Easily some of the tastiest Thai food that I have had was here. Their Thai curries are the best. Being a vegetarian it's hard to sometimes find some good vegetarian options but I have no complaints from this place. Even the vegetarian rolls were good. The service here is always great. My husband loves this place too.

This restaurant was so fantastic from start to finish. The ambiance was great and the waitstaff were so nice. We had come in from out of town a little later than anticipated and had to get dinner about an hour and a half before their closing time. They were walking around wiping down door handles, cleaning tables, etc getting ready for close and it was great to see how clean and organized their process was. The food was SO good and came out in a really decent amount of time. It was hot and the portions were good. The fried green beans were SO awesome and I highly suggest them! The duck noodle pho was good, but I will say the duck got a little dry. It was still very tasty though and I ate it all in one sitting! The drunken noodles had so much flavor and a lot of fresh veggies. Very delicious and we really enjoyed the attention to plating and the attention to service during our stay. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience!
My husband and I visited for dinner Valentine’s Day. The place was at full capacity, but our server (Tika) made sure to keep checking on us and making sure we got everything we needed. The food and drinks were delicious and I’m looking forward to visiting again next time I’m in town.

Honestly, I slept on this place for a couple years for a mediocre experience back then. BUT I'll say, I just had a delicious meal and experience here. Service was exceptional, and I had a crispy duck dish with panang curry that I'll be thinking about for weeks. Will be back soon.

Thai Harmony has the best service is in Winston. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Sushi is great and I love their lunch bentos.

An amazing experience every single time. One of our favorite servers is Daisy; she is awesome, and always offers amazing suggestions. Such a cozy place downtown if you’re looking for a “night out” type of dinner. Don’t get me started on the food. Nothing leaves their kitchen that I wouldn’t recommend/try myself. They have a great selection of food and drinks.

If you're looking for friendly spot, I highly recommend stopping by this cozy Thai restaurant. I only ordered dessert, but that alone was enough to make me want to come back. The servers are incredibly welcoming—one of them even encouraged me to stay and relax after I finished because she said it was “good for my metabolism.” It was such a unique, delightful moment that made me feel right at home.

Cannot emphasize how good this place is. Every item I’ve ever ordered is absolutely delicious, the staff are fantastic, food is absolutely worth every penny, Thai Tea martini is something to dream about! If you’re not sure what restaurant to eat at, EAT HERE!

My husband and I go to Thai Harmony a decent amount, but wouldn’t consider us regulars, and yet, the staff here recognizes us and are just the absolute sweetest people. They’re friendly, welcoming, and just overall so kind. And to top it all off their edamame is always perfectly salted and their sushi - it’s the best in downtown Winston!

Their food is great, unfortunately the cleaning solution they use is so strong that it makes the entire restaurant feel like you're eating with a lot of disinfectants around you. I've gone 3 times for meetings, not by choice, and the smell has been there every time.

Not sure if they're using Fabuloso, but you shouldn't use really strong cleaning supplies at a restaurant.

We went here back once about 6 months ago. We just got food and drinks then left. Recently we went back and were shocked when the owner remembered our names. Service is 11/10. The food is also excellent. We will be returning.

Nice atmosphere and menu. Food was good, the sushi was decent but if you come here look for authentic thai this isnt it. Green curry is a either too much coconut milk or too little green chilies in the paste, and also no thai basil. Sadly no shrimp paste for that umami flavor and the quality of the chicken wasn't great either.

I travel for work 80%, I search for Thai places every. Single. Trip. This place!! It’s a very upscale setting, compared to what you’d think of most small thai restaurants with those typical decorations and Thai instrumental music. The staff is Extremely Attentive, so polite and friendly. They have dishes I’ve never seen before: Khao Soi Thai Curry.. 🤤 and multiple duck dishes. The sushi is great quality, I was surprised.. Not dainty and I’d say above average.
I was there in a Monday night, medium packed, sports or tvs, great music or good volume. Overall, super well done to the staff, kitchen, and management! 💪🏼🇺🇸😎

Had an excellent meal on a Sunday afternoon. Pad thai was nice with a little bit of spice. The lemongrass shrimp salad was absolutely delicious. Duck was well cooked and crispy. Had a great meal.

This is my most favorite restaurant in Winston-Salem!!! Vegan choices and they even have General Tso's chicken for my picky husband. Soup was perfect, and the eggplant dish was awesome. Can't wait to return!

Very nice spot we traveled on way back this monday, and the hostess and host were super nice ! The food was pretty good and could do a little better with the quality of the meats and veggies and probably charge a bit more, but the meat liself, both the pork and the beef, lacked flavor ..the soups were okay not a bad deal for the price !

Best General Tso I've ever had.

After getting hosed at the Hotel last night for a $25 Old Fashioned...this place restored my faith that there are some amazing values out here if you're lucky enough to stumble upon them!

