One of my favorite restaurants in Chapel Hill has an interesting history. It was originally a pho place called Queen of Pho, known for its rich, full-bodied broth. After it closed, a Thai restaurant took its place, but I only tried it once and didn’t enjoy it as much.
When a new pho restaurant opened in the same spot, I was eager to try it—and it did not disappoint. The pho is fantastic, and the boat noodle is incredibly flavorful and rich. Every bowl of soup reminds me of my hometown, filling me with warmth and joy.
The prices are reasonable, and they offer a great variety of soup options. I’ve been there more than five times already and absolutely love it.
The food is always amazing! The staff is attentive and never let your glass get empty! The ingredients taste fresh and the broth is flavorful. The pricing is fair and the portions are heavenly. It is always a treat to eat here :)
AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD!! I've lived in Thailand for a while and this is the best restaurant I've found so far and I'm very picky since I cook Thai food myself!! As soon as you walk in the door it smells so great! Just like the street vendors making delicious food and they have banners in thai hung up! They have Thai street food! It's not on their online menu but they have a special menu for their best dishes. They have Boat noodles, dry egg noodles, Yen Ta fo, guay tiow tom yum and so much more! boat noodles were phenomenal! I love fish so I'm always on the search for Thai restaurants that serve whole fish steamed or fried and they have such a DELICIOUS RECIPE for their fried fish! You won't regret getting it. The mango sticky rice was just like in Thailand as well. We definitely will be back, can't wait to try their other menu items! The staff is very friendly and helpful!
VERY good experience here! Generous amount of tasty food with excellent, fast service. Plenty of Pad Thai with lots of shrimp, enough to save half of serving for later. Spring roll very large with very fresh vegetables. My first experience with sticky rice for dessert. The mango served with it was perfect. So glad I discovered it.
My new favorite restaurant.
Food was great and fresh. Quick service and all the servers were very attentive and kind. Ordered spring rolls and the chicken wings, the sauce was very flavorful and yummy, chicken was cooked to crispy perfection. Loved the pho too, good amount for the price. Also the Thai iced coffee was very unique in flavor sweet but not too sweet. Lastly the roti for desert was so good, crunchy and sweet. Definitely a good place to eat, huge menu, and if you are adventurous to explore different flavors
My husband and I are frequent customers of Queen of Pho and absolutely love it. The pho is delicious and is perfect for a cold, rainy day (although I could eat it all year). The food is always consistent and well-prepared. The customer service is excellent. The owner Vicki knows us by name and our usual order. We will forever be loyal customers of this establishment.
I LOVE the pho here!! The broth is the perfect balance of rich and fatty, and it’s served piping hot with lots of your choice of meat. I asked for no cilantro, but it is usually served with cilantro on top as well as green onion, with a side of bean sprouts, basil, and lime. Highly recommend this place for pho!
The food is authentic with a traditional Thai menu. The customer service needs work...it is hit or miss depending on who is working there. I went back today to order what I ordered a few days ago, and I was advised that wasn't allowed (after I was told it was fine the other day)...so I'll just go back to other nearby places that do allow it. I do broth fastings and want/need a consistent place to work with on the fasting cycles.

Authentic food - great place if you want Pho
I went there hoping for an escape from work. I entered there and had an amazing pho. The broth was to die for and I will be taking my wife for a daye
This is the sister restaurant to Bangkok 54 on the other side of Chapel Hill. You absolutely must get the 34th St catfish. It's so incredibly good. They have the newspaper articles about it at Bangkok 54, and I'm glad they have a location closer to us now. Get the catfish. Trust me.

My new favorite restaurant.
Best pho restaurant in the triangle
I called and they missed my call.. a very nice gentleman called me right back to place my order. I got the chicken pho.. best I’ve had in a while. And great portions/ presentation! I’ll be back for sure !
wow, i live on edge of durham and chapel hill. I crave excellent asian cuisine generally, and i'm glad to say this place is rock solid good. the pho was nuanced and LARGE. my new goto neighborhood restaurant. can't wait to go back.
