thai, I prepared to be raptured in an ecstacy so thorough it had to have come from unearthly origins. I ate my weight in pad thai and mango sticky rice and I would kill a man to get another bite. This food gave me the will to live again and I worry for my mental health if I can't get more. I don't want the pad thai, I NEED the pad thai. If you're searching for a will to live like me, you would thoroughly enjoy this restaurant. The servers were amazing, 10/10 would visit again.
I had a food induced religious experience from the pad thai. It was so good I went blind with lust as I shoved the entire dish down my gullet uncontrollably. The mango sticky rice was worth driving halfway across the country for. I would do anything (I mean *anything*) to get another bite and would consequently request this place caters to my local prison if and when my time comes to order my final meal on death row. Staff was very friendly and service and quick as well. Highly recommend.
This is the best authentic
Thai Restaurants in Bismarck, ND.
This place literally makes me feel like i'm back in bangkok! Was not expecting to find incridible authentic thai food in the middle of north dakota but was pleasantly surprised by the service and food. Pls come check this place out.
The staff are always so friendly and the food is amazing!
A little overpriced.
Loved it! Probably the best Thai in North Dakota!

Best food in Bismarck.
Tiny little gem! Intimate dining. Easy meny to choose from. Quick service. Tasty food. Wonderful appetizers. Happy atmosphere.
Great food. Small seating but service and food outstanding
Very accommodating, attentive, polite, friendly.
If there was a bar, they surpassed it.
Highly recommend!
This little place is packed full with flavor. All of our food was absolutely delicious. From the entrees to the main courses, to the drinks. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The food was cooked quickly, and came out piping hot. What a fun place to eat!!
The food here is amazing! I’ve been here twice now and both times the food was delicious. The service is great, I like being able to pay first before getting the food. The Pad Thai is really good and the Pork Jerky is amazing and comes with a nice spicy sauce. The tea drinks are also super good.
Such good food. Fresh fast and worth every penny. Love this place. Customer service is amazing. LOVE the Padi Thai and spring rolls.
Always a delicious meal no matter the choice 🤗
Very friendly staff and delicious food. My husband and I got two different types of curry and both had great flavor. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a bite!
We have dined in and ordered takeout multiple times. This Thai restaurant is the best I’ve ever been to for food, quality and freshness. The flavors are unsurpassed.
I'm not a fan but my wife is. She loves this place. My only issue is the parking and location. There isn't many places to park.
Excellent food and service. The mango sticky rice is superb!
Best thai EVER!!! EVERYTHING IS AMAZING. Just order low low numbers or no spice if you dont like spicy food as the spice is very strong.
Flavorful and delicious food with amazing service. Provide reusable microwave safe-to-go containers!
Excellent food
Great place for Thai
My favorite place to eat but VERY expensive and long wait times
Not impressed with the food, it was decent but not great and not a lot of it for the price
Great takeout! Glad we found this place on our drive through ND!
Take out order. It was very good. Had the chicken veggie stir fry.
Great Thai food. My favorite are the spring rolls and pad Thai. Cute little restaurant and the staff is friendly and efficient.
Super proud of this Thai restaurant. Love a good Pad Thai thank you for persevering.
I’ve had repeatedly great food and nice time(s) with family and friends dining here.
Awesome thai food. Friendly staff
Great food!
I ate at Eat Thai for the first time last night. The staff was incredible. I have never encountered restaurant staff like I did last night. The food was good, a little bit greasier then I prefer, but flavor was excellent!
Super friendly staff! Great gluten free options!
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was extremely friendly. They engaged with us and even offered me a free peanut sauce and free boba. Highly recommend!
Fantastic food and super friendly staff. Highly recommend!!
A friend told me about it. It was my The first time there great place to eat great food
I've been here a few more times since I left this review and it's still tasty and spit free as the first time I went I’ve only eaten here twice but the quality was the same both times. This place is delicious the staff is friendly and the little out of the way building makes it feel like secret. I wish I was richer I would eat here more and tip larger. The prices are more than fair NEVER change please
The customer service and atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave great recommendations on what to try. Definitely will be going back!