The roast chicken is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, full of flavor. The green coconut curry is an explosion of flavor and the curry fried rice is a tasty surprise with a depth of flavor not typical with dishes I've had at other restaurants. If you like bland, this isn't your place. If you enjoy fresh food seasoned to perfection, this is a must-try.

My favorite is the drunken noodles.

The atmosphere was great and a great location in the heart of the downtown. The customer service was great! The sushi is not great however, about on par with Walmart sushi, and costs about $21 per roll. As a comparison you could go to an all you can eat sushi restaurant and enter for $15-20 and get better sushi. The curry is also not as good as it could be and costs $18-23 per person.

Thai food at it's best

I got the sesame chicken bento box with fried rice, spring roll, and side salad with ginger dressing. The ginger dressing was extremely chunky and could not be constituted as a dressing by any means. There was also, weirdly, an overwhelming taste of garlic.

The rice. I didn’t think you could possibly mess up fried rice, but they found a way. Soy sauce did not touch this rice. I don’t even know how to fully describe the taste because I’ve never tasted anything like it, and that’s not meant to be a compliment. It was sweet and almost had a nutty flavor. My friend tasted it as well and agreed that it was horrible.

The amount of sesame chicken was abysmal, but tasted good at least. It came with various veggies, but I didn’t know that because the massive onion slice covering them all. Please work on your knife cuts. No onion slice needs to be that big.

The only highlights of the trip were our server and the Thai ice tea I got.

WORST PHO IN THE CITY, sure if you don’t know what pho taste like then this might be good for you. It didn’t even come with the veggies (basil, lime, bean sprout) The broth was crystal clear which is already a bad sign. The food in general wasn’t the best we also had fried calamari and the chicken wonton soup.
If you want authentic Thai food this isn’t where you need to go.

Prices have gotten crazy expensive! $9.99 before tax for lettuce in a rice roll, and $20 base price for red curry, and they charge for an extra half cup of white rice. Disappointing!

This is our new favorite restaurant in Winston! The food is amazingly delicious, the staff are the friendliest we have ever met and the service is so prompt! Portions are big enough for two meals.

The restaurant looks fantastic, high ceiling, tall glass window wall that you can clearly see the street. Usually a steakhouse or more expensive restaurant have these kind of feature in downtown.

Place looks good but food is very regular. Portion is small, I guess rent is high because it is downtown. I have the worst mango sticky rice desserts ever.

Zika gave us 5 ⭐️ service and wonderful recommendations. For appetizers, we lettuce wraps (they make them up for you), shrimp and crab hot rolls all good. Next we had ginger salad which was a substantial side salad with sweet tasty ginger dressing, tom yum soup which had a uniquely delicious taste with the lime shining through, wonton soup was also served piping hot. For sushi we had California and volcano rolls both good. Ended with mango sticky rice. A couple nearby ordered the sushi boat which looked stunning!

Loved my green curry - the right level of spice without being overwhelming and the inclusion of edamame was an interesting touch. Veggies were fresh, too. My husband was sweating while eating his "big girls don't cry" sushi roll. His advice - don't eat the pepper on top, it will tear you up! Service was superb and friendly and the lychee sake is a must if you like unfiltered.

50 dollars worth of food thrown in a pot and cooked the way it should be cooked. I hate to say this because the staff was so nice and pleasant. But, someone needs to learn the word "flavor" and fix their menu immediately. The duck was dry and the noodles were placed in a pot and drained with no taste. Not to mention the salmon was badly burned and no side’s received worth the price we paid. Do not waste your time!

Love Thai Harmony! A great restaurant downtown Winston-Salem. Great atmosphere and quick service. Tables and booths that offer a little privacy. This last time I ordered Thai fried rice with chicken and steak. Excellent! So much flavor! I was there with a work friend so we shared spring rolls. They offered complimentary miso soup. Everything was spot on. Not too pricy, 12/13 per person.

Our waitress was so sweet. The food is delicious and came in large portions. Visiting from out of town but will return if I’m in W-S in the future.

Highly recommend! Shrimp Shumai and gyoza were flavorful. Pad Thai was very good. The Khao Soi Northern Thai coconut curry w/noodles, green apple, chicken was delicious. The mango sticky rice was a perfect end (best I’ve had). Service was very attentive and you could see they wanted everything to be perfect. I love Thai food and have very high expectations, and this restaurant surpassed all expectations.

I ordered the Panang curry. When I asked about the protein option, soy duck, I was told it was duck meat marinated in soy sauce.

When they actually got the curry, I realized that the soy duck was not duck at all. I was told I would be charged for the additional protein. When I asked for a manager I was told that there were no managers on site.

The waitress left for about 15 minutes and came back with the flavorless beef strips. But at that point I was finished with the meal.

Aside from that, the curry itself was thinner than other places I've been too. Id recommend something else