We love Thai food (and Vietnamese pho) so this spot is a win-win. It's worth a try if you're in the area. We cannot have gluten and the menu isn't marked, which is always tricky, but it seems to still be an option to make many of the dishes without gluten. Some servers have more knowledge than others, so I just ask them to double check if anything seems off. Other places sometimes won't make certain dishes or make them dry with no seasoning (bleh). A number of restaurants have come and gone from this location in the past several years. We hope this one will stick around! We first visited just a few days after opening and it was a bit chaotic, but lately the service has been quite smooth. They've also made some fun improvements to the interior decor. Enjoy!

I go there for the pho. Rather expensive.
Had a craving for some pho on a rainy day while I was in Chapel Hill for a doctor’s visit and we decided to give this place a try. I had the steak pho and it was absolutely delicious and just what I wanted. Service was friendly and food came out fast. Nice and fairly quiet atmosphere, felt like we were welcome to sit and take our time eating without being rushed out the door. Will definitely come back next time I’m up here for medical appointments.
Great pho. Clean, quiet atmosphere, service was very good. Worth checking out!
Excellent food, friendly, professional staff. We eat in or order out at least once a week.
A neighborhood gem. 😊
Our daughter’s favorite restaurant in Chapel Hill! This place is wonderful to take kids. Food comes fast and is great quality for the price.
Really really good pho and their kids meal chicken is unique and delicious
I’ve loved every dish I’ve tried. Respect the heat rating, if you’re a 4 usually, I’d start with a 3. And the coconut cake is a must.
The rice noodles in the pho are broken, not a pleasant taste.

unfortunately, i’ve never gotten their thai food. But i really love their pho for what it is. Their bean sprouts aren’t fresh, their meat isn’t unbelieving tender, but the bowl is still delicious.
i recently got their cake of the day, no one described what it was but it was absolutely glorious and evidently fresh. it ended up being the most delicate sponge cake with fresh whipped cream and condensed milk/coconut topping. I would highly recommend coming here to try their cake. I only remembered to take a picture 85% done. refreshing is an apt word to describe this cake.
If you ever wanted to experience real original Thai food, not only noodles but other Thai food menu items, this is the place. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and provided excellent service as well. Prices are perfectly reasonable for what you get. Cant wait to go back again!
This was probably the best pho I’ve ever had. The broth was absolutely delicious and the staff were so nice and attentive. Will definitely be back!
Love their Chicken Pad Tai (best around) and the peanut dressing!
I believe this is the sister restaurant to Bankok 54 (also excellent)!
Really great pho! Our family enjoyed it so much. The owner also makes the best cake in Chapel Hill! Seems like she used fresh coconut for the coconut cake. So yummm
This is the first time I've been to Siamzap and ordered take out. I got a beef pho and the spring rolls. The spring rolls were ok. The ingredients were fresh but the chicken was dry. The peanut sauce was ok. The beef pho though was quite good. The regular size was decent and the broth was really delicious. This isn't a bad spot for pho especially for Chapel Hill.
My last experience was definitely better than the previous one, right after the restaurant changed owner.
Pho unfortunately is not as good as it used to be at "Queen of Pho". The menu, however, gives you different options so you can easily find a good one!
I'll give it another chance.
chewy brisket, need another 30min of simmering. 3/10
Meatball has a weird taste, 3/10
Broth and pho taste 7/10
Definitely not as good as before.
Food was great and fresh. Quick service and all the servers were very attentive and kind. Ordered spring rolls and the chicken wings, the sauce was very flavorful and yummy, chicken was cooked to crispy perfection. Loved the pho too, good amount for the price. Sub par ingredients - tough, chewy cuts used for beef jerk and low quality shrimp in the tom kha. Taste was meh. Staff was friendly though and in their defence maybe they had the B-team in the kitchen the day after Christmas - but that doesn't explain the poor quality ingredients.