Clean open kitchen, great decor and vibe, but not advised wait for food would be long. My son and received our food after about 30 minutes. After an hour, my daughter and husband still did not have theirs. They refunded the 2 meals though not the tip. Frustrating as table next to us arrived 40 minutes after us and one of them had food. Portions smaller, than most Thai and more expensive. Tasty, but not extraordinary.
Service is good but for my opinion
It's not authentic thai food.
Modern fast pace cooking like fastfood.
The taste is modified and americanized.
OMG! I ordered the curry w/shrimp and it changed my life! It was soo good! I’ve eaten Thai in 4 states and it is the best I’ve ever had. It is seasoned just right and they don’t skimp on the shrimp plus the shrimp is seasoned perfectly. I can’t wait to try it again.
Great meal! Everything was served hot and fresh. Spicy and flavorful. We enjoyed everything. Chicken Pad Thai was perfect. Tom Yum was exceptional. Highly recommend
EAT Thai has not only the best Thai food but some of the best food in the entirety of the Midwest! Their food is fresh and full of flavor. The drunken noodles and chicken satay are top notch. The service is always friendly and top notch. The man with he mustache is very helpful in finding tasty and new things to eat. Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes before getting your food but it is well worth the wait.
The atmosphere is very unique with lots of greenery and is very cute. The landscaping is full of flowers and plants.
Overall EAT Thai is worth driving out of your way to get. You will not find better food in Bismarck, North Dakota, or maybe the entire Midwest.
The Chicken Masami was something I had never tried before and it's in Bismark North Dakota!!!!! What? Yes, it was my first time eating her after flying in. Shadow loved the fresh Carrots and Chicken.
Fly in eat n fly out, United Airlines is your Taxi.
Seriously it's good and great service. California doesn't have this eatery.
Meals here are consistently exceptional. Service is always great and personable
Ryan, the mustache guy, completely made our day! It is evident he loves his job & prides himself on making sure every customer has the best experience with Thai food. The food, atmosphere, & customer service was amazing.
EAT Thai Cafe is a small space, busy for a Tuesday lunchtime, and it took a while to get our food, but it was 1000% worth the wait. Joe and I almost always order fried rice and pad Thai at Thai restaurants - not super adventurous, but reliably tasty. The guy at the counter asked us how hot we wanted our dishes, from 1 to 4. Good sign. We ordered one at 2 and the other at 3. Long story short, this was the best Thai food we have ever had. The seasoning was complex and so delicious. Level 3 heat was spicy enough to feel it but not so hot as to overwhelm the other flavors. The veggies were very fresh, and the meats and starches were perfectly cooked. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Ryan and Mike are always awesome. Great food and service with a smile.
The fried rice is legendary
Mr Mustache was awesome! Hopefully he remembers us! We didn’t mean to break his glass but accidents happen and he was so chill about it.
The green curry chicken is the move. It’s the best item on the menu hands down! You will not regret it.
And if you want bubble tea, go with the black milk tea + boba.
Incredible! I loved the food so flavorful, and the workers are so friendly!
The food and service were okay. The grounds were absolutely beautiful though.
The food was amazing!!!
This place is amazing! The food is incredible, very thoughtfully assembled too! The environment is welcoming and chic. Plus we could really tell the workers loved their jobs. The guy with the mustache was especially charming and made sure we were taken care of!!
Awesomeee!! Service was exceptional and food was delicious!! The guy with the mustache deserves a raise 😄
Such good and always fresh food and super nice people. It’s one of my favorite places to eat and work!
So far I've never had a bad meal. And I eat there quite a lot. Great service and people.
We had the Pad Thai and the pork pineapple rice. The pork pineapple rice was so delicious!!!
Good food nice service I will be going back. So amazing.
Absolutely the BEST Thai food in town. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They can help you make good food choices if you've never had Thai before.
Best Thai food in North Dakota.
I've been to them all.
Awesome place, great food, tiny spot tho.
Absolutely love it here! The food is OUSTANDING, the customer service is top notch, and the restaurant is such a cool vibe! Easily my favorite place to eat in town.
I've eaten a lot of Thai in my day, and this place ranks amongst the best I've eaten at. A small unassuming building filled to the brim with delicious smells and flavors.