I was delighted to find this place so close to my home. I had the Pho Gau (brisket) and we started with the Goi Cuon - Saigon Fresh Roll. It was delicious! The service was great too. I will definitely be back for the Pho.
Update. New ownership. Pho is okay now.
Pho was good but a bit pricey, appetizers were small portions for the price, especially the calamari.
My first time , I got my pork blood noodle soup , so delicious
Nice place for dinner with friends. Per reviews this is all about Pho - which we didn't have. Fish special dish was wonderfully presented. I would only go for specials here. Other Thai dishes (Red Curry) were fine but not as special. Not spicy dishes (noodles or cashew) lacked flavor to make up for the intended lack of spice. Avoid unless you are looking for something bland. Fresh properly cooked vegetables as you would expect with Thai. Spring rolls were crispy and hot - perfect. Dessert Roti was fantastic. Choose wisely and you will be happy.
I visited Siamzap Pho with mixed expectations. The menu wasn’t the easiest to navigate for those unfamiliar with Thai cuisine. Adding photos to the menu would be helpful for first-timers. Despite its name including ‘Pho’, this dish is on a separate menu, which was a bit confusing.
I tried the Guay Taiw Tom Yum and found it enjoyable – not overly authentic, but pleasantly flavorful and well-balanced (4 stars). My wife had the Brisket Pho. The soup was up to our discerning standards, but the meat was a bit tough and the bean sprouts provided were scant. It seems Thai dishes are their specialty, with Pho catering to local preferences. For the Pho, I’d say 3 stars, but overall, the restaurant deserves 4 stars. (I actually hope to put more than 4, like 4.5 if possible so I rated 5)
The proximity to my place makes Siamzap Pho a convenient choice for a warm lunch. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere cozy, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.
Really good food. Place itself is neat, small and quaint with nice oriental decor.
This restaurant is under new ownership, used to be Queen of Pho. My rule of thumb, pho or ramen always on a rainy day. Since the company switched over, this place is good still, but I miss the old pho from Queen. Will return as this new place is still pretty good pho in the area.
My new go to Thai and pho place in Chapel Hill! Love their pad see ew
This is where Queen of Pho used to be. Their pho was not pho so needless to say I was excited to try something new when Siamzap pho came along.
Unfortunately, the pho is as watery and tasteless as it was before, leading me think perhaps the same kitchen staff is there? It tastes like they just used some pho flavored powdered and not the actual traditional spices and herbs... tastes like forgotten dreams....
Now, the Thai food is new. That was nice to see. However again, it left much to be desired. The boat noodle did not taste like traditional boat noodle. The guay tom yum was better.
Up until here, they would have gotten 3/5. Good try. The staff was polite.
I must take into consideration 2 unfortunate events. When I called to place the take out order, they gave me an estimate of 25-30 minutes. I waited a total of 1 hour.
To top it all off, they forgot my massaman curry as a part of my take out order which I did not notice until I got home. I called them back to see how this could be reconciled. They apologized, said they would talk to the boss and call me back promptly.
Still waiting for that call!
This is the old Queen of Pho under new management. My wife waited about 45 min for a not particularly large takeout order on a late weekday lunch. When she got home, she realized they had forgotten the curry she ordered.
The pad kee mao was pleasant, as was the guay tiaw Tom yum. The boat noodles were tasty as well, though not as bloody/game-y as I'd like and expect. The pho is still the same disappointing pho from the previous restaurant - salty, with no deeper herbal anisey flavors you expect. My kids didn't finish their bowls and they usually pound down good pho.
Maybe I'd come back for more Thai dishes but I was put off by the slow and forgetful service.
I just tried this place for the first time (take-out). I got Rare Beef Pho and Spring Rolls. Everything was so, so delicious! So much flavor and I love the sweet, tangy sauce I got with the Spring Rolls. It was a reasonable amount of food for the money. I’ll definitely be back for more.
I ordered the vegetarian spring rolls (they came 2 per order), the pad see ew and pad kee mow. It was all delicious, but I *highly* recommend the pad kee mow! Got delivery but it had a very cozy atmosphere inside, I will definitely be back.
Wonderful Thai restaurant. I had the tum yum soup at a “3” spicy. It was lovely. Equivalent to a 4 or 5 at other places in town. Also had the ginger sauce with chicken. Very fresh and light. Perfect lunch sized portions and reasonably priced.
Delicious pho, pleasant atmosphere, polite and attentive staff, it's a great hidden gem, I highly recommend trying it, I only get the pho because it is so good but they have an extensive menu with many tasty looking items, also a great date spot or place to hang out and do work
My new favorite pho in the Triangle. Siamzap -- with new owners and chefs -- took over the space formerly occupied by the Queen of Pho. Don't confuse the two. Siamzap's pho is much better. Also, the restaurant is now warmly decorated, with a friendly and enthusiastic staff. I haven't yet tried their new-to-me Thai street food dishes or special desserts yet, but I look forward to to exploring those parts of their menu.
DO NOT come here if you just wanted pho. The soup base tasted like hot water with a hint of beef.
Edit: the owner’s reply is unhinged, nice attitude.
This place used to be called Queen of Pho and they had the best pho in chapel hill / Durham. With the change of name and management, the pho has suffered terribly and is no long worth having.
The papaya salad is probably the better thing on the menu. The curries are similarly lacking in flavor.
It’s a wonderful restaurant!
Thx y’all for all the reviews in good&bad respectfully , we will defiantly makekng some changes 🙏
Thought it was a Vietnamese restaurant but has apparently switched ownership and is now Thai. Luckily I really like Thai. However, this is very pricey for what you get. I paid for my food and waited to take it away and they came back and asked me for $4 more. I still can't quite figure out why but paid it anyway. The food was very eh. The noodles were good but the beef was incredibly overcooked. Asked for no basil in my spring rolls and it came with basil, which normally wouldn't be a thing except the rest of the experience kind of sucked. Ended up being almost $30 for one beef noodle meal and an order of spring rolls (and a small tip).
Fantastic Thai! Best in area for sure. New favorite restaurant
By far the best Thai food in chapel hill. The mango sticky rice is so delicious
Going in as a group of 5 on a Friday, our wait time was OVER an HOUR. Not only that, but customers who came 15-30 minutes after us and ordered after us received their food much earlier than us. I’m not one to assume the negative, but we strongly believe there was racial profiling involved as those people were White (who came 30 minutes after us but still received their food earlier) while we were Asian (which is crazy when the staff are Asian themselves) however this is not the first time I’ve seen this at a restaurant.
Food wise, the food was good, but definitely not in par with the pricing, I’ve had good Thai food for cheaper. The pork rinds that went with Boat Noodle were stale, and the fried calamari was not crispy but soft…
It was a Friday, so hopefully this isn’t the regular service of this restaurant.
Siamzap is a restaurant tucked into an outdoor mall, so it can be a little challenging to find. However, make the effort - it is worth it.
It is a Thai menu that Includes many of the traditional offerings. They also make an exceptional bowl of pho. A couple of broths and Ingredients like beef, tofu and many vegetables. I have tried a few of the other items but always return to P8: beef broth, tofu, noodles, bean sprouts and light vegetables.
The staff is helpful, attentive and prompt. It is affordable, quick and delicious. Whether it's time for lunch or dinner, I look forward to a trip here. I highly recommend it!
Google needs to update this restaurant from Vietnamese to Thai. It was misleading for me to come in and realize that this is a Thai restaurant, not a Vietnamese restaurant. Other than that, the food and service were great.