Eat some curry, dig in to some Pad Thai, order a plate of satay, and eat until your stomach is almost popping. You may still have left overs by the time you order all your grub, but that doesn't matter. It tastes just as good rewarmed as it does fresh out of the kitchen.
Edit: 3 Years later and this review still stands. Only now it’s my favorite restaurant in Bismarck. Worth the drive from the other side of the state.
Love the food and the staff!
200/10. Ordered food for pick up bc the place is small, customer service was 200/10, food was ready when they said it would be, it was still hot when I got home to eat! Food was 200/10. I got the spring rolls and the pad Thai. This place can get spicy for us North Dakotans so specify spice levels! Will Definitely be back.
P.S.
This message is for the owner: I love all your plants in there. You take such good care of them
LEGIT! First time eating here. First service was top notch. Food, only Order "level 4" if you've been to Thailand and are experienced in the heat (I have). Favorite dish's: pork fried rice with pineapple, pad Thai with shrimp and garlic chicken (all level 4). I would absolutely eat here again and recommend you give it a try!
Might be one of the best staffs I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Tried about 6-7 menu items and every one was delicious. Options for just about every preference. A must eat spot in Bismark in my opinion!!!
This place is amazing. The food is soo good and the staff is always so happy and helpful. Had the most amazing waitress.
I eaten many Thai food around the country. I didn't think ND would have good one. They totally knocked it outta the park. Highly recommend this plus super friendly staff.
Good atmosphere but little delay in food serving, might be due to many customers
Best Thai food I've ever had. Very very delicious!
I got the Thai Basil with Tofu and easily the best prepared tofu I've had. The veggies were great, like they were coated with the sauce but still had a little crunch and tasted like what they were.
I also got the sweet chili wings and I'm not a wings person, but they were incredible. Not swimming in sauce, but cooked in the sauce and just so flavorful with a nice crisp outside.
The teas were also super good!
It had an amazing atmosphere, very open and bright.
Ryan was the one who helped us and he was very friendly and down to earth with his suggestions. Just altogether very helpful with an awesome attitude.
I will 10000% be coming back.
This is hands down the best restaurant in Bismarck! Not only is the food amazing but the small cafe atmosphere is exactly what you are looking for. The food is fantastic and those sweet chili wings are to die for. With plenty of entree options, boba and great service this place is worth the visit! Ryan is also an amazing host who makes you feel welcome and explains everything in detail so you get exactly what you pay for! Will definitely be back again!
Good place to go if you've never had Thai food they use good quality, fresh ingredients but their recipes aren't the real deal. Tom kha kai soup was super sweet and you couldn't taste the lemon grass and yet their coconut mango sticky rice dessert was super salty. 3 ⭐️s because the green curry was great but WAY TOO MANY CARROTS as their filler vegg. On a side note the coconut rice went really well with the curry.
I love this place! Staff is so friendly and the food is amazing. I always get the pork fried rice and a rosella bubble tea. You can't go wrong. I find myself craving this meal all the time. Definitely a must try.
Ryan was amazing, as well as very nice he gave us free Boba tea when we left, they were Very welcoming to every customer that came into eat! Got Pad Thai and it was wonderful. They were busy for a Friday night and still did an excellent job at serving everyone!
Papaya salad Thai style and Thai spicy and pork jerky with sticky rice and milk tea boba
This is exactly what I want, very Yammy and hot same like crazy, I ordered and asked to make papaya salad Thai style and yes “”you did it right 😘😘 I recommend if you like to try Thai food, you will be happy to be here, this is my first time to order here and I’m happy
I know this location have only 3 Thai restaurants
And Eat Thai is number one
Food was awesome! One of our favorites in Bismarck. Guy with the mustache took good care of us, seems like he's there every time we've been in. Overall, a great place to eat!
Super nice workers, great service. Portions are large and delicious.
Great Service, food was Fast, Best Thai Food in town! ❤️
Was recently a first time customer and had a great experience, the food was amazing and not at all intimidating and the service couldn’t have been better. From complimentary drinks to recommendations this place knows how to treat a customer. Will be ordering again from here very soon!
Pad thai was spicy and bland. It was our first time and expected more flavor. It was a lot of noodles but very little flavor.