Today order 2 Xl size pho pay $42+ tax take home put in my table looks like a just regular large size not good
Queen of Pho is closed and a new Thai place has moved in!!! (Siam Zap Pho - same owner/parent company as Bangkok 54)
They have some good vegan options and a kind and cheerful team! So glad to have y'all in our neighborhood!
When this was Queen of Pho, it was phenomenal. The broth could cure cancer. But they changed ownership. Now it’s a mid thai spot. Food was decent but nowhere near the level of Vietnamese cuisine that frequenters knew and loved.
Update: NOT for CELIACS. I noted on my order that I had a celiac allergy, no gluten. I only took a few bites before throwing it away. The next day I experienced a gluten attack. I called the restaurant to ask if there was gluten in the Pho and the lady that answered didn’t know what gluten was. Lesson learned. Call to confirm. First time I’ve ever had pho with gluten. Just the worst pho.
Had my food delivered it was prompt. But WORST pho ever. Doesn’t taste like pho at all. The broth has a sweet chili taste to it. It’s pretty bland. The meat wasn’t raw (usually cooks in broth). I added veggies because it said there was bokchoy , there wasn’t. It was lettuce. A waste of $20. I just threw it away. So so disappointing.
Really delicious Red Curry, very friendly staff.
Good food and good service! Has a decent variety of Thai and Vietnamese cuisine.
Ownership has changed! I went ahead and still ordered pho. I am disappointed that I couldn't finish eating it. I dislike wasting food, but it was too salty and could not continue. Maybe it was just this one time it happened to be too salty.. but I don't want to find out. The chicken didn't taste as fresh or tender. This saddens me as I was a regular before. The spring rolls were good, though! Staff was friendly, and the decorations were nice..
Completely different ownership. No good Vietnamese food any more
UPDATE JUNE 2023: Queen of Pho is closed. It has been replaced with a so-so Thai restaurant.
New management and new menu…this place was excellent, we will return
As other reviews suggested, this place has changed ownership and it is now a Thai restaurant. I only found this out after I was at the restaurant today, but I still gave its pho a shot. I ordered their “XL beef combination pho”, but it was small (see pic). The bowl was large but the broth was maybe 1/3 of the height of the bowl (and these pho bowls are cone-shaped at the bottom), I have never seen a Vietnamese restaurant that does this practice; the true size of this XL pho is definitely less than a Large pho bowl from the previous owner, not to mention the XL is $21 before tax. It would’ve been acceptable if the pho tasted good, but it didn’t. The soup broth was very very bland, and the meat tasted old. When I asked for hot oil, they gave me Chinese bean paste (it’s called 豆瓣酱, made of beans and peppers). I’m very disappointed about my visit, I’m probably not coming back again.
It’s no longer Queen of Pho. It’s now a Thai restaurant that also serves pho. I had the duck with ginger sauce, which was great. My husband had the tom kha (I also tried it), which was thin and tasted like chicken soup with a little coconut, and tofu fried rice, which in his words “tasted like nothing.”
It is not open on Monday.
First day under new ownership and this place still rocks! Will (keep) coming back.
Very delicious and lovingly prepared pho! We enjoyed our dishes very much and look forward to returning soon. Great service as well.
My favorite local pho place. Great food lovely folks working there
Pho soup good but beef has beefy smell. Crispy roll lacks vermiceli and thick
We visit often and have not had any negative experiences. The food is fresh and served in generous portions. The pho is excellent and comes with a nice variety of fresh herbs & vegetables.
The stir-fry plates are very good and there are many options for vegetarian meals.
The price is very fair considering the quality, quantities and fresh preparation of the food. It is a small family-owned business. The place is not fancy but it has always been very clean and neat. There seems to be a considerable amount of take out business. I belive it is quite popular locally.
Amazing experience at Queen of Pho— they were so incredibly kind and accommodating of myself and my entire team of 17!! Could not recommend this place more for the service and the quality of the food. I had the brisket pho and it was absolutely amazing—both broth and noodles. all of my teammates also loooved what they got!! Thank you so much again <3
BEST PHO IN TOWN! Queen of Pho is my emotional support restaurant lol. When I’m feeling down I can always trust Queen of Pho to pick me up.
I love how it’s family owned and the food comes out fast and hot! I personally like getting the beef combination pho. I get a little bit of everything. There is something for everyone there. With many vegetarian options available as well.
The owners are friendly and extremely pleasant people. 10/10 I recommend Queen of Pho to all our friends! Me and my fiancé even went twice in 1 week!
We’ve gone there twice now and each time it’s been delicious. The broth is perfectly balanced and very flavorful. The prices are reasonable. It seems like a family-owned place and they’re always very friendly. The place is also very clean and thoughtfully decorated, from the lobby to the bathroom. It’s clear that they really care about their business. I’m a happy customer and thankful to have a great pho place in my neighborhood :)
Very good authentic Pho. Clean. Great customer service
Pho was okay, the veggie broth tasted like water.
Very friendly service, and great tasting food.
The spicy beef hue pho was delicious. This was my first-time experience and ill return.
Enjoyed a delicious meal at a family owned restaurant. Clean and food came out quickly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough
Lovely service and great food! Spring rolls were so good ! Love the variety of pho bowl sizes!
Amazing pho and great beef noodle soup. One of the best in the area!!
We will forever be loyal customers of this establishment.
soooooo good. Best pho ever.
Really good pho and nice staff! Pho has great broth and pretty large serving sizes.I always get the eye round pho and the spring rolls, but the summer rolls are also delicious .
Great food and also fast service!
Food is absolutely fresh and delicious... I had the Fresh Roll and Combination Pho... The option of bowls is great for customers to have a choice of extra entrées... I also got some Bobba Tea to go.. it was refreshing... Definitely will be back...
Great authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Chapel Hill, pho is excellent 🍜
Very nice owner and the food is always very delicious! Queen of Pho is like a hidden gem within Chapel Hill
Absolutely delicious, and I'll definitely be back! I got the shrimp vermicelli this time and look forward to trying other items on the menu.
Excellent service, the lady who took my order was so nice, I think she was the owner. And the place is also very warm and welcoming.
Food was nice. We drove 30 min to reach here worth the taste. But serving was very slow.
I got the chicken pho and it was so good! Exactly how I like it! The service was also great! Highly recommend
Very good pho!
I eat at Queen of Pho every two weeks or so. I dine in, have eaten here for both lunch and dinner, and have brought many of my friends and family to the restaurant. I love it – it's one of my staple food places when I want to eat out, and I generally have a relatively high standard for food in general, but especially Asian food. I'm half Vietnamese and grew up in Southeast Asia, so I've eaten a lot of pho from various places; at Queen of Pho, I've had the spring rolls (maybe the summer rolls too, but I may be misremembering), one or two of the chicken + rice vermicelli dishes, and lots of pho. The spring rolls were decent but nothing special (I'd order it again if I was in the mood), the rice vermicelli dishes were okay (not bad, but wouldn't order again), and *the pho is absolutely excellent* – I order pho every single time I go to the restaurant and I really believe that the reason to go to Queen of Pho is to eat pho. It really is outstanding.
I also like the family that runs the restaurant. They recognize me and my roommate whenever we go to the restaurant, and that feels nice. They are sweet people.
Nice family run restaurant specializing in Pho, but with several other menu selections.
Always deliciously made food! Very personable staff!
The bun bo hue is extremely spicy but some of the best I’ve had.
I love Queen of Pho! I enjoy their Pho Tai and Summer Rolls with Pork and Shrimp. Everyone who works here is also so kind, and very pleasant.
Pho soups very delicious. And Chicken fried rice very good..
Great tasting food. Wonderful staff.
My son and I ate lunch here today, and it was delicious. He had the brisket pho, and I had the spicy beef stew pho. It was actually spicy! Very good! Excellent service as well. I didn't care for the spring rolls, I thought they could use some basil and/or mint, rather than just lettuce and meat. I also missed the Bahn mi. Next time I'll try their bun, so we'll be definitely be back!
Very delicious Veggie with tofu pho 🍜! Very authentic and home made. Highly recommend!
Delicious. Had Hue pho here first and loved it. Yes, it’s very spicy.
Best pho in Chapel Hill!! Really wonderful place.
Very americanized. 16$ for large pho, and 24$ for lean meat combo w fried noodle
Best pho in Chapel Hill! Gonna have to drive to Greensboro to do better.
Great food, very nice staff.
The staff was really kind and welcoming, I felt at home while we ate. I had the stir fry vegetables and white rice. The sauce was a little too heavy for me, but it was still very good. My friend had the beef pho and they said it was the best pho they have had in a while. Would most definitely recommend!
Great family run restaurant that always has great food every time we come, would recommend to anyone who likes authentic Vietnamese food.
The vermicelli chicken dish was very bland and not authentic. It was very overpriced for what you get. The noodles were hot when it was supposed to be a cold dish. I left feeling very disappointed and still hungry.
Super busy but the lady (I assumed she was the owner) was quick helpful and apologetic about the wait. Food was really good especially the Pho.
Very little meat no spring roll w my meal that I ordered and it’s not vermicelli it’s fat soggy noodles. Worst Vietnamese food ever! I spent 17) on nasty not worth eating food and threw it away! So upset. Will never try again.
Tasty and flavourful pho, plenty of gluten free options. Would visit again.
I’ve searched far and wide in America for Bun Bo Hue that is as spicy and delicious as what I had in Ho Chi Minh City. Queen of Pho has it. Wonderful place, I’m coming back anytime I visit Chapel Hill.
No to spoil one of my favorite places but this has been one of the best kept secrets. The pho is pho-nominal, and the bhan mi is delicious. The size large is ample, but the XL is enough for a full bowl of leftovers. If you're on the fence, try it out.
My personal favorite pho spot in the Triangle. Flavorful, great portions, well-priced, and not overly-crowded.
They used to use fresh veggies in the rice and noodle dishes and are now using frozen. Pho only comes with scallions, sprouts, and basil. They’ve gotten really cheap and less food. Def not worth it
Delicious 😋
I love getting take out here. It’s so authentic and perfect for my rainy day lunches.
Fresh, delicious, plentiful & fast. I did take out. Portions are large. I had enough for three servings.
I have patronized this restaurant two times lately.. Not really Impressed ..
The Spring Rolls were small, and mediocre, with very little shrimp and herbs, Mostly lettuce and noodles.
Shrimp Pho was very bland and they offered very little ingredients with it as normal Vietnamese restaurants do .
Prices were extremely high considering the portions you received .. Service was poor, in fact the waitress was down right rude to us as well as Customers we encountered as we were leaving.
You can rest assured we will not be a returning customer to this business. Not Recommended!
Best pho in Chapel Hill—delicious broth and great cuts of meat. Chicken pho is delicious with tender slices of white meat. Crispy rolls are good.
I've eated pho all over the country. This deserves to be chapelhill & carborro's #1 pho spot. Authentic and fresh ingredients.
Great Pho. The service is really good. Solid atmosphere. This is my second time and plan to come again! PS. Get the Saigon iced coffee!!
Very good fresh filling food.
super good
Our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Happy to support our local Chapel Hill businesses!
Most authentic flavors! Food is always fresh!
I ordered tofu banh mi for lunch yesterday and it was the best! The dining room is open now but I ordered takeout and it was quick. Banh mi is only available on Tuesday but I absolutely recommend it!
The food is great. The spicy beef noodle soup is legitimately spicy, absolutely delicious, and the portion of meat is beyond generous. Definitely a place worth trying and returning to.
It was like a frozen Thai tea
